Abstract

Untuk memberi dukungan terhadap karyawan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan, maka PT.XYZ sebagai perusahaan udara internasioal memberikan kegiatan pelatihan kepada karyawannya agar dapat menghasilkan karyawan yang mampu melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik dan efektif. Dan untuk mendukung kegiatan ini maka dibangun sistem helpdesk yang merupakan sistem manajemen untuk membantu menangani kebutuhan user terkait dengan pertanyaan, pelayanan, support teknis, atau komplain terhadap produk & jasa tertentu dengan memanfaatkan sistem penomoran (request ticket) untuk memudahkan penelusuran terhadap tindakan penyelesaian yang dikoordinasi oleh suatu tim. Dan sistem helpdesk yang dirancang adalah dengan menggunakan metode Knowledge Management System (KMS).

Abstract

In the business world, technology can be used as a tool for all activities carried out in business including monitoring the needs of a spare part. This is done in an effort to help the progress of a business. Most workshops have anticipated the need for spare parts in transactions, but the unavailability of spare parts when there is demand and overstock spare parts, still occurs, causing losses in the workshop. It is very important for the forecasting system, especially regarding the need for the availability of spare parts in the workshop. In design, the information system forecasting the needs of spare parts uses Unified Modeling language (UML) modeling to analyze what is needed and what will be built. UML is a tool to help systems and methodologies that can be used for the development of an object-oriented system. We can more easily create a system with UML modeling, because in UML there are already all the things that will be designed. In addition, if we make UML first, the implementation of a system will be an accurate system. Modeling the Forecasting System for Spare Part Needs using UML is expected to be a tool that can help business actors to be able to advance their business and get optimal profits.

Abstract

The reason behind this writing is based by the development of technology which plays significant role in daily life. Computer device and internet have become important thing for country’s life, enable them to conquer, control, and observe every human movement in other world. Computer device and internet have created a new world called cyberspace. Along with the progress of cyberspace, it also develops many lawbreaking actions that based with computer device and internet, some of them are cyber crime and cyber warfare. From this background, the writer elevates two problem from this case. First, what form of crime that can be categorized as cyber crime and cyber warfare? Second, how to protect ourselves from the threat of cyber crime and cyber warfare? The kind of typing that the writer uses in this research is descriptive research (describing an object and taking simple conclusion from it) with secondary data and use statute approach, case approach, and conceptual approach. This kind of technique is collected by library research  and the data will be analyzed qualitatively. As for the study result, it consists of: the writer found many different form between cyber crime and cyber warfare. Example of cyber crime are Unauthorized Access to Computer System and Service, Illegal Contents, Data Forgery, Cyber Espionage, Cyber Sabotage and Extortion, Offence Against Intellectual Property, and Infringements of Privacy, while the example of cyber warfare are spionase cyber, vandalism, sabotage, and power grid hacking. In this report, the writer also explain some tips to defend yourself from the threat of cyber crime and cyber warfare.

Abstract

PT XYZ Air Jakarta is a PT which is engaged in providing clean water services for industrial areas, business areas and residential areas. The inventory information system is a system used to enter new inventory data into the database, so that there are no errors in input, output data, and report generation based on the desired data. Based on a direct survey there is division, the Itinfrastructure is still manual. So needed web inventory is to help the admin and Svp find out the information on these items and also track them. The system to be used is the programming language Java Script and MySQL. The existence of an inventory information system is expected to be useful for the Division it infrastructure, so it can be expected to reduce errors that may occur. Through this thesis, web inventory has been made in the Division IT Infrastructure.

Abstract

Management Information System or commonly called SIM is needed by an organization or company in its internal control. In the current era of digital transformation, it is very necessary to develop a driver's license in companies, one of which is the PPh21 tax application.Seeing the conditions above, the author intends to conduct research aimed at providing solutions through the study of various theories and observations in the field in the context of developing the PPh 21 tax application. Building a SIM uses PHP as the program and phpMyAdmin as the database. The application development methodology used is the Waterfall methodology, consisting of phasing requirements, design, implementation, integration and testing, and operation and maintance. The results of this study can simplify the PPh 21 tax calculation system and minimize the difficulty of processing tax data so that the PPh 21 tax system becomes neat, orderly, and more efficient.

Abstract

The Integrated Police Service Center or often abbreviated as SPKT is a part of the police to provide services to the community, in the form of receiving and first handling reports or complaints. So far, the reporting process carried out by the community is still done manually, by coming directly to the SPKT Polres Badung so it’s a hassle for the community and the storage of physical documents from various incoming reports continues to grow so it requires a lot of space. So in this study a web-based application was built that could make it easier for the public to report and help SPKT Polres Badung to cut down the storage space for physical reporting documents. This application uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model which consists of the processes of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Based on the results of the trial and evaluation of the system for the application built, it can be concluded that this application can help the public report online and assist the SPKT Polres Badung administrator in managing reporting and storing reporting documents digitally.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies, especially those engaged in the food processing machinery industry, often have problems. The raw material inventory control system in data processing is still not optimal due to the use of paper. Design and build a raw material inventory control system that is very necessary in the company to carry out the process of controlling raw material inventory. This computerized raw material control system proposes to make it easier to record data for admin and warehouse officers in supervising the recording and releasing of raw materials from the warehouse. The development of this production reporting information system uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method. System modeling using unified modeling language (UML), data modeling using entity relationship diagrams (ERD), and system design using windows navigation diagrams (WND) and interface design. Making this raw material inventory control system application using PHP with CodeIgniter and MariaDB frameworks. This Raw Material Inventory Control System is expected to make it easier for companies to record raw material data more precisely, quickly, and well supervised and can anticipate the occurrence of human errors in the PPIC division, especially for the warehouse section.

Abstract

This study try to figure out digital engagement of President Joko Widodo through his Twitter account @jokowi. Digital engagement shows not only willingness to get involve in a political conversation by means of social media, but also a part performed in a digital interaction by which elite affecting perception and participation of political mass. It was found that in his digital engagement, President Jokowi need to be more interactive by urging his tweet to be more assertive, as an addition to his narrative and descriptive style of communication. This would indicate that the president is communicatively and politically capable of being a Twitter in Chief.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made the digital era develop rapidly, as well as e-commerce, the purchase process can be done from home, digital marketplace media facilitate users with interactive applications that can be called very responsive. PT XYZ, which usually conducts transactions in a traditional way, also has to keep up with developments. However, there are problems with the level of security and customer trust in e-commerce transactions. From the company's graphic data, it shows that customer loyalty has not been well developed.From the Structural Assurance variable at PT XYZ, where thitung is greater than ttable 5.315 > 1.667, due to the response from the sales admin who is very responsive to questions from customers from the Trust variable thitung is greater than ttable 2.816 > 1.667, needs to be improved, socialization about the company through digital media such as the web and non-digital media such as offline stores. From the simultaneous test, Fhitung is greater than Ftable 13.652 > 3.130. This shows that there is a significant influence of Structure Assurance and Trust together on Online Purchase Intention at PT XYZ
