Abstract

This research discusses the impact of posyandu services in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic for the community in Bakung Village, Temanggungan, Kec. Balongbendo. Where the available services are divided into 3 groups, namely, services for toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of obstruction of posyandu services for the community caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. To obtain complete data, researchers used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The theory used in this research is descriptive qualitative with hypotheses used subjectively to describe general information. The last stage, draw conclusions by looking for the relationship between the information that has been collected. The results of this study are expected to broaden readers' insights about public services, but it is also hoped that this research can be a reference source for further researchers and as an evaluation material for integrated services in order to further improve the service system during this pandemic and in the future

Abstract

Flood and landslide that occurred at the end of 2017 in Pacitan Regency induced huge losses. However, with good cooperation from all levels of The Pacitan's society, the impact of the disasters could resolve in 4 months. This study aims to determine the steps taken by the government of Pacitan Regency to achieve effectiveness in realizing the original regional income of Pacitan Regency, especially for post-disaster recovery. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, through interviews with the Head of the Disaster Management Section of Pacitan Regency. The results obtained indicate The government of Pacitan Regency has policies that can secure their Original Regional Income. The Regional Original Income is always achieved well before disasters, during disasters, and after disasters. Apart from implementing policies, the effectiveness of regional income in the time of disaster recovery process in Pacitan Regency is also encouraged by the assistance funds obtained from the central government, regional governments, and the private sector. Meanwhile, involving the community with an attitude of good cooperation that is one of a characteristic of the Indonesian society could quickly restore the condition of the Pacitan Regency.

Abstract

Kangean is the name of an archipelago at the eastern end of the Regency. The very high rate of early marriage is one of the main reproductive problems facing this region. Many people do not understand the consequences of early marriage. Early marriage is effective in preventing adultery, but early marriage is prone to divorce, early marriage makes education stop. The method we use is a qualitative method and the data collection techniques we use are interviews and literature review by using the object of study on the pattern of people's lives in the village of Forces, Arjasa sub-district, Sumenep regency. The purpose of this research is to add insight about the effect of early marriage on education. The results of our research from 25 respondents, most of them have done early marriage because the parents' desire is very big to marry off their children so that their responsibilities as parents will reduce their responsibilities, this area is very far from urban areas so there is minimal information about the bad consequences of marriage. early. due to the cessation of education will cause the younger generation to lose their future.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a description of the understanding and harmonization of the concepts of village minimum service standards according to the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2017 to the apparatus of the Adinuso Village, Reban District, Batang Regency. This research is based on community service in Adinuso Village, Reban District, Batang Regency from January to February 2020. In this study, the approach used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative. A qualitative approach is used to describe how the process provides understanding and harmonization of the concepts of village minimum service standards according to the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2017 to the Adinuso Village apparatus, Reban District, Batang Regency, while the quantitative approach used is hypothesis testing of the signs used to analyze service standards village before and after community service is carried out. Meanwhile, in order to ascertain whether or not there is a change in the state of public service standards, before and after treatment (before and after treatment research design) a hypothesis testing method is used for changes using the Mac Nemar change test. The conclusions of this study are (1) that the community service carried out can improve the service standards of the Village Government community, (2) that there has been a change in the standard state of community service in the Adinuso Village Government, Reban District, Batang Regency after community service.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a high impact on the business and economy sector in Indonesia. To respond to this, the government has issued various policies, especially for MSMEs. Tax incentives for MSMEs issued by the government can be utilized by taxpayers until June 2021. This research aims to see the effectiveness of the use of tax incentives by mapping the factors that affect MSME taxpayer compliance and the determinants of MSME business success during the crisis due to the pandemic. This study uses a literature study approach with a descriptive qualitative method. The effectiveness of the use of tax incentives during this pandemic can show the level of compliance of MSME taxpayers and affect the sustainability of MSME businesses. Taxpayer compliance with the use of incentives is seen from the socialization of taxation, tax rates, understanding of taxation, and the perception of tax convenience provided by the government in the context of handling the impact of the pandemic, which shows that the response of MSMEs is very good in the first quarter of 2021. It is also seen from the perspective of MSME business continuity. The financial impact caused by this pandemic has caused MSMEs to be unable to carry out their tax obligations so that these tax incentives can provide relief and convenience for them MSME actors to carry out their tax obligations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the service for making electronic ID card during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Baubau City, as well as what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in providing services to the community. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through literature studies. The results show that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Baubau City has implemented public services according to service standards in making electronic ID card, where services are carried out online using the WhatsApp (WA) application via an Android phone, the public is also free of charge in the manufacturing process, providing facilities and adequate infrastructure in accordance with the Covid-19 health protocol, and placing competent officer to facilitate service delivery. The results of this study also reveal the factors that affect the service of making electronic ID cards at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Baubau City, during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely: supporting factor where the tools available in providing services are adequate and the human resources competent in their field. Even though there are several technical obstacles, especially from the internet network, not all people have an Android phone and understand the mechanism of online service.

Abstract

This Thematic Real Work Integrated with Community Service aims to increase the literacy of the people of Southeast Sulawesi regarding COVID-19 and how to mitigate it by using creative content media. This thematic program is one form of community service, so that its implementation follow the action research method with 5 (five) stages, i.e. (1) Diagnosis; (2) Planning; (3) Implementation; (4) Evaluation; and (5) Special learning. This thematic program was attended by 22 students under supervision of three field lecturers and lasted for 30 days online. During this program, more than 20 posters/e-cards and 30 videos have been produced. The content has been disseminated on various social media through the accounts of students and supervisors as well as other internet media. Based on the results of creative content in the form of posters, the public can improve their literacy on social and physical distancing as an effort to accelerate COVID-19 mitigation. Meanwhile, creative content in the form of videos can train the public on how to use and prepare their own hand sanitizer, masks, and PPE by utilizing materials found around them. Thus, it can be concluded that this thematic program has succeeded in providing guidance and debriefing to the people of Southeast Sulawesi as a mitigation effort against the COVID-19 outbreak.

Public service is the State's effort to fulfill the basic needs of every citizen's civil rights for goods, services or services. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service for making family cards in Purwosari sub-district. promise and on time, responsive or alertness of officers in helping to serve and handle community complaints in obtaining information. Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa thereafter called BUMDes is an alternative to improve the rural economy. Unfortunately, however, the position of BUMDes had not been governed completely in existing legislation. Another more complex problem is that in choosing an appropriate enterprise for establishing BUMDes. This study aims to describe the impact of BUMDES on the welfare of rural communities. BUMDES is one of the programs to strengthen the role of the region.This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and used in-depth interview and observation techniques. The results of the study have shown that BUMDES has had an impact on the village economy. BUMDES has an impact on community business development in Tutur Village. In addition, BUMDES encourages people to start a new business according to the potential of the community. The impact of other BUMDES is to improve the level of children's education and improve public health

Abstract

Conflicts in oil palm plantation companies cannot be separated from land problems with the community. This conflict occurred due to the existence of community land within the PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation due to an error in the previous shaving. The purpose of this research is to see and understand how the company strategy in its efforts to settle land with the community and to find out what factors are the obstacles to the implementation of the Land Conflict Resolution Strategy made by PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation. The theory used in this research is conflict resolution theory with three indicators, namely negotiation, mediation and arbitration. To answer this research problem, researchers used qualitative methods using data collection techniques such as interviews and documentation, then analyzed and looked for conclusions about these problems. The results of this study indicate that the strategy that has been made by PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation and offered to the community can solve the problem without involving a third party in its resolution. The inhibiting factor in carrying out this strategy is the presence of outsiders as provocateurs to make people not want to make peace.
