Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Pertama, untuk mengkaji sistem pengelolaan dana desa yang dilaksanakan di desa Wukirsari. Kedua, untuk mengetahui apakah dana desa berpengaruh pada pencapaian kesejahteraan yang berdasarkan pada Mashlahah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi dengan model analisis Concurrent Triangulation Model yaitu dengan menggabungkan antara metode penelitian kualitatif dengan kuantitatif secara seimbang.  Pengumpulan data menggunakan interview dan kuesioner. kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah; pertama, bahwa pengelolaan dana desa diawali dengan musyawarah program pembangunan dengan masyarakat tingkat dusun yang nantinya akan dibentuk ke dalam RJPMDes, adapun pelaksanaan pembangunan dilaksanakan oleh Ka. Sie. Kesejahteraan yang didampingi oleh Tim Pelaksana Kegiatan (TPK) dan masyarakat. Kegiatan pembangunan desa yang dilaksanakan di Desa ini secara penuh diawasi oleh Kepala Desa beserta beberapa Tim Monitoring dari Kabupaten dan BPD. Kedua, dana desa sudah mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat yang mencakup lima aspek Mashlahah. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan analisis regresi sederhana menghasilkan nilai koefisien dana desa yaitu 10,739 dengan t tabel 1,661 yang berarti thitung > ttabel (10,739>1,661). coefficient determination juga menunjukkan hasil adjusted R Square 0.538 yang berarti dana desa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam konsep mashlahah sebesar 53,8%. Sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci: Dana desa, Kesejahteraan masyarakat, Konsep Mashlahah.

Abstract

This research is meant to scrutinize expansion strategy of Pamela Supermarket marketing at Yogyakarta Special Province, covering the marketing urgency for company demands and a marketing shift from conventional system to shari’ah-based one. In order to verify this work, the researcher utilizes surveys with purposive sampling method of 20 respondents who are knowledgeable and involved in expansion strategy of Pamela Supermarket marketing at Yogyakarta Special Province; and collects data through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentations which are analyzed by Internal-External Matrix and Analytical Hierarchy Process. JESIJURNAL EKONOMI SYARIAH  INDONESIAThe result of research shows that alternative strategic concept used to develop marketing strategy of Pamela Supermarket at Yogyakarta Special Province based on internal and external factors which are analyzed by Internal-External Matrix are: 1) development and improvement of cooperate networking intensity; 2) improvement of product distribution capacity; 3) improvement of product availability capacity; 4) people purchasing power; and 5) development of product diversification. Besides, according to further analyzed result by Analytical Hierarchy Process, priorities of expansion strategy of Pamela Supermarket marketing at Yogyakarta Special Province are: 1) to deal with government –industrial, trade and cooperative agency – to support business operations through workshops; 2) to create new concepts to attract consumers, add product variant, and promote products effectively; 3) to change merchandise position, add product variant, and give good service; 4) to develop product diversification, product distribution system, and work together with small and medium business in villages.To conduct alternative strategy of marketing requires coordination with government and private sectors of economic, social and political fields though the goal of Islamic economic is to pursue shari’ah values and build a blessed business.Keyword: Marketing Strategy, Distribution, Diversification

