Abstract

Olahraga prestasi adalah kegiatan olahraga yang dilakukan dan dikelola secara profesional dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh prestasi optimal. Prestasi dipengaruhi aspek psikologi diantara motivasi, kerjasama dan kepercayaan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi motivasi, kerjasama dan kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi atlet di sekolah sepakbola Pati training centre di Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi regresi. Variabel bebas adalah motivasi, kerjasama, kepercayaan diri dan variabel terikat prestasi atlet sepakbola. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket untuk variabel bebas sedangkan prestasi menggunakan model penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola dalam small side game. Populasi berjumlah 33 atlet pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi regresi ganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian: (1) kontribusi motivasi terhadap prestasi atlet PTC sebesar 24,4%, (2) kontribusi kerjasama terhadap prestasi atlet PTC sebesar 18,8%, (3) kontribusi kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi atlet PTC sebesar 13,3%, (4) kontribusi motivasi dan kerjasama terhadap prestasi atlet PTC sebesar 24,4%, (5) kontribusi motivasi dan kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi atlet PTC sebesar 24,6%, (6) kontribusi kerjasama dan kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi atlet PTC sebesar 19,6%, (7) kontribusi motivasi, kerjasama dan kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi atlet PTC sebesar 24,6%.Sport of achievement is a sport which is organized profesionallyaimed at reaching maximun achievement. The achievements influenced by aspects of physhology such as motivation, cooperation and confidence.This study is aimed at analysing the correlation of motivation, cooperation and self confidence with the athlete’s achievement of Pati training centre (PTC) football school in Pati regency. This research is quantitative research using regression corelation analysis. Independent variables were motivation, cooperation, self-confidence, meanwhile dependent variable was achievement the football athlete. Questionnaires was used for data of independent variable meanwhile achievement as the source of dependent variable data using assessing model on skill playing football in a small side game. This study used 33 athletes as population and all of them became samples particularly total sampling method. Data analysis technique used was double regression correlation which was computed in SPSS program. The results of study were; (1) the Contribution of motivation with football athlete’s achievement PTC club was 24.4%, (2) the Contribution of cooperation with football athlete’s achievement PTC club was 18.8%, (3) the Contribution of self-confidence with football athlete’s achievement PTC club was 13,3%, (4) the Contribution of motivation and cooperation with football athlete’s achievement PTC club was 24.4%, (5) the Contribution of motivation and self-confidence with football athlete’s achievement PTC club was 24.6%, (6) the Contribution of cooperation and self-confidence with football athlete’s achievement PTC club was 19.6%, (7) the Contribution of motivation, cooperation and self-confidence with football athlete’s achievement PTC club was 24.6%.

Abstract

Leadership guru sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran, karena dengan Leadership yang baik anak akan mencapai arah tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Leadership guru Penjasorkes di Kabupaten OKU Timur Sumatera Selatan dan Fungsi dan Peran dari leadership guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumen. Latar penelitian meliputi SMP negeri di kabupaten OKU Timur. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru penjasorkes. Kesahihan data dengan cara triangulasi data. Data dianalisis dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, mereduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian pada enam sekolah dan sebelas guru olahraga ditemukan bahwa ada empat tipe leadership yang digunakan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran PJOK, yaitu Demokratis, Lassez Fire, Otoriter, Militeris. Dari ke empat tipe tersebut kecenderungan guru olahraga menggunakan tipe leadership Demokratis. Leadership guru dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan mempunyai peran yang penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, dengan kepemimpinan yang tepat maka proses pembelajaran yang dilakukkan akan lebih meningkat dan tujuan dari pembelajaran akan tercapai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa dalam terbentuknya Leadership guru dalam proses belajar mengajar penting untuk memperhatikan pengalaman mengajar guru, tingkat kesejahteraan, dan kompetensi yang dimiliki guru tersebut. Lingkungan yang mendukung juga merupakan satu faktor yang perlu diperhatikan, dan dalam proses pembelajaran guru hendaknya menerapkan tipe leadership demokratis.Leadership of teachers is very important part in the learning process. It helps the students to gain the goals of learning. