Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan ketrampilan guru dalam menerapkan model TPS dengan Media video, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus dibagi menjadi empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas VA SD Tambakaji 05. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif . Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik tes dan nontes. Hasil pada siklus I, II, dan III menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Ketrampilan guru meningkat dari siklus I sebesar 23, menjadi 28 siklus II , kemudian menjadi 31 pada siklus III. Rata-rata skor aktivitas siswa juga meningkat dari siklus I 13,4, menjadi 17,1 pada siklus kedua dan 17,9 untuk siklus III . Persentase hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat, dari data awal 37,5 % , menjadi 66,67 % pada siklus I , siklus II 79,2 % , dan siklus III menjadi 91, 67 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model TPS ( Think Pair Share ) dengan media video untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VA SD Tambakaji 05 Semarang.This study aims to find an increase in skills classroom teachers in implementing the TPS models (think pair share) with video media, student activities, the results of student learning. The action research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle is divided into four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Research subjects are teachers and students in grade 05 Tambakaji Elementary School VA. Techniques of data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques used, namely test and nontes. The results in cycle I, II and III showed an increase in the skills of teachers, student activities and learning outcomes. Improving the skills of teachers, the I cycle by 23, by 28 cycles II, III for 31 cycles. Average score of the student activity also increased in cycle I of 13.4, the second cycle of 17.1 and 17.9 for cycle III. Percentage of student learning outcomes also increased, from initial data of 37.5%, amounting to 66.67% I cycle, the cycle of 79.2% II, III for 91 cycles, 67%. It can be concluded that the model of TPS (think pair share) with the video media to enhance the skills of teachers, student activities and student learning outcomes VA elementary school classroom Tambakaji 05 Semarang..

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada siswa kelas VA SDN Tambakaji 05 Semarang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan di SDN Tambakaji 05 Semarang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas VA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) keterampilan guru pada siklus I mendapat jumlah skor rata-rata 65,5 dengan kriteria sangat baik, siklus II meningkat dengan jumlah skor rata-rata 75 dengan kriteria sangat baik, (2) aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mendapat jumlah skor rata-rata 29,5 dengan kriteria baik, siklus II meningkat dengan jumlah skor rata-rata 35,05 dengan kriteria sangat baik, (3) hasil belajar siswa pada akhir siklus I mendapat nilai rata-rata 64,17 dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 70,83 %, pada akhir siklus II hasil belajar siswa meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata 74,37 dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 91,67 %. Ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator keberhasilan sudah tercapai sehingga penelitian ini dinyatakan berhasil. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika pada kelas VA SDN Tambakaji 05 Semarang..The objective of the class action research is to improve the quality of mathematics learning through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) in grade VA of SDN 05 Tambakaji Semarang. The study was conducted in a class action SDN Tambakaji 05 Semarang. This study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of class VA. The results showed that: (1) the skills of teachers in the cycle I got an average total score of 65.5 with the criteria very well, the second cycle increased with an average total score of 75 with the criteria very well, (2) the activity of students in the first cycle received an average total score of 29.5 with a good criterion, the second cycle increased with an average total score of 35.05 with the criteria very well, (3) student learning outcomes at the end of the first cycle scored an average of 64.17 and classical learning completeness by 70.83%, at the end of the second cycle student learning outcomes increased with the average value of 74.37 and 91.67% classical learning completeness. This suggests that the indicators of success were defined has been reached so that this study declared successful. The conclusion of this research is through the application of Problem Based Learning Model could improve the quality of mathematics learning in VA grade SDN 05 Tambakaji Semarang.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian tindakan kelas melalui STAD Berbasis Realistic Mathematics dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IVB SDN Bendan Ngisor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Aktivitas guru siklus I memperoleh skor 54,5 kategori baik dan siklus II aktivitas guru meningkat skor 59 kategori sangat baik. (2) Aktivitas siswa siklus I memperoleh skor rata-rata 28,4 kategori baik dan siklus II meningkat menjadi skor rata-rata 32,3 kategori sangat baik. (3) Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Pertemuan 1 siklus I hasil belajar siswa mendapat nilai rata-rata 70 persentase 70% , pertemuan 2 siklus I meningkat nilai rata-rata 73 presentase 76%, meningkat pertemuan 1 siklus II nilai rata-rata 75 persentase 84% dan meningkat pertemuan 2 siklus II nilai rata-rata 79 presentase 87% siswa tuntas belajar. Ini menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pertemuan akhir yaitu pertemuan 2 siklus II > 85% sehingga dinyatakan berhasil. Kesimpulan penelitian ini melalui Model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Berbasis Realistic Mathematics dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika.The objective of this research are improving the skills of teachers, student activity and learning outcomes on student learning in mathematics. This type of research is a classroom action research through STAD Based Realistic Mathematics with two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects were teachers and students of SDN Bendan Ngisor IVB class. The results showed: (1) teachers' activity cycle I gained a good score 54.5 category and second cycle teachers increased activity score 59 category very well. (2) Activity Cycle I students scored an average of 28.4 and the second cycle both categories increased to an average score of 32.3 is very good category. (3) increased student mastery of learning outcomes. 