Abstract

Abstract World economic system theoretically there are three classifi cations of the global capitalist economy, a socialist economic system and the economic system of Islam. Empirically third of the economic system is the role of fi nancial institutions either banks or non-bank much earlier unknown in Islam systematically. Domination of banking institutions that can be felt has penetrated into the fi eld of business and corporate, political, social, educational and cultural. So unwittingly activities of human life as if controlled by a banking institution. In its operation there is one thing that is often a debate among Muslim scholars that the application of interest in the world banking system. Legality rate system which is still considered debatable spawned two views are contradictory. On the one hand, the system considers different interest with usury, while others looked the same interest as usury. The majority of Muslim scholars regard the laws of usury is forbidden. However, the prohibition of usury in the view-modernist Muslim groups understood rationally. In this case the element of injustice became a central issue on the prohibition of usury. While the neo-revivalist Muslim group to understand the legal prohibition of riba-formal. This raises the logical consequence that the legal system of interest applied in the banking world have the same portion as usury. Az-Zuhaili seem to have the same view with the neo-revivalist. For Az-standing interest in law Zuhaili same as usury. However Az-Zuhaili look at the prohibition of usury is not absolute and not ‘set in stone’. The prohibition of riba can be correlated with the principle of al-dlaruurah wa al-haajah. According usury when faced with conditions very pushy and the urgent need can be allowed with certain restrictions. Az-Zuhaili view that the constituent requires a more in-depth study. As mentioned in the economics of human needs have no limits (red, human needs are endless). In addition the capacity of necessity one can not be measured with standard capabilities someone else. Giving rise to different legal consequences. This has become an important issue in the study of al-dlaruurah wa al-haajah. This study is a library (library research) that is descriptiveanalytic and normative sociological-historical-philosophical. This study used qualitative data analysis in the form of rationalization of deductive and inductive coherently. Defi nitively al-dlaruurah implies a state of danger or diffi culty excessive and sudden lifethreatening human. While al-haajah may imply a need to be realized spontaneously, so that when the need is not met then it would appear negative consequences. The issue of usury in economic activity, which is still being debated, if communicated with the concept of al-dlaruurah wa al-haajah as mentioned Az-Zuhaili memililiki space and capacity of its own. Abstract

Al amin (2015). Analisis Pengaruh Usia Perusahaan Total Aset Dan Citra Perusahaan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Studi Kasus Di BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta). Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena semakin maraknya bermunculan BMT (Baitu Maal Wa Tanwil) di Yogyakarta tentu akan berdampak pada persaingan yang sangat ketat dalam memikat masyarakat untuk bermitra dan menjadi nasabahnya. Ini akan menjadi suatu ancaman bagi BMT Beringharjo dalam bersaing menjadi yang terbaik. Walaupun demikian, BMT Beringharjo sudah cukup lama berdiri dan melayani masyarakat dalam dunia BMT. Dengan adanya keunggulan BMT Beringharjo dalam usia, aset dan citra perusahaan tentu ini menjadi sebuah keuntungan bagi BMT Beringharjo untuk tetap eksis dan menjadi yyang terbaik dan terdepan dibandingkan dengan BMT lainnya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, aset dan citra perusahaan BMT Beringharjo terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan Random Sampling.Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukan variabel independen usia perusahaan (X1) dan total aset (X2) terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas nasabah (Y), sedangkan variabel independen citra perusahaan (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas nasabahkemudian pada uji F untuk loyalitas nasabah BMT Beringharjo adalah sebesar0,000. Hasil uji tersebut berada dibawah nilai alpha 0,05, kemudian nilai F hitung sebesar 12,607 sedangkan nilai F tabel  sebesar 1,66023 (F hitung> F tabel) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat  pengaruh signifikan  secara simultan antara variabelindependen  (  usia  perusahaan,  total  aset  dan  citra  perusahaan)  terhadap  loyalitas  nasabah BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Muhammad PBUH, primarily business along with his father since as early as his childhood. Whilst he grown up, he commenced to setup his own venture and also have a joint venture with Siti Khadijah based on mudharabah scheme. He is gifted with great wisdom in trading and has allowed him gaining great benefit through it. Due to his moral in trading, it leads to his marriage with Siti Khadijah. Unquestionably there were features on the ethics and morals in the trade that Muhammad PBUH has represented. A matter of concern was his morality that shown during trade leads to his marriage with Siti Khadijah who was initially his business colleague previously and what was the commercial strategy that empowers him to a vast profit during trading. Thus, this study endeavor to define and detail the ethics and morals in trading that has been shown by Muhammad PBUH prior his prophet hood. The results of this study display the conflicting fact in practices that has been applied amongst the community back at that time. His is abundant in honest, fairness, friendly and compassionate to the buyer, and never set up a high price, and also detail in transaction record consequential him loved by many people. Alongside the combination of his aptitude in negotiation and intelligence, he was proficient to “read” the market opportunities and learning cultural and geographical conditions of each target market led him to higher profits than other merchants. In addition, this study also articulated sixteen Muhammad PBUH’ universal values in commerce  such; honest, trustworthy, fair, polite and affectionate in trade, buy-sell applies only based on mutual consent, not involved in usurious practices', only legitimate and permitted item that will sell, avoid argument with partners and buyers, no oath in the name of idols, hoarding the goodies (ikhtisar) is not allowed, damaged item’ replacement policy, avoid competition on price, small profits is acceptable, pay his employee as soon as the job is done, always record transaction, and be generous. Those ethics and values actually resemble to such practice by Islamic merchants to highlight Islamic values in commerce nowadays. Keyword: Trading Business Ethics, Muhammad PBUH, prior to prophet hood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan program kampung UKM digital pada Sanggar Batik Kayu Krebet Sendangsari Pajangan Bantul yang mendapatkan program kampung UKM digital dari Pemerintah Daerah Bantul. Sanggar Batik Kayu di dusun Krebet yang mendapatkan program kampung UKM digital sebanyak 5 sanggar. Omzet penjualan yang dipakai adalah omzet yang didapatkan melalui pemasaran konvensional dan online melalui; Facebook, Instagram, Website, Blanja.com, dan Qlapa.Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data campuran. Data diperoleh dari 5 Sanggar Batik Kayu Krebet yang mendapatkan hibah program kampung UKM digital. Metode analisis data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji paired sample t test dan uji wilxocon signed rank test.Hasil penelitian yang di dapat dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan fasilitas program kampung UKM digital dengan uji paired sample t test, adapun hasil uji taraf sig-2 tailed 0,36. Sedangkan hasil uji dengan wilxocon signed rank test mempunyai taraf nilai Z sebesar -2,023, dengan signifikansi 2- tailed sebesar 0,043. Artinya nilai signifikansi 0,043 < 0,05, maka Hο ditolak atau ada perbedaan omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan fasilitas program kampung UKM digital.

