Abstract

Tingginya tingkat kegawatdaruratan di Indonesia, dengan rata-rata 2.500 bencana alam dan 18.000 kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas per tahun (BNPB, 2023), menuntut sistem penanganan yang responsif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan "Sigap 24/7", aplikasi kegawatdaruratan berbasis Android yang diuji coba pada 150 pengguna dengan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi respon darurat sebesar 65% dibanding sistem konvensional, dengan waktu rata-rata pelaporan berkurang dari 4,2 menit menjadi 1,5 menit. Aplikasi ini menawarkan dua mode pelaporan: (1) layanan SOS dengan akurasi GPS 98,7% dalam radius 50 meter, dan (2) layanan Non-SOS yang meningkatkan kelengkapan data insiden sebesar 80% melalui formulir terstruktur. Uji coba multi-instansi melibatkan 5 lembaga darurat menunjukkan peningkatan koordinasi sebesar 72% dalam simulasi penanganan bencana. Evaluasi SUS (System Usability Scale) menghasilkan skor 86,4/100, menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang sangat baik. Solusi ini berpotensi mengurangi waktu respon darurat hingga 40% sekaligus meningkatkan akurasi data insiden untuk penanganan yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

Based on previous observations by researchers, it was determined that there is a possibility of dishonesty/discrepancy between the number of refuelings and the quantity ordered. Therefore, it was necessary to carry out a system development cycle, commonly called SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle) in the digital form process. The results of the research show that the application of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm calculation obtained a Prior Probability result in a probability of success or P (success) of 6/10. Meanwhile, the likelihood probability value by taking into account the weather variable produces a high probability value when it is sunny on failure and rain on failure has the same value of ½, if done manually. Therefore, it is necessary to design a web-based system as a basis for the effectiveness of the ground refueling process and preventing data discrepancies, as well as storing documents or files properly. It is important to implement this digitalization into an airport's system, especially with regard to aircraft refueling at the airport, so that it facilitates the process of aircraft refueling and archiving data collection and the data obtained is more accurate.

Abstract

The background of this study is about the development of information technology, which has brought a big development in people’s lives, and more importantly, about solving criminal cases in Indonesia. In criminal procedural law, legitimate proof is needed, as it is regulated in Chapter 184, paragraph 1,of the Code of Criminal Procedure (KUHAP) about witness evidence, expert evidence, the presence of a clue, the defendant’s letter, and its evidence. What if that evidence is in the form of something electronic, also known as electronic evidence? Can this proof be used as legitimate evidence in solving criminal cases in Indonesia? This provision is already arranged in the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). The questions that need to be answered in this article are: first, what forms of electronic evidence are beneficial for solving criminal cases in Indonesia? Second, how to confirm the validity of the proof of using electronic evidence is for solving criminal cases in Indonesia? The kind of typing that the writer uses in this research is descriptive research (describing an object and taking simple conclusion from it) with secondary data and use statute approach, case approach, and conceptual approach. This kind of technique is collected by library research and the data will be analyzed qualitatively. The purpose of this writing are to study and analyze what forms of electronic evidence are beneficial for solving criminal cases in Indonesia and to know how strong the validity of electronic evidence is for solving criminal cases in Indonesia.