1 meeting students' cycle I got an average of 70 percentage 70%, meeting 2 cycle increased the value of an average 73 percentage of 76%, an increase of 1 cycle II meetings average 75 percentage of 84% and increased 2 cycles II meeting grade average of 79 percentage 87% of students pass the study. This shows the percentage of students meeting mastery learning outcomes end the meeting 2 second cycle> 85% so declared successful. The conclusion of this research through the Model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Based Realistic Mathematics can improve the skills of teachers, student activity and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran PKn melalui model Role Playing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Role Playing dengan tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas VB SDN Wonosari 03 Semarang. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, catatan lapangan, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) keterampilan guru pada siklus I mendapat skor rata-rata 2,8 dengan kualifikasi baik, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 3,4 dengan kualifikasi sangat baik dan pada siklus III meningkat lagi menjadi 3,7 dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. (2) Aktivitas siswa siklus I memperoleh skor rata-rata 2,35 dengan kualifikasi baik, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 2,7 dengan kualifikasi baik dan pada siklus III meningkat lagi menjadi 3,3 dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. (3) Ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I 71,42% dengan nilai rata-rata, siklus II meningkat menjadi 77,14% dengan nilai rata-rata 75,71 dan siklus III meningkat lagi menjadi 85,17% dengan nilai rata-rata 81. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Role Playing dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktifitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn.The purpose of this research is to improve the skills of teachers , student activities , and learning outcomes in a model of learning civics through role playing . This research is a classroom action research through the application of learning models Role Playing with three cycles . Subjects were teachers and students of SDN VB class Wonosari 03 Semarang . Technique data collection using observation , field notes , tests and documentation . Analysis using quantitative and qualitative data analysis . The results showed : ( 1 ) the skills of teachers in the cycle I got an average score of 2.8 with good qualifications , on the second cycle increased to 3.4 with excellent qualifications and the third cycle increased to 3.7 with excellent qualifications . ( 2 ) Activity Cycle I students scored an average of 2.35 with good qualifications , on the second cycle increased to 2.7 with good qualifications and rose again on the third cycle to 3.3 with excellent qualifications . ( 3 ) Complete the classical student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 71.42 % with a mean value , the second cycle increased to 77.14 % with an average value of 75.71 and third cycle increased to 85.17 % with a mean value The average 81 . The conclusion of this research is through the application of Role Playing learning model can improve the skills of teachers , student activities , and student learning outcomes in learning civics.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran geometri siswa kelas IV SDNPurwoyoso 01. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelasIV SDN Purwoyoso 01. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes berupaobservasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa teknik analisis datadeskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanpeningkatan keterampilan guru mengalami peningkatan secara berturut-turut jumlah skor 44 (baik),jumlah skor 52 (sangat baik), jumlah skor 54 (sangat baik), jumlah skor 55 (sangat baik). Aktivitassiswa mengalami peningkatan secara berturut-turut jumlah skor rata-rata 18,8 (cukup), 20,2 (baik),22,7 (baik), 25,6 (baik). Hasil belajar kognitif siswa mengalami peningkatan diperoleh nilai rata-rata50,69 dengan ketuntasan 41%, nilai rata-rata 52,08 dengan ketuntasan 47%, nilai rata-rata 73,05dengan ketuntasan 83%, nilai rata-rata 77,63 dengan ketuntasan 94%. Kesimpulan dari penelitianini adalah melalui penerapan kepala bernomor terstruktur berbantuan media audio visual dapatmeningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran geometri. Saran bagi guru adalah hendaknya pembagiannomor kepala dilakukan pada setiap pertemuan, agar siswa lebih berpartisipasi aktif dalam diskusikelompok. The research aimed to improve quality of learning research in the fourth grade of SDN Purwoyoso 01. It consistedof two cycles of classroom action. The subject were teachers and fourth grade students in SDN Purwoyoso 01.Data collection techniques used tests and non test techniques of observation, records of learning anddocumentation. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis. The result of theresearch showed that: teacher’s ability increased in cyclie I meeting 1 wiyh good score of 44, score 52 (very good),score 54 (very good), score 55 (very good). Student’s activity in cyclie I meeting 1 scored 18,8 (enough), 20,2(good), 22,7 (good), 25,6 (good). Students cognitive result increased continue in cyclie I meeting 1 with 41%haring mean score of 50,69, 47% with mean score of 52,08, 83% with mean score of 73,05, 94% with mean scoreof 77,63. The conclusion was the structured number head with audio visual media can improved the quality oflearning geometry. For further study, teacher should distribute tasks varied from one to another meeting in orderfor the student to participate actively in group discussions.