Abstract

The reason for this study is that the length of the swimming training track at the Fish Aquatic Club and Mutiara Swimming Club is different. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the following: 1) to determine the effect of the swimming track's length of 25 and 35 meters on the results of breaststroke swimming. 2) examine the effect of high and low emotional intelligence on breaststroke swimming results. 3). investigated the effect of track length and emotional intelligence on breaststroke swimming performance. This research was using a two-by-two factorial design. The study population comprised twenty sons and twenty daughters from Mutiara swimming club and Fish Aquatic, with an average age of twelve years. The study was conducted between February 15 and 14, 2021. The Anova test revealed that the 35 meter track length (M = 29,72 second) had a significantly greater effect on swimming results than the 25 meter track length (M = 51,25 second), (F(1.36) = 260.178, p0.001, p2 = 0.878). There was a significant effect of high emotional intelligence (M = 35.19 second) swimming results (F (1, 36) = 63.030, p0.001, p2 = 0.636) compared to low emotional intelligence (M = 45,79 second). Track length and emotional intelligence have an effect on breaststroke swimming results (F(1.36) = 6.568, p0.015, p2 = 0.154). 15.4 percent of the variance in swimming exercise results. The findings of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between track length and emotional intelligence and breaststroke swimming performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of certified physical education, sports, and health teachers. Method used the case study design, the data collection used interview, observation, and documentation. Sources of data consist of school principals and certified physical education teachers in Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The sources of data were obtained from school principals and certified Physical Education in Sports and Health (PESH) teacher. Data were obtained from a sample of 9 schools, 4 PESH certified teachers, and 9 principals in Paser Regency. Results of study on the performance of certified PESH teachers were reviewed with 5 indicators, quality of work, the accuracy of work, initiative, ability of work, and good communication shown in the results of the Employee Performance Target assessment which increased. The certified PESH teachers are teachers who have good abilities because they have passed the test process. The ability that has been proven to have an influence on the performance of teachers, it is characterized by the quality of work, accuracy of work, initiative, ability of work, and good communication. Results of study on the performance of PESH certified teachers were reviewed with five indicators, namely work quality, work accuracy, initiative, work ability, and good communication showed significant differences, which are marked by the exceeding of these five indicators. Conclusion this study, there are positive effect of certification on the performance of PESH teachers which is characterized by indicators of work quality, work accuracy, initiative, work ability, and good communication.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the creativity of Physical Education (PE) teachers in teaching rhythmic gymnastics and floor gymnastics at Public Senior High School (PSHS) at Kebumen in 2021. Qualitative analytical research methodology, data collection techniques such as observation, interviewing, and documentation. Primary data include The certified PE teachers were as participant in this study, peers, and school principal, while secondary data sources include observations, interviews, and documents such as lesson plans, syllabus, annual program, semester program, and infrastructure. The study's findings indicate that: 1) In the Kebumen regency, the PE teacher used a variety of media, both audio and visual. 2) PE teacher of PSHS in Kebumen regency conducts curriculum development, chooses the right media, uses learning methods and conducts evaluations. 3) PE teachers attract attention with media, accuracy and continuous involvement of learning media. Conclusions: 1) PE teachers in Kebumen regency State Senior High Schools have a reasonably high level of imagination when it comes to learning rhythmic gymnastics; 2) PE teachers in Kebumen regency State Senior High Schools have a high level of creativity when it comes to learning floor gymnastics. 3) Students showed a strong understanding of rhythmic gymnastics and floor exercises. Suggestions: 1) To the PE teachers at Kebumen regency, continually strive to develop their creativity; 2) To the PE teachers at Kebumen regency, it is necessary to maintain a systematic and structured method. 3) Schools require additional facilities.

Abstract

The background of this research is the perception of students in physical education learning to be able to express their opinions and ideas as a success in teaching and learning. Research objectives 1) Analyze students' perceptions of the construction of physical education and physical education learning. 2) Analyzing students' perceptions of the implementation of physical education learning at Vocational High School Kudus Regency. The research design in mixed methods research. This research approach is self-inventory. Population was 4 Vocational Schoolin Kudus Regency. Sample was taken by purposive sampling as many as 229 students. The instrument used to collect data is using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis where if the data has been collected. The results of the study stated that from the results of the category table it can be seen that the roles and perceptions of class X and XI students towards PESH learning are in the very good category with the largest percentage of 88.42%. The roles and perceptions of class X and XI students towards PESH learning are in the very good 25% category, 61% good and the enough category. It can be concluded that the role and position of students towards PESH in 4 SMKs in Kudus Regency shows quite good results in terms of 5 indicators although there are indicators that show good results.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the sociocultural changes that have occurred in Sinar Harapan village as a result of the open volleyball sport event. This is a qualitative case study research design. The research collected data from Youth Organizations, Village Leaders, and the community. Techniques for data collection include observation, interviewing, and documenting. Data analysis was composed of four interdependent components data gathering, data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion. The findings of this study were the social conditions of the Sinar Harapan village community. Currently, the village community's primary source of income is farming, but some members work as workers. Community interaction is strong due to collaborative sports activities in the village. Sinar Harapan village's cultural conditions for the majority of Javanese tribes the daily routine of farming and activities conducted by youth and community members every afternoon in the village field. Discussions have begun to take place frequently in the village in order to invite the community to participate in village building activities. The positive impact of holding an open volleyball event in Sinar Harapan village is that the community learns that sports are not only beneficial to health but can also bring together many ethnic groups, ethnicities, and religions through sports interactions. The negative impact is that some people still gamble during volleyball matches. The investigation concludes that the village community's culture is evolving, and members are now routinely participating in sports on the sidelines of their work the community feels motivated to exercise and support village activities.

