Kata Muwazah berasal dari bahasa Arab yaitu (??????) yang memiliki arti kesetaraan. Jurnal ini fokus pada isu-isu aktual dan kontemporer yang berkaitan dengan kajian gender lokalitas dalam berbagai perspektif. Redaksi mengundang para ilmuwan, sarjana, professional, praktisi dan peneliti dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu yang konsern terhadap kajian gender berupa analisis, aplikasi teori, hasil penelitian, terjemahan, resensi buku, literature review untuk mempublikasikan hasil karya ilmiahnya setelah melalui mekanisme seleksi naskah, telaah mitra bebestari, dan proses penyuntingan. Jurnal ini terbit setahun dua kali setiap bulan Juni dan Desember.

Abstract

The change is an absolute process in all aspects of life. Human as actor of this life witnesses this process, much more women. Because of being made in ancient time, law oftern come late other contemporary events. Law on women are lagged, behind unable to keep abreast with wheels of changes. Hence it seems absolute and void which leads to obtaining laws legimitation over their choosen deeds as a result of the changes, event if they prompt to utilize the old law, they are threaten with sins, prohibition and hell. A new law formulation that accomadating to women’s need is unavoidable. Abstract

This paper explores the Fatima Mernissi of Hermeneutics with Feminism paradigm. According to him, one of the sources of discrimination against women is the interpretation the clerics of the some hadith that are full of with a view of masculinity. Fatima Mernissi does not hesitate to mention the narrators on Thabaqat companions, like Abu Hurariah which has narrated some hadith recognition of the Prophet, however full of with interests that lead to hatred against women. Skepticism and excessive criticism, of Fatima Mernissi was found when there is no recognition that false hadiths, can occur because of a mistake narrators without the element of intent. The attitude of skepticism Fatima Mernissi also found when, citing the data source from the book of scholars by adding a few words which caused it means to be biased, and also a negative view of the narrations that are considered misogynistic.Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi Hermeneutika Fatima Mernissi dengan paradigma Feminisme. Menurutnya, salah satu sumber diskriminasi terhadap perempuan adalah tafsiran para ulama terhadap beberapa hadis yang sarat dengan pandangan maskulinitas. Fatima Mernissi tidak segan menyebutkan perawi pada Thabaqat sahabat, seperti Abu Hurariah yang telah meriwayatkan beberapa hadis yang diakuinya dari Rasulullah namun sarat kepentingan dan tendensius yang mengarah kepada “anti perempuan”. Sikap skeptis dan kritik berlebihan yang dilakukan oleh Fatima Mernissi ditemukan ketika tidak ada pengakuan bahwa hadis palsu dapat terjadi karena kekeliruan perawi tanpa adanya unsur kesengajaan. Sikap skeptisisme Fatima Mernissi juga ditemukan ketika mengutip sumber data dari kitab ulama dengan menyusupkan beberapa kata yang menyebabkan maknanya menjadi bias dan memandang negatifriwayat-riwayat yang dianggap misoginis.

Abstract

Abstract: One important problem faced by women workers in agriculture is as much as 60% of them do not get paid. In addition, if paid, 40% of the women with the status as a laborer, received a lower income than men who become farm laborers. This study examines the problems faced by women in one of the main areas of development of agriculture, especially regarding the quality, role and position them. Objective is to get a view of the quality, role and position in the agricultural peremuan; shape, pattern and process of marginalization of women in agriculture and; strategies women do in managing the business or employment in this pertanianPenelitian using qualitative-descriptive approach with a gender perspective. The data collection methods with the study documentation, in-depth interviews with the subjects chosen by purposive sampling, focus group discussions (focus group discussion) and Observasiaan mereka.Teknik Data Analysis with descriptive-qualitative techniques that are equipped with the Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP).

Abstract

Abstract : Study feminism can not be separated from theological studies. Almost all religions have bad treatments against women. The position of women in some religions are placed as "The Second Sex" and that religion perceives something usually considered "as it should be" (what exactly), instead of "as it is" (whatever they are). Riffat Hassan and Amina Wadud form of interpreting the verses of the Qur'an which is far from the spirit of liberation theology with a feminine approach. Feminism is understood as the liberation of all the oppression of humanity. Abstrak : feminisme Studi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari studi teologi. Hampir semua agama memiliki perawatan yang buruk terhadap perempuan. Posisi perempuan dalam beberapa agama ditempatkan sebagai "The Second Sex" dan agama yang merasakan sesuatu yang biasanya dianggap "sebagaimana mestinya" (apa sebenarnya), bukan "karena" (apa adanya). Riffat Hassan dan Amina Wadud bentuk menafsirkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang jauh dari semangat teologi pembebasan dengan pendekatan feminin. Feminisme dipahami sebagai pembebasan dari penindasan kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Abstract : The rijal  word is a symbol of leadership  (alqowwam) for nisa' . Rijal top leadership Nisa 'is based on the primacy (al-fadhalah) and financial support (nafaqah). The use of the word rijal and nisa' in this paragraph is semantically not emphasize the biological significance of the reference to sex, but the leadership of a person's character and social function. Semiotic elements in the lexicon rijal, qowwamun and the masculine pronoun hum ( هﻢ ) demonstrate leadership character (al-qawwam) is generally more dominant in the self-contained men from the women. It is by no means a necessity leadership of men over women in the family. Abstrak : Kata Rijal adalah simbol kepemimpinan (alqowwam) untuk nisa'. Rijal kepemimpinan atas Nisa 'didasarkan pada keutamaan (al-fadhalah) dan dukungan keuangan (nafaqah). Penggunaan kata Rijal dan nisa 'dalam ayat ini semantis tidak menekankan signifikansi biologis referensi seks, tapi kepemimpinan karakter seseorang dan fungsi sosial. Unsur semiotik dalam leksikon Rijal, qowwamun dan maskulin ganti hum (هﻢ) menunjukkan karakter kepemimpinan (al-qawwa m) umumnya lebih dominan pada laki-laki mandiri dari perempuan. Hal ini tidak berarti kepemimpinan kebutuhan lakilaki atas perempuan dalam keluarga.

