Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To describe the ability of Grade V students of SD Alkhairaat I Palu in listening to description discourse. (2) To describe the factors that become obstacles and solutions in the implementation of listening to the discourse description of the fifth grade students of SD Alkhairaat I Palu. The author chose the title of this research because listening learning is a very important skill to improve students' reasoning power in all fields of study, especially in the area of ​​Indonesian Language studies. This study uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, recorders, questionnaires and evaluations, the final results of the researchers showed that the average value of 82 students obtained grade V SD Alkhairaat I Palu in listening to the discourse description including the category category of grades is quite good

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the SAS Method in Teaching and Reading Activities Beginning and Writing in Class 2 SDN 2 Lolu. The role of the teacher as a manager in learning activities in the classroom has long been recognized as one of the important factors in increasing student achievement. Abstract

Some previous studies has showed that math anxiety correlated with mathematics learning outcomes. This study involved 181 students grade 7th of Islamic Junior High School in Palu. The method of this research is quantitative research method with survey. The design of survey is a cross-sectional design. The results showed that: 1) There was not significant negative relationship between math anxiety with mathematics learning outcomes (r = -0.052); and 2) There were not significant differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes based on the level of math anxiety

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the integer crossbar in improving the learning outcomes of Grade VI students of SDN 8 Labuan on the addition and subtraction of integers. This type of research refers to classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. The design of this study uses the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart model which consists of: 1) planning 2) implementing actions 3) observation and 4) reflection. Data collection techniques used were the provision of tests, interviews, observations and field notes. The instrument used was a test in the form of description. Data collection is done through three stages: (1) reducing data, (2) presenting data, and (3) drawing conclusions.The results showed that the student activities and teacher activities in learning activities in the first cycle reached the Good category and the second cycle was very good. The results of the analysis of the end of the first cycle test results obtained the percentage of the average value with the absorption of students reached 74.11% and classical learning completeness reached a percentage of 77.78% of 18 students. While the final test analysis cycle IIincreased according to the results of observations of student and teacher activities, the average percentage of students' absorption rate reached 80.22% with classical learning completeness reaching the target percentage of 100% from 18 students. This has shown there is an increase in the learning outcomes of students of class VI SDN 8 Labuan on the material addition and subtraction of integers by the use of crossbar numbers

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article adds insight into the professionalism of Islamic religious education teachers building the character of students. Form the values ​​and characters of students that are useful. This article uses the literature study method with data collection techniques utilizing sources / materials from appropriate books and journals. This article seeks to outline the professionalism of Islamic religious education teachers building student character based on the writer's argument. Islamic religious education teachers have an important task in building students' character through a learning process that is sourced from the material taught by the Koran and Hadith as a guide to life, taught fiqh as legal signs in worship, teaches the history of Islam as an example of life, and teaches morals as a guide for human behavior whether in the category of good or bad. Therefore, Islamic religious education teachers are required to be professional in shaping the values ​​and character of students so that the personality of students is reflected in their behavior and mindset. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning interest and learning motivation on students' cognitive learning outcomes in set material in Sigi 4 Public Middle School. The type of research used is expost factod with a population of all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Sigi which were registered in the 2017/2018 school year with 248 students. Technic sampling that is simple random sampling so the sample size was106 students.The data collection methods are questionnaire, documentation, and test methods.Analysis of the data using the product moment correlation test then followed by multiple regression tests .The results obtained by double linear regression were Y = 7.478 + 0.086 X₁ + 0.091X₂ . Abstract

The basic problem in this study is the low students learning outcomes in social arithmetic material regarding the profit, loss and percentage and discount in class VII A MTs Alkhairaat Biromaru 2017/2018 school year. There are several causes of the low students learning outcomes including teachers are still learning centers so students still tend to be passive in learning. This makes students become inactive, recultant, afraid and ashamend to ask. Therefore, to improve the learning outcomes of students of class VII A MTs Alkhairaat Biromaru and maximize learning, the researcher applied a quantum learning model, which is a learning model whose entire learning process can sharpen understanding and memory, and make learning a pleasant and useful process, so that learning becomes more motivated. The quantum learning model consists of 6 learning components, namely : 1. grow, 2. natural, 3. name, . demonstrate, 5. repeat, 6. Celebrate This research is a classroom action research using qualitative approachthat aims to improve the learning outcomes of class VII A MTs Alkhairaat Biromaru sudents. The subject of this study were all students of class VII A totaling 21 people. In the research tht has been carried out, the result of his study indicate that learning activities have been going well and have increased in each cycle. This can be seen from the percentage of completeness of classical learning. In the final test of the first cycle reached the average score of students that is 71,43% with the amount of absorption of 15 students. Then in the final test the second cycle increased to 85,71% in good qualifications. With the number of students who get individual absorption of 18 students.

Abstract

This study aims to recognize whether there is any influence between learning independence and mathematics learning outcomes of students of SMPN 1 Bojonegara on Algebra Material. This research is an ex post facto study, with a population of all students of SMPN 1 Bojonegara and for the sample taken classes VII C and VII D, totaling 75 people. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire for learning independence and tests for learning outcomes. The results of this study were obtained by processing data using SPSS version 26 to test the normality of learning independence data, learning outcomes and residues as well as to test linearity and significance of regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence between learning independence on learning outcomes with an influence of 96.03%

Abstract

This research is pre experimental research. It aims to find out the result of students learning on forces and Newton’s laws by using PhET simulation media. Subject of this research were 18 students of Tadris IPA who programmed the Basic Concepts of Natural Sciences courses. Descriptive analysis results the mean score of the student learning outcomes before the application of PhET simulation media were 12.67 and after treatment through of PhET simulation media were 15.78. The gain based on the results of data analysis using the gain normalization were 0.42. It means that there is improvement on the students of Tadris IPA learning outcomes in medium category.

Abstract

Fractions are a subset of a set of real numbers. Although the form is simple and often used in everyday, but the material about fractions especially in the addition of fraction numbers is still complicated for students. To overcome this problem, a solution is given in the form of the method of " Mathematical Mental Wars ". Mathematical Mental Wars is the presentation of a fast, interesting, and interactive way for students to practice problems with variables, equations, and answers. The steps of the method of " Mental Wars Mathematics ", namely: (1) reviewing game cards, (2) reviewing traditional war card games and explaining the rules and procedures, (3) grouping students in pairs, (4) providing each pair with The set of fractional cards to be shared equally, (5) reminds students not to open cards until the game starts and (6) starts the game.
