Abstract

Potential market (traditional and modern) can be an indicator or barometer of the dynamics of the economy. Commodity potential is certainly will stimulate their productivity if the place of marketing representative, consumers in other areas can easily access the products. The increasing productivity of people's economy will directly or not affect the increase in the revenue of the region, and public economy sector should be driven and developed optimally, considering it is big enough and great implication. This provides alternative and opportunities to the people of West Bandung Regence to have shopping places with complete facility, but it needs considering the aspect of social economy.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian NegaraPembangunan Daerah Tertinggal yang yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti belum maksimal pembentukan dan komunitaslembaga seperti kaderisasi penggerak pembangunan yaitu dalam bentuk Organisasi masyarakat setempat yangmerupakan dukungan kelembagaan pembangunan daerah di bidang ekonomi, infrastruktur, dalam hal ini perlu adanyapartisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanalan dan evaluasi.Pembangunan masyarakat desa melalui kader penggerak pembangunan satu bangsa (KPP-SB) dapat bermanfaatbagi masyarakat dan berkesinambuangan, diperlukan upaya untuk menempatkan masyarakat dalam posisi sentraldalam pembagunan, perlu pelibatan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan dan implementasinya. Dengandemikian pembangunan tersebut sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan masyarakat yang ada dan pada akhirnya akantimbul rasa memiliki, tanggung jawab dan keinginan untuk meneruskan pembangunan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract- This research has assessed the empirical relationship among the supply chain management and business repute in the service sector of Indonesia. To the best of our research, this research is a first in nature which is exploring the relationship between supply chain management and business repute in Indonesian economy. The overall study is quantitative in nature which has collected the data through a survey questionnaire from a sample of 183 respondents in service firms. Descriptive results are showing the moderate trends in the mean score with the relative deviation in the average responses too. Additionally, demographic factors like age, working experience, education, marital status, and working status are also presented through relative frequencies and percentage score. For examining the impact of various factors of supply chain management on business repute, regression analyses have been performed where F-test is showing the fitness of the model. It is found that there is a significant and positive impact of first items of autonomy, first item of environmental mastery, first item of personal relationship, and first and third items of self-acceptance. Whereas the rest of the items are indicating no significant impact on mean business repute in Indonesian service industry. However, study is limited in terms of sample size, missing the impact of behavioral intention on business repute, and implication of both measurement and structural equation modelling approaches. Future studies are recommended to consider these limitations as their fundamental contribution in the literature work.

Abstract

The problems faced by PKM Partners are on a number of factors that are difficult to be resolved by Partners, namely relating to production equipment that is worn, does not have a production permit, does not have a brand, has not been tested for product nutrition, has not been packaged with attractive performance. Therefore this activity aims to provide assistance so that the micro-businesses occupied by Partners can be further increased in the number and quality of products they produce. Service activities are carried out in the form of facilitation of production equipment, facilitation of product nutrition testing, financial management training and facilitation of product brand design. The results of the activity can be described that currently Partners: 1. already has the following new equipment Spinner to squeeze oil from freshly fried potato chips, 2. The oil content in the product has been reduced enough to be safe for consumption, 3. The nutritional content of the product is already known because it has been tested in the TP Lab the nutritional content contained in potato chips, 4. Already able to understand about the character of a superior entrepreneur and and will try to become a formidable business actor at the micro business level, 5. Partners are helped to design product brands, namely "Kripang"

Abstract

Kertasari Regency of Bandung, not only as a center for potatoes in West Java, also proves itself as one of the regional suppliers of national potato needs. The quality of potatoes is not inferior, the target markets are a number of regions, such as Jakarta, Sumatra, Kalimantan, and several other regions. able to penetrate the export market, especially Singapore and a number of well-known supermarkets in Indonesia. Based on the results of interviews and observations on small business groups in the village of Cibereum, said the products processed potato chips produced are still traditional, which are sold to the surrounding area, but the quality of the production of potato chips is not in accordance with market demands. The main problems faced by partner business groups related to the Capacity of Entrepreneurship and Technology used are still limited. the implementation of this activity, began to be carried out in April 2019 - September 2019. The approach method used includes; Technology Design, Technology Making, Technology Operation Test, Dissemination / Training, Technical Guidance, Assistance, Business Facilitation and Mediation. The results of the implementation of Entrepreneurship Capacity Development and Technology Dissemination have a positive impact on the Partner business group, this can be seen from the implementation of science and technology through the Training Approach, Technical Guidance and Technology Assistance and Application can solve the problem by providing the following solutions: 1) Achievement of Entrepreneurial Capacity Partners: a) Partners Have High Motivation in carrying out their business, b) Partners Able to Run Business Management right, c) Partners Have a Business Plan as a business guide, d) Partners Are Able to determine Market Opportunities and Market / Business Networks. And 2) Achievements of Technology Application for Partners: a) Partner business group obtains Potato Peeling and Washing Machine (Peeler Machine), Wave Potato Slicer, Spiner, Product Packing Machine and Bag Sealer. b) The Production Process Is More Effective and Can Produce Lots. c) Ability / Skill of Partners increased 100%, d) Increased Products produced both in quality and quantity.

