Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal whether practices implementation in workshop of SMKN 2 Solok had been well-implemented, in consideration of teachers, students, workshop’s preparations, workshop’s practices, tools and infrastructures. The type of this research is descriptive-quantitative. Population in this research is all students of XI TKK in SMKN 2 Solok which is amounted to 120 students and samples are XI class’s students amounted to 55 students. Data collection technique is questionnaire by using Likert scale. Data analysis technique is using percentage formulation. Results in this research show that tools and infrastructures in SMKN 2 Solok are well-equipped. Evaluation in SMKN 2 Solok had been implemented properly. Practices in this school are in conformity with schedules which had been planned by school practice’s implementer, and connected with teacher’s monitoring and involvement in practical implementation. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to reveal the use of the internet in the writing of student majoring in civil engineering faculty of the state university engineering of padang. This research started from known yet exactly how the study of internet use in the procces of writing a thesis student majoring in civil engineering, related to the use of browser and browsing, searching to find articles using paper materials, read and download material from the internet, use the chat facility, action on search results and quoting from the internet.This is a descriptive research. Population in this research were 51 students majoring in civil engineering faculty of the state university engineering of padang that are in the procces of thesis writing, 33 people among the research sample taken form a strtified random sampling technique , in tis study the instrument used was a questionnaire using likert scale. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and calculation of the percentage.The result of this research indicate that the use of the internet in procces of writing a thesis by students majoring in civil engineering of padang in the category enough. The results found on the utilization of faculty utilization browser and browsing is 81,06% included in good category, the results of the use of searching to find articles and thesis is 80, 55% included in good category, the results of reading and downloading material from the internet is 77,27% included in enough category, the results of the use of the chat facility is 82,275 inluded to good category, the results of the action on the search result is 77,02% include in the enough category and the result of the way the internet is quoting from 66,91% included in enough category  Key Word: Writing of thesis, Internet

Abstract

ABSTRACT This descriptive research aimed to determine the condition and needs of the equipment for construction practice learning in Building Engineering Program at SMK Negeri5 Padang in the academic year 2014/2015. The object of this research was the equipment of masonry construction practice that were available at the Building Workshop of SMK Negeri5 Padang in year 2015. The samples were all learning equipment for masonry construction practice that were available at the Building Workshop of SMK Negeri5 Padang. Research was done by conducting observation and interviews. To determine the equipment needs, a descriptive analysis was done. Based on the results of data analysis, the research conclusionsareas follows: (1) The condition of the masonry construction practice equipment arepretty good and workable to be used in practice, but there are a few tools that need to be added. (2) The equipment required are as follows: cutting saws, splitting saws, hammers, mortar trowels, water pass, buckets, square, line bobbins and wheelbarrows. The equipment that have not yet meet the required amount are: measuring tapes, hoes, yarns, shovels, water hoses, plumb-bobs, mortar boxes, and plaster trowels. Abstract

The research method is correlation analisys. The purpose of this research is study aimed to examine the correlation of condition in the learning environment with workshop wood's training practice result learning student of Skills Building Engineering Program in Vocational High School 2 Sungai Penuh. Population research derived from class XI and XII Wood Construction Engineering Skills Competency in 2012/2013. Sample taken using startified proportional random sampling. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 49 students about condition in the learning environment in the workshop. The secondary data is the result of learning form the average value of the wood work practices training they receive. The result analysis is there is a significant correlation of condition in the learning environment with workshop wood's training practice result learning student of Skills Building Engineering Program in Vocational High School 2 Sungai Penuh with confidence 95 %. It can be seen from the results of the t test thitung (3.273) > ttabel (2.052) for the students of class XI and thitung (3.469) > ttabel (2.101) for the students of class XII. Based on the acquisition of the above test results, it can be concluded that better condition in the learning environment better workshop wood's training practice result learning student. Abstract

ABSTRACT              This research aims to determine how relationship there or not family support with study result in Competence Program  Technic Drawing Building SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. The variabel is relationship family support with study result in Competence Technic Drawing Building SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. The population is student class X SMK Negeri 1 total 64 responden. The Sampel in this research using proporsional random sampling total 55 responden. The instrumen in this research using questionaire with 5 choice answer in skala likert. The total expression is 22 item. Technic analisis data consist from Normalitas Test, LinieritasTest and HipotesisTest. The result in this research indicate that there relationship between support family with study result in Technic Drawing Building beacuse rhitung>rtabel (0,471>0,224). Therefore more and more good supoort family so more and more study result too.Keyword: Family Support, Study Result

