Abstract

The development of the modern era of digitalization has led to some very rapid advances in humans and technology. One of the modern lifestyles today is the use of the internet which is commonly accessed by many people from all over the world regardless of the user’s age limit. This study aims to determine the impacts of online games on children's moral due to frequent playing online games, and to find out the efforts of parents in overcoming inappropriate behavior in children due to the frequent playing of online games in the village of SP 3 Prode Plampang Sub-district Sumbawa Regency. The researchers involved seven children and seven  parents as research informants. This study used a qualitative method. The results of the study show that the presence of online games have positive and negative impacts on children individual moral, social, and religion in SP 3 Prode village.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is obtained through a portion of job duties that are commensurate with the position and abilities of each employee. The company's management sets a policy for employees whose permits are in the middle of working hours for other purposes, then their work will be delegated to other employees. This interferes with the job satisfaction of other employees because their portion of work is increased. This policy is related to the work-life balance and also the workload of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work-life balance and workload on job satisfaction of PT. Rama Manggala Gas Blitar and efforts to increase job satisfaction. The type of data used is quantitative. The sample of this study was 85 respondents using census techniques. Data analysis using the SEM-PLS method with outer and inner model measurements in SmartPLS V.3.0 software. The results of this study show that work-life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Rama Manggala Gas as evidenced from the results of the significance test with a t-statistic value of 7.610 > a significance level of 5% (1.96) and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05.  Workload does not have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT. Rama Manggala Gas which can be seen from the t-statistical value of 1.947 < 19.6 and the p-value of 0.054 > 0.05. It is hoped that the company's management can maintain and improve the work-life balance of its employees in order to create a high level of job satisfaction

Abstract

The contruction of Meninting Puskesmas is a government development in 2019 that CV. Langko Express working on. On the development of this project, a schedule of time of employment planning is made based on liberal experience obtained and is not calculated analytically or by Indonesia's national standards (SNI). So at the time of execution in the field, the cost of the job, the time of realization and productivity of the labor in the field is different from planned.This research carried out in three stages, the first was determining research location, then the second stage was collecting and preparing data, and last stage was analyzing data. When analyzing work costs, implementation time and labor productivity, researchers use the standards set by the government, namely SNI. Regulation of the Minister of Public Works for Public Housing Number: 28 / PRT / M / 2016 concerning Analysis of Unit Prices for Public Works.According to data analysis result that has been carried out, it can be seen that the amount of time obtained based on the 2016 SNI Index is 385 days total cumulative time for each work item, but with an S curve graph it takes 67 days with a total workforce of 526 people and with total budget plan for work costs of  Rp. 187,514,556.00 while according to data in the field with the same number of workers the time required is 286 days and with the S curve graph it takes 50 days at a cost of Rp. 117,102,000.00. Therefore, it can be said that realization in the field is 99 days faster and can save labor wages by Rp. 70,412,556.00. The construction of Meninting Health Center has a workforce productivity of 160% and has a profit percentage of 38% greater than the 2016 SNI analysis

Abstract

This research is an example of qualitative research where the focus is on explaining phenomena that occur in everyday social life. The purpose of this study is to provide a brief description of what background factors influence a Youtuber's ability to translate language, especially from Indonesian to English, so that errors occur. The objects of this research are several original Indonesian Youtubers who actively display content on the Youtube platform, where these Youtubers have posted videos or content in English. Based on the results of the research conducted, there are 3 background factors that affect errors in their translation ability, namely; educational background, economic background, and social background.

