Abstract

Latar Belakang: Akses mudah untuk mendapatkan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatanadalah tujuan utama Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Indonesia. Namunpemerintah Indonesia sedang berjuang untuk mendapatkan pendanaan JKN yangmemadai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prinsip pertamaSistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional Indonesia (SJSN), yaitu gotong-royong atau"Mutual Co-operation" diimplementasikan di Rumah Sakit Al Islam. Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Rumah Sakit Al Islammengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan prinsip pertama SJSNterutama bagaimana mengatasi pemenuhan dana yang dibutuhkan dengan prinsipgotong royong. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif denganpendekatan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancaramendalam dengan 7 orang informan, observasi dan studi dokumentasi.Kesimpulan: Agar operasional dan pelayanan rumah sakit tetap berjalan,manajemen RSAI berkoordinasi dengan bagian case-mix agar proses billing bisadilakukan dengan cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, juga dilakukan subsidi silang antarakelompok pelayanan yang berbiaya tinggi dengan coverage rendah, dengankelompok pelayanan yang berbiaya rendah dengan coverage-nya yang tinggi, ataudengan kelompok yang biaya dan juga coveragenya tinggi.

Abstract

As one of higher education institutions, Politeknik Al Islam Bandung should be able to give optimal services in producing qualified graduates. As one living organism that has a major role in achieving goals of higher education institutions, the Politeknik Al Islam Bandung requires qualified and profesional human resources. The aim of this study is to find out the information about human resources in Politeknik Al Islam Bandung, and also to know the correlation between work motivation owned by its human resources and resulted performance. The study was conducted on 37 respondents consisting of lecturers and staffs of Politeknik Al Islam Bandung. Theresults show that about 83.8% of human resources of Politeknik Al Islam Bandung have high motivation, with an average of 120,4. The correlation between work motivation and performance conducted by them belongs to strong category, which is proved by r coefficient value of 0,695. The significance test was carried out with asignificance level of 5% to prove positive and significant relationships between the work motivation and performance of the human resources. The results show that tcount is greater than ttable (5.72 > 1.689). It means that this study has successfully proved that there is a strong relationship

Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease withunknown etiology so the patient needs long-term treatment to control theillness. It could impact physical and economic burden due to serious sideeffects and high cost treatment that affect drug adherence. The determinantsof drug adherence vary by location due to social, political and culturaldifferences. The aim of this study is to obtain a valid and reliable insrumentof drug adherence determinant for SLE patients. Quantitative research was conducted on 30 SLE patients at Rheumatologyclinic of Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung with consecutive samplingtechnique. Data was analyzed by Rasch model.The validity of 103 instrument item shows: 83 items are fit statistic; all itemsare unidimensional and no inter-items conflict; differences of 4 points scaleare understood by the respondent. Reliability shows: items reliability andstrata separation are excellent; responden reliability and strata separationare good; Cronbach's Alpha is excellent (0.88).The result of this study is a valid and reliable instrumen of drug adherencedeterminants for SLE patient, representing 51 constructs and 13 categories:individual characteristics, memory, knowledge, experimentation,consumption management, disease characteristics, drug characteristics,costs, hospital policies, access to hospitals, enabler agents, characteristicsof health proffesional and social support.

Abstract

The separation of medical waste in Al Islam Hospital Bandung can not befully implemented, it is based on the result of compliance value in wastesegregation in 2016 which done by Household Sector and PSPPRS(Maintenance of Facilities and Infrastructure and Hospital Equipment)obtained 88,37%. This study aims to know, describe and analyze theinfluence of intention, social support, health information or healthfacilities, personal autonomy and the situation to act simultaneously onthe behavior of nurses. The population of this research is 465 nursewhich 40 sample taken using proportional random sampling technique.Data collecting instrumentusing quetionwith likert scale from varioustheory and form it into operation variable, which validity and reliabletest taken to define the original of instrument form. The result statistikanalysis showed that the correlation betwen intention (X1) = -11%,social support (X2) = 0,31%, health information or health facility (X3) =1,1%, personal autonomy (X4) = -0,01% and situation to act (X5) =0,003%, that variable has a positif relation in influencing behaviorchange of nurse.

