The examination of child development by using Pre-screening developmental questionnaire (Kuesioner Pre Screening Perkembangan (KPSP) is one of the competences of the midwivesTo improve the quality of student learning outcomes, teachers should provides creative and interesting learning sources which are easily understood by the students. Video is one of the learning media considered more effective to use because it stimulates sight, hearing, and kinesthetic (movement) at one time (at a time). Further, it enables open discussion among students and facilitators. This research aimed to produce a product of audio visual learning media or video material used in child examination by using KPSP. The type of research undertaken is product-oriented research and development.Research is conducted by involving the product design stage, product making and development, and product evaluation. The research findingsare (1) the audio visual media or learning video used for teaching child development by using KPSP, (2) material experts, media experts, education experts and students state that video as the learning media to explain child development by using KPSP is considered feasible. The data collection instrument was questionnaire. Bivariable analysis using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test, Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney. Multivariable analyzed with logistic regression. The result of knowledge and attitude before the intervention given to both groups in sufficient category. The average after intervention in either category. There is an increase in the average knowledge and attitude on evaluation I and II in each group (p value: <0,05). Knowing the factors that most influence the behavior of VIA test. This research uses an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach. Population in this research is women of reproductive age who are married as many as 64 respondents. Data analysis techniques use chi-square, Fisher exact test, and logistic regression. The behavior of VIA test is still low (23,4%). The result of bivariate analysis of the degree of confidence (CI) 95% obtained the significant relationship between, education (p-value =0,003), knowledge (p-value =0,000), access information (p-value =0,001), and support of community health worker s (p-value =0.001) with VIA test behavior. The mean of primary dysmenorrhea pain before and after lavender aromatherapy was 5.95 ± 1.214 and 4.77 ± 1.232 with a mean decrease of 1.18, it means there was an effect of lavender aromatherapy on decreasing primary dysmenorrhea pain (p = 0.000). Mann Whitney test obtained results p = 0.000, means there were differences dysmenorrhea pain reduction with warm compresses and aromatherapy lavender. Warm compresses are more effective in reducing primary dysmenorrhea pain.
