This research is entitled The Influence of job satisfactions, job invlopment and organizational commitment on the turnover intentions at PT Sumber Purnama Sakti Mataram. The goals of this research are to identify the partial and simultant significances of the influence of job satisfactions, job invlopment and organizational commitment and to identify which of the variables has the most dominant influence. This research is causality by using sensus sampling method. The model of analysis applied in this research is multiple linier regression analysis where this model is used after testing classical assumptions, including multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The results of this research show, it can be identified that job satisfactions, job invlopment and organizational commitment have significant influences on the turnover intentions. with contribution equal 64 %. Analyzed partially, job satisfactions has the most dominant influence on turnover intentios

Abstract. The objectives of this research was to find out the whether using picture in improving students reading ability for the eleventh grade students of MA NW Pringgasela is effective and to find out significant differences in the reading skill between the students who were tauhgt by using picture and those who are not taught by using it.This research was an experimental research. The participant of the research were the tsudents of the eleventh grade of MA NW Pringgasela. Class Xia as an experimental group and class Xib as a control group. The research instrument used by the wriiter was in the form of reading comprehension test. The data in this research were mainly gathered through the test pre-test and post-test. The pre-test was administrated to see the student’s ability in reading comprehension before using picture were used. The post-test was administrated to see the student’s progress in reading comprehension. After the data was collected, the researcher then analyzed them by using t-test to see whether there was any significant difference in reading comprehension after using picture were aplied.in teaching reading to students of MA NW Pringgasela eleventh grade Xia and Xib. The mean score of experimental group in pre test was 61.5 while the mean score for the control group was 61.1. meanwhile, after using picture on report text The findings of the research show that first using picture was effective to be used were used, their reading skill got improved. It can be inferred from the result of the students post test. In the post test, the mean score for the experimental group changed to 79.5. The t-test showed a significantt difference in teaching reading after using picture on report text. Finally, it could be concluded that using picture was good in teaching reading on report text, and the use of it could improve the students’ ability in reading. Teachers can use it as a media in teaching reading. It can also give information for readers and become reference for other researchers

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kenyataan bahwa masih rendahnya hasil belajar mata pelajaran PKn pada siswa kelas V SDN 5 Sengkol. Oleh karena itu guru di harapkan untuk mencoba suatu metode yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode pembelajaran yang memungkinkan dapat berpengaruh terhadap Hasil belajar siswa adalah metode Card Sort. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil yang di peroleh peserta didik setelah di terapkannya metode Card Sort serta faham pembelajaran PKn pada siswa kelas V SDN 5 Sengkol. Masalah utama yang ingin di jawab dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dengan menggunakan metode Card Sort dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn pada siswa kelas V SDN 5 Sengkol?. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan metode Card Sort. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN 5 Sengkol tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dengan jumlah siswa 21 orang terdiri atas 8 laki dan 13 perempuan. Data penelitian ini di ambil melalui pemberian tes formatif untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa, dengan materi pokok memahami kebebasan berorganisasi. Melihat hasil belajar siswa terus menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan pada siklus I nilai rata – rata yang diperoleh sebesar 66,71 meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 85,19 meningkat sebesar 18,48 poin, jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebnayak 8 orang dengan persentase sebesar 38% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 20 orang dengan persentase sebesar 95% terjadi peningkatan sebesar 57 poin. Ketuntasan klasikal yang dipersyaratkan sebesar ≥ 80 % sudah tercapai. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Card Sort dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran PKn di SDN 5 Sengkol tahun pelajaran 2018/ 2019

This research aimed at finding out the effectiveness of using Thieves strategy toward students’ motivation in reading. The kind of this research was experimental reserach. The population of this reasearch was the first grade students’ of SMK Darul Quran in academic year 2018/2019. This research took one class as the sample, which consisted of 18 students’. The data of this were primarily gathered from the result computation of pre-test and post-test which given to the object of the research. In this research the researcher computed the data by using t-test formula. Based on the data analysis, he reearcher found t-test score 4.048 and t-table 1.740 with significant level 0,05%. It means that t-test was higher than t-table. Therefore, the conclusion that there was any significant effectiveness of using Thieves strategy toward students’ motivation in reading comprehension.

This research was aimed to find out the effect of Collaborative Learning Approach towards students’ reading comprehension at MA Darunnajah Al-Falah Telagawaru in academic year 2018/2019. This research was pre experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample was taken from all population of the second grade students of MA Darunnajah Al-Falah Telagawaru which consisted of 23 students. The students were treated by using Collaborative Learning Approach. The instrument of collecting the data used reading test that consisted of 25 items in form multiple choice. The result of technique of data analysis showed that the value of sig two tailed was 0.000. It meant that, the value of t-test was lower than the significance level (0.000 < 0.05), indicated that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that Collaborative Learning Approach is an appropriate and effective approach for teaching reading because, it has a significant effect towards students’ reading comprehension at MA Darunnajah Al-Falah Telagawaru in Academic Year 2018/2019.

