Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of economic literacy and social media on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang students. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang class of 2016 while the sample of 82 respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data in the form of documentation and photos. Furthermore, the data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression and T-test to test the hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between economic literacy and social media on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang students in 2016.

Abstract

There are two types of investors, the first is the type of investor who focuses on return on investment and the second type is the investor who pays attention to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values in investing. This requires management to make adjustments to create a competitive advantage. One of the frameworks used to measure the competitive advantage of a company is the Porter framework. However, Porter's framework needs to be supplemented with ESG values to capture the value creation process in today's business environment. This research is applied research by applying the existing framework in the field. In this case, the framework used consists of two, namely the Porter framework and the LST integration framework. The ESG framework is implemented at the industrial level using industrial divisions based on industrial divisions in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study focused on the raw material production sector, namely agriculture, and mining. This study showed that ESG factors affected the competitive advantage of companies and industries. If a company in an industry ignores the value of ESG, the company will experience a decrease in competitiveness. Meanwhile, if the industry does not pay attention to the ESG factor, the industry will experience a decline compared to other industries that pay attention to the ESG factor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Internal Control System for Cash Expenditures at the Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Jombang. The type of research was descriptive qualitative. The data used were primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants at RSNU. The results showed that the hospital had implemented the elements of internal control properly because it was in accordance with the objectives of the agency, namely maintaining the company's assets, checking the accuracy and reliability of accounting data. However, there were still a number of procedures that were still inadequate and evaluation was still needed, among others, the internal control system still had a dual function, had never been checked suddenly, and periodic physical cash matching had not been regularly scheduled.

Abstract

Communication and delegation are two important and parts of the leadership function. However, it is still a matter of debate whether leaders can delegate responsibility for communication, especially policy information, to those under their authority. Various opinions state that there is no prohibition for leaders to delegate their responsibilities because this is the leader's prerogative. This study aims to identify whether leadership should or should not delegate communication. The method used in this study was Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research by topic area phenomenon of interest, with specific relevant research questions. The results showed that leaders can delegate communication but it is highly dependent on the type, style, and approach of leadership on the table at that time. Such a leadership style or approach will automatically influence the style and approach of communication and delegation.

Abstract

Abstract Jombang Regency which consists of 21 districts has a woman cooperative (Kopwan) spread in 301 villages and 5 (five) villages. However, not all these organzation are in good health and are able to hold RATs on time for various reasons. This study aims to: 1) Determine timeliness in organizing RATs for woman cooperatives in Jombang in 2017, 2) Factors supporting the timeliness of the implementation of RATs. This type of research is a qualitative research with an observation method involving 90 respondents as research samples. From the results of the study note that: 1) Of 90 woman Cooperatives spread over 21 districts, as many as 50 woman cooperatives or 55% were able to hold a RAT on time, on January and February in the following year, while the rest is not timely and not even organize RAT, 2) Factors supporting the timeliness of the organization RATs are: a) Routinely attending training at the woman Cooperative Center (Puskopwan), b) Routinely reporting Financial Statements Every Month to Puskopwan and the Jombang Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises and c) Using electronic (computerized) registration aids

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed people's consumption patterns. On the one hand, the community is required to sort out and choose needs that are on a priority scale. On the other hand, people want the needs of life to be fulfilled to the fullest. This research objects to analyze changes in community consumption patterns due to covid-19. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The data used in this study are secondary, in the form of research from institutional data AND scientific journals both print and online which selected based on four aspects, namely: 1) Provenance; 2) Objectivity; 3) Persuasiveness; 4) Values. The results of the study SHOW THAT, in general, the poor are only able to meet their primary needs. The middle class almost fulfills all their needs, both primary, secondary, and tertiary needs. The upper class can meet all their needs, both primary and tertiary. The Covid-19 pandemic also changing society's consumption patterns from consumption habits to tending to realistic. The quantity of consumption is relatively constant but the quality is decreasing. The increase in consumption allocation is more on prioritizing food quality and food diversity. Additionally, a new trend for shopping is appearing online through certain marketplace, so there is a new trend in the form of utilization of digital wallets or other non-cash transactions.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the results of measuring financial performance to evaluate financial performance in order to improve financial performance which can improve the financial performance of the Jayapura City Government. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The object of this research was the financial statements of Jayapura City in 2011 - 2017. Abstract

This research was aimed to examined and analyzed the value relevance of accounting information by disclosured of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variabel in banking sector companies. The population of this research was by 11 banking companies registered on the BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) in the period of 2015 -2018. From the population, reasearcher found 44 samples by used purposive sampling method. The hypothesis test of this research used multiple linear regression by Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) approach. The independent variables of this research were earning and book value. CSR as an independen variable and moderating variable. While the dependent variable was the stock price. The result of this research was to indicated that the earning and book value were relevance to the value of accounting information. While CSR disclosure as an independent variable and moderating variable didn’t have relevance to the value of accounting information. The moderating result of CSR disclosure weren’t able to substantiated the earning and book value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, company age, leverage and profitability on the timeliness of financial statement submission. The population used in this study is the annual report of chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange of 50 financial statements. Sampling technique saturated sampling. Data analysis for hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect on company size and profitability on the timeliness of report submission. In addition, there is also a significant negative effect on the company's age and leverage on the timeliness of financial statement submission.

Abstract

Abstract The effectiveness of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) program in indonesia still needs to be improved. It can be seen from the number of companies that make csr programs only a formality obligation without thinking about how much the benefits of the program are implemented for the community and the environment. This article discussed the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility at Energy Equity Epic Sengkang Pty. Ltd In Gilireng Sub-District, Wajo District, Which was analyzed using indicators of goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. The research method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature review, observation and interviews, then analysis and data processing were carried out using reduction techniques and relevant data grouping. The results of the research were presented using descriptive techniques in the corporate social responsibility program at Energy Equity Epic Sengkang Pty. Ltd. Implemented by first communicating, coordinating, and socializing with the government and the community. The areas of CSR implementation are education, health, economy, public facilities, and the environment. CSR programs implemented meet effectiveness indicators, namely goal achievement, integration, and adaptation.