Abstract

Along with the development of the number of tourist visits, also grows various stars hotels in Bali which causes room revenue is no longer the only large income for the hotel so that there is a need for additional sources of income for the hotel, which is restaurants. This research aims to determine the menu mix and contribution margin, and to find out the menu classification also the efforts made to increase sales volume. This research used analysis method with menu engineering approach. This analysis approach used to assess the popularity and profit of a menu item. The results of this research show 32% of the menu included in the “stars” category, 36% of the menu included in the “plowhorses” category, 4% of the menu included in the “puzzles” category, and 28% of the menu included in the “dogs” category. So, the efforts that should be made such as: maintaining the quality, reducing the portion of the menu, menu placement, up to the menu name change.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the grouping of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia which include healthy, unhealthy and unhealthy bank clusters. Data analysis was performed using the K-Means Clustering methodBased on the data analysis, the results are (1) there are three conventional commercial banks which are categorized as healthy bank groups or clusters, namely: Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri and Bank Central Asia; (2) there are nine conventional commercial banks that fall into the category of unhealthy bank groups or clusters, namely: West Java and Banten Banks, BTPN Bank, CIMB Niaga Bank, Danamon Bank, DBS Indonesia Bank, Maybank Indonesia Bank, OCBC NISP Bank, Panin Bank and Permata Bank; (3) there are 32 conventional commercial banks which are categorized as unhealthy bank groups or clusters, namely: Bali BPD Bank, Yogyakarta Special Region BPD Bank, DKI Bank, Central Java Bank, East Java Bank, West Kalimantan Bank, East Kalimantan Bank, Lampung Bank , West Sumatra Bank, Papua Bank, South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Bank, North Sulawesi Bank, North Sumatra Bank, ANZ Indonesia Bank, Bumi Arta Bank, Capital Indonesia Bank, CCB Indonesia Bank, Commonwealth Bank, CTBC Bank Indonesia, Ganesha Bank, Bank HSBC Indonesia, Bank ICBC Indonesia, Bank Ina Perdana, Bank KB Bukopin, Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, Bank Mega, Bank Multiarta Sentosa, Bank Resona Perdania, Bank of America, Bank of China, Citibank and Standard Chartered.

Abstract

The focus of the study is business plan of Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) East Lombok Regency 2021-2026 . The study method used is mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. The result of study showed that vision of PDAM is tobe “Health” company and toward excellent service and self relience. In order to achieve the vision, there are 4 missions, objectives, strategy and its performance indicator. Performance indicator of PDAM based BPPSPAM category during periode 2021-2026 is targeted “Health”. Mean while, performance indicator of PDAM based on Kepmendagri Nomor 47 Tahun 1999 category is targeted “Enough" in periode 2021-2024 and “Good” in periode 2025-2026. Based on SWOT analysis showed that strategic position of PDAM is growth oriented strategy.

Abstract

income of traders at Poh Gading Market, Ubung, Denpasar. This type of research is a quantitative research, namely a study that aims to obtain evidence of a hypothesis. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires as well as direct observation. The sample used was 60 respondents with a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling). In analyzing used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that by testing the regression coefficient partially (t test) with α = 5%, it showed that the three variables (capital, length of business, and working hours) had a positive and significant effect on the income of traders at Poh Gading Market, Ubung, Denpasar. The results of the F test with α = 5% show that together the variables of capital, length of business and working hours have a significant effect on the income of traders at Poh Gading Market, Ubung, Denpasar.

The number of competitors in the same business certainly makes entrepreneurs think how to prevent consumers who are familiar with their company's products/brands from moving to other places. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of trust and brand image on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. Delta Satria Dewata Bali.The location of this research is at PT. Delta Satria Dewata Bali, Jl Imam Bonjol No. 226A. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a likert (5 scale). The data analysis technique used is path analysis.The results showed that the variables of trust and brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Rehabilitation of buildings around the area around the river is considered by the owner of the activity because during high rainfall it will cause flooding. Flooding will result in delays in the building rehabilitation process because river water overflows into the activity location. One of the areas around a river in Bali, namely Tukad Bangin located in Pecatu Badung, is an ephemeral river, namely a river whose water only exists during the rainy season and often floods due to abnormal drainage channels and the absence of retaining walls. In the environment around Tukad Bangin there are buildings which during the rainy season cause frequent flooding, so a plan for building rehabilitation is carried out by making drainage channels and senders, then the results of calculating the design flood discharge in the Tukad Bangin Pecatu Badung area are carried out. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, namely measuring from direct observation at Tukad Bangin and then calculating the design flood discharge for various return periods for planning the design of drainage channels and shores. The results of the design flood discharge analysis with Q1 year are 15.47 m3/sec, Q2 year is 49.74 m3/sec and Q5 year is 65.89 m3/sec. From the simulation results of the water surface profile, the extreme depth values for discharge at 2-year return period are 1.54 m, 5-year return periods are 1.80 m, 10-year return periods are 1.93 m, 25-year return periods are 2.06 m and a 50-year return period of 2.04 m, so that with the HEC-RAS modeling it can control the height of the flood protection embankment and the design of the planned drainage channels and canals can be carried out.
