Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the effect of understanding tax rules and awareness of taxpayer compliance as well as analyze the influence of understanding tax rules and awareness of taxpayer compliance after it is moderated by tax socialization. This study was quantitative research and used deductive approach as well as causal studies. The location in this study was in Kudus Regency and the population was a medium and large industry performer, they were 174 industry performers. The determination of the sample in this study was by using saturated sampling or census method which means the number of samples equal to the number of population. This study used regression analysis for the moderation variables. The results of this study is the understanding of tax and awareness have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The tax socialization affects and strengthens the relationship between understanding tax rules on taxpayer compliance but fails to affect the relationship between taxpayer awareness and compliance. In this study, tax socialization runs two types of moderation: pseudo-moderation and moderation of predictors. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah pemahaman peraturan pajak dan kesadaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sosialisasi pajak mempengaruhi dan memperkuat hubungan antara pemahaman peraturan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak namun gagal mempengaruhi hubungan antara kesadaran dan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Dalam penelitian ini, sosialisasi pajak menjalankan dua jenis moderasi yaitu moderasi semu dan moderasi prediktor. Abstract

Poverty is still a basic and major problem for all countries, including developing countries. There have been several government efforts undertaken to alleviate poverty but they have not yielded good results. The idea of ​​social entrepreneurship has been widely applied by many countries in an effort to reduce poverty. Empowering women is one way to reduce the high unemployment rate because most of the unemployed are women. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of social entrepreneurship and women's empowerment on poverty alleviation. The research was conducted in Kajeksan Village, Kudus Regency, Central Java with an exploratory quantitative research model where the aim is to explore deeper ideas on how to alleviate poverty through the existing sample. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula and obtained 145 poor women. The sampling technique used random sampling and data collection using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using SEM with the help of the WarpPLS analysis tool. The results of this study prove that social entrepreneurship and women's empowerment have a significant effect on poverty alleviation. Kemiskinan masih menjadi masalah dasar dan besar bagi seluruh negara termasuk pada negara berkembang. Telah ada beberapa upaya pemerintah yang dilakukan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan namun ternyata belum juga memberikan hasil yang baik. Gagasan kewirausahaan sosial telah banyak diterapkan banyak negara sebagai upaya mengurangi penduduk miskin. Memberdayakan perempuan merupakan salah satu cara agar dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi karena sebagian besar pengangguran adalah perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh kewirausahaan sosial dan pemberdayaan perempuan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kajeksan Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah dengan model penelitian kuantitatif eksploratori yang mana tujuannya adalah untuk mendalami ide lebih dalam tentang cara mengentaskan kemiskinan melalui sampel yang ada. Sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dan didapat 145 perempuan penduduk miskin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang sudah terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan alat analisis WarpPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kewirausahaan sosial dan pemberdayaan perempuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan.

Abstract

Nowadays, women still become an objectsof life. Even though women can be competent objects of development. Lack of motivation to women is the main problem why women are not productive in public matters. The purpose of this study was to see whether women's empowerment could increase women's motivation to alleviate poverty. This research is an exploratory research which intends to collect facts in depth. The population in this study were 229 women from poor communities who did not or had not worked in Kudus Regency. The sample obtained from Slovin formula is 145 women with the sampling technique using random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM with the warpPLS analysis tool. This research shows that the motivation of the population of women does indeed have a significant effect on poverty alleviation because motivation makes what women do to be unbiased. Empowerment of women does not have any effect on motivation for poverty alleviation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat penguasaan Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) guru akuntansi SMK di Kebumen dengan membandingkannya berdasarkan gender, sertifikasi profesi, jenjang pendidikan, latar belakang akademik, serta lama mengajar. Sampel penelitian seluruh guru Akuntansi SMK se Kabupaten Kebumen yang berjumlah 65 orang. Instrumen untuk pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis data deskriptif dan uji beda (one sample t-test) dengan menggunakan sofware SPSS v21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilihat dari aspek yaitu: (1) gender, rata-rata penguasaan PCK bagi guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen baik, (2) sertifikasi guru yang diterima, rata-rata PCK guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen memiliki perbedaan, khususnya pada aspek pengetahuan konteks, (3) jenjang pendidikannya, rata-rata penguasaan PCK guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen baik, (4) latar belakang akademik, rata-rata penguasaan PCK guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen adalah sama kecuali pada aspek pengetahuan kurikulum, (5) pengalaman mengajarnya, rata-rata penguasaan PCK guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen adalah sama.

