Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Kartini Makassar Branch with a population of 300 people. With a relatively large population (300 people), the sample was drawn using the Slovin formula so that 75 respondents were obtained. This research is quantitative research where the data source comes from primary data obtained directly from the employees as research respondents using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from decision literature such as books and references related to the material for writing this final project and analysis. documentation from PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), tbk. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously, the variables of competence, work motivation, and work environment affect positively and significantly the performance of employees at the office of PT. Bank Mandiri Bandung Martadinata.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan stres kerja terhadap dengan produktivitas karyawan PT MaelsovMega Teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, dan uji t dengan bantuan program SPSS 20.Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 44 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik sampling jenuh.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiap pernyataannya. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan stres kerja memberikan hasil yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Maelsov Mega Teknologi. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Kebutuhan Pelatihan Produk dan Motivasi Diri Terhadap Kinerja KerjaKaryawan di BCA Cabang KCU Sunter. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji t denganbantuan program SPSS versi 20. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 110 responden. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif denganmetode teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiappernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara terpisah antara Kebutuhan Pelatihan Produkdan Motivasi Diri Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan di BCA Cabang KCU Sunter. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa pengiriman JNE diJakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 160 responden dan diolah menggunakanprogram IBM SPSS Statistic versi 18 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non- probability sampling. Hasil hipotesis pada uji T menunjukkanbahwa variabel harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai Thitung>Ttabel=4,785>1,975. Variabel kualitas pelayananberpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai Thitung>Ttabel=4,573>1,975. Variabel citra  merek berpengaruh  terhadap  kepuasan  pelanggan  dengan nilai Thitung>Ttabel=3,883 >1,975. Hasil hipotesis pada uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas pelayanan dancitra merek secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel=62,694>2,66. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwavariabel harga, kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Abstract

Cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) merupakan salah satu rempah yang sangat penting untuk makanan, industry, dan obat. Oleh karena itu, eksplorasi cabai rawit sebagai antioksidan alami sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan aktivitas antioksidan cabai rawit merah dari daerah Kawangkoan, Tomohon, dan Remboken menggunakan pengujian DPPH. Cabai rawit diekstraksi menggunakan teknik maserasi menggunakan etanol 70% sebagai pelarut dan pengujian antioksidan menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada Panjang gelombang 517 nm. Aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak cabai rawit dari Kawangkoan, Tomohon, dan Remboken secara berturut-turut adalah 80,215 ± 2,486; 100,1 ± 0,140; and 97,136 ± 0,026 µg/mL. Berdasarkan analisis data statistic, terdapat perbedaan bermakna dari ketiga sampel ekstrak cabai rawit (P>0,05), yaitu ekstrak cabai rawit dari Kawangkoan berbeda dengan ekstrak cabai rawit dari Tomohon dan Remboken (P>0,05). Namun, aktivitas antioksidan dari ketiga sampel masih dalamkategori aktivitas antioksidan kuat (IC50 50-100 µg/mL), sehingga ektrak cabai rawit memili potensi sebagai antioksidan pada makanan dan industry farmasi.

Abstract

Employee performance is individual because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. Performance depends on a combination of abilities, efforts, and opportunities that are obtained. This study aims to see how much the influence of compensation and job satisfaction together on the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA International Tbk - Daihatsu partially and simultaneously. In this study, the type of research used is associative research. Where the writer tries to know the relationship between two variables partially or simultaneously. This study's method of collecting data used a questionnaire with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study show that partial compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees at PT. ASTRA International Tbk - Daihatsu. Simultaneously partial compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA International Tbk – Daihatsu with a contribution of 65.9%.

