Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar IPS berbasis mind mapping untuk meningkatkan hasilbelajar IPS siswa di kelas IV SDN Tambakaji 03, Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research andDevelponment (R&D) dengan menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikembangkan olehSugiyono. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti meliputi, (1) Potensi dan masalah; (2) Pengumpulandata; (3) Desain produk; (4) Validasi desain; (5) Revisi; (6) Uji coba produk; (7) Revisi produk; dan (8) Uji cobapemakaian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Tambakaji 03 dengan menggunakan tekniksampling yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument tes, angket, wawancara, dandokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data produk, analisis data awal, uji t, dan uji n-gain. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar IPS berbasis mind mapping sangat layak digunakan berdasarkanpenilaian ahli media dengan persentase 98%, ahli materi 93% dan ahli bahasa 93%. Bahan ajar IPS berbasis mindmapping terbukti efektif dibuktikan dengan adanya perbedaan rata-rata melalui uji t sebesar 13,271 dan peningkatanrata-rata melalui uji n-gain sebesar 0,47. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar IPS berbasis mind mapping layakdan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV materi Keragaman di Indonesia. This research aims to develop a social studies teaching material based on mind mapping to increase social studies learningoutcome in fourth-grade Junior High School Tambakaji 03, Semarang. The type of this research is the Research andDevelopment (R & D) using Sugiyono’s model. The procedure of this research are, (1) problems; (2) data collecting; (3) productdesign; (4) design validation; (5) revision; (6) main field testing; (7) operational product revision; (8) operational field testing. Thestudy population is fourth-grade students Tambakaji 03 with purposive sampling technique. Data collections technique usingtest, interview, questionnaire, and document. Data was analyzed using analysis product data, initial data analysis, t -test, and ngain.The result showed that social studies teaching material based on mind mapping is proper to use with a percentage score ofthe media presentation component assessment 98%, a percentage score of the content’s material components 93%, and apercentage score of language components 93%. Social studies teaching material based on mind mapping aff ects the results of theirstudy with an average difference through t-test of 13,271 and an average increase (gain) equals to 0,47. Conclusions in this studywere the social studies teaching material based on mind mapping is proper to use and effective to use in learning social studiesmaterials and improve student’s learning outcome.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media papan tulis interaktif berbasis graphical user interface pada materi petunjuk penggunaan alat muatan Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Prosedur penelitian menggunakan waterfall yaitu analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Ngemplak Simongan 01 dengan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Ngemplak Simongan 01. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, angket dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data produk, analisis data awal, uji t, uji gain, dan analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media papan tulis interaktif layak digunakan dengan skor penilaian komponen penyajian media 100, komponen isi materi 100 dan komponen kebahasaan 100. Media papan tulis interaktif berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dengan adanya perbedaan rata-rata melalui uji t sebesar 7,68 dan peningkatan rata-rata (gain) sebesar 0,34435 dengan kriteria sedang. Aktivitas siswa memperoleh skor 354 dengan nilai 70,8 termasuk kriteria aktif pada pertemuan 1 dan memperoleh skor 480 dengan nilai 96 yang termasuk kriteria sangat aktif pada pertemuan 2. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah media papan tulis interaktif berbasis graphical user interface efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi petunjuk penggunaan alat dan meningkatkan aktivitas siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar IPS pada beberapa siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Terbatasnya bahan ajar serta media pembelajaran menjadi faktor utama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media puzzle berbasis index card match, menguji kelayakan media puzzle berbasis index card match, dan menguji keefektifan puzzle berbasis index card match materi peristiwa lahirnya Pancasila pada muatan IPS. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Patemon 01 Kota Semarang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampel dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mengolah data menggunakan analisis data produk, analisis data awal, uji t, dan uji gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media puzzle berbasis index card match sangat layak digunakan dengan persentase ahli materi dan media berturut-turut sebesar 92,85% dan 95,45%. Berdasarkan hasil belajar terdapat perbedaan rata-rata melalui uji t sebesar 19,046 dan peningkatan rata-rata (gain) sebesar 0,587 dengan kriteria sedang. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah media puzzle berbasis index card match sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS. This study was motivated by the results of social studies (IPS) lesson in some students who did not reached the Minimum Score Criteria (KKM) because of limited teaching materials and learning media. This study was research and development (R&D). This study aimed to develop puzzle media based on index card match, to assess the feasibility, and the effectiveness of the media on the birth of the Pancasila material in social studies. The subject of this research was the five grade students of Patemon 01 elementary school, Semarang city, Central Java. In this study, researchers used saturated sample technique with total of 30 students. The data was collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Researchers processed data using product data analysis, early data analysis, t test, and gain test. The results showed that the puzzle media based on index card match material was very feasible to be used with the percentage of expert material assessment of 95.45%, media experts of 92.85%. Based on learning outcomes there was an average difference through the t test of 19.046 and the average increase of 0.587 with medium criteria. As conclusion, the puzzle media based on index card match was very feasible and effective for helping the students to learn about social studies subject in Patemon 01 elementary school.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan model Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN Mujur Kecamatan Kroya Kabupaten Cilacap dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Jenis penilitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu ekserimen kuasi dengan bentuk nonequivalen control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Mujur Kecamatan Kroya Kabupaten Cilacap. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Mujur 01 sebagai kelas kontrol dan siswa kelas V SDN Mujur 04 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,367>1,99, artinya hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan kelas kontrol (76,97>70,56). Hal ini didukung hasil N-Gain kelas eksperimen berada pada kritera sedang (0,436) dan N-Gain kelas kontrol (0,209). Bedasarkan Hasil penelitian maka disimpulkan bahwa model problem based learning lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran langsung. This research aimed to test the effectiviness of the problem based learning model application for learnng outcome of scienceat fifth grade in Mujur Elementary School Kroya, Cilacap. The type of this research was experiment with design quasi-experimental in the form of nonequivalent control group design. The population of thi research were all students at fifth grade in Mujur Elementary School. Research samples were taken by using random sampling techniques. The subject of this research were the fifth grede in Mujur 01Elementary School as a control group and fifth grade in Mujur 04 Elementary School as experiment group. The t-test result show that tcount>ttable (2,367>1,99), and it mean that the learning outcome of the experiment class was better than control class’s (76,97>70,56). In addition, the N-Gain test of experiment class was 0.436, which included in medium criteria. In the other hand, control class showed 0,209 for it’s N-Gain which included in low criteria. Based on the researh result, it could be concluded hat the problem based learning model was effective than directive learning.

Abstract

Abstrak SDN Gugus Kresna Kecamatan Semarang Barat khusunya kelas V mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis narasi, hal itu disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai literasi dan kaidah ejaan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi dan kaidah ejaan terhadap kemampuan menulis siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 dengan sampel sejumlah 157 siswa. Dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh hasil: (1) terdapat pengaruh literasi terhadap kemampuan menulis narasi dengan nilai thitung = 2,513, nilai signifikansi 0,032 < 0,05, dan kontribusi sebesar 19,74% yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah; (2) terdapat pengaruh kaidah ejaan terhadap kemampuan menulis narasi dengan nilai thitung = 2,713 , nilai signifikansi 0,007 < 0,05, dan kontribusi sebesar 17,20% yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh literasi dan kaidah ejaan terhadap kemampuan menulis narasi dengan nilai Fhitung = 4,303, nilai signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05, dan kontribusi sebesar yaitu sebesar 12,74% yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh literasi dan kaidah ejaan terhadap kemampuan menulis narasi siswa. Abstract Elementary school at Kresna Group West Semarang region especially 5th grade student’s have difficultis writing narration, which caused less knowledge about literacy and spelling. Based on that problem, this research aimed to determine the influence of spelling rules and literacy towards 5th grade student’s skills to write narrative essay. This research used correlation method with quantitative approach. Population on this research were 205 and the sample’s were 157 students. The research result showed that: 1) literacy towards skills to write narrative essay, value tcount 2.513, significancy 0,032 < 0.05 and contribution 19.14%, this included low level. 2) the influence of spelling rules towards skills to write narrative essay, value tcount 2.713, significancy 0.007 < 0.05 and contribution 17.20 %, this included low level. 3) the influence of spelling rules and literacy towards skills to write narrative essay, value Fcount 4.303, significancy 0.015 < 0.05 and contribution 12.74 %, this included low level. Based on research result could be concluded that influence of spelling rules and literacy towards student’s skills to write narrative essay.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran kemidi berbasis multimedia dengan model Numbered Head Together (NHT). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji kelayakan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran. Media Kemidi merupakan media pembelajaran untuk muatan IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and development. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian menurut teori Borg and Gall. Prosedur penelitian ini yaitu analisis potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, dan produk akhir. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas V C SD Negeri Petompon 02, Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumen, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data awal, uji-t, dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan media pembelajaran kemidi berbasis multimedia dengan model NHT dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi sebesar 93%, ahli media 97%, dan ahli praktisi 93.5%, serta hasil perhitungan uji-t sebesar 16,545 dan n-gain 16,33. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran kemidi berbasis multimedia dengan model NHT sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi di Indonesia. This research aims to develop multimedia-based kemidi through Numbered Head Together (NHT) model as learning media. This research was doing to test the feasibility and effectiveness of learning media. Multimedia-based Kemidi through NHT model was a learning media on theme of economic activities in Indonesia for fifth grade social studies subject. This type of research is research and development. The development model used in this research used to the research model according to Borg and Gall's theory. The procedures of this research were analysis of potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trial, product revisions, usage trial, and final product. The subjects of this research were fifth C class of Petompon 02 Elementary School, Semarang City. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documents, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis techniques used preliminary data analysis, t-test, and n-gain test.The results showed that multimedia-based kemidi learning media with NHT models was appropriate to be used in learning based on score of the content’s material expert was 93%, media experts was 97%, and practitioner experts was 93.5%, the results of t-test calculations was 15,386 and n-gain was 19,33. In Conclusion, multimedia-based kemidi through NHT model was very feasible and effective to be used for learning theme of economic activities in Indonesia in social studies subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi yang dilakukan guru dalam mengembangkan sikap spiritual siswa kelas V SD Islam Syahidin dan menjelaskan faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambat dalam mengembangkan sikap spiritual siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahap yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam mengembangkan sikap spiritual pada siswa kelas V SD Islam Syahidin yakni dengan 4 tahapan, tahap pertama yaitu persiapan dengan membuat perencanaan pembelajaran, tahap kedua yaitu penyampaian dilakukan dengan memberi nasehat dan bimbingan kepada siswa, tahap ketiga yaitu praktik melalui kegiatan-kegiatan rutin di sekolah dan saat proses pembelajaran, serta tahap keempat yaitu evaluasi pembelajaran dengan melakukan pencatatan sikap siswa dalam jurnal sikap. Faktor penunjang dalam mengembangkan sikap spiritual siswa adalah bekerjasama dengan stakeholder, letak sekolah dekat dengan masjid, guru memiliki kemampuan mengajar, dan sekolah yang berbasis agama islam. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah pergaulan siswa yang sulit dikontrol, kondisi lingkungan siswa yang tidak kondusif, dan terbatasnya waktu guru dalam membimbing siswa. This study aims to examine the strategies carried out by teachers in developing the spiritual attitudes of fifth grade students of Islamic Elementary School Syahidin and explain supporting factors and inhibiting factors in developing students' spiritual attitudes. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out in several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the strategies used by the teacher in developing spiritual attitudes in the fifth grade students of Syahidin Islamic Elementary School were with 4 stages, the first stage is preparation by making learning plans, the second stage is delivery by giving advice and guidance to students the second stage is delivery by giving advice and guidance to students, the third stage is the practice through routine activities at school and during the learning process, and the fourth stage is evaluation of learning by recording student attitudes in the attitude journal. Supporting factors in developing student’s spiritual attitudes are collaborating with stakeholders is the location of the school is close to the mosque. While the inhibiting factor is the association of students who are difficult to control, and the limited time of the teacher in guiding students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi GLS dalam menanamkan minat baca siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Tegalsari 02. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dan uji komfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, (1) GLS dalam menanamkan minat baca siswa dapat diamati dari kondisi siswa yang antusias, keinginan siswa membaca mulai muncul, adanya pemanfaatan sumber bacaan, dan adanya pengaruh lingkungan sosial, (2) kekuatan GLS dalam menanamkan minat baca yaitu pembiasaan, motivasi guru, penyediaan pojok baca sedangkan kelemahan GLS dalam menanamkan minat baca yaitu kurangnya jumlah buku, kurangnya motivasi orang tua, metode menanggapi bacaan kurang bervariasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SD Negeri Tegalsari 02 dinilai dapat menanamkan minat baca meski belum optimal karena masih terdapat kelemahan. While the weaknesses are the lack of books, lack of motivation of parents, the method of responding to reading is less varied. The research concluded that SLM in Tegalsari 02 Elementary School was considered able to instill reading interest and discipline although wasn’t optimal because there were still weaknesses. Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada pembelajaran bahasa Jawa materi aksara Jawa di kelas IV SD N Salamsari adalah belum ada media flash card aksara Jawa, ada 20 siswa dari 31 siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dan 24 siswa dari 31 siswa yang kurang tertarik dalam membaca dan menulis aksara Jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan keefektifan media flash card aksara Jawa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and development. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah teknik tes dan non tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t-test dan uji n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase yang didapat dari ahli media sebesar 93,8% dengan kriteria sangat layak, sedangkan persentase yang dicapai oleh ahli materi adalah 96,7% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan persentase respon siswa sebesar 99,4% dengan kriteria sangat antusias dan persentase respon guru sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat antusias. Hasil belajar uji skala besar untuk keterampilan membaca dan menulis mengalami peningkatan, dibuktikan pada hasil rata-rata posttest kelas IV pada keterampilan membaca aksara Jawa yaitu 75,1 dibandingkan dengan rata-rata pretest yang hanya 51,8 perolehan n-gain sebesar 0,483 dengan kriteria sedang, dan untuk keterampilan menulis aksara Jawa yaitu 75,90 dibandingkan dengan rata-rata pretest yang hanya 52,97 perolehan n-gain sebesar 0,487 dengan kriteria sedang. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa media flash card aksara Jawa layak dan efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran bahasa Jawa materi aksara Jawa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Abstract This research was aim to developed, feasibility, and compare differences in learning out- The problem that is found in Javanese language learning in Javanese Alphabets material in IV grade of Salamsari elementary school is that there is no media flash card Javanese Alphabets, there are 20 students from 31 students who have difficulties and are 24 students from 31 students less interested in reading and writing Javanese Alphabets. This study aims to find out the feasibility of the media, and find out the effectiveness of the media. This type of research is Research and development. Data collection techniques performed are test and non-test techniques. The data analysis technique used is normality test, homogeneity test, t-test and n-gain test. The results shows that the percentage obtained from media experts is 93.8% with very feasible criteria, while the percentage achieved by material experts is 96.7% with very feasible criteria, and percentage respons student is 99,4% with very enthusiastic criteria, and percentage respons teacher is 100% with very enthusiastic criteria. Large-scale test learning results for reading and writing skills have increased with the acquisition of medium criteria. It is proven by the average results of class IV posttest on Javanese literacy skills, which is 75.1 compared to the average pretest which is only 51.8 with the acquisition of medium criteria and n-gain of 0.483, for Javanese Alphabets writing skills that is 75.90 compared with the average pretest which is only 52.97 with the acquisition of medium criteria and n-gain acquisition of 0.487. The conclusion of this study is that Javanese Alphabets flash card media is feasible and effective to be used in Javanese language learning on student’s learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter menjadi salah satu cara untuk mencegah krisis moral yang terjadi di Indonesia. Implementasi pendidikan karakter membutuhkan bantuan dari pihak sekolah khususnya guru. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bimbingan guru dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) siswa kelas IV SDN Ngadirgo Kecamatan Mijen Koa Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 44 orang terdiri atas 1 kepala sekolah, 1 guru kelas, 1 petugas perpustakaan, 1 penjaga sekolah, dan 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, angket, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Peran guru sebagai pembimbing dalam PPK meliputi mendorong berkembangnya perilaku positif dalam pembelajaran dan membimbing peserta didik memecahkan masalah dalam pembelajaran, (2) Implementasi PPK dilaksanakan dengan menanamkan 5 butir karakter PPK yaitu religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong royong, dan integritas. Simpulan penelitian ini meliputi (1) Guru dapat menjalankan perannya sebagai pembimbing dalam PPK dengan baik (2) Bimbingan guru dapat menguatkan karakter siswa. Character education is one of the ways to preventing the moral crisis that happened in Indonesia. The implementing of character education needs help from the school, especially teachers. The aim of this research was to analysis of teacher’s guidance in PPK the fourth grade student of SDN Ngadirgo 01, Mijen Subdistrict, Semarang City. The type of this research was descriptive with qualitative approach. The subjects of the research were the headmaster, the teacher, and 40 students. The data collection techniques used interview, observation, questionnaire, field note, and documentation. The results of the research were : (1) the role of the teacher as guide was motivated to develop a positive attitude and guiding students to solve tehe problem; (2) the implementation of PPK is done with cultivating five grains of PPK characters, which are : religious, nationalism, independent, cooperative, and integrity. The conclusion of the research includes: (1) teacher does his job as guidance in PPK well; (2) teacher’s guidance can strengthen the character of students.