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan umum penelitian yaitu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran membaca intensif melalui strategi KWL, tujuan umum tersebut kemudian dirinci sebagai berikut: meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar membaca intensif siswa kelas V SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 02 Semarang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas tiga siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri atas satu pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan guru mengalami peningkatan dari skor rata-rata 2,2 (baik) pada siklus satu, kemudian meningkat menjadi 3,1 (baik) pada siklus dua, dan 3,8 (sangat baik) pada siklus tiga. Perolehan skor aktivitas siswa pada siklus satu yaitu 20,94 (cukup), kemudian meningkat menjadi 28,19 (baik) pada siklus dua, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 34,02 (sangat baik) pada siklus tiga. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal pembelajaran membaca intensif meningkat dari 64,86% pada siklus satu menjadi 81,08% pada siklus dua, dan 97,30% pada siklus tiga. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah strategi KWL dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar.General purpose of research is improve the learning quality of intensive skills reading through KWL strategy, general purpose consist of special purpose, they are improve teacher skills, students activity, and learning outcomes in the Fifth Grade of Elementary School Kalibanteng Kidul 02 Semarang. The research is held by class action research, consist of three cycles and each cycle consist of one meeting. Research product is showed by improvement of teacher skills with average scor 2,2 in the first cycle, then average scor 3,1 in the second cycle, and 3,8 the third cycle. Student activity scor in the first cycle was 20,94, the second cycle was 28,19, and the third cycle was 34,02. Percentage classical completeness of intensive reading learning was improve from 64,86% in the first cycle, 81,08% in the second cycle, and 97,30% in the third cycle. Conclution of research is KWL strategy can improve teacher skills, student activity, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis narasi siswa melalui model Examples Non Examples. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan 33 siswa SDN Gajahmungkur 02 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2012/ 2013. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan nontes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian melalui model Examples Non Examples pada pembelajaran keterampilan menulis narasi ditemukan bahwa keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis narasi siswa mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklusnya. Hasil belajar keterampilan menulis narasi pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata skor 60,15 dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 52,5%. Pada siklus II perolehan rata-rata skor siswa meningkat menjadi 74,09 dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 72,7%. Kemudian pada siklus III mengalami peningkatan dengan perolehan rata-rata skor siswa 78,18 dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 84,8%. Hal tersebut sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah model Examples Non Examples dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas IV SDN Gajahmungkur 02 Semarang. The purpose of this research is to enhance teacher skill, student activity, and outcome study of student’s narrative writing skill, through examples non examples model. This research layout is using class action observation, consisting of three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning step, action execution, observation, and reflection. Subject of this research are the teacher and 33 students of Gajahmungkur 02 Semarang Public Elementary School on 2012/2013 academic year. The data are collected by using test and non test technique. The data are analyzed by using descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative technique analyses. From this research, the writer finds that through example non example model applied to narrative writing skill; the teacher skill, student activity, and outcome study of students’ narrative writing skill has been increasing on each cycle step. On first cycle, outcome study of narrative writing skill gains score 60.15 in average, and 52.5% completeness of classical study. On second cycle, students’ score is increasing to 74.09 in average, and 72.7% completeness of classical study. The last, third cycle, students’ score is increasing to 78.18 in average, and 84.8% completeness of classical study. Those all proof that the models have reached appointed success indicator. The conclusion of this research is: examples non examples model can help to enhance teacher skill, student activity, and outcome study of 4th grade students’ narrative writing skill on Gajahmungkur 2 Semarang Public Elementary School.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan umum penelitian: meningkatkan keterampilan membaca lancar aksara Jawa siswa kelas VA SDN Purwoyoso 03 Semarang. Tujuan khusus penelitian: meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan membaca lancar aksara Jawa siswa kelas VA SDN Purwoyoso 03 dengan menggunakan model Word Square. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan selama 3 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas VA. Hasil penelitian ini adalah model Word Square dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan membaca lancar aksara Jawa siswa kelas VA. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu model Word Square dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan membaca lancar aksara Jawa siswa kelas VA SDN Purwoyoso 03 Semarang. Saran peneliti sebaiknya guru dapat mengembangkan penerapan model Word Square pada pelajaran lainnyaThe general purpose of research: improve the skill of reading Javanese script fluently in VA grade of Purwoyoso 03 elementary school Semarang. Specific purpose of research: improve the teacher’s skill, student activities, and skill of reading Javanese script fluently in VA grade of Purwoyoso 03 elementary school with Word Square model. Classroom Action Research was conducted in 3 cycles. The subjects of this research is the teacher and VA grade’s student of Purwoyoso 03 elementary school Semarang. The results is Word Square model can improve teacher’s skill, student activities, and skill of reading Javanese script fluently in VA grade. The conclusions on of this research is the Word Square model can improving the teacher’s skill, student activities, and skill of reading Javanese script fluently in VA grade of Purwoyoso 03 elementary school Semarang. Researchers suggest that the teachers can develop the implementation of Word Square model to the other lessons.