<![CDATA[This study aims to see the impact of organizational change on communication organization, organizational climate, and organizational commitment on organizational perfomance within the Ministry Research Technology and Higher Education. Change of organization can have an impact on communication organization. This research uses research methods qualitative and post-positivist approaches. Respondent research as many as eleven sources consisting of eight resources persons are Kemenristekdikti employees and three sources outside of stakeholders. There is also a vision and mission from Kemenristekdikti as a reference for various work activities. As a consequence of the elaboration of this vision and mission, required planning and implementation of strategic steps a structured and measurable incorporation of Kemenristekdikti. In this case organizational communication is an aspect important in organizational change to produce a good working relationship with fellow employees. Because organizational communication can form a climate organizational communication, which will have an impact towards organizational commitment that also delivers impact on organizational performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Application of Good Governance principle is highly important in the implementation of public services in order to increase the quality of service performance. Social Prosperity Administration Bureau East Java Province as the institution that carries out grant service in their performance is still not going optimal and have to be carried out changes into better ways. This matter is occurred because of application of Good Governance principles that is carried out not maximal by the Social Prosperity Administration Bureau employees in doing services to society agency/institution/organization concerning to grant. This research aims to describe and analyze application of Good Governance principles in carrying out the grant service. This research used Descriptive Qualitative research method based on Good Governance principle according to ((UNDP), 1997) that focus on participation, rule of law, transparency, responsiveness, and accountability. The research value shows that good governance principle has been applied sufficiently optimal in grant service that carried out by Social Prosperity Administration Bureau. It is proven by the existing of the participation applications, service that is carried out under law and applicable SOP (standard Operating Procedure), creating transparency in services, responsiveness and accountability that is given by Social Prosperity Administration Bureau party to receiver grant institution. However, there are also obstacles in this grant service implementation from the application of good governance principle such as human resource that is less mastered on technology and limited employees, lack of time, limited grant budget and lack of awareness of the institution party in collecting the Accountability Sheet.]]>

<![CDATA[Studies on the transformation of public services, especially in the era New Normal, not only focus on digitalization efforts but also relate to culture and crises that require social restrictions and solutions to local approaches are not comprehensive in analyzing qualitatively and from two government perspectives, namely Department of Occupation and Civil Registry (Dispendukcapil) of Madiun City and Society. This article aims to describe and analyze people's perspectives on transforming public services carried out by the Madiun Municipal Dispendukcapil. This research was conducted by observing Madiun City people who take care of the Madiun City Dispendukcapil and studying literature. The results showed that the community was still not adaptive to the service transformation carried out, but this was because the dissemination of information from the Dispendukcapil was not widespread, so that people still came to the service office, besides that the limited ability of the digital platform by the community was also an obstacle. The government's strategy that must be carried out in improving services in the era new normal is to consider the risks of ASN in serving, especially the provision of ASN with complete personal protective equipment. It requires collaborative leadership where all sectors must be carried out as well as unlimited creativity and responsiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[Community Empowerment in Rejosopinggir Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency by the Meri Rejeki Self-Supporter Farmer’s Agriculture and Rural Training Center (FAR-TC) group is currently in the spotlight. This self-help group was the representative of East Java Province in the National Agribusiness competition. The existence of the Meri Rejeki FAR-TC group was motivated by the strong desire of the Rejosopinggir village community, especially breeders, to improve the economy. The Meri Rejeki FAR-TC is expected to be able to directly play an active role in development through human resource development in the form of training and apprenticeship for farmers and breeders and the community in Rejosopinggir Village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the community empowerment process carried out by the Meri Rejeki FAR-TC group to the community of Rejosopinggir village. Community empowerment carried out by the Meri Rejeki FAR-TC is measured using the empowerment model according to D. Geroy (1998: 57-65), where there are 3 empowerment model strategies, including: 1) coaching or mentoring, 2) modeling, and 3) career. This research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the Meri Rejeki FAR-TC group has succeeded in empowering the community, especially the residents of Rejosopinggir Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Youth Fighters Program in Poverty Alleviation in the City of Surabaya. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews with the population control office, the empowerment of women and children in the city of Surabaya and the researcher directly observed the young warrior program which was then written in an observation book. Sources of data from this study were also obtained through library research with the help of internet media and related journals. Based on the results of research on the effectiveness of the Young Fighters Program in poverty alleviation in the City of Surabaya, it is quite effective, when compared to before the existence of the Young Fighters program which was then analyzed using effectiveness theory which consists of indicators of the effectiveness of a program including efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy although there are still indicators that need to be addressed. This can be a consideration for the government to continue to improve the program of young fighters in order to be able to alleviate poverty in the city of Surabaya]]>

