This study aims to analyze the difference in the length of time to get a job between people registered and not registered with pre-employment cards in reducing unemployment in Batam City with 50 respondents. Unemployment is a problem that often occurs and needs serious attention. So it is hoped that the pre-employment card program can reduce poverty. This study uses a descriptive approach with primary data obtained through interviews with people registered and not registered with the Pre-Employment Card Program. The research results show that the Pre-Employment Card Program does not have a significant influence on the length of time looking for work in Batam City. With the result that the average time to look for work for people who register for a pre-employment card is 6.75 with a variance of 12.64. Meanwhile, people who are not registered have an average time of 6.93 with a variance of 12.51. The statistical test results show that the t-count value -0.25 is smaller than the t-table of 1.66 and 1.98, so H0 is accepted.

This study examines the influence of job insecurity and toxic workplace environment on turnover intention, with workplace stress serving as a mediating variable among retail employees. The research is motivated by the high turnover rates commonly found in the retail sector, which are often associated with unstable employment conditions and unfavorable work environments. Using a quantitative approach, primary data were collected through online questionnaires from 302 Indomaret employees in Bengkulu City. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 to assess the validity, reliability, and structural relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that job insecurity has a direct and significant positive effect on turnover intention, suggesting that uncertainty regarding job stability increases employees’ desire to leave the organization. While a toxic workplace environment does not directly influence turnover intention, it significantly increases workplace stress, which in turn positively affects turnover intention. Moreover, workplace stress is found to mediate the relationships between job insecurity and turnover intention, as well as between toxic workplace environment and turnover intention. Overall, the study highlights the crucial role of workplace stress as a psychological mechanism linking unfavorable work conditions to employees’ intention to leave, offering important implications for employee retention strategies in the retail sector.

This study examines Maleena Coffee Roasters' customer experience and loyalty relation with satisfaction. An online survey of 160 active consumers aged 18 or older who had made at least two transactions in May–July 2025 collected data. PLS-SEM analysis revealed a positive and significant impact of Customer Experience on Satisfaction (β=0.947; p0.001) and Loyalty (β=0.583; p0.001). Additionally, Satisfaction also had a positive effect on Loyalty (β = 0.350; p 0.001). Partial mediation is found, with an indirect effect of 0.331 (t=4,009; p0,001), indicating that satisfaction only partially transmits the influence of Customer Experience to Loyalty. Results suggest emotional, social, and sensory dimensions primarily drive loyalty, especially among Gen Z, while functional aspects are channeled more through satisfaction. Practical recommendations include optimizing customer experience through enhanced interactions, operational consistency, emotional connection, and behavioral analytics to foster both direct and satisfaction-based loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG disclosure and profitability on tax aggressiveness, with company size as a moderating variable in energy sector issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022–2024 period. From a population of 91 companies, 13 samples were selected through a purposive sampling method, resulting in 39 observations for analysis using panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study results show that ESG disclosure has a significant negative effect (ẞ = -0.354013, p = 0.0388), while profitability has a significant positive effect (p = 0.0366) on tax aggressiveness. Company size is proven to significantly weaken the impact of profitability on tax aggressiveness (p = 0.0437), but no moderating effect is found on the ESG variable. With an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.571371, this model is able to explain 57.13% of the variation in tax aggressiveness. These findings emphasize the importance of the energy sector in integrating ESG standards and ethical earnings management to mitigate the risk of aggressive tax practices.

Tax reporting compliance among individual taxpayers plays an essential role in sustaining government revenue. Nevertheless, the level of compliance among young entrepreneurs remains relatively low. To address this issue, the government introduced the Coretax Administration System (CTAS) as part of tax administration modernization aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving service quality, although its implementation still encounters several technical obstacles. This research aims to analyze the effect of CTAS implementation and service quality on the level of tax reporting compliance among young entrepreneurs in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 105 respondents, who were selected through purposive sampling. The data collected were processed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that both the implementation of CTAS and the quality of services significantly and positively influence tax reporting compliance, with an R-square value of 0.911. Among the variables examined, CTAS implementation shows the strongest contribution to compliance. These results underline the importance of optimizing the system and enhancing service quality to encourage sustainable tax reporting compliance.

Environmental performance among Indonesian Consumer Non-Cyclicals manufacturing firms remains heterogeneous despite increasing sustainability pressures. This study examines the effect of green manufacturing on environmental performance and tests whether green supply chain mediates this relationship under the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV). Using secondary data from sustainability/annual reports and PROPER ratings for 2022-2024, purposive sampling yields 35 firms (105 firm-year observations). Green manufacturing is proxied by electricity consumption (kWh) transformed using min-max normalization and directional reversal (higher score = greener), while green supply chain is measured through disclosure-based scoring across five indicators. The model is estimated using PLS-SEM with bootstrapping. Results show that green manufacturing has a positive and significant effect on environmental performance. However, green manufacturing is significantly associated with green supply chain in a negative direction, and green supply chain has no significant effect on environmental performance. The indirect effect is not significant, indicating no mediating role of green supply chain in the observation period.