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan keterampilan berbicara siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jawa kelas II SDN Karanganyar 02 Semarang.Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan 4 pertemuan. Penelitian terdiri atas 4 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN Karanganyar 02 Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, catatan lapangan, tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan guru mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I keterampilan guru mendapatkan skor 25,5, rata-rata skor 2,55 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik, sedangkan pada siklus II mendapat skor 33, rata-rata skor 3,3 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada aktivitas siswa. Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa mendapat skor 17,45, rata-rata skor 2,5 yang termasuk kategori baik, sedangkan pada siklus II mendapatkan skor 19, rata-rata skor 2,7 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Persentase ketuntasan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada siklus I adalah 54% kategori cukup mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 73% kategori baik.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah model Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan keterampilan berbicara krama lugu siswa kelas II SDN Karanganyar 02 Semarang. Dengan diterapkannya model Picture and Picture dalam pembelajaran, keterampilan berbicara siswa akan mengalami peningkatan sehingga siswa bisa menggunakan bahasa Jawa dengan baik.Purpose of this research is to improve the skills of teachers, student activities and speaking skills of students in learning the Java language class II SDN Karanganyar 02 Semarang.The experiment was conducted in two cycles with 4 meeting. The research consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were second grade students of SDN 02 Karanganyar Semarang. Data was collected through observation, field notes, test, documentation, and interviews.The results showed that the skills of teachers has increased. In the first cycle skills teachers get score 25.5, an average score of 2.55 were included in both categories, while in the second cycle got a score of 33, an average score of 3.3 which is included in both categories. Increase also occurred in student activities. In the first cycle activity students got a score of 17.45, the average score of 2.5 which includes both categories, while in the second cycle to get a score of 19, an average score of 2.7 which is included in both categories. Percentage of completeness speaking skills of students in the first cycle was 54% category is quite an increase in the second cycle to 73% categories.Conclusions This study is a model Picture and Picture can improve the skills of teachers, student activities and speaking skills innocent manners grade II SDN Karanganyar 02 Semarang. With the implementation of the model Picture and Picture in learning, students' speaking skills will be increased so that students could use the Java language properly.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan guru dan aktivitas siswa, serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA melalui model Think Pair Share berbantuan Macromedia Flash. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan prosedur, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Sekaran 02 Semarang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan 13 siswa kelas V SDN Sekaran 02 Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkat, meliputi: (1) keterampilan guru siklus I skor 21,5, siklus II meningkat skor 26,5 dan siklus III meningkat menjadi 30,5 (2) Aktivitas siswa siklus I skor 19,7, siklus II meningkat skor 23,36 dan siklus III skor 26,9 (3) Hasil belajar siswa meningkat, siklus I ketuntasan belajar 62%, siklus II ketuntasan 74%, pada siklus III ketuntasan belajar 80%. Simpulan penelitian ini, melalui model Think Pair Share berbantuan Macromedia Flash dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Sekaran 02. Saran dalam penelitian yaitu guru hendaknya menerapkan model ini dalam pembelajaran IPA sebagai salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran yang inovatif.This research aimed to describe the improved skills of teachers and student’s activities, and to improve learning outcomes of students in science learning through models of Think Pair Share assisted by Macromedia Flash. This research is classroom action research procedures, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted in SDN Sekaran 02 Semarang. The subjects were teachers and fifth grade students of SDN 02 Sekaran Semarang. Data collection techniques used were tests, observations, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and field notes. Techniques of data analysis with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show the quality of science teaching can be improved, including: (1) the first cycle of teacher skills scored 21.5, on the second cycle increased with a score of 27 and the third cycle increased to 30.5 (2) Student’s activities in first cycle scored 19,43, in the second cycle increased with 23.66 score in the third cycle and scored 26.85 (3) student’s learning outcomes, in the first cycle 62% mastery learning, obtained in the second cycle with 74% completeness, the third cycle gained with 80% mastery learning. The conclusion of this study, through a model of Think Pair Share assisted by Macromedia Flash to enhance the skills of teachers, student’s activities and student learning outcomes classroom SDN Sekaran 02. Suggestions in this research is recommended for teachers to apply these models in learning science as an alternative model of innovative learning.
