Abstract

This study aims to show that the legal rules regarding the eradication of terrorism are regulated in Law No. 5 of 2018 concerning Amendments to Law No. 15 of 2003 concerning the Stipulation of Perpu No. 1 of 2002 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism. Law enforcement against the eradication of terrorism in Vital Objects in the North Sumatra Regional Police refers to the theory of law enforcement according to Soerjono Soekanto that law enforcement has 3 elements, namely: first, legal certainty (rechtssicherheit), second; Benefits (zweckmassigkeit), and third, Justice (gerechtigkeit). The research method used is a normative juridical research with analytical descriptive research characteristics. This study uses materials obtained from the results of library research, from library research secondary data is collected which includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis in this study is qualitative. The results showed that the opportunity for the police to take preventive action, namely to prohibit and process the law of all public actions that could be categorized as leading to radicalism or terrorism refers to law enforcement theory.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the judge's decision on case number 115-K/PM.1-02/AD/X/2019 at the Military Court I-02 Medan about the different opinions of the panel of judges in the Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) case in the Indonesian National Army (TNI). TNI). The purpose of this study is to examine the legal regulations regarding criminal punishment for LGBT perpetrators within the TNI and examine the application of penalties for perpetrators who violate the LGBT prohibition within the TNI, as well as to analyze how the basis for applying the law to soldiers who commit LGBT violations within the TNI is. The research conducted is normative legal research that uses a normative juridical approach that takes secondary data by making primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that LGBT is a very deviant behavior in which Indonesia has no laws and regulations governing LGBT acts in general and specifically so that the application of punishment is based on Article 281 of the Criminal Code, Article 103 of the Criminal Code, Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 Article 53 Paragraph (1) letter b Concerning Administration of Indonesian National Armed Forces Soldiers, Kasad Decree Number Kep/330/IV/2018 dated 17 April 2018 concerning Disrespectful Dismissal within the TNI, which was imposed to ensnare LGBT perpetrators within the TNI.

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to determine the effect of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on job satisfaction of employees of Astra Credit Companies Medan. The problem is focused on the organizational culture that is run and the incentive system carried out by the company. In order to approach the problem, the theoretical references from Robbins (2012) and Luthans (2011) are used. Measuring tool use is organizational culture scale, incentive provision scale and job satisfaction scale to 92 employees of Astra Credit Companies Medan and conducting quantitative data analysis. Data analysis is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive influence of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee job satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aesthetics of the headscarf on Budhi Wijaya's ludruk aims to show a new form of innovation in the ludruk performance, in which the hijab in the show is used as a support for the characters in the play that is delivered. Ludruk Budhi Wijaya is a millennial ludruk group that accepts all new forms of ludruk performances including the hijab. This study was conducted based on the experience of researchers who were also ludruk players who wore headscarves but were rejected by other ludruk groups because of the limitations of the headscarves worn. descriptive research method using qualitative observer participants as well as participating in the show that was held. The results of the study were then analyzed using the experience theory of Dewiit Hendry Parker, namely subjectivity about the nature of Dewiit Henry Parker's values with four elements that play a role in experience, namely subject, freedom, cause, constant. The results of the research that have been analyzed found that the free and spontaneous response experienced by the subject (artist and audience) related to the hijab in the ludruk performance with the play Faithfulness of a Wife. The existence of a headscarf in the ludruk show also emphasizes the character of the actor in the show

Abstract

The study was conducted to examine Third Party Funds, Operational Costs, Operational Income and Loans Disbursed on Financial Performance in the banking sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sampling system used was saturated sampling. This study obtained a sample of 26 companies and then multiplied by 3 years of the test period, the total number of samples obtained was 78 data, which were analyzed in this study using annual financial reports taken from multiple linear regression research methods, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using the F test and T test using the SPSS program. Which parties to Third Party Funds, Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) and Loans Distributed simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance to banking companies, through this research it could be that Third Party Funds, Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO) and Loans Disbursed by the variables studied was 2.7% and the remaining 9.3% was presented by other factors, for example: EAR, LAR, NPL, Company Size, DER, Credit Ratio and other variables.

Abstract

Village Funds are Funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget allocated for villages to be used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Village government is required to carry out governance in a transparent and accountable manner. Laws and Government Regulations have provided a clear legal umbrella so that the BPD does not need to hesitate in carrying out its function of supervising the performance of village heads. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and discussions with related parties through snowball techniques. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and discussions with related parties through snowball techniques. The results showed: Village Community Kec. Panombeian Panei participates in the management of the village fund budget. Management of the village fund budget in the Village of Panombeian District Panei. How ever, the management is still inadequate due to unwise decisions, no budget transparency and a lack of accountability for the expenditure of the village fund budget itself.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Processing Production Division of PTPN III Rantauprapat. The hypothesis proposed is the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Processing Production Division of PTPN III Rantauprapat. The number of samples in this study was 119 people. Sampling technique using Total Sampling. The data collection method is a Likert scale of work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. Data analysis used multiple regression linear analysis model. The results of this study are: There is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance. This is indicated by the t-count value of Work Motivation of 7.832 > ttable 1.980 and the Sig value of 0.000 <0.025. There is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the coefficient of the t value of Work Discipline which is 3,410 > ttable 1,980 and the Sig value of 0.001 < 0.025. There is a significant influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline Employee Performance. This is indicated by the calculated F value of 66,112 > F table 19,487 and the significance value of 0.000 with p value <0.05

Abstract

The writing is to know law enforcement of the criminal trafficking of human trafficking based on ruling number 3107/ pid. SUS /2018/ pn MDN. The research method used in this writing was normative-that is, legal research that is conceptualized as written in legislation. The source of the legal material used was secondary data. The data-gathering technique used library studies and then qualitative data are analyzed. The study has a conclusion that the high crime rate of human trafficking shows yet the government's efforts to implement the protection of human trafficking victims are serious. Law enforcement is deemed to be lacking sterility to have a lasting effect on perpetrators. The crime of trafficking people is organized crime and all the perpetrators have different roles. Law enforcement in the 2007 statute number 21 was strengthened by the release of the amendment number 69 in 2008. The law policy against human trafficking according to rule number 3107/ pid. SUS /2018/ pn MDN used the penal approach that has been applied to the penal penal system in the theory of law enforcement and the coping of crime of the application of criminal law.

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to determine the effect of psychological wellbeing and climate organization with job satisfaction among the employees of Unit Kerja Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah III Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The problem is focused on the psychological wellbeing and climate organization by the company. Measuring tool use is psychological wellbeing scale, climate organization scale, and job satisfaction scale to 90 employees of Unit Kerja Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah III Provinsi Sumatera Utara and conducting quantitative data analysis with multiple linier regression method. The results obtained that there is a significant positive influence of psychological wellbeing and climate organization with job satisfaction. Thus it can be concluded that is an influence of psychological wellbeing and climate organization on employee job satisfaction. Psychological wellbeing  and climate organization to job satisfaction as much as 88.90% this means there are still 11.10% other factors that can affect Job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of organizational culture and job promotion on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. The object of research is limited to organizational culture variable and job promotion as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable. Samples, ie as many as 72 Respondents. Analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which kosntanta equal to 0,876 which means indicate that if variable of organizational culture and job promotion is considered constant then level of employee performance variable positive value that is equal to 0876. While the results of correlation coefficient X1 of 0.248 which means if the organizational culture has increased the employee performance will experience an increase of 0.248 and X2 coefficient of 0.851 which means that if job promotion variables increased the employee performance will experience an increase of 0.851, these three variables each have The relationship of positive attachment to employee performance and has a significant value is 0.000 <from 0.005.