Abstract

Online Travel Agent or abbreviated as OTA is one form of technological development in the tourism industry. Competence in the OTA business is getting tougher, along with that each OTA provides different services. One of the trends to increase user loyalty is by implementing the concept of gamification into the system. This study aims to determine the gamification factors that have an influence on continuance use intention in OTA users. This research uses a quantitative approach with 300 respondents taken using purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. The research model used is taken from the modified Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM). The results of this study found that two out of twelve hypotheses were rejected. Based on the ten accepted hypotheses, it can be concluded that novelty, trendiness and intimacy of gamification have a positive influence on continuance use intention through hedonic value and utilitarian value variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Korean idol brand ambassadors in promoting products and thei impact on purchasing decisions and interests in Indonesia. Brand Ambassador is a person who is invited by the company to became an icon or “Face” of a brand or product. Brand Ambassador is usually a person from an influential circle that can have an impact oh the community. The method used using the Google Scholar database. Then obtained 8 articles to be analyzed and reviewed. The result of this research is that Brand Ambassador Idol Korea isa influential in promoting and also influences the interest anf purchashing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract: Hypertension is a degenerative disease with a high prevalence which is still a health problem worldwide. This study aimed to determine the pattern of the use of antihypertensive drugs in outpatients at X hospital in Manado. This was a descriptive and observational study with a cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out retrospectively by tracing patients’ medical record data in 2022. The results obtained 56 patients that met the criteria. The patients’ characteristic data showed that hypertension was dominant in women (59%), aged 56-65 years (27%), and included in controlled hypertension (55.4%). Data on drugs received by patients showed that out of 56 patients, there were 19 patients (34%) using a single antihypertensive and 37 patients (66%) using a combination of antihypertensives.  Amlodipine was the most widely used as single antihypertensive, namely 13 patients (68.5%), while the most widely used combination of antihypertensives was amlodipine and candesartan as many as 16 patients (43%). In conclusion, the most widely used single antihypertensive is amlodipine and the combination therapy is amlodipine and candesartan. Keywords: pattern of drug use; antihypertensives; single drug; combination therapy    Abstrak: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit degeneratif dengan prevalensi tinggi yang hingga kini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit X Manado. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan potong lintang.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan menelusuri data rekam medis pasien tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan 56 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Pada data karakteristik pasien diketahui bahwa penyakit hipertensi dominan terjadi pada perempuan (59%), usia 56-65 tahun (27%), dan termasuk dalam hipertensi terkontrol (55,4%). Data obat yang diterima pasien menunjukkan bahwa dari 56 pasien, terdapat 19 pasien (34%) menggunakan antihipertensi tunggal dan 37 pasien (66%) menggunakan antihipertensi kombinasi. Amlodipin merupakan antihipertensi tunggal yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu sebanyak 13 dari 19 pasien (68,5%), sedangkan terapi antihipertensi kombinasi yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu amlodipin dan kandesartan sebanyak 16 dari 37 pasien (43%). Simpulan penelitian ini ialah obat antihipertensi tunggal yang paling banyak digunakan ialah amlodipin dan terapi kombinasi ialah  amlodipin dan kandesartan. Abstract

The nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) flesh extract has a strong antioxidant activity. Therefore, M. fragrans flesh can be developed for functional drinks which are sources rich in antioxidants good for the prevention and treatment of diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases. However, the tannins' content can cause a bitter and sour taste. Therefore, the tannins content should be reduced by the addition of egg white. The purpose of this study is to find out the comparison of antioxidant activity between a combination of M. fragrans flesh extract with various concentrations of egg white and to correlate its antioxidant activities with tannin, total flavonoid, and total phenolic contents. The antioxidant activities were conducted on M. fragrans flesh extract by using DPPH and ABTS radicals. Tannin, total flavonoid, and total phenolic contents from M. fragrans flesh extract were also tested. The M. fragrans flesh extracts without addition egg white have a strong antioxidant in scavenging the stable free radical ABTS (89.980±0.480 µg/mL) and intermediate antioxidant in scavenging the stable free radical DPPH (105.669±0.102 µg/mL). It is followed accordingly by tannin, total flavonoid, and total phenolic contents, namely 14.034±0.100 %w/w TAE, 26.929±0.129 %w/w QE, and 53.164±0.129 %w/w GAE, respectively. Correlation of tannin, total flavonoid, and total phenolic contents, which inhibited DPPH and ABTS radicals had R2 values of about 89.23-97.63%. It showed that antioxidant activity is strongly influenced by the tannin, total flavonoid, and total phenolic contents. Therefore, precipitation from the tannin-protein bond caused antioxidant activities were decreased.
