During the Covid-19 pandemic, the face-to-face learning system has changed to online. Online learning poses several problems for students. Online learning is difficult to reach, making students lazy and bored. During online learning, students' commitment and motivation in learning cannot be explained. This study aims to analyze the effect of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on the commitment of nursing students in the courageous learning process during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a pre-experimental research design with Pretest-Posttest Design. The target population is 2nd semester students who carry out online learning at the Faculty of Nursing, Citra Bangsa University, Kupang, as many as 62 students, who were pre-tested with a commitment score below 126. Sampling was carried out by the total sampling method, which was 20 students. 5 students did not become respondents to become respondents, 3 respondents did not attend since the 2nd session due to illness, a total of 12 respondents. The independent variable was Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the variable was commitment. The research instrument is a commitment questionnaire. Data analysis used a paired test with 0.05, first the normality test will be carried out. Objective : Early arrival at the hospital for stroke patients provides the opportunity for fast and appropriate treatment, which is related to the success of treatment and improving patient clinical outcomes, while the clinical outcomes of stroke patients will get worse, if they do not get medical treatment quickly and precisely. Delay in handling the incidence of stroke, namely 83.9%, this was caused by delays in treatment at the prehospital stage. Purpose: To find out the factors associated with family delays in bringing stroke patients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe City of Gorontalo. Methods : Correlational analysis with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were the families of patients who cared for stroke patients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City totaling 35 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Results : There is a family empowerment system in optimizing prehospital management of stroke patients, which starts with identifying the factors that delay families bringing patients to health facilities, so that early treatment of patients can be carried out and can prevent disability and death. Conclusion : The three variables consisting of family knowledge, family attitudes and family support, are significantly positively related to delays in the patient's family bringing stroke patients to the Prof. Hospital Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe City of Gorontalo.

Coronavirus Disease or COVID-19 is still a concern throughout the world. WHO recommends the Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) method as the gold standard for diagnosing COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to describe the results of the Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) examination in COVID-19 patients at Prof. Dr. H. Aloe Saboe, City of Gorontalo. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with a retrospective approach. The population of this study were all suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients treated at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. Aloe Saboe Gorontalo City in 2020-2021. The number of samples used was 344, using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was medical record data. The results showed that the results of the Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) examination in COVID-19 patients at Prof. Dr. H. HIV remains a public concern with an increasing prevalence. HIV prevention can be done by considering the ABC approach; Abstinence (A), Be faithful (B), and Correct and consistent condoms (C). Globally, the use of condoms is still one of the HIV prevention interventions. However, this intervention is often overlooked, leading to inconsistent condom use. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between partner support and the consistency of condom use. This study used a cross-sectional method in Rumah Singgah Dukungan Teman Sebaya, Gorontalo City. The calculation of the Chi-square test revealed a p-value of 0.008 (p ˂ 0.05). This finding indicates a significant relationship between partner support and the consistency of condom use at Rumah Singgah Dukungan Teman Sebaya, Gorontalo City.

In the process of becoming a nurse, nursing students need to go through two stages of education, namely the undergraduate stage of nursing (academic) and the professional stage (profession). These two stages of education have different learning loads and responsibilities. At the academic stage students will be equipped with nursing knowledge to then apply it at the professional stage to actual patients. This often results in poor sleep quality in nursing students. This study aims to describe the sleep quality of students majoring in nursing at Gorontalo State University. This study used a descriptive survey method with a sample of 545 respondents who were obtained using a total sampling technique. The research instrument used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire to measure sleep quality. The results showed that there were 438 respondents (80.4%) who had poor sleep quality, and 107 respondents (19.6%) had good sleep quality. The conclusion of this study is that the majority of students majoring in Nursing at Gorontalo State University who are currently undergoing the lecture process have poor sleep quality.

Background: Stroke is a disturbance of the function of the nervous system that occurs suddenly due to problems with blood circulation in the brain. The purposed of this literature study is to synthesize evidence or literature about the Effect of Range Of Motion (ROM) on Muscle Strength in Stroke Patients. Method: This literature study applied the PICOT framework with the Google Scholar database, research gate, and PUBMED. Results: Show a correlation between Range of Motion (ROM) and Muscle Strength in Stroke Patients. In addition, ROM also increases the range of motion of joints in stroke patients. Conclusion: From this literature review, it can be concluded that 66.6% of research shows a correlation between ROM and muscle strength in stroke patients. In addition, about 33.3% of research shows that ROM therapy can increase the range of motion of joints in stroke sufferers.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease caused by the pancreas not being able to produce insulin effectively which is characterized by hyperglycemia. Blood sugar control can be done by adhering to the DM diet. Factors that influence adherence to diet include health locus of control (HLOC). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between HLOC and adherence to a diet in DM sufferers in the working area of the Telaga Health Center. This type of research is quantitative using the Cross Sectional approach method. The study population consisted of 194 DM sufferers in the working area of the Telaga Health Center. The number of samples was 66. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling. The results showed that 27 respondents (41%) had high HLOC, 39 respondents (59%) had moderate HLOC, and found no low HLOC (0%). Respondents with adherence to a good diet were 15 respondents (22.7%), adherence to an adequate diet were 48 respondents (72.7%) and adherence to a bad diet were 3 respondents (4.6%). Using the Somers'D test, a p-value = (0.000) is obtained so that there is a relationship between HLOC and adherence to diet in DM sufferers in the working area of the Telaga Health Center

Psychosocial problems due to COVID-19 can threaten children who contribute to mental disorders in adulthood. Psychosocial problems in children due to the pandemic in children include fear, difficulty, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, mood swings, depression, even thoughts of suicide. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out the application of therapeutic group therapy and family psychoeducation in achieving work development tasks and preventing psychosocial problems due to the Covid-19 pandemic in school-age children. The method used is a case series by applying therapeutic group therapy and family psychoeducation to 19 school-age children. The results obtained indicate that therapeutic group therapy and family psychoeducation can improve the tasks and developmental aspects of school-age children and prevent the risk of psychosocial problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This action is recommended to promote development and prevent psychosocial problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic in school-age children.

The freedom of adolescents in establishing relationships through social media can also trigger sexual behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of social media on knowledge and sexual behavior in adolescents in Gorontalo City. The population in this study is the entire sample. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. This research was conducted by means of an analytic study with a cross-sectional research design by studying the correlation between the influence of social media (independent) with knowledge and sexual behavior (dependent). Umbilical cord care is an action to treat the umbilical cord in newborns to keep it dry and prevent infection. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of adolescent post partum toward umbilical cord care. This study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive design. The populations are adolescent post partum in the working area of Kota Timur Public Health Center, totaling 98 people with a total sample of 79 people who are determined using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, The research questionnaire used a mother's knowledge questionnaire about cord care which consisted of 26 questions and the data used are univariate data. The results show that the number of respondents who have good knowledge is 32 respondents (40,5%), 40 respondents (50,6%) have sufficient knowledge, 7 respondents (8,9%) have a lack of knowledge.