Abstract

The issue addressed in this research is the PSSI organization's lack of concentration to the growth of football achievements in Alor Regency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling (POAC) in the Football Association of Indonesia Alor Regency's football achievement development. This study used a qualitative method and an ethnographic design to evaluate the POAC. The administrators, coaches, and athletes of PSSI Alor Regency were the subjects of this study. The data collection in this study were used observation, interviewing, and documentation. The data analysis refers to the process of collecting data, data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Result of this study: Planning was effective in this case because it has been adjusted to the management's needs and criteria. The organization is inadequate since the infrastructure, training programs, and money are still not appropriate. Implementation is difficult in this scenario due to a lack of infrastructure and financing that is still insufficient. Overall, oversight is adequate, but funding is inadequate due to the supervisory commission's failure to conduct routine supervision. Conclusions are as follows: it is adequate for planning, inadequate for organization, inadequate for implementation, and adequate for supervision. Benefits of research results for Alor Regency: PSSI Alor Regency Management to carry out science and technology planning, create data facilities and infrastructure, Trainers and Athletes to be more disciplined and continue to improve performance.

Abstract

Development of water skiing in Central Celebes has not run optimally. The purpose of this study is several indicators, including training programs, coaches/athletes, organizational management, infrastructures, and funding. Method used research qualitative evaluation with Stufflebeam's model that consist of context, input, process and product. Data sources: coaches (1 person), athletes (4 people), club administrators (2 person) and KONI Central Celebes administrators (1 person). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis process was data collecting, reduction, presentation, verification and conclusion. Results: Context, the availability of training program available, incompetent; sufficient coach/athlete, not competent; no sports administrator; adequate infrastructure, not of national standard; government support (funds availability) does not exist. Input, planning of unplanned training program; coach recruitment; unlicensed, athlete; not selection; sports management coordination is not established; unplanned infrastructure; no funds. Process, the implementation of training program is guided, there are obstacles; increase in human resources is not realized; the use of infrastructures is sought; (the use implementation of funds) does not exist. Product, the success of training program has not been maximized; HR performance is not optimal; infrastructures are utilized; inappropriate funds. Conclusion: context, training programs, coaches/athletes and infrastructures are moderate; sports management and government support related to funds availability are lacking. Input, training programs and infrastructures are moderate; coaches/athletes, sports administrators and funds are moderate. Process, infrastructures are good; training program is moderate; coaches/athletes, sports management and funds are lacking. Products, infrastructures are good; training program and coaches/athletes are moderate; sports management and funds are lacking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of arm muscle power exercise and hand eye coordination on the accuracy of table tennis forehand smash on athletes at PTM Sukun Kudus club. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The population used were all table tennis players at the PTM Sukun Kudus club, totaling 24 athletes. 8 male athletes and 16 female athletes at regional and national levels with a total sample of 24 athletes. The data analysis technique used is Two Way Anova. The results of the study stated that there was a significant effect between the dumbbell hight swing arm muscle power training method and push up exercises on the accuracy of the forehand smash on table tennis athletes at the PTM Sukun Kudus club. There is a significant effect between right and left hand eye coordination on the accuracy of the forehand smash on table tennis athletes at the PTM Sukun Kudus club.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the planning, organizing, movement, and control systems, which include Human Resources, Funding, Management, Facilities and Infrastructure, Program Activities, and Tourism Marketing. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects are administrators, athletes/pilots, tourism and culture departments, and paragliding users. Techniques for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data triangulation was used as a technique for data analysis. The tandem paragliding athlete/pilot came from outside Majalengka Regency. Management Initially funded by the local government, now funded by visitor tickets. Management already has a well-defined organizational structure and management responsibilities. There are still insufficient tools to support tandem paragliding activities in Facilities and Infrastructure Management. The management of the activity program is consistent with the established activity program. Tourism Marketing Management has promoted tourism via social media, print media, and television broadcasts and in collaboration with tour and travel operators. According to the research, human resource management, management, activity program management, and tourism marketing management are all considered excellent. Meanwhile, both Funding Management and Facilities and Infrastructure Management remain deficient.

Abstract

The background of this research is the return of the traditional kuntulan game that is played in PJOK learning at school. The application of this game is assessed through three aspects of assessment, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the role of cognitive aspects in traditional kuntulan games, (2) to analyze the role of affective aspects in traditional kuntulan games, (3) to analyze the role of psychomotor aspects in traditional kuntulan games in learning physical education. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design approach. The data sources of this research are Expert Lecturers, Physical Health Teachers and Students of SMPN 2 Warungasem. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis consists of 4 interacting components, namely, data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of the cognitive aspect research have 4 indicators, namely history, development, form of the game, and the sequence of movements of the kuntulan game, the total score is 1733, the average is 72.21. Students who score more than 70 are 41 students and less than 70 are 7 students. There are 6 affective indicators in which the total score is 1970, the average is 82. Students who score more than 70 are 41 students and less than 70 are 7 students. Psychomotor there are 8 indicators that the total score is 1331, the average is 70. Students who get a score of more than 70 are 28 students and less than 70 are 20 students. The conclusion of the research on the cognitive aspects of students can master well. In the Affective Aspect, students can bring out the affective character well. On the psychomotor aspect of students in playing kuntulan games moderately.