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the teacher leadership of physical education, sport and health in Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Timur regency, South Sumatera. This study used a qualitative approach. The data were collected by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The population was the principals and the teachers of physical education, sport and health at Junior High School (SMP). The validity of the data used data triangulation. The data were analyzed by using collecting, presenting, reducing the data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teachers had democratic, Laissez Faire, military and authoritarian, of the four leadership types, teacher use the type of democratic.Teacher Leadership in the learning prosess of phycsical education sport and health have an important role in achieving the goal of learning, with the right leadership, student learning will be increased and the purpose of learning will be achieved. There were some important parts to build good leadership of teachers in the learning process such as teaching experiences, welfare, and competencies. Besides that, a good and conducive environment is also supporting factor that needs to be considered, and in the learning process teachers should apply the type of democratic leadership.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian (1) mendeskripsikan mindset guru PJOK SMP Kelas IX terhadap proses pembelajaran PJOK, (2) mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran PJOK yang dipersiapkan, (3) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK yang dilakukan, serta (4) mendeskripsikan kegiatan pasca pembelajaran PJOK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan obyek penelitian SMP piloting di Kabupaten Kendal sebanyak 6 sekolah meliputi SMP Negeri 1 Brangsong, SMP Negeri 1 Kendal, SMP Negeri 2 Kendal, SMP Negeri 1 Weleri, SMP Negeri 1 Sukorejo, serta SMP Negeri 3 Patean. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, serta dokumentasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik Likert dengan rumus P= n/N x 100 % Hasil penelitian dari ke-enam sekolah tersebut adalah mindset guru 90,74%, perencanaan pembelajaran 90,47%, pelaksanaan pembelajaran 93,40%, kegiatan pasca pembelajaran 91,44%. Rata-rata dari ke-enam sekolah piloting diperoleh nilai 91,77% (baik sekali). Simpulan yang didapat: mindset guru kelas IX dalam proses pembelajaran PJOK dalam katagori baik sekali, perencanaan pembelajaran baik sekali, pelaksanaan pembelajaran baik sekali, kegiatan pasca pembelajaran baik sekali, dengan rata-rata untuk semuanya adalah baik sekali walaupun masih terdapat kendala.The aims of this research are (1) to describe the 9th grade physical education (PJOK) teacher’s mindset, (2) to describe the study plan, (3) to describe the learning process, and (4) to describe post-learning activities on physical education. This research is a descriptive-qualitative study with the objects 6 piloting JHS in Kendal such as SMP Negeri 1 Brangsong, SMP Negeri 1 Kendal, SMP Negeri 2 Kendal, SMP Negeri 1 Weleri, SMP Negeri 1 Sukorejo, and SMP Negeri 3 Patean. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data processing techniques using Likert technique with the formula P= n/N x 100%. The results of this research in all objects shows, 90,74% points for the teacher’s mindset, 90.47% for the study plan, 93.40% for learning activities, and 91.44% for post-learning activities, and 91,77 % point (very good) for the study activities according to curriculum 2013 in the texbook. Conclusions obtained: mindset of the 9th grade teacher in the physical education (PJOK) learning process in the category of exfor cellent, instructional planning is excellent, implementation of learning is very well, post-learning activities are very well, with the average for all of it is good though there were some limitations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sistem perencanaan (planning) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak; (2) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sistem pengorganisasian (organizing) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak; (3) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sistem pelaksanaan (actuating) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak; (4) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sistem pengawasan (controlling) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak; dan (5) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dukungan dari masyarakat dan PERBASI Kota Pontianak.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil observasi menggambarkan struktur pengurusan meliputiperencanaan perorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dukungan PERBASI Pontianak. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) memiliki perencanaan yang sangat baik karena dalam perencanaan memenuhi 5 kriteria perencanaan dalam organisasi olahraga yaitu, jelas siapa yang mengerjakan, apa yang dikerjakan, bilamana yang dikerjakan, dimana dikerjakan atau dilaksanakan, serta jelas bagaimana yang dilaksanakan; (2) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) sudah memiliki pengorganisasian yang sangat baik dalam pengorganisasian organisasi olahraga yaitu memiliki pengurus yang lengkap, mekanisme kegiatan, job deskripsi, dan ada aktivitas rutin yang terlaksana (kegiatan pembinaan, kejuaraan, pertemuan), serta musyawarah di awal tahun; (3) Pelaksanaan dalam manajemen pembinaan Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) masuk dalam katergori baik karena hanya memenuhi 3 kriteria dari 4 kategori dalam pelaksanaan organisasi olahraga yaitu melaksanakan program, pelaksanaan program, melengkapai 5 M (man, money, method materials dan mechine); (4) Pengawasan dalam manajemen pembinaan Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik karena telah memenuhi 4 kategori yaitu ada supervisi, pelaporan, evaluasi dan monitoring; dan (5) Dukungan Masyarakat ataupun Orang Tua dan PERBASI Kota Pontianak.This study aims to determine: (1) to describe and analyze the planning system (planning) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak. (2) Describe and analyze the system of organizing (organizing) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak. (3) Describe and analyze the execution system (actuating) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak. (4) Describe and analyze surveillance systems (controlling) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak. (5) Describe and analyze the support of the community and PERBASI Pontianak. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, while the data collection methods used by researchers is the observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of observation illustrates the structure perorganisasian include planning, implementation, monitoring, support PERBASI Pontianak. The conclusion of this study are: (1) Freedom Basketball Club (MBBC) has planning sangant well as in planning mememnuhi 5 planning criteria in the organization of sport, namely, clear who is doing what to do, when you work with, which is done or carried out , as well as clear how implemented; (2) Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) already has a very good organization in the organization of sports organizations that have administrators complete, the mechanism of activity, job descriptions, and there is a regular activity has been completed (development activities, championships, meetings), as well as consultations at the beginning of the year; (3) The implementation of the management coaching Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) Pontianak included in the category either because it meets the three criteria of the 4 categories in the implementation of sports organizations that implement the program, the implementation of the program, supplemented 5 M (man, money, method materials and mechine); (4Supervision in management coaching Merdeka Basketball Club (MBBC) included in the excellent category because it has met four categories: no supervision, reporting, evaluation and monitoring; (5) Community support or Parents and PERBASI Pontianak City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengevaluasi antecedent dari PB. Surya Tidar, PB. Jaya Agung, dan PB. Qiu Qiu, latar belakang dan perencanaan pembinaan, sarana dan prasarana, dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, penerimaan pelatih, penerimaan atlet dan pendanaan, (2) mengevaluasi transaction, pelaksanaan program latihan, koordinasi, dan kesejahteraan, (3) mengevaluasi outcomes, prestasi atlet. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) antecdent dari klub-klub di Kota Magelang untuk memajukan perbulutangkisan di Kota Magelang, sarana dan prasarana yang ada cukup, pemerintah mendukung, sumber daya manusia tersedia, penyeleksian atlet dan pelatih asal jalan, hanya pendanaan pembinaan belum ada (2) Transaction, program latihan belum berjalan dengan baik, kesejahteraan belum layak, koordinasi sudah berjalan dengan baik, (3) Outcomes prestasi atlet belum maksimal. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini agar dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan perbaikan dan untuk mengoptimalkan keberhasilan pembinaan bulutangkis di Kota Magelang.This study aimed to (1) evaluate the antecedent of Surya Tidar badminton club, Jaya Agung badminton club, and Qiu Qiu badminton club, the background and training planning, facilities and infrastructures, society and government supports, the availability of human resources, coach enrollment, athletes enrollment and funding, (2) evaluate the transaction, training program implementation, coordination, and welfare, (3) evaluate outcomes, athlete achievement. This research concluded that, (1) the antecedent from the clubs in Magelang was for developing badminton in magelang city, facilities and infrastructure were available, government supported, human resources were available, athletes selection and coach enrollment were proceeded, but the funding for the training had not available yet, (2) transaction, the training program had not run well, the welfare was not appropiate, but the coordination had run well, (3) outcomes, the athletes’ achievement was not maximal. The result of this research is suggested to be used as an improvement material and for optimizing the success of badminton training in Magelang.
