Abstract

This reserarch was based on use of different liquids, which is using mineral water, young coconut water and sugar cane water as ingredient of sweet bread. Kind of research is a pure experiment using a completely randomized design method with three repetitions. Used data are the primary data from 30 semi-trained panelist by submitting organoleptic test (a form) to see a quality of volume, shape color, aroma, texture and taste of sweet bread. We aralyzing data using ANAVA, if Fhitung > Ftabel, then proceed with duncan test. The result showed there was a significant influence on quality of the sweet bread, that is volume (doubled), shape(neat), shape(round symrtric), crust color (golden brown), crumbs color (creamy white), aroma (yeast), texture (soft), texturev(smooth), abd sweetness. The best percentage exists in the use of young coconut water on the production of sweet bread.Key word : Water, Coconut Water, Cane Water, Sweet Bread, Quality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Batu Kalang Beach attraction that looks less well maintained. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of Batu Kalang Beach object which includes: planning, organizing, directing, and supervision. This research type is descriptive qualitative. Sources of research data taken from informants Tourism Youth and Sports and Creative Economy, managers of tourist attractions, and the community around the object of tourism. Selection of informant as data source using Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the study describe the management of Batu Kalang Coastal Tourism area of South Coast Regency is not maximal yet. This can be seen based on each indicator that is: (1) planning of tourist object for long term that is doing development and for short term as a developing tourism object. Planning that is still common has not led to the development of tourist attractions, (2) organizing the work of tourism object managers in the form of technical tasks operational and technical support. Organizations implemented by managers are still in general, so there is no work specification, (3) direction is done byreminding each other by the officer of tourism object management about tasks to be done, (4) supervision done by Tourism Office, manager, and society.Key words : The Management of Tourist Attractions

Abstract

This research was motivated on the use of fleas in food processed are not yet varied. The fleas contains crude fiber and high carbohydrates that are useful for the body and health. This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of fleas using 5%; 10%; And 15% on Nugget quality in terms of shape, color, flavour, texture and taste. This type of research is purely experimental with a completely randomized design method. The data used are primary data sourced from 30 semi-trained panelists by submitting the organoleptic test format. Analyze data using ANAVA, if Fcount> Ftable then proceed with Duncan test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the addition of fleas as much as 5%, 10%, 15% to the quality of flavour, texture and nugget taste, while for the quality of shapes, colors, and hedonic tests there was no significant difference Because Fh <Ft.Keyword: Kolang-kaling, Nugget, Organoleptic Test.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that affect employee job satisfaction, which is seen from the factor of salary, job factors, colleagues factors, employer factors, promotion factors positions and work environment factors. This research is quantitative descriptive with causal associative method. The population is employees at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang, it is about 162 peoples. Sampling technique is non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The number of data sampel consist of 80 peoples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Likert scale. Further data are tested using multiple linear regression which has passed the classical assumption test.The value of coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square 0,909 means the effect of variable X to Y of 90.9%. So, the conclution of variable factors of salary, job factors, employer, promotion factors positions and work environment factors have significant effect on employee job satisfaction, because the significant valve <0,05. While the variable factor of colleagues do not have significant effect, because the valve >0,05.Keywords: factor of salary, job factors, colleagues factors, employer factors, promotion factors positions, work environment factors , job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of visitors who visit the Air Manis Beach Padang that is not stable. Visible in 2014 until 2015 has decreased drastically, in 2015 until 2016 again experienced an increase in the number of visitors is very drastic. This study aims to determine the influence of tourist attraction to the decision to visit the attractions of Air Manis Beach Padang. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with causal associative method. The population of this study is the visitors who have visited the Air Manis Beach Padang. Sampling technique is non probability sampling, by using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 people. Data collection technique is done by using questionnaire (questionnaire) with Likert scale that has been tested the validity and reliability. Further data is analyzed through descriptive analysis and correlation with the help of SPSS program version 16.00. The results of this study indicate that visitor ratings of tourist attraction in Air Manis Beach Padang including good category with the percentage of 73%, while for visiting decisions including good category with a percentage of 53.1%. There is influence between tourist attraction to visit decision 21,7% with significance value 0,000, there is strong and positive influence and significant between tourist attraction with decision of visiting at Air Manis Beach Padang.Keywords: tourist attraction, visiting decision.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development strategy of public facilities that have internal indicators are strengths and weaknesses, and than external indicators are opportunities and threats. This research was descriptive research with qualitative data. Technique of data collected by using interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants using Purposive Sampling technique, and Snow-Ball Sampling. Strategy for the development of public facilities Tourism Market are strategic location and the availability of land can be utilized to build unavailable facilities such as waiting areas and children's playgrounds, improving parking systems such as building special parking spaces for the two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, As well as making programs such as "Parking Discount Cards" so that visitors prioritize using parking services at the Tourism Market location compared to using other parking services, maintaining clean water quality and cleanliness of public toilet with routine daily check and repair facilities completeness in public toilet such as lighting conditions, scoop conditions and the availability of garbage bins in the toilet, forming a member of the merchant board of Mosque and make mutual assistance program on a regular basis while for the relevant office can do the renovation and supervision of the use of Mosque, disseminates the promotional benefits of the Market Service to the merchant so that the available stall / store can be utilized by the shopkeeper to do the promotion through the installation of the store's signboard by creating a personal brand, in addition to making shopping programs such as discount programs, Sales, and other programs that can attract visitors, the majority of visitors who come from many families can use as a target market by building a child-friendly facilities such as waiting areas and small playgrounds such as small slides and swings so it does not require land Wide and no land constriction.Keywords: strategy, development, public facilities, tourism market

