Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian survei ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat masyarakat terhadap ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Hatyai, Thailand. Dari survei yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat Kota Hatyai berpendapat bahwa ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau di kota mereka adalah tidak mencukupi. Abstract

Essentially public service is all forms of government services to community either in the form of goods or services, in which the public's right to acquire, both in order to obtain their rights and obligations as citizens countries. In an attempt to obtain a scientific study is needed a systematic and rational frame of mind as well as based on the theory as its foundation. The use of theory is very important in research activities because in it there are key points that connect two or more variables that can be drawn as a logical conclusion. Service is a way of serving, helping to prepare, administering, and completing tasks, needs of a person or group, meaning that the object being served is a society of individuals, groups, and organizations. If a community which is served increasingly feels satisfied, every official should have the skills, expertise, skills or professional in serving, responding to needs, requirements and typical needs of others.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan Otonomi Khusus (Otsus) di Provinsi Papua, melalui pengelolaan dana Otsus dengan membuat Rencana Strategis Pembangunan Kampung (RESPEK), Program Rencana Strategis Pembangunan Kampung (PROSPEK), dan program-program yang lain dalam rangka untuk melancarkan dan memajukan pembangunan di Kabupaten Mimika, Provinsi Papua. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis dan memahami tata cara pengelolaan dana Otsus. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan cara menggali, memaknai, mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan berbagai bentuk tata cara pengelolaan dana Otsus Papua. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan dana Otsus Papua ditemukan lemahnya kelembagaan, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dan belum efektif, dana senantiasa mengalami peningkatan. Selama proses merealisasian dana Otsus tidak ditemukan penyimpangan dalam penggunaannya. Namun masyarakat Kota Sorong meyatakan bahwa dana Otsus dirasakan masih kurang jika dibandingkan dengan banyaknya tuntutan atau keinginan masyarakat untuk melaksanakan pembangunan di daerah ini. Karena itu pengelolaan dana ini harus transparan, jujur dan juga melibatkan masyarakat dalam penyusunan programprogram pembangunan daerah

Abstract

Transportation is the lifeblood of the development of an area, if an area has a good transport system and can accommodate all mobility needs of the existing community, then the area will be developed and grew rapidly both in the field of economic, social, political and territorial. It takes a good resource, be it human resources, budget resources, and facilities to support resource management in the implementation of urban public transportation. Many inadequate resources management in the implementation of urban public transport such as bus stops where the facilities are minimal. Difficulties in recruiting and retaining competent administrators, salaries, prestige and job security is low. Availability of good human resources, budget and facilities is a requirement of successful implementation and management will produce an output that is in line with expectations. For the necessary cooperation from the government to the private sector to undertake the management of urban public transport (bus of trans metro pekanbaru).

Abstract

Abstract: This article presents an analysis of youth transition that lives in the borderland area. By using qualitative methods, the research found that during the process of transition, borderland youth had to negotiate with the structural obstacles especially the lack of basic facilities, such as electricity supply, road, education, and health. Furthermore, those structural obstacles as well as rapid social change had an impact for the pathways of borderland youth transition. There were three pathways from school to work transition: fast track transition, stay in the village and become a peasant or move to other area to work as a labor. However, the transitions of borderland youth were still facing the uncertainty in the future. The State had to give supports for borderland youth to eliminate structural obstacles by building some of the basic facilities in the village. Key words: transition; borderland youth; structural obstacles Abstrak: Artikel ini menjelaskan mengenai transisi pemuda dari daerah perbatasan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif ditemukan bahwa dalam proses transisi, pemuda perbatasan mengalami hambatan-hambatan struktural terutama minimnya fasilitas dasar seperti listrik, jalan, pendidikan dan kesehatan. Hambatan struktural ini berdampak pada tiga rute transisi pemuda perbatasan menuju dunia kerja terutama paksaan untuk menempuh jalur cepat, menetap sebagai petani atau berpindah ke daerah lain sebagai buruh. Ketiga rute ini sama- sama menghadapkan pemuda perbatasan pada kondisi ketidakpastian mengenai masa depan. Sebagai solusi, Negara perlu hadir untuk mereduksi hambatan-hambatan struktural yang harus dijalani oleh pemuda perbatasan dengan membangun fasilitas-fasilitas dasar. Abstract

As the oldest and biggest operator Telkom can not avoid the crisis especially trust crisis to its products and services. The aims of the research is how the Public Relations of Plasa Telkom Malang make strategy to handle complain and what are the resistance factors. This research used descriptive qualitative research method in collecting data by direct observation, documentation and in depth interview with the field informan. To measure the data validity used triangulation technique and data analysis used Miles and Huberman. The research result showed that the strategy used by Public Relations of Plasa Telkom in handling customers complaints are: 1) Quick in response the customers complains, which means not wasting time, 2) Increase the customer service/customer care and security officers services as each functions and responsibilites, 3) Provide Public Relations media such as TV, newspaper, tabloid. The resistance factors of Plasa Telkom Malang Public Relations in handling customer complaints are: 1) The less preparation of Plasa Telkom Malang Public Relations in communications, 2) The less cooperation and approach from the company to the certain media, 3) There is no complete identity from the customers.