Penerapan Metode Guide Discovery untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika Materi Debit pada siswa kelas VI SDN Kwangpati Kecamatan Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017 /2018. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Materi Debit dengan Pendekatan Ingquiry pada Siswa Kelas VI SDN Kwangpati Kecamatan Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017 /2018?. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus, yaitu siklus I, dan siklus II, tiap siklusnya ada empat tahapan yaitu: 1) Planning, 2) Acting, 3) Observing, dan 4) Reflecting. Jika dibandingkan kedua hasil belajar siswa tersebut maka perolehan nilai rata – rata pada siklus I sebesar 69,96 dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 82,42 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 12,46 poin , jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar pada siklus I sebanyak 18 orang atau dengan persentase 69 % kemudian pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar sebanyak 24 orang atau persentase sebesar 92,30 % meningkat sebesar 23 poin, kemudian siswa yang belum tuntas pada siklus I sebanyak 8 orang atau dengan perentase sebesar 31 % belum tuntas pada siklus II sebanyak 2 orang atau sebesar 8 % terjadi penurunan sebesar 23 poin. Maka dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode Guide Discovery dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa materi debit pada siswa kelas VI SDN Kwangpati tahun pelajaran 2017 / 2018

Aspek psikologi sangat mempengaruhi terhadap kehidupan seseorang dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu contoh aspek psikologi yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan sehari-hari yaitu minat.Sehingga tidak terpisahkan antara aspek psikologi dalamberolahraga.Minat dan partisipasi berolahraga berbeda antara budaya satu dengan yang lainnya. Setiap budaya memiliki norma atau aturan masing-masing yang mengatur kehidupan sosialnya, sehingga akan menciptakan lingkungan dan karakter individu yang berbeda. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan setiap individu mempunyai ciri khas sesuai dengan budayanya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji dan menganalisis minat partisipasi dalam olahraga ditinjau dari suku bangsa serta alasan memilih melakukan olahraga tertentu.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixedmethods yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan fenomelogis kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 300 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik pusposive sampling yang terdiri dari siswa bersuku Dayak, Banjar dan Jawa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis data model interaktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Siswa yang bersuku Dayak lebih menyukai berpartisipasi dalam olahraga bolavoli.Selain itu renang merupakan olahraga rutin dalam sehari-hari karena tempat tinggal mereka yang berada di pinggiran sungai, (2) Siswa yang bersuku Banjar lebih menyukai berpartisipasi dalam olahraga bulutangkis.Karakter suku Banjar yang agamis menjadikan mereka juga suka terhadap olahraga yang ada unsur religius atau rohaninya yaitu kesenian beladiri, (3) Siswa yang bersuku Jawa lebih menyukai berpartisipasi dalam olahraga sepakbola. Selain itu olahraga pencak silat juga disukai, sebab menurut mereka olahraga tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai pegangan dan modal untuk melindungi diri sendiri dari kejahatan orang lain

In the preliminary study conducted in IX-1 grade students of Junior High School No. 1 Praya, Central Lombok, NTB, it was found that approximately 68% of the students having low and average interpersonal relation skill. Classroom observations also showed that students tend to be passive during the lesson, quiet, less collaboration in group, and lack of interaction among peers. Guidance and Counselling teachers attemp to conduct a classroom study in guidance and counselling using sociodrama technic group guidance, as an attempt to improve students’ interpersonal relation skill. This study is aimed to to find out how the implementation of sociodrama technic group guidance can improve students’ interpersonal relation skill based on the needs of IX-1 grade students in junior high school No. 1 Praya. The study design of this classroom action research used Kemmis and Mc Taggrat model, Kemmis used self reflection spiral system, consisted of planning, acting, observating, reflecting, and replanning. Based on the result of this action research in guidance and counselling and discussion in two cycles, it can be conclued that sociodrama technic group guidance can improve IX-1 grade students’ interpersonal relation skill in junior high school No. 1 Praya. The result was found from the increasing score of students’ interpersonal relation skill before and after the implementation of sociodrama technic group guidance. The conclusion was made based on the analysis result of two times post-test and observation data during the two cycles of this research. The result indicated that 8 students who used to have a low interpersonal relation skill could achieve a higher category of interpersonal relation skill, there were 2 and 6 students having average category of interpersonal relation skill, and there was an increasing trend in interpersonal relation skill among the studets after the sociodrama technic group guidance was implemented

This research aims to reveal: (1) effect differences between massed and distributed practice method on the ability in dribbling, (2) effect difference among players with high eye-foot coordination and low eye- foot coordination on the ability in dribbling, and (3) the significant interaction between the massed and distributed practice method as well as the eye-foot coordination on the ability in dribbling of the footballers of Green Boys FC Selengen ages 12-17 years. This research is an experiment with 2 x 2 factorial design. The population was 37 footballers of Green Boys FC Selengen ages 12-17 years. This research sample was 37 footballers estabilished using the random sampling technique. The instruments to measure eye-foot coordination was Mithcel Soccer Test and the test to measure dribbling ability was test of Nurhasan (2011). The data analysis technique used was two-way ANOVA at the level α = 0.05. The results are as follows. (1) There is a significantly different effect of massed and distributed practice method on the ability in dribbling in the game of football of footballers of Green Boys FC Selengen ages 12-17 years. The distributed practice method is better than massed practice method. (2) There is a significantly different effect of the ability of the eye-foot coordination and low eye-foot coordination on the ability in dribbling in the game of football of the footballers of Green Boys FC Selengen ages 12-17 years. The players with the high ability in high eye-foot coordination compared to those with the ability of the low eye-foot coordination. (3) There is a significant interaction between massed and distributed practice method with high eye-foot coordination and low eye- foot coordination on the ability in dribbling in the game of football of the footballers of Green Boys FC Selengen ages 12-17 years.