Pengaruh Metode Latihan Keseimbangan dan Daya Tahan Otot Lengan terhadap Kecepatan Mendayung Kayak 1 Jarak 200 Meter

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) perbedaan pengaruh latihan keseimbangan statis dan latihan keseimbangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter; (2) perbedaan pengaruh antara daya tahan otot lengan tinggi dan rendah terhadap peningkatan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter; dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan keseimbangan dan daya tahan otot lengan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter. Penelitian eksperimen dengan desain factorial 2x2. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan keseimbangan statis dan dinamis yang lebih efektif dalam mempengaruhi kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,49 dan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,49 dan nilai Fhitung (14,340) > Ftabel (3,591); (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan atlet yang memiliki daya tahan otot lengan tinggi dan rendah yang memiliki kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter dengan nilai signifikansi 0,89 dan nilai Fhitung (14,340) > Ftabel (8,656); dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara latihan keseimbangan dan daya tahan otot lengan terhadap kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter dengan nilai signifikansi 0,51 dan Fhitung (14,340) > Ftabel (4,956). Simpulan: (1) Metode latihan keseimbangan dinamis lebih efektif dari pada latihan keseimbangan statis dalam meningkatkan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter; (2) Atlet dayung yang memiliki daya tahan otot lengan tinggi lebih baik dari pada daya tahan otot lengan rendah untuk meningkatkan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter; dan (3) Terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan keseimbangan dengan daya tahan otot lengan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter.This research is aimed to analyzing: (1) differences in the effects of exercise static equilibrium and balance exercises dynamically to increase speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters, (2) differences in effect between muscle endurance arms high and low to the increased speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters, (3) interaction between the method of balance training and muscle endurance arms to increase speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters. Quasi experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. Data were analyzed using ANAVA. The results of the study (1) there is no difference in the effect of the method of static and dynamic balance exercises are more effective in influencing the speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters with a significance value of 0.49 and calculated F value (14.340)> F table (3.591). (2) there is no difference in endurance athletes who have high and low arm muscles that have a kayak paddle speed of 1 distance200 meters with a significance value of 0.89 and calculated F value (14.340)> F table (8.656). (3) there is no interaction between the balance and endurance exercise arm muscles to speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters with a significance value of 0.51 and F count (14.340)> F table (4.956). Conclusions: (1) dynamic balance training method is more effective than static balance exercises to improve speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters. (2) Athletes paddle has a high arm muscle endurance is better than the lower arm muscle endurance to improve speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters. (3) There is an interaction between method of balance training with forearm muscle endurance to the increased speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters.

Abstract

Setiap manusia berhak mendapatkan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, baik yang normal ataupun yang berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis secara langsung mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan di SLB C se-Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian evaluasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Countenance Stake Model. Hasil penelitian: (1) Antecedents, pembelajaran penjasorkes memiliki perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik, karena perencanaan pembelajaran dibuat mengacu pada kurikulum disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan siswa, serta kondisi sekolah, dengan melakukan penilaian awal terlebih dahulu. (2) Transaction merupakan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang masuk kategori cukup. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan cara memodifikasi RPP dan tak jarang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan pembelajaran yang sudah dibuat. Guru tidak menggunakan alat peraga/media pembelajaran, minimnya guru yang memodifikasi alat pembelajaran agar sesuai dengan materi dan karakteristik siswa, serta pengalokasian waktu pembelajaran dilaksanakan tidak sesuai dengan jadwal pembelajaran. (3) Outcomes adalah penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap hasil pembelajaran penjasorkes masuk dalam kategori cukup, karena belum sepenuhnya menggambarkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang ada. Penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan cenderung dilihat dari pengamatan saat proses pembelajaran, belum dilakukan secara komprehensif untuk menilai dari masukan, proses dan keluaran/hasil, dengan memadukan penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara utuh.Every human being has a right to get an equal opportunity