Abstract

The research was distributed by the utilization of the Brown seaweed in food processing have not been there. This research aims to analyze the influence of Brown seaweed extract substitutions as much as 5 ml, 15 ml 10ml, and to the quality of the chicken Meatball afkir in terms of shape, colour, aroma, texture and taste. This type of research is purely experiment (true experimental) using random cluster design method. The type of the data being used is the primary data sourced from 30 panelists by filling the organoleptic format towards the sample. The data already acquired and then tabulated in the form of tables and done the analysis Variant (ANAVA). If different real continued with further test Duncan. Results of the study showed there was significant influence between the 5 ml, 15 ml 10ml, and substitution of Brown seaweed extract against chicken meatballs afkir namely quality on the quality of color and texture. Quality round shape with a diameter of 2 cm, the shape of a uniform, distinctive scent of chicken meatballs, fibrous texture is smooth and savory flavor has no effect on the quality of the chicken Meatball afkir. Abstract

The background of this study was the uncomfortable feelings un scalp at the time of performing activities. The study used water spinach to treat scalp with dry dandruff and aimed to analyze the effects of water spinach usage on the treatment of scalp with dry dandruff by observing removals of dandruff debris from scalp. The type of this study was quasi experimental with randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Subjects were female students wearing hijab with the same criteria. Samples were chosen using purposive sampling method, performed voluntarily on nine participants. The study consisted of three different groups, those are one control and two experimental groups. Data collected was primary data from samples, collected from prepared study forms. Data was analyzed using analysis of variance (Anova) followed with Duncan multiple comparison procedure. The result of this study showed significant difference among groups in dandruff debris removal from scalp.Keywords: Kangkung (Ipomoea aquatica), scalp dandruff.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of service quality toward guest satisfaction at Alahan Panjang Resort Kabupaten Solok. This research of two variables i.e service quaity and guest satisfaction. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive with causal assosiatif method. The number of samples in this research amounted to 56 people. The technique of sampling with purposive sample. Analysis technique with a simple regression test. Based on the research that has been done then the obtained results : (1) the service quality is not good category (55.36%), (2) guest satisfaction are not satisfied category (44.64%), (3) hypothesis test result of simple linear regression obtained f countdown with sig. 0,000 < 0,05, then the service quality variables can explain the guest satisfaction significantly with the R Square of 0,372 that is where there is the influence of service quaity toward guest satisfaction of 33,5%. Abstract

This research aimed to describe the management (planning, organizing, directing, and supervising) of tourist attractions at Arta Indah Beach which includes: (a) children game facilities, (b) water recreation facilities and (c) fishing leisure facilities. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data is done by using observation method, interview, and documentation that involve, that is: management of tourist object and society around tourist object. Qualitative data analysis techniques covering three activities: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the research results found some things related to the management of tourist attraction facilities in Arta Indah Beach are: 1) the management of children's game facilities from the organizing is good, the supervision has been, but the children's game plan planning which includes game buayan Kaliang and game throwing bracelet still less . The planning of child play facilities organized by managers is still general and not too detailed. Planning of children game facilities at Arta Indah Beach Tourism Objects exist, only for sustainability and yet leads to the development of attraction facilities in tourism object, 2) management of water recreation facility that is good organizing benen rent, guidance already, but supervision of water recreation facility that is leasing Benen is still not good. The supervision of the benen rental facility at Arta Indah Beach is only the general standards, to measure the achievement of the objectives set in the rental facility of the benen; 3) the management of fishing facilities ie the boat facility of the planning is good, the guidance already exists, but for the organizational structure and The division of duties from the management of the canoe facilities does not exist, just waiting for the instructions from the Management Board.Keywords: Management, Facilities, Tourist Attractions