Abstract

Vocational Education Package C program implemented by PKBM Bina Warga Kab. Kendal has been proven to have excellent entrepreneurial spirit outcomes. However, there are still major shortcomings in the field of blended learning-based education management. This article describes the picture of the completion of non-formal entrepreneurial learning solutions that are very important to open new jobs. The concept of vocational long-life education is intended as an equality-based education at the level organized by PKBM Bina Warga Kendal. The method of devotion carried out to alleviate the solution is to provide a series of Entrepreneurial Web-based training activities, namely learning websites as well as a web marketing for entrepreneurial training products. The result of the devotion carried out is a new pattern in conducting entrepreneurship and marketing training compared to before the activity was carried out. The new pattern is the existence of digital marketing learning as well as strengthening the character of entrepreneurship through technology. The advice that can be given after the implementation of devotion is the existence of digital marketing training as a strengthening of entrepreneurship in the field of marketing using existing websites and other platforms. Program Paket C Pendidikan Vokasi yang dilaksanakan oleh PKBM Bina Warga Kabupaten Kendal sudah terbukti memiliki outcome jiwa wirausaha yang sangat baik. Akan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan utamanya dalam bidang pengelolaan pendidikan berbasis Blended learning. Artikel ini menjelaskan gambaran penyelesaian solusi pembelajaran kewirausahaan non formal yang sangat penting dalam rangka membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru. Konsep vocational long-life education dimaksudkan sebagai pendidikan berbasis kesetaraan dalam jenjang yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Bina Warga Kendal. Adapun metode pengabdian yang dilakukan untuk mengentaskan solusi tersebut adalah dengan memberikan serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan Entrepreneurial Web based, yaitu website pembelajaran sekaligus di dalamnya adalah web pemasaran untuk produk hasil pelatihan kewirausahaan. Hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah adanya pola baru dalam melakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pemasaran dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan. Pola baru tersebut adalah adanya pembelajaran digital marketing sekaligus penguatan karakter kewirausahaan melalui teknologi. Adapun saran yang bisa diberikan pasca pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah adanya pelatihan digital marketing sebagai penguatan kewirausahaan dalam bidang pemasaran menggunakan Website yang sudah ada maupun platform lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran pada pembelajaran ekonomi dikelas XI IPS 1 SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran Contekstual Teaching Learning (CTL). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas ini meliputi: tahap perencanaan tindakan, tahap pelaksanaan tindakan, tahap observasi dan interpretasi, dan tahap analisis dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Contekstual Teaching Learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi. Hal ini tercermin dari hasil penelitian dari pra tindakan, tindakan siklus I, dan tindakan siklus II yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Pembelajaran dikatakan berhasil jika lebih dari 75% siswa dikelas memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) dari yang sudah ditentukan sekolah, yaitu 75. Pada ranah kognitif dari 65,4% pada pra tindakan, meningkat menjadi 73,1% pada siklus I, dan terus mengalami kenaikan menjadi 88,4%. pada siklus II. Ranah afektif dari 57,7% pada pra siklus, meningkat menjadi 69,2% pada siklus I, dan terus meningkat menjadi 84,6% pada siklus II. Ranah psikomotor dari 61,5% pada pra tindakan, meningkat menjadi 65,4% pada siklus I, dan terus meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 80,7%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model Contekstual Teaching Learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. Kata kunci: Contekstual Teaching Learning (CTL), hasil belajar  The purpose of this study was to obtain information about improving student learning outcomes learning in economic learning in class XI IPS 1 at Al-Azhar High School Syifa Budi Solo through the application of learning strategies with the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) model. This class action research procedure includes: the action planning stage, the action implementation stage, the observation and interpretation phase, and the analysis and reflection stage. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model can improve learning outcomes in economic lessons. This is reflected in the results of research on pre-action, cycle I action, and cycle II action that continues to increase. Learning is said to be successful if more than 75% of students in the class meet the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) than those already determined by the school, which is 75. In the cognitive domain from 65.4% in pre-action, it increases to 73.1% in cycle I, and continues increased to 88.4%. in cycle II. The affective domain from 57.7% in the pre cycle, increased to 69.2% in the first cycle, and continued to increase to 84.6% in the second cycle. The psychomotor domain from 61.5% in pre-action, increased to 65.4% in the first cycle, and continued to increase in the second cycle to 80.7%. The results showed that the application of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) model can improve the learning outcomes of economy class XI IPS 1 students at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo High School.Keywords: Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL), learning outcomes

Abstract

Optimization of Digital Marketing Practices to Improve Product Sales of Inamtes in the Productive PrisonAbstract. Productive prisons are prisons that are not only a place for guiding inmates (prisoners) in a conventional manner, but can also be a means to encourage the production of a good quality products, therefore productive activities in prisons can be a support for fostering prisoners. In productive prisons, inmates are taught to grow crops, raise livestock to gardening. Lapas Terbuka Kendal, one of productive prisons in Central Java, is currently only filled with 23 inmates who are fostered by the independence of various production activities, namely the agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry sectors. The results of Lapas Terbuka Kendal production activities can be said to be quite good. Even marketing has been done well, one of them through the website. But unfortunately the existing marketing did not produce maximum results in sales. This is evaluated and resolved in the community service performed. The digital marketing training is a solution given. All officers were enthusiastic in actively participating during the training. By this training, it is expected they could maximize the digital marketing implementation to boost the sales.Keyword: Digital marketing, productive prison, prisoners, production activities, sales.Abstrak. Lembaga pemasyarakatan (Lapas) produktif merupakan Lapas yang tidak hanya menjadi tempat pembinaan narapidana (warga binaan) secara konvensional, tetapi juga dapat menjadi salah satu sarana untuk mendorong dihasilkannya produk-produk berkualitas, oleh karenanya kegiatan produktif di lapas bisa menjadi penunjang bagi pembinaan terhadap warga Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP). WBP diajarkan bercocok tanam, beternak hingga berkebun di Lapas Terbuka. Lapas Terbuka Kendal, salah satu Lapas Produktif di Jawa Tengah, saat ini terisi sebanyak 23 warga binaan yang dibina kemandirian berbagai macam kegiatan produksi yaitu sektor pertanian, perikanan dan peternakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan produksi Lapas Terbuka Kendal dapat dikatakan cukup bagus. Bahkan pemasaran pun sudah dilakukan dengan baik, salah satunya melalui website. Namun sayangnya pemasaran yang ada ternyata tidak membuahkan hasil yang maksimal dalam penjualan. Hal tersebut yang dievaluasi dan dipecahkan pada pengabdian yang dilakukan. Pelatihan pemasaran digital menjadi solusi yang diberikan pada pengabdian ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar, seluruh petugas Lapas antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mereka mampu memaksimalkan fungsi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan.Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi, pemasaran, kegiatan produksi, peningkatan penjualan.