to improve their lives’ quality, for both normal people and for those who have special needs. The aim of this research is to directly analyze the evaluation of physical sports and health education learning process in Special Schools C in the City of Yogyakarta. This research used the evaluation research method. The data were analyzed using Countenance Stake Model. The research show that: (1) Antecedents, physical sports and health learning has already a good learning plan because the designed learning plan was designed according the curricula which is adapted to students’ ability and needs, also to the condition of the school by conducting an initial assessment beforehand. (2) Transaction is the implementation of learning activities which can be included in sufficient category. The implementation of learning activities was done by modifying the learning implementation plan and is, quite often, not in line with the designed learning plan. The teachers not using teaching devices/learning media, the lack of teachers who modify the learning devices to meet the subject material and students’ characteristics, also learning time allocation which doesn’t follow the learning schedule. (3) Outcomes is the learning assessment done by teachers on physical sport and health learning result is categorized as sufficient because it has not historically depicted the learning implementation plan and the current learning activities implementation. The conducted learning assessment tends to be viewed from the observation during the learning process, and has not been done comprehensively to score from input, process and outcomes/results, by combining the behavior, knowledge and creativity assessment in a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis perencanaan; (2) menganalisis pengorganisasian; (3) menganalisis pelaksanaan; (4) menganalisis pengawasan; (5) menganalisis penilaian POPDA SMP/MTs dan SMA/SMK/MA tingkat Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Langkah yang dilakukan meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan cara triangulasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) perencanaan POPDA terdapat 13 cabang yang dipertandingkan; (2) pengorganisasian POPDA tidak sesuai dengan tugas masing-masing panitia; (3) pelaksanaan POPDA dilakukan sesuai dengan tugas penitia pelaksana masing-masing cabang; (4) pengawasan dilakukan panitia penyelenggara; (5) penilaian tidak melibatkan panitia khusus. Simpulan penelitian: (1) perencanaan kurang baik; (2) pengorganisasian kurang baik; (3) pelaksanaan cukup baik; (4) pengawasan kurang baik; (5) dan penilaian kurang baik.This study aimed to determine: (1) the analysis planning; (2) the analysis organizing; (3) the analysis actuating; (4) the analysis controling; (5) and the analysis evaluating. This study used qualitative nature. The steps taken including observasion, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. In the editing process, the existing data were completed and refined, future they were verivied or proved by means of triangulation. The result of this study are: (1) planning they is 13 sport brances competed; (2) planning they were two committes in the letter of assigment. The drawback was the lack of coordination between the committe; (3) actuaitng each committe already had their respective duties; (4) controling were orginated from the organizing committe; (5) and Evaluation does not involve sepecial committee. Conclusion study: (1) planning was not good; (2) organizing was not good; (3) actuating was good enough; (4) controling was not good; (5) and evaluating was not good.
Pengaruh Latihan Senam dan Daya Tahan Tubuh terhadap Respon Nyeri Haid (Dysmenorrhea)

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara senam pilates dan yoga terhadap respon nyeri haid (dysmenorrhea); (2) perbedaan pengaruh antara daya tahan tubuh tinggi dan daya tahan tubuh rendah terhadap respon nyeri haid (dysmenorrhea); (3) interaksi antara senam dan daya tahan tubuh terhadap respon nyeri haid (dysmenorrheal). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam rancangan faktorial 2x2. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 20 orang dari total populasi 27 orang siswa kelas X. Teknik analisis data digunakan uji ANOVA dua jalur dengan program SPSS 20 dan taraf signifikansi 5%, dilanjutkan dengan uji tukey. Hasil analisis data diperoleh jawaban hipotesis 1 yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara senam pilates dan yoga terhadap respon nyeri haid dengan keterangan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 74,462 > 4,20 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hipotesis 2 yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki daya tahan tubuh tinggi dan rendah terhadap respon nyeri haid dengan keterangan Fhitung>Ftabel atau 138,462 > 4,20 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hipotesis 3 yaitu terdapat interaksi antara senam dan daya tahan tubuh terhadap respon nyeri haid dengan keterangan Fhitung > Ftabel atau 5,538 > 4,20 dan nilai signifikansi 0,032 < 0,05. Uji tukey untuk perbandingan antar variabel dan diperoleh hanya 2 yang tidak memiliki perbedaan yaitu kelompok senam pilates dan tingkat daya tahan tubuh tinggi dengan senam yoga dan tingkat daya tahan tubuh tinggi dengan keterangan qhitung (1,520) < qtabel (2,27), dan untuk senam yoga pada daya tahan tubuh tinggi dengan senam pilates pada daya tahan tubuh rendah dengan keterangan qhitung (0,760) < qtabel (2,27).This study aims to determine: (1) the difference between the influence of gymnastics pilates and yoga on the response of painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea); (2) the difference