Abstract

Objective : Early arrival at the hospital for stroke patients provides the opportunity for fast and appropriate treatment, which is related to the success of treatment and improving patient clinical outcomes, while the clinical outcomes of stroke patients will get worse, if they do not get medical treatment quickly and precisely. Delay in handling the incidence of stroke, namely 83.9%, this was caused by delays in treatment at the prehospital stage. Purpose: To find out the factors associated with family delays in bringing stroke patients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe City of Gorontalo. Methods : Correlational analysis with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were the families of patients who cared for stroke patients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City totaling 35 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Results : There is a family empowerment system in optimizing prehospital management of stroke patients, which starts with identifying the factors that delay families bringing patients to health facilities, so that early treatment of patients can be carried out and can prevent disability and death. Conclusion : The three variables consisting of family knowledge, family attitudes and family support, are significantly positively related to delays in the patient's family bringing stroke patients to the Prof. Hospital Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe City of Gorontalo.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) know the implementation of stunting handling policies in Gorontalo Regency Limboto Health Center. 2) know the factors that affect the implementation of stunting handling policies in Gorontalo Regency Limboto Health Center. The results showed that 1) Implementation of stunting treatment policies in Limboto Health Center Gorontalo regency has been going well, specific nutritional intervention activities with the target of pregnant women, specific nutritional intervention activities with the target of breastfeeding mothers and children under 6 months of age, Specific nutritional intervention activities with the target of breastfeeding mothers and children aged over 6 to 23 and sensitive nutrition intervention activities with community targets, in handling Stunting in Limboto Health Center Gorontalo regency have all gone well. 2) Human resources in terms of quantity that needs to be addressed are the number of human resources available, it is necessary to add human resources so that there is no double position and the quality of human resources quality is good in accordance with their respective competencies.The obstacle is that cross-program communication is not optimal because sometimes there are village midwives who are not present for communication to break up and affect the acceleration of stunting handling. In addition, there are differences in the number of stunting data in each village. Sometimes the overall number of stunting sufferers is not known by midwives as the person in charge of the village. The solution is to improve more effective communication related to handling stunting to be an inhibitory factor in implementation, while disposition and bureaucratic structure become factors supporting the implementation of stunting handling policies in Gorontalo Regency Limboto Health Center.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah utama di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi Gorontalo karena tingginya prevalensi yang terjadi. Kebaruan kegiatan pengabdian ini karena melakukan pendampingan kepada keluarga risiko stunting berbasis posyandu remaja dan calon pengantin. Tujuan Kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman Remaja di Desa Molintogupo dalam pencegahan stunting. Metode Kegiatan yaitu melalui penyuluhan, dilakukan dengan metode ceramah. HasilĀ  kegiatan Sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan responden dari 26 responden yang memiliki kategori pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 9 responden (34,7%) dan responden yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebanyak orang 17 (65,3%). Kemudian, setelah dilakukan penyuluhan maka terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, responden yang memiliki kategori pengetahuan baik sebanyak 15 responden (57,7%) dan responden yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 11 orang (42.3%). Kesimpulan kegiatan pengabdian ini Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan mengenai pencegahan stunting kepada Remaja di Desa MolintogupoKata Kunci: Posyandu; Remaja; Stunting.

Abstract

Stres Kerja merupakan suatu keadaan emosional yang timbul karena adanya ketidaksesuaian beban kerja dengan kemampuan individu untuk mengatasi stres kerja yang dihadapinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran beban kerja dan stress kerja perawat intensive care unit (ICU) di Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 55 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik Total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja perawat Intensive care unit (ICU) di Provinsi Gorontalo dengan kategori berat sebesar 56,4%, dab Stres kerja perawat ICU di Provinsi Gorontalo dengan kategori berat adalah 40%. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan masukan agar dapat mengurangi beban kerja perawat sehingga tidak mengalami stres kerja yang berat.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: 1) to analyze the medical records of inpatient obstetrics at Hasri Ainin Habibie Hospital; 2) find out what factors affect the recording of medical records at the Hasri Ainun Habibie Hospital. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data obtained through interviews. Data processing techniques in this study are qualitative data analysis techniques, by doing data reduction, data presentation and conclusions and verification. Testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources. The results showed that: 1) the absence of medical physical examination items in the monthly report notes of midwifery inpatient medical records at the Hasri Ainun Habibie Hospital; 2) there are still medical record data that are not filled in on time according to the standards of the Minister of Health; 3) there are several medical record documents that are still often returned from the medical record installation to the midwifery inpatient medical record administration room; 4) medical record administration staff are still chasing doctors to fill in the completeness of medical records that have been returned from the medical record installation; 5) there are still medical record documents that have not been fully covered in the monthly report; 6) medical record coordinator is not qualified from medical record; 7) Of the 27 medical record personnel only 2 qualified from medical records; 8) there are still medical records personnel with educational qualifications from high school; 9) the absence of STR on medical record personnel; 10) medical record facilities and infrastructure at Hasri Ainun Habibie hospital are not yet complete; 11) Lack of socialization regarding the SOP for medical resumes.
