Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the direct and indirect effect of implementing Prima Freshmart's marketing mix partially and simultaneously on consumer loyalty in the Province of Bali, (2) to determine the level of consumer loyalty of Prima Freshmart in the Province of Bali. This study used a sample of 115 consumers spread across 33 stores in the Province of Bali. The data analysis technique used in this study used Path Analysis.The results showed that the seven sub-variables and marketing mix variables for Prima Freshmart services in Bali Province had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The greatest value of the effect on consumer loyalty is the physical means of service, which is equal to 16.33%, while the smallest value of the influence of the service marketing mix is the HR sub variable of 8.37%. For the level of consumer loyalty, it is at the Advocates level (46.06%) and Clients (42.22%). For the Repeat Customers level, the number of consumers is 8.64% and the number of consumers for the First Time Customers level is 2.75%.

Abstract

Horticultural crops are very popular plants. One of the leading horticultural products in the agricultural sector in Indonesia is vegetable crops. Green mustard pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is a vegetable plant that is very easy to breed in cold and hot areas, at an altitude of 500 m to 1200 m above sea level. Limited land for planting mustard pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.), for daily needs can be planted in polybags. The size of the polybag used needs to be considered. The experiment was carried out in a green house at KWT Jeruk Manis on Jl Dukuh Saleh Pejeruk Ampenan. The variables observed included: average plant height, average number of leaves, average leaf width and fresh plant weight. The measurement data were analyzed using analysis of variance (CRD) and DMRT further test. From the results of the analysis, the experimental results showed that the size of a small polybag 15 x 20 cm had a significant effect on the observed variables, namely plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf width, and mustard greens

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Improving physical education learning outcomes by applying the demonstration method and drill techniques for Class VIIA students of SMP Negeri 6 Mataram for the 2022-2023 academic year. (2) The effectiveness of applying the demonstration method and drill techniques in improving physical education learning outcomes class VIIA students of SMP Negeri 6 Mataram for the 2022/2023 academic year. The study used a classroom action research design including planning, acting, observing, and reflecting components. The research subjects were class VIIA students at Mataram 6 Public Middle School, with a sample of 38 people, consisting of 20 male students and 18 female students. The research variables consist of 2 (two) parts (1) the action variable, namely the application of demonstration methods and drill techniques, and (2) the expectation variable, namely the learning outcomes of sports and health physical education (PJOK). Data collection techniques used written tests to find out learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge, and practical tests to find out learning outcomes in the skills domain, while to find out the results of the implementation of learning using observations from 2 (two) observers. Data analysis techniques use percentages. From the results of the study it was concluded that the demonstration method and drill techniques can improve the learning outcomes of physical, sports and health education in Class VIIA Mataram 6 Public Junior High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. I 71.05% cycle II 78.95% and cycle III 89.47%.

Abstract

Whereas several articles that regulate acts that are punishable by criminal acts in Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions as amended by Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, in its implementation it still causes multiple interpretations and controversy in the community so that it is necessary to develop implementation guidelines for Law Enforcement Officials in carrying out their duties and authorities. How is the application of Article 28 paragraph (1) -Law no. 11 of 2008 as Amended by Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions? One of the articles in its application must be guided by the Joint Decree of the Minister of Communication and Information, the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia and the Head of the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia No. 229 of 2021, Number 154 of 2021, Number KB/2/VI/2021 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Article Certain in Law no. 11 of 2008 as Amended by Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, namely Article 28 paragraph (1).

