Abstract

The decrease in premium income and the increase in the number of claims will erode the profits of insurance companies so that one of the strategies carried out by insurance companies during this pandemic is to encourage the use of online claim service technology to minimize costs in the claims management process. In this study, the authors took the subject of customer interest in online claim service technology in four-wheeled vehicle insurance and the level of adaptation or acceptance of customers to the claim service technology offered by insurance companies. The author uses the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) model to develop and test variables for perceived of use and perceived of usefulness variables that affect customer interest in using online claim service applications (Davis, 1989). In addition, the author also develops and conducts tests for variable perceptions of customer trust in company competencies to find out whether the company's competence can affect customer attitudes and interests in using claim service applications.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Kartini Makassar Branch with a population of 300 people. With a relatively large population (300 people), the sample was drawn using the Slovin formula so that 75 respondents were obtained. This research is quantitative research where the data source comes from primary data obtained directly from the employees as research respondents using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from decision literature such as books and references related to the material for writing this final project and analysis. documentation from PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), tbk. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously, the variables of competence, work motivation, and work environment affect positively and significantly the performance of employees at the office of PT. Bank Mandiri Bandung Martadinata.

Abstract

This investigation was conducted for six months in Mallawa District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Using questionnaires to apply the case study method to the business of processing ginger into beverages. Sample stability by use of targeted sampling. The study of data employs descriptive analysis with cross-tabulation and percentages, value-added analysis based on the Hayami Method, and correlation analysis. Results indicated that the values of local knowledge that shape the entrepreneurial spirit of ginger processing in Mallawa District, Maros Regency are honesty, self-confidence, courage to take risks, never giving up, innovative thinking, persistence, patience, hard effort, and teamwork. The entrepreneurial behavior of ginger processors demonstrates that the entrepreneur's cognitive behavior is fairly good, his affective behavior is good, and his psychomotor behavior is excellent. The association between entrepreneurial activity and corporate performance is significant. Processing raw ginger into "instant sarabba"

Abstract

There are three types of modern markets, namely minimarkets, supermarkets and hypermarkets. Brastagi Supermarket managed by PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi is a type of supermarket in addition to other types of supermarkets operating in the city of Medan. So that requires Brastagi Supermarket to have an advantage in the competition. This study aims to analyze the competitiveness strategy of Berastagi Supermarkets in order to achieve competitive advantage among supermarkets in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative method with secondary data and document studies as a method of collecting data through books, journals and existing research. The data analysis used is SOAR analysis which pays attention to both internal and external environment by looking at the strengths, opportunities, aspirations and results obtained with the analysis. SOAR analysis requires companies to carry out activities effectively and efficiently in achieving their goals which are sourced from the many opportunities and aspirations created by always improving the quality and quantity of innovating products and to ensure customer satisfaction as the number one priority for Brastagi Supermarkets in order to be able to achieve excellence. in competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and describe the meaning of reality about the conception and unravel the legal observance of the managers of the Kie Raha Mandiri Regional Company by exploring the structure of their consciousness. The method used is a qualitative method, with the author chosen phenomenological approach, which is the stage of Husserl's transcendental phenomenological analysis. Husserl's transcendental phenomenology emphasizes subjectivity and uncovers the essence of experience through merging fact and ideal. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. In contrast, the technical data collection is Observation, Interview, and Documentation, as well as data analysis using Miles And Huberman's theory, namely, data collection, data reduction, display data, and concluding. The results showed that results of this study showed that: (1) the planning aspects were not apparent both in the short, medium, and long term, the management of the core business was ineffective, the amount of capital participation was not by the profits obtained; (2) Organizing is not based on administrative principles, both HR capabilities, specialization, task hierarchy, and authority and responsibility: (3) The actuating has not run optimally, the ability of the leadership is weak, and the ability of the SDM is limited: (4) the control function of the supervisory board is still weak until it suffers significant losses

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of leader integrity and task commitment in influencing employee performance. The study used a quantitative approach involving 93 employees of the tax office in South Tangerang City. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The research findings indicate that the leader integrity and task commitment factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Leader integrity is also known to have a significant influence on task commitment. Another finding shows that task commitment plays a role in mediating the influence of leader integrity on job performance. Based on these results, it is necessary to improve the integrity of the leadership and strengthen the task commitment to optimize job performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediator. The total population is 45 employees, so this study is a population study, where the entire population is used as respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 windows application. The hypothesis test results found that leadership had a significant negative effect on employee performance, while organizational culture and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, the results of the mediation test show that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and investigate the relationship between country of origin and brand variables on consumer attitudes. The sample selection used a student sample from ITB Nobel Indonesia students, totaling 343 samples. The results of the study state that the country of origin has a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes, as well as brands which also have a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and investigate the relationship between Work Competence, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Performance in Cooperatives and SMEs Office employees of South Sulawesi Province. The population of this study was all civil servants (PNS) related to the SME sector of the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of South Sulawesi Province, with a total sample of 45 respondents. We collected data using a questionnaire and data processing using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's results stated that all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the effect of each variable in the electronic media mix, consisting of television, radio, and internet media, significantly on increasing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership in the Jayapura Branch. This study uses questionnaire data and multiple linear regression analysis as research methods. The results of the study found that electronic media, consisting of television media, radio media, and internet media, had a significant influence on increasing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership in the Jayapura City Branch. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, the F-calculated value = 398,637 with a significance of 0.000 with an omission rate of 0.05, so it can be said that television media, radio media, and internet media together influence increasing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership in the Jayapura City Branch. So that the second hypothesis proposed can be accepted and proven true.
