Abstract

Eggs are the harvest of raising chickens who become daily human needs. So to meet human needs, it takes the eggs that have good quality. the price of feed is a major influence on the sale of chicken eggs. One poultry farm is P.O KinantanKenagarianPilubang District of Harau District Fifty State. Feed prices are unstable. If feed prices rose, while the price of eggs in the market selling cheap, can lead to a slump in sales of eggs in the market so that employers laying chickens suffered heavy losses. Budget cost of feed materials will go up if the amount of the chicken population was growing and stable feed prices, and vice versa feedstuffs budget will decrease if the number of chicken population decline due to rising feed prices. Abstract

Disclosure is one criteria that used by BPK RI to obtain opinion of audited local government’s financial statement. This study aimed to compare the financial disclosure of local government’s financial statement which received unqualified opinion and qualified opinion from BPK RI. Banyuasin regency (whose received unqualified opinion) and Bojonegoro regency (whose received qualified opinion) were chosen as participant. This study used content analysis, and coding based on Indonesia’s Government Accounting Standard (PP No.24 Tahun 2005). Based on participant’s data both Banyuasin regency and Bojonegoro regency already fullfil sufficient disclosure for Balance Sheet, Budgetary Reports and Cash flow Statement with no difference between them eventhough they received difference audit opinion. But on note of financial statement, there were some difference whereas Bojonegoro regency discloses more information than Banyuasin regency. It showed that sufficient disclosure didn’t guarantee audit opinion, because there are others criteria that BPK used to obtain opinion of audited local government’s financial statement. Keywords: disclosure, local government financial statements, unqualified opinion, qualified opinion, content analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, interpersonal communication and organizational citizenship behaviors to employee performance mediated by job satisfaction (Study: Employee Disaster Management Agency of West Sumatra Province).Population and sample of this research is all Employees Local Disaster Management Agency of West Sumatra province, amounting to a total of 52 people, with sampling techniques census method. While the model of the relationship between variables is Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) analysis tool used Smart PLS 2.0 M3.The study found there is a significant positive influence organizational commitment, interpersonal communication, organizational citizenship behaviors and job satisfaction on employee performance. Furthermore, there is also found a significant positive influence organizational commitment, interpersonal communication and organizational citizenship behaviors on job satisfaction. Other findings of this research also revealed that job satisfaction variables in this study reinforce the relationship or the influence of organizational commitment, interpersonal communication and organizational citizenship behaviors on employee performance. Keywords :    Organizational commitment, Interpersonal communication, Organizational citizenship behaviors, Job satisfaction and Employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of leverage and invesment oppurtunity on company’s invesment decision. The population in this study is the property andreal estate companies that listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2008-2012. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling with number ofsample is 68 sample. Method analysis is using multiple regressions analysis. Theresults from this study indicate that leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on company’s invesment decision. Invesment oppurtunity has a positive and significant effect oncompany’s invesment decision. Keywords: Leverage, invesment oppurtunity, and invesment decision

Abstract

Pembangunan dunia pariwisata dewasa ini semakin mendapatkan perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari besarnya dampak dari industri ini terhadap berbagai sektor kehidupan manusia. Salah satu dampak positif dari kemajuan industri pariwisata adalah peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat disekitar daerah tujuan wisata melalui ekonomi kreatif. Melihat besarnya pengaruh positif dari industri pariwisata inilah diperlukan kerjasama dari semua pihak untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam memasarkan produk-produk pariwisata. Keberhasilan dalam membangun dan mengembangkan industri pariwisata sangat tergantung pada kesuksesan pemasaran pariwisata itu sendiri yang dapat diukur dari kepuasan wisatawan atas prasyarat mutlak yang harus dipenuhi oleh daerah tujuan wisata tersebut yang meliputi keamanan, ketertiban, kebersihan, kesejukan, keindahan, ramahtamah, dan kenangan yang dikenal dengan istilah sapta pesona wisata. Kata Kunci: Pemasaran pariwisata, Sapta pesona wisata

Abstract

The research is proposed to determine the influence of country of origin, brandfamiliarity, and trust towards consumers of Samsung smartphone purchase decision in Padang. The population in this research were the Padang citizens who do not have smartphone. The number 100 respondens as research sample is determined by using Hair formula and elected by using purposive sampling techniqe. Primary and secondary data are used in this research. Analysis data technique is using path analysis dan hypotesis test by using t test with SPSS version 21.0 is used to analyzed the data. The result of this research shows that the country of origin and brand familiarity are positively and significantly affect consumer trust. Furthermore, country of origin, brand familiairty, and trust all together have a significant influence to purchase decision but individually only brand familiarity and trust that have a significant and positive effect to purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of quality management practices and internal knowledge transfer to organizational performance in university in Padang. This is a causative research. The population in this study were all departments in university in Padang. The sample in this research is the department of the state university in Padang. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality and Brand Association Toward Repurchase Decision of Biore Body Foam to female students in Universitas Negeri Padang. This study held in Universitas Negeri Padang. Population of this research is all female students in Universitas Negeri Padang who has bought Biore Body Foam before. Sample has taken through Accidental Sampling with total samples 100 respondents. Data Analyzed are by using path analysis through SPSS version 16.00. The result of this research show that : (1) Product Quality has significant effect toward Brand Association of Biore Body Foam to female students in Universitas Negeri Padang, (2) Product Quality has significant effect toward Repurchase Decision Biore Body Foam to female students in Universitas Negeri Padang, (3) Brand Association has significant effect toward Repurchase Decision of Biore Body Foam to female students in Universitas Negeri Padang. Key Words: Product Quality, Brand Association, Repurchase Decision

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of partially or simultaneously accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of the  automotive and components company are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses a quantitative approach.  The population used in this study is the automotive and components companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2007-2011 which amounts to 12 companies. Because of the relatively small number of companies, sampling is done with a total sampling method. The data was analyzed used regression analysis with panel data model. The research result shows that an increase in accounts receivable turnover does not significantly impact on the company's profitability of automotive and components company  listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2007 until 2011. Increased in inventory turnover also does not significantly impact on the company's profitability of automotive and components company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2007 until 2011. For further research can continue for the analysis of other factors that affect the profitability of the automotive companies. Because in this study proved accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover has no significant effect on the profitability of the the automotive and components companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Keywords: Account Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Profitability

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) The effect of customer value on customer satisfaction of Britama’ s customer BRI Bank branch of Padang (2) The effect of corporate image on customer satisfaction of Britama’ s customer BRI Bank branch of Padang (3) The effect of service innovation on customer satisfaction of Britama’ s customer BRI Bank branch of Padang. The population in this study is all Britama’ s customers of BRI Bank branch of Padang totaling 8342 people. The sample is 150 people using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that: (1) customer value has a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction (2) corporate image has a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction (3) service innovation has a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction. The conclusion is customer value, corporate image, service innovation have significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service innovation has higher influence on customer satisfaction in this research. For the future research is better to explore more about variable that can inluence customer satisfaction.