Abstract

The method employed in this research are survey descriptive and survey explanatory, thatmeasured the relation and effect among research variables dan study the hypotesis whichhave been formulated first. Data analysis used path analysis, and the model of this pathdiagram shall always use a double headed arrow to denote a correlation, indicating thesymmetrical nature of a correlation. In tracing the paths of a diagram, a double-headedcurve may be used in either direction (from leadership to communication, or fromcommunication to leadership). Leadership and communication contributes to the thedetermination of work motivation, and work motivation gives to the determination ofemployee’s performance.Research findings shows that the total effect of leadership, communication and workmotivation on employees’ performance accounts for 0,563, and statistically significant. Thedirect effect of other variable on employees’ peformance account for 0,437, the result0,437says that the effect of other variabel on employees’ performance is moderate. Thesevariable was not investigated in this research, but theoretecally influenced employees’performance, that is ability of leader to achieve superior performance. The effect ofleadership to motivation account for 0,442, and the influence of communication tomotivation account for 0,517. Both of path coefficient from leadership and communicationto motivation statistically significant.Beside leadership and communication whichinfluenced motivation the others variable that affected motivation are the employeesinvolving in decision making process,and job satisfaction. These variable account for0,483, the result 0,483 says that thr effect on motivation is moderate.The leadership andcommunication corelation statistically significant

Abstract

The effect of work environment and competence of Medical Recordes on quality ofHospital medical record file.This study aims to determine the relationship betweenwork environment and medical recorde’s competence on the quality of medicalrecord file of the hospital. The type of research in descriptive correlation withcross sectional approach. Data collection techniques used total sampling saturated sampling were 22 respondents. The result show that (1) There is still a lack ofmedical recorder knowledge about 7 medical record competetencies; (2) There isstill a lack of medical recorder involvent on hospital record quality; (3) Still lack ofacess to medical recorder in data processing quality of hospital medical record file(4) Not suitable in preseting quality data of hospital record file with expected in thefield report of report to be presented; The absence of Standard procedureoperational Disclosure of information and acess right to hospital medical recordfile quality. The result of this study the authors suggest (1) Improving theunderstanding of officers about the competencies that must be owned be the everymedical record officer about the competencies that must be owned by everymedical record files in hospitals Al-Islam Bandung; (2) Approach and lobby withelements of hospital management regarding the placement of medical record staffor provide training on the medical records to the existing officersregularly;(3)Planning and arranging effort to improve the walfare of medicalrecorders such as the ability of hospitals such as functional allowances formedical recorders;(4) conducting further research on the effect of workingenvironment and medical recorder competence on the quality of hospital medicalrecords file; (5) the result of this study can be used as reference material orpreliminary data to develop research related to medical record competence insupporting the quality of medical record file in supporting the quality of medicalrecord.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the improving number of participant and it must be coupledwith the increasing quality of service rendered by service providers. Many insurancecompanies demand the insurance provider to improve the quality of service. Theproblem in this research is the presence of some complaints from participants of theadministrative service in Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) KesehatanKantor Utama (KCU) Bandung, one of the problems is the waiting time is too long inthe place of making the cards. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Collection of data use a sheet of an interview, by giving of an interview to the 30respondent who comes to BPJS. Measuring the level of participant satisfaction bycomparing expectation and reality by using five dimensions ; tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance. Based on the result of research conducted,,the level of participant satisfaction BPJS are as follows : dimension of tangible 76,5%, dimension of reliability 68 %, dimensions of responsiveness 71 %, dimension ofempathy 76 % and dimension of assurance 69 %, As a whole the dimension ofsatisfaction level participants attain average 72,1 % lay on the Satisfied level.

Abstract

The use of radiology in addition to providing good benefits also has a detrimentaleffect especially on workers. Radiation effects can be stochastic or non-stochastic tothe body's tissue system. The purpose of this study was to analyze X-ray radiationexposure with hematological levels in radiology officers of hospitals in Purwakartaregion. The study design was a cross sectional with the total sample population was30 respondents. Data collected using secondary data and analyzed by univariate andbivariate using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that radiation exposureof workers was 0.01mSv + 0.026 with the lowest exposure value of 0.01mSv and thehighest exposure was 0.13 mSv. There is a correlation between exposure to x-rayradiation with leukocyte levels with closeness of weak and negative patternedrelationships (p.value = 0.042; rs = - 0.146), but there is no association of x-rayradiation exposure with blood platelets, erythrocytes, eosinophils, stem neotrophilsand segments, lymphocytes and monocytes showed no relationship with very weakand negative patterns of closeness (p value> 0.05; rS <1).

Abstract

This research is an attempt to get communication aids for children who experienceimpairments in verbal communication through the development of augmentative andalternative communication systems. The purpose of this study is to develop augmentativeand alternative communication systems in helping children with communication barriers.In this study researchers used a qualitative approach method with descriptive methods.The sample of this study was a child who had PDD NOS. The data analysis techniqueused in this study is through a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: (1)Children who are used as research samples have difficulty in responding to ongoingcommunication both in verbal and non-verbal languages. (2) There are several familypotentials that can be developed to support children's communication skills. (3) Theaugmentative communication system design and the alternative that the researcherdeveloped was a flannel card media that could be used in its communication. (4) Basedon the results of media validation with experts, teachers and parents, augmentative andalternative communication media developed by researchers have been used well enoughto help children who experience communication barriers as a medium of communicationfor them
