The purposes of this study are to know the total level cholesterol of the samples before and after doing aerobic dance exercise besides to know the influence of aerobic dance exercise toward reduction of total blood choleterol levels. This is a Pre-Experimental Design study and used One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study was participants of Kiyomi gymnasium group and 16 participants. The collected data was gathered by measuring blood total cholesterol levels when conducting pre-test and post-test by using East Touch GCU. For analysing the data used Paired T-test. The result of the study shows the average of the samples after doing aerobic dance exercise are able to lower the blood total cholesterol levels from 221,68 to 173,12. And gained tarithmetic as many as 6,197 with the value of signification 0,000 < 0,05. It means that there is a significant influence between aerobic dance exercise and reduction of total cholesterol. The conclusion of this study is there is reduction of the average of the total cholesterol levels before (pre-test) and after getting treatment (post-test) so it can be concluded that there is an effect of aerobic dance exercise toward the decreasing of total cholesterol level on Kiyomi dance studio’s members in Gabus Sub-District Pati Regency.

Athletics is a competitive physical activity that is like walking, running, throwing, and jumping, so it is not uncommon for this sport to be said to be the parent of another sport because it has a variety of movements in it. This type of research is quasi-experimental research with a quantitative descriptive approach using the one group control pretest-posttest design research design. The results showed that the basic motion learning model of the 40-meter athletic run based on traditional games was effective to be applied to elementary school students as evidenced by the results of the N-gain score showed that the average N-gain score for the experimental class was 79, 21% included in the “effective†category. It is suggested that teachers and students should be able to use the basic 40-meter athletic basic motion learning model based on traditional games as alternative learning for students and as a reference for physical education teachers in elementary schools.

This study aims to develop a basketball learning model with ring modification. This study uses a development model, using a sample of 350 fifth grade elementary school students in Jayapura City. This research was conducted in April to September 2019. The stages of this research were: 1) Analyzing the product, 2) Developing the product, 3) Expert validation, 4) Field trials, 5) revisions, and product results. The results of the study are: (1) Model game material for basketball chair grounds ring basketball; (2) The effectiveness of the game model can increase student physical activity, this can be seen by increasing the pulse rate before and after participating in learning basketball material. The increase in the average pulse rate of students after treatment increased by 81.7% and the maximum increase in pulse rate by 47.8%; (3) The basketball game model can overcome the limitations of existing facilities and infrastructure. The conclusion of this research is that the use of the product development model of the basketball ring tool can be used as a medium for physical education learning and has an effect on the physical activity of students in elementary school. Suggestions for physical education teachers in elementary schools to be able to use this model in schools in learning basketball games.