Abstract

One contribution in the concept of socio-economic or commonly referred to as al-Irtifaqat is Shah Waliullah al Dahlawi, a Delhi scholar born in the 18th century. According to him there are at least four concepts in the development of civil society, namely; (1) Beginning with the lives of primitive communities that are only oriented to meeting basic needs. (2) Humans rise to the level and start thinking about how to get a decent life. (3) The level of city life, and (4) the final stage is how humans reach the peak of civilization. Using qualitative methods and analyzed descriptively through a historical-normative-philosophical approach this article tries to describe Shah Waliullah al-Dahlawi's contribution in building the modern world civilization today, which in broadly outlines his ideas more on giving ideas about the concept of economic cooperation, taxation and responsibility state answer in the economy and so on.

Abstract

Every company is required to run its business very well. The success of a company is very much determined by the accuracy and ability of the leader in managing the company. Production costs are one part of the internal steps that must be taken in increasing efficiency. In Islam there is a classification of costs before calculating production costs because not all funds that come out are calculated as production costs. The company can exercise control over activities that do not add value, which refers to cost control to be effective by applying Variable Coasting methods. Because it is seen from the method of calculation, the variable costing approach is more practical and easy to analyze. The results show that, using a calculation with a variable costing approach, the total production costs are lower than the calculation of real use, which is Rp. 55. 718,000 while using the real calculation, the results are greater, which is Rp. It can be seen that the calculation of the company's real production costs is higher than the calculation of production costs using the variable costing method. There is also the main difference between the real calculation of the company and the calculation of variable costing which is located in the treatment of factory overhead costs. The company's real calculations use fixed factory overhead and variable calculations while the variable costing method only calculates variable overhead costs.Keywords : Cost, Productions Cost, Variable Costing

Abstract

This study aims to find the relationship between the knowledge of society about islamic bonds (sukuk) with the interest of public investment to islamic bonds (sukuk). The research method used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional time approach done in Sleman regency. Sampling technique in this study using non probability sampling with consecutive sampling method. The number of samples is 90 respondents with data collection using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using chi-square. The result of research shows that there is no relationship between the knowledge of islamic bonds (sukuk) and the public interest to invest in islamic bonds (sukuk). Knowledge only has an effect of 14.3%.