<![CDATA[After the new order, general elections (Pemilu) were directly elected by the people in the reform era. Nevertheless, the phenomenon of political dynasties did not just disappear. A ruler with the hand of his power can still do much. Although he is not the one who directly elects public positions, maintaining his power can influence the political process, including local political contestation. In this study using descriptive qualitative through the study of literature with the aim that researchers can explore the potential of President Jokowi's political dynasty. The nomination of Gibran and Bobby presented criticisms of President Jokowi's image, political ethics, and leadership. Political officials born from political dynasties usually do not perform well. That can happen to Gibran and Bobby if elected to political contestation.]]>

<![CDATA[Schoology is an e-learning platform that offers several exciting features that can be optimized by educators and students in tandem with parents. This can be one of the media in optimizing strong communication between the three. Schoology is also able to be one of the pathways to improving the skills in utilizing the technology of students who have also become one of the demands of the 4.0 revolution. Schoology is able to be used by educators in particular types of education and in certain subjects. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of Schoology on the technology skills of students in higher education ranking. The research results have shown that Schoology poses an effect on improving technology skills in aspects of text formatting and searching the web.]]>

<![CDATA[Agriculture market offering with liberal global market as a consequence of the opening for the economy in Indonesia. Liberalization is due to unilateral policies and international trade agreements including both tariffs and non-tariffs. The purpose of this study is to determine Trade Perspective And Agriculture Policy Perspective In Indonesia . The methode that was used in the research is library research approach, this study means the whole activity of collecting some library data, reading making a note and analyzing of the research. The results of the study explain that agricultural producing countries as developing countries are at a disadvantage or receive very little profit from international trade. Liberalization can have detrimental effects that can threaten the domestic market and the interests of other staff concerned about the welfare of producer farmers and food security. This can occur due to production errors of resource ownership, mastery of technology, economic development and the government's commitment to the focus of the agricultural sector.]]>

<![CDATA[Semanggi batik is a typical batik of Surabaya City which has problems in increasing competitiveness, especially in the aspect of packaging quality. Therefore, a Semanggi batik product packaging design training program was implemented. The purpose of this training is to increase the understanding and skills of the semanggi batik craftsmens in developing product packaging designs. This article aims to measure and describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the packaging design development program for semanggi batik Surabaya products. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the training program for the packaging design development of semanggi batik Surabaya products can be categorized as very high. This is because all aspects to measure the effectiveness of program implementation, such as compliance with implementation procedures, the degree of delivery of benefits to targets, the degree of change felt by target groups and differences between program outcomes and objectives have been optimally fulfilled. ]]>

<![CDATA[Money politics is a political disease that is increasingly prevalent today. Money politics is a part of the bribery offense. In general, the criminal act of bribery is considered a violation in the world of politics, thus requiring money politics to also be considered a violation. In absolute terms, state laws and regulations explicitly prohibit this action, but this practice is rampant nonetheless. In Sharia law there is often discussion about risywah which is in the form of the millennial period which is reflected in the money political mechanism. However, Jurisprudence scholars in general still disagree over the law of certainty risywah. The editor of the Prophet's Hadith said that Rasulullah Saw. cursing the perpetrator and the recipient of the bribe. However, various interpretations of the scholars have resulted in an imbalance between positive legal regulations and Islamic law. By combining two legal decisions through the study of Ushūl Fikih with Saddu ad-Dzāriah's approach. This study will discuss legal decisions regarding risywah from a different perspective and prove that there is no imbalance between the two.]]>
