Abstract

The fast growth of digital technology in today's world makes digital literacy and education more important than ever. Many women in the Cisauk Subdistrict, near BSD City in Tangerang, still lack access to digital knowledge. It becomes difficult for them to support their families and participate in public services, education, and healthcare. To address this issue, the lecturer at Universitas Terbuka initiated a community service program to enhance digital skills among women. The program focused on the integrated health post (Posyandu) cadres, Family Welfare Empowerment Team (TP PKK) members, and homemakers. They took part in discussions, hands-on sessions, and mentoring. The learning was based on four main ideas. These are digital skills, safety, ethics, and culture. The training showed them how to use mobile apps for health, education, finance, and other services. After the program, the women showed familiarity and confidence in using digital tools. They learned how to protect their data, spot false information, and make safe choices when using the internet. Many also began sharing what they learned with their families and neighbours. This program suggests that targeted and locally adapted training initiatives can effectively bridge the digital divide among underserved populations. By equipping women with the skills to navigate digital environments, the program not only enhanced individual agency but also strengthened community-level resilience and participation. The success of this initiative underscores the importance of collaboration with local organizations and the necessity for ongoing support to achieve a lasting impact. Future programs should scale this model to other underserved areas and continue building digital competencies that promote inclusive digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the community's perception of the implementation of PT. BEL's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Seunagan District, Nagan Raya Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, in which researchers seek to understand the experiences and views of the Ring 1 community regarding the implementation of the company's CSR program. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with community leaders, village officials, and program beneficiaries. The results of the study indicate that the community has a positive perception of PT. BEL's CSR program because it is considered to provide a real contribution to improving welfare, especially in the fields of education, health, social, and economics. However, the implementation of CSR is considered uneven and unsustainable because it still relies on proposals from the village government and there is a lack of transparency and coordination between the company and the local government. The implementation of PT. BEL's CSR program is also still short-term and does not have clear continuity, so its benefits have not been felt comprehensively by the community. Therefore, improved coordination, strategic planning, and periodic evaluation are needed so that CSR implementation can be more effective, inclusive, and sustainable in supporting the social and economic development of the communities around the company's operational areas.

Abstract

The management of student activity evaluation often faces significant efficiency challenges due to feedback collection methods that are still manual, fragmented, and not well integrated, resulting in slow data recapitulation, high potential for data inconsistency, and difficulties in tracing historical evaluation archives, which ultimately weakens the effectiveness of decision-making in quality assurance processes. To address these issues, this study aims to design and develop a feedback information system based on the WordPress Content Management System (CMS), chosen for its flexibility, ease of implementation, extensibility, and capability to centralize data management without requiring complex technical infrastructure. The system development adopts the Waterfall model, consisting of systematic stages including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing, ensuring that the development process is structured and measurable. The analysis stage identifies user needs and system requirements through observation and document review, while the design stage focuses on developing a user-friendly interface, structured data storage, and role-based access control for administrators and users. During implementation, WordPress is configured and customized through plugins and online feedback forms that enable automatic data processing and centralized archiving. Functional testing simulations demonstrate that the system operates according to its specifications and is capable of supporting online data input, automatic report generation, and efficient data management. Preliminary evaluation results indicate that the proposed system can reduce data recapitulation time by up to 70% compared to conventional methods, making it a practical solution for supporting the digitalization of quality assurance in student activity management.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of the digital economy has intensified competition among digital startups, yet high failure rates indicate that technological access alone is insufficient to ensure long-term success. While prior studies emphasize digital innovation and technological capability, limited research explains how the cyberpreneurial mindset functions as a strategic intangible resource that drives sustainable startup performance. Grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT), this study investigates how cyberpreneurial mindset dimensions of digital adaptability, opportunity recognition, innovation orientation, and calculated risk-taking contribute to digital startup success through the mediating role of strategic agility. This research addresses the gap concerning the cognitive behavioral foundations of digital entrepreneurial performance in emerging digital ecosystems. A quantitative approach was em- ployed using survey data collected from founders and top managers of digital startups. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test both direct and mediating relationships among constructs. The findings demonstrate that cyberpreneurial mindset significantly influences digital startup success, particularly through digital adaptability and innovation orientation. The study concludes that cyberpreneurial mindset rep- resents a valuable, rare, and inimitable intangible resource that strengthens a startup’s dynamic capabilities, enabling firms to sense, seize, and transform opportunities in volatile digital environments. This research contributes theoretically by integrating RBV and Dynamic Capability Theory into cyberpreneurship literature and provides managerial implications for digital entrepreneurs seeking sustainable growth in emerging economies.

Abstract

The absence of formal financial identity remains a significant barrier to financial inclusion in developing nations, limiting access to essential financial services. Traditional centralized identity systems are often vulnerable to data breaches, fraud, and institutional control, resulting in low public trust. This study aims to explore how blockchain-based identity systems, particularly through the concept of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI), can address these limitations. The research adopts a qualitative case study approach by analyzing multiple blockchain-based digital identity initiatives across developing regions. The findings reveal that blockchain-enabled SSI enhances data security, transparency, and user autonomy, while improving accessibility to financial services. The key contribution of this study lies in identifying the integration of decentralized identity frameworks as a sustainable solution to strengthen financial inclusion and institutional trust. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, scalability issues, and regulatory uncertainty remain critical barriers. This study provides both theoretical insights and practical implications for policymakers, developers, and financial institutions in implementing secure and inclusive digital identity systems.

Abstract

Community empowerment through creativepreneurship is essential for sustaining the quality of life and economic self-reliance of local communities, yet the implementation of effective multidisciplinary social service models remains limited. This article aims to evaluate the reframing of community empowerment through creativepreneurship as a multidisciplinary social service model that can enhance community participation and capacity building. The community service approach used a participatory method involving structured training, direct mentoring, interviews, and observation on 47 local MSME participants over six months. Data analysis was conducted through source triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. Service outcomes showed an increase in creative entrepreneurial skills, strengthened cross-sector collaboration, and improved productivity of micro enterprises. Participants reported increased engagement in local economic activities and the application of innovative ideas in products and marketing. The multidisciplinary social service model based on creativepreneurship is effective in strengthening community empowerment, improving UMKM competencies, and reinforcing socio-economic networks within the community. Recommendations for future research include enhancing digital marketing strategies and expanding the scale of training to other social groups.