Abstract

n business activities, market segmentation, targeting and positioning are used to select target markets, look for opportunities, undermine segments leaders, formulate communication messages, serve better, analyze consumer behavior, design products, and more. Besides as an archipelagic country, our country is an agrarian country whose society is mostly farmed or raised. Through planning a good marketing communication strategy then it is expected that the community can implement marketing well. For example, in terms of livestock, an innovation can help realize the initial target in improving the livelihood of farmers. Breeding lovebird birds into one of the most promising business, considering the many enthusiasts of this bird in the market. In addition, lovebird has also become one of the most popular birds in the country. Bird lovebird lately became a bird whose demand continues to grow, because not only in big cities are interested to keep this bird, in the countryside began many bermiant to have it, even to the interest to develop a breedeer (breeder) usually have their own way in breeding this very interesting bird. Indeed, lovebird comes from the African continent. This bird is monogamous, but can also be cultivated by polygamy. Bird lovebird has a voice that is very character, famous for its peculiar sounds. The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing communication strategy of lovebird breeders in improving customer loyalty to improve their income living standards and expand market share. This research was conducted on some Lovebird breeders in Malang City. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection technique through interview and documentation by using purposive sampling. The data analysis using interactive analysis. That includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification or interpretation of data. The result of research has been done that marketing communication strategy conducted by some farmers in selling lovebird birds using social media like facebook and community network and branding their lovebird birds using ring with the name of breeder and mobile phone number that can be contacted to increase customer loyalty .

Abstract

The more and more of poor communities in the urban area has changing lane of target direction when disscussing about poverty. Urban poverty potentially become a source of social economic and social politic problems which can be fatal for society in a bigger scale. A qualitative method is used in this reseach based on reality in the field where a data collected by involved directly in the programme implementation. The result of this research showed that 1) Implementation of Raskin Programme in Batu barely having no difficulties, however there is still a lack of fund in Raskin distribution so regional government aiding a help through their APBD 2) expected role of the community will be very helpful for stimulation process in where at the same time boost empowerment of those poor community, 3) empowering process that happen in Raskin programme is showing a very healthy progress to combat poverty and giving a good impact to elevate their welfare and food self family.

Abstract

Beef and buffalo meat self-supporting program rolled out by Ministry of Agriculture which is planned to be reached in 2010 is in fact failed to be achieved, so that the targeted reset in 2014 but not reached either. It is a sad reality considering the potential of nature that we have that is rich in biodiversity. Proper planning is needed to overcome these problems. The role of Government, society and private sector in the planning process is expected to produce plannning that is able to overcome the problems of meat self-supporting program. The research focused on the planning formulation process of madura cow population and performance excalation program including the stages of planning, actor involved in the planning, and the result of the planning, societal participation can be seen in the planning process, the form of participation and level of participation as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors to the societal participation. Societal participation in the planning process, specially on the village/district and subdistrict development planning deliberation forum become a proper means for the society to express their aspiration because on this stage of planning society is still able to deliver their aspiration directly.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of imlementasi system Freebalance in funds Civil Society on the quality of public services at the Directorate General of State Treasury of East Timor, to test the degree of influence the performance expectations of system implementation Freebalance to the expectations of the public service funds Civil Society, to test the degree of influence expectations of the business of implementation system Freebalance on the perception of public service funds Civil Society, to test the degree of influence of environmental conditions on the perception of public service funds Civil Society, to test the degree of influence jointly performance expectations, expectations of the business and the environmental conditions of the expectations of public services, to test the degree of influence the perception of public service funding Civil Society on the quality of public services, to test the effect of the level of expectations of public services to the quality of public services. This type of research using explanatory research (explanatory research) with quantitative approach. Samples taken are as many as 108 people and a random sample (random sampling) population of 147 people using the formula Yamane in Rachmat. By using hypothesis testing between independent variables with the dependent variable it can be seen that the performance expectations (X1) formed a direct and significant effect on the variable expectations of public services (Y1) with the value of the path coefficient of 0.417. Business expectation variable (X2) is formed direct and significant effect on the variable perceptions of service (Y2) with the value of the path coefficient of 0.42. Social environment variables (X3) formed a direct and significant effect on the variable perceptions of service (Y2) with the value of the path coefficient of 0.346. There is no direct influence between variable performance expectations (X1) via the service expectation variable (Y1) of 47.8%. This value is greater than the effect of indirectly between business expectations variable (X3) 39.6% and the social environment (X3) amounted to 35.4% through a service perception variable (Y2) amounted to 34.3%, still less than the direct effect between perceptions of service to service quality.