Abstract

The definition of promotion according to Article 1 number 6 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection is the activity of introducing or disseminating information on goods and/or services to attract consumers' buying interest in goods and/or services that will be and are being traded. As we all know, brochures are one of the promotional media that are often used by businesses as a means to market a product or service. Usually brochures contain pictures and product descriptions that businesses want to market and usually product marketing through brochures is carried out in crowded places such as malls, streets or places that are deliberately provided such as exhibitions. Advertising through the brochure is also to attract consumer buying interest in the products being traded, in this case housing. However, behind the promotional activities using this brochure, there are many negative things done by the developer (developer), it is not uncommon for the public's trust to be misused by the developer. In making housing offers, it is not uncommon for the information provided by the developer to be too much so that it makes consumers very interested or maybe even confusing for the consumers themselves, the purpose of this research is to provide legal protection to consumers who are harmed by brochures promoted by developers that are not in accordance with the truth stated. If there is, then with the existing problems, this research uses normative legal research, which is a process to find a rule of law, legal principles, or legal doctrines to answer the legal issues at hand.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the effect of motivational variables which include the variable need for achievement, need for affiliation, and need for power which jointly affect the performance of Regional Office employees. 2) determine the influence of motivational variables partially affect the performance of Regional Office employees. 3) knowing the motivational variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of Regional Office employees in the Mataram city government. The type of research used is associative research with a population of 10,664 people with a sample of 73 people. Data analysis tools use Multiple Linear Regression with hypothesis testing tools using the F test (Simultaneous), t test (Partial) and Beta test (β) . Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the results of the research, it can be explained that the motivational variables include: the need for achievement, the need for affiliation. and the need for power. jointly have a significant influence on the performance of Regional Office employees in the Mataram city government. This is indicated by the calculated F value of 3.731 which is greater than the F table of 2.74 at the 5% significance level. Whereas the variables need for achievement, need for affiliation, and need for power. partially has a significant influence on the performance of Regional Office employees in the Mataram city government. This is indicated by the t-count value of the independent variable which is greater than the t-table of 1.670 at a significant level of 0.05 or indicated by a significance level of <0.05. That the 'need for power' variable has a dominant influence on the performance of Regional Office employees in the Mataram city government. This is indicated by the highest Beta value of the independent variables, namely the need for power variable, which is equal to Beta = 0.354.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of 12 mm Netafim (NTF) pipe and ” pvc on a multilevel drip irrigation network, on the ability of irrigation uniformity and irrigation distribution on polybag land. The test was carried out on variations in tower water heights of 220 cm, 120 cm and 30 cm on the lateral drip pipe, data analysis was carried out on irrigation uniformity (CU), and the distribution of irrigation water volume at each network level. The research was conducted on a land area of 1.5 m x 4 m x 2 m, the distance between the irrigation level is 1 m and the tower height is 2.5 m. Based on the results of the analysis, irrigation uniformity was obtained about 95%, with a difference in irrigation volume between levels of about 2 ml – 3 ml in the combination of PVC and NTF, whereas if the drip pipe with NTF alone there was a difference in volume of about 20 ml. With the use of PVC with dripers on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the use of NTF pipes on the 1st floor, it can improve the shortcomings of the multilevel irrigation system

Abstract

According to the Consumer Protection Act " In this thesis consists of 2 (two) sub-problems namely, (1) What is the form of responsibility of the Driver and the Lombok Transportation Company  Taxi if there is an accident on the passenger?  (2) What is the legal remedy that can be taken by passengers at the Lombok Taxi Transportation Company for accidents suffered by passengers?  To solve these sub-problems, the data collection method is used which is sourced from document studies and interviews.The results of this study indicate that: (1).  The responsibility of the taxi company towards taxi service users starts from the transport of passengers to the agreed destination.  Business operators are obliged to provide compensation for consumer losses due to accidents suffered by passengers. In carrying out its responsibilities, the Company and the driver have provided medical and maintenance costs.  (2) What legal remedies are taken by passengers at the Lombok Taxi Transportation Company for accidents suffered by passengers, carried out through court (non litigation) and through court (litigation).  Dispute resolution through out of court, carried out amicable settlement.  If the peace route is not reached, then if one party and or the parties are not satisfied, they can file a lawsuit in the district court in the general court environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ROA, NPM, EPS and PBV on stock prices of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with certain criteria by using multiple linear regression test data analysis techniques. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 275.846 + 3.109 ROA - 0.677 NPM + 3.303 EPS + 426,637 PBV. The results showed that ROA (X1) had no effect on stock prices with a t value of 0.478 < 2.042, NPM (X2) had a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices and a t-value of -2.744 > 2.042, EPS (X3) had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. with a t-value of 4.015 > 2.042, and PBV (X4) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices with a t-value of 6.178 > 2.042

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the juridical review of article 4 paragraph (1) of law no. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage regarding efforts to obtain a marriage certificate and to find out what causes marriage by married husbands without going through court approval. Marriages that often occur, namely when marriages are established between married men and women who are still virgins in secret or unregistered marriages, in other words polygamous marriages occur, of course this happens because the men do not want to deal with court proceedings which will complicate matters their marriage. Phenomena like this are very common in this modern era, meanwhile according to the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 Article 4 paragraph (1) requires that every husband who wants to be polygamous must obtain court approval to obtain a marriage certificate, this is not done by husbands for some reason. Many cases of polygamous marriages ignore the provisions stipulated in the Marriage Law, especially those contained in Article 4 Paragraph (1), so there is a legal review that must be put forward in addressing Article 4 Paragraph (1) so that there are not many polygamous marriages in series. namely by reviewing Article 4 Paragraph (1) that in order to obtain a Marriage Certificate it is not necessary to go through Court approval but can go directly to the Office of Religious Affairs in the area of residence for polygamous marriages to take place by attaching other supporting requirements that are already known by the Village Office local.