Abstract

Small Business Scarves as a community service partner are in the binongjati area, Binongjati Village, Batununggal District, Bandung city, which started its business in 2011. Partner scarf small businesses have a role in creating jobs, reducing unemployment and improving the welfare of the community in the local environment. The main problem with partners is that they have not developed a business according to expectations of the two partners. This community service activity began in April 2018 - September 2018. Priority issues faced by the Partners included the following issues: 1) Problems with the limited capacity of circular and knitting machines for the production process. 2) the problem of the limited capacity of the Organization and Management knowledge and skills 3) The problem of the limited capacity of knowledge and skills in preparing a business plan. and 4) limited capacity of knowledge and skills to take advantage of existing market opportunities, access, media promotion and business partnerships. This condition causes the target partner's business to become undeveloped. The implementation method in this service uses a training approach, technical guidance and business assistance and business facilitation. The results of this activity can be seen from the implementation after the approach method is implemented. Both partners have the capacity to circle and knit machines, understand the organization and management and have an organizational structure so that they know the clear division of tasks and authorities, know and understand the process of preparing a business plan and have a business plan to be submitted to stakeholders and partners have new market access and media promotion.

Abstract

Binong Jati Knitting Industry Center, which is now better known as Kampoeng Radjoet, is one of Bandung's flagship products. This is shown: 1) Research results of Ina Primiana et al, Bandung Mayor Decree and Certificate of Local Lurah. Kampoeng Rajoet area has: 293 craftsmen, investment value 31,366 billion, production capacity per year 984,426 Lusin and provides employment for 2,143 laborers, regional and national target markets, several small businesses have entered the international market. One of them is Small Business Rajut owned by Eka Rahmat Jaya which is a PPPUD Partner located in the Binong Jati region, District, Batununggal, Bandung City which has the potential to be developed, but is still faced with the main problem, which is not yet having Business Competitiveness. Community service activities began to be carried out in March - September 2019. Priority problems faced by Partners to find a solution: 1) Problems do not have a Computerized Knitting Machine, limited raw materials ... 2) Marketing problems, 3) Management HR Problems. 4) Problems with limited completeness of business and limited promotional media, 5) Limitations in participating in exhibitions and their completeness. This condition causes the target business partners do not have competitiveness. The approach method used, namely; Training, Technical Guidance (Bimtek), Assistance, Business facilitation. Outcomes of activities: Partners have capacity for Cixing machines and Raw material capacity, Increased Marketing Capacity / Market / consumer potential information: Segments, Targets and Positioning (STP), Business Management Capacity Building: Business Vision, Mission and Objectives and HR / Workforce increased motivation and creativity, Increased Capacity Completeness of business and Media Promotion: Product Branding, Internet Access, Neon Boxes, and can take part in Exhibitions (Expo) and have completeness (Paperbag Packaging / Bags, Banners, name cards, Brochures, Catalogs, Invoices, Mannequins and clothes hangers / hanger). The main thing of this program is that in accordance with its objectives, the Partners already have the ability to compete in running their businesses

Abstract

Keberadaan pademi Covid-19 berdampak negatif terhadap usaha kecil rajutan unggulan kota bandung ini, disisi lain produk rajut usaha kecil ini memiliki potensi untuk ditingkatkan daya saingnya, masalah usaha kecil rajut sebagai berikut: 1) keterbatasan Mesin yang digunakan, 2) kurang dimilikinya keterampilan terkait Organisasi dan manajemen usaha, 3) tidak memiliki Business Plan atau Rencana bisnis. Tujuan dalam mengatasi permasalahan:1) Meningkatnya kepemilikan teknologi Mesin bagi usaha kecil. 2) Meningkatkan Kapasitas dalam Organisasi dan Manajemen bagi Usaha kecil. Dan 3) Meningkatkan Kapasitas dan kepemilikan Dukumen Rencana Usaha (Busines Plan) bagi Usaha kecil. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Terapan, sedangkan metode pelaksanakan meliputi: Pelatihan, Bimbingan Teknis, Pendapngan dan Fasilitasi. Pelaksanaan Pemberdayaan kapasitas usaha kecil rajut ini, ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan melalui penerapan ilmu dan pengetahuan, dan teknologi, kecakapan/ skill dan meningkatakan kemampuan dalam menangani usahanya. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukan hal–hal sebagai berikut:  1) Meningkatkan Kapasitas kepemilikan unit Mesin pada mitra usaha kecil, 2) Meningkatkan Kapasitas pemahaman, dan penerapan Organisasi bisnis dan memahami dan menerapkan fungsi Manajemen bisnis Usaha kecil, seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan dan pengendalian usaha. dan 3) Meningkatkan kapasitas atau kemampuan mengenai maksud, tujuan, fungsi dan keguanaann dari Dukumen Rencana Usaha (Busines Plan) bagi Usaha kecil.