between the effect of high endurance and low immune response against painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea); (3) the interaction between exercise and endurance to the response of painful menstruation. This study used an experimental method in a 2x2 factorial design. The sampling technique sampling techniques purposive as many as 20 people from a total population of 27 students of class X. The data analysis technique used ANOVA test two lanes with SPSS 20 and significance level of 5%, followed by Tukey test. Results of data analysis obtained one answer hypothesis that there is a difference between the effects of pilates and yoga exercises against menstrual pain response with the information value of Fvalue > Ftable or 74.462 > 4.20 and a significance value 0.000 < 0.05. Hypothesis 2 that there is a difference of influence between students who have high endurance and low against menstrual pain response with the description of Fvalue > Ftable or 138.462 > 4.20 and a significance value 0.000 < 0.05. Hypothesis 3 that there is interaction between gymnastics and endurance against menstrual pain response with the description of Fvalue > Ftable or 5.538 > 4.20 and a significance value of 0.032 < 0.05. Tukey test for comparison between variable and obtained only two that do not have a difference in the gymnastics group pilates and endurance levels high with yoga exercises and endurance levels high with a description qvalue (1,520) < qtable (2.27), and for gymnastics yoga on a high endurance with pilates exercises on low immunity with information qvalue (0.760) < qtable (2.27). The conclusions of this research are: (1) there is a difference between the effects of pilates and yoga exercises on response to painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea), gymnastics pilates give better effect; (2) there is a difference between the effects of endurance of high and low immune response against pain (dysmenorrhea), and students who have a high durability is better; (3) There is no interaction between gymnastics and endurance to the response of painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea). Suggested gymnastics pilates and yoga can be applied to reduce menstrual pain response, this is because of both the exercisers had a good change to the conditions of the student menstrual pain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan metode permainan ice breaking dan problem solving terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif; (2) perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki intelligence quotient tinggi dan rendah terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif; (3) interaksi antara metode permainan dan tingkat intelligence quotient kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam rancangan dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 orang dari total populasi 35 orang. Teknik analisis data digunakan uji anava dua jalur dengan program SPSS 20 dan taraf signifikansi 5% ,dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil analisis data diperoleh jawaban hipotesis 1 yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode permainan ice breaking dan problem solving terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif. Hipotesis 2 yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki intelligence quotient tinggi dan rendah terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulative. Hipotesis 3 yaitu terdapat interaksi antara metode permainan dan intelligence quotient siswa terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) metode permainan problem solving memberikan pengaruh lebih baik terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif dari pada metode permainan ice breaking; (2) siswa dengan intelligence quotient tinggi memberikan pengaruh lebih baik terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif dari pada siswa dengan intelligence quotient rendah; (3) terdapat interaksi antara metode permainan latihan dan intelligence quotient siswa terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif.This research aimed to know: (1) the difference of ice breaking game method and problem solving against basic motion manipulative ability; (2) the difference of the effect betwen students who had great IQ and the poor ones against basic motion manipulative ability; (3) interaction between game method and level of IQ on basic motion manipulative ability. This research used experiment method in the draft with a 2x2 factorial design. Sampling technique method used purposive sampling and got the samples as much 20 children of 35 children as population. Data analyzed technique used ANOVA test two lanes with SPSS 20.0 and significance level of 5 % , followed by Tukey's test. Results of data analyszed obtained answer hypothesis 1st) there was a difference between the effects of ice breaking game method and problem solving against basic motion manipulative ability. Hypothesis 2nd) there was a difference of the effect betwen students who had great IQ and the poor ones against basic motion manipulative ability. The 3rd) Hyphothesis there was a interaction between game method and level of IQ on basic motion manipulative ability. The conclusions of this research were: (1) a method of problem solving games gave better effect to the basic motion manipulative ability of the ice breaking game method; (2) students with high intelligence quotient gave better effect to the basic motion manipulative ability of the students with lower intelligence quotient; (3) there was interaction between the method of training games and intelligence quotient of students to the basic motion manipulative ability.