Abstract

Abstract This research is based on poor result of budgeting plan subject in SMKN 1 Bukittinggi that is below minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 75. The success of field work or PRAKERIN is supported by one of subject that is RAB. Therefore, it is suggested a proposal of hypothesis that is: there is a contribution of budgeting plan subject (RAB) toward achievement of industrial field work in XI class construction drawing SMKN 1 Bukittinggi. Population in this research was students of XI class construction drawing program SMKN 1 Bukittinggi that amounted to 51 students. Sampel collection technique in this research was total sampling. Research instrument was questionnaire with Likert scale 4 stage modification for questionnaire that had been validated its reliability. Data analysis technique was correlation technique. Result of data analysis showed that correlation between RAB learning and achievement of industrial field work with Pearson Correlation 0.408 was given contribution of 16.65%. Abstract

This research aims to (1) know how much knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Students of the Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering of Padang State University class of 2019, (2) Know how high the results of OHS practices Students of the Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering Of Padang State University class of 2019, (3) know the relationship of OHS knowledge with the results of student practice in the Construction Workshop of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering Padang State University. This research is a correlational descriptive study. Instrument validation is tested with expert judgement and score percentage to assess data and analysis of question items. The results showed that (1) ohs knowledge of students of the Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering Padang State University class of 2019 fall into the high category. The results of the analysis of the data that has been done, obtained a percentage score of 80.94%. This shows that Students of the Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering Padang State University class of 2019 have a high basic knowledge of OHS, (2) The results of practicum students of the Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering Padang State University class of 2019 fall into the high category. The results of the data analysis that has been done, obtained a high percentage score of 81.25%, (3) there is a significant positive relationship between ohs knowledge and the results of student practicum at the Civil Engineering Workshop of the Faculty of Engineering of Padang State University. This is indicated by a correlation coefficient of pearson product moment of 0.483 and fall into the moderate category.

Abstract

Kesiapan dan pencegahan terhadap bencana alam merupakan salah satu faktor dalam mengurangi dampak kerugian serta korban. Bencana adalah suatu rangkaian peristiwa mengganggu, merusak, serta mengancam kehidupan yang mengakibatkan kerugian manusia, materi, ekonomi, atau kerusakan lingkungan yang meluas serta memberikan dampak secara psikologis. Meski ilmu pengetahuan semakin maju dalam memprediksi bencana, namun tetap belum dapat dipastikan kapan tepatnya bencana dapat terjadi. Kesiapan diri serta tindakan pencegahan sangat penting dilakukan, salah satunya dengan cara penerapan konsep Tagana (tanggap siaga bencana) di Kecamatan Pauh Duo, Kabupaten Solok Selatan, Sumatera Barat. Konsep Tagana yang dilakukan adalah sosialisasi berbagai macam bencana secara umum, mitigasinya, dan keterampilan dalam evakuasi diri untuk meminimalisir korban jiwa pasca bencana. Kabupaten Solok Selatan sering terjadi beberapa bencana alam. Berdasarkan data BPBD tahun 2018 hingga April 2019, tercatat terjadi tiga peristiwa bencana banjir, dua kali peristiwa puting beliung, tiga kali peristiwa gempa bumi, dan empat kali peristiwa longsor dengan total kerugian yang tidak sedikit jumlahnya. Mengingat Kabupaten Solok Selatan merupakan daerah yang memiliki curah hujan tinggi, maka diperlukan kesiapan masyarakat untuk dapat siaga terhadap bencana yang mungkin terjadi. Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat terutama anak usia sekolah mengenai bencana, pencegahan bencana, kesiap siagaan bencana, serta evakuasi diri terhadap bencana dengan menggunakan metode Drop Cover Hold di Kecamatan Pauh Duo, Kabupaten Solok Selatan, Sumatera Barat. Kegiatan penelitian ini didahului dengan melakukan tinjauan lapangan dan pustaka ke lokasi kegiatan. Pengenalan kegiatan dalam bentuk sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, dilengkapi dengan pelatihan simulasi saat terjadi bencana selama dua hari, dilanjutkan dengan melakukann evaluasi melalui angket serta monitoring sehubungan dengan pemahaman anak usia sekolah terhadap berbagai bencana.