Abstract

Abstract: Women are not getting a balanced distribution of development cake with men. This happens because the orientation of development still relies on macro economic growth, precisely to make women more marginalized in the frame construction. Further implication is the face of poverty attach to female faces. With the approach to women's empowerment are expected to have the capacity or ability to improve the independence and strength of him. So that women no longer serve as objects of development but as actors of development activities toward independence.

Abstract

Abstract :This paper examines the right for women as imam prayer for men in the Quranic and Islamic jurisprudence (school of thouht) perspectives. Based on the mission of Quranic liberation, every man and woman has the right that can not be limited by gender status, because Alquran gives equal rights for each to worship and to be devout to God, including as an imam prayer for men. However, the four schools of fiqh (Hanafian, Malikian, Syafi'ian, and Hanabilan) expressed otherwise. They stated that woman should not to be as an imam prayer of men. Although small fraction of fuqaha permited that action, but the mainstrem of Islamic school of thought is more widely supported by the majority of Muslim community and at a time it  shackle them. The shackle is influenced by religious texts positioning women as root of slander. The factor is compounded by the historical fact that the interpretation of religious texts is merely dominated by men. Abstrak : Makalah ini membahas hak bagi perempuan sebagai imam shalat bagi laki-laki dalam hukum Quran dan Islam (sekolah thouht) perspektif. Berdasarkan misi pembebasan Quran, setiap pria dan wanita memiliki hak yang tidak dapat dibatasi oleh statusnya jenis kelamin, karena Alquran memberikan hak yang sama untuk masing-masing untuk menyembah dan menjadi taat kepada Allah, termasuk sebagai doa imam bagi laki-laki. Namun, empat sekolah fiqh (Hanafian, Malikian, Syafi'ian, dan Hanabilan) menyatakan sebaliknya. Mereka menyatakan bahwa wanita tidak seharusnya menjadi sebagai doa imam laki-laki. Meskipun sebagian kecil dari fuqaha permited tindakan itu, tapi mainstrem sekolah Islam pemikiran lebih luas didukung oleh sebagian besar masyarakat Muslim dan pada waktu itu membelenggu mereka. Belenggu dipengaruhi oleh teks-teks agama memposisikan perempuan sebagai akar fitnah. Faktor ini diperparah oleh fakta sejarah bahwa penafsiran teks-teks agama hanya didominasi oleh laki-laki.

Abstract

Abstract : This paper discussed the methods used by ‘Ā’isyah as benchmark in criticizing matan hadith. The accusation against Islam about the lack of methodology in the study of hadith criticism, especially matan criticism, has forced contemporary Islamic scholars to create a method that can be used to criticize the substance of hadith. Indeed, the principles in criticized matan hadith have been made and used by ‘Ā’isyah. The ‘Ā’isyah manhaj of matan criticism has been tested the reliability. The writer concluded that the methodology of ‘Ā’isyah manhaj of matan criticism was proven reliable for tested the authenticity of hadith by used the correspondence of truth and coherence theories in philosophical epistemology as the method of analysis. Abstrak : Makalah ini membahas metode yang digunakan oleh 'Ā'isyah sebagai patokan dalam mengkritik matan hadis. Tuduhan terhadap Islam tentang kurangnya metodologi dalam studi kritik hadits, terutama kritik matan, telah memaksa ulama Islam kontemporer untuk menciptakan sebuah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengkritik substansi hadis. Memang, prinsip-prinsip dalam mengkritik hadits matan telah dibuat dan digunakan oleh 'Ā'isyah. The 'Ā'isyah manhaj kritik matan telah diuji reliabilitas. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa metodologi 'Ā'isyah manhaj kritik matan terbukti dapat diandalkan untuk menguji keaslian hadits dengan menggunakan korespondensi kebenaran dan koherensi teori dalam epistemologi filsafat sebagai metode analisis.

Abstract

This paper examines the feminism and feminism of Islam in the novel in Indonesia. The approach used is the sociology of literature, which aims to describe the problems of feminism with regard to social, cultural, and belief systems of society. Feminism has an important role and is one of the novel appeal. Feminism in the novel rejects all forms of discrimination against women. The concept of feminism in the novel in Indonesia shifts to Islamic feminism, namely the concept of gender equality that refers to the principles of Islamic teachings. Through the novel Islamic feminism, Muslim authors want to convey some message of da'wah. First, Islamic feminism is gender equality derived from Al Quran and Hadith. Second, Islamic feminism is one of Muslim women's image which is related to morality and attitude of Muslim woman when faced with problem.

Abstract

Weak legal protection of women against children from mixed marriages, due to the patriarchal values are preserved through a process of socialization and reproduction in various forms by people and countries that are the order of the adam that marginalizes women. In other words, the law is built and constructed in a logical man. Therefore, to determine the status of the child and the relationship between children and parents, need to see first marriage of his parents as a preliminary issue, whether legitimate marriage of his parents so that children have a legal relationship with his father, or the marriage is invalid, so the child is considered as a child out of wedlock who only have a legal relationship with his mother. A child is legally considered a child born of a legitimate marriage between the father and mother.
