Abstract

Aam Cell's management information system aims to provide convenience in customer serving, selling, stock reporting and financial reporting. The selling process is doing by  online system on the web, so customers do not need to the counter to buy the goods. This selling information system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Waterfall design method. The proposed design system is described in four UML stages, they are context diagrams, use case diagrams, Activity  Diagrams and class diagrams. While the waterfall design method through the process of planning, modeling, construction, and deployment, which results in continuous support for a complete software. The tools used in developing this system are the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the Laravel framework, JavaScript, and using the MYSQL database. The security techniques used in designing this system are encryption, session and restrictions on the access rights of each user. With this system, it would be expected to assist customers in buying goods online, can help counter owners in managing goods stock and counter finance, so that the counter owner can estimate the profit correctly.Keywords: Management Information System, Counter, PHP, Laravel, MySQL.

Abstract

Padang State University is a state university that was established in West Sumatra with various faculties including engineering faculties in charge of various departments, one of which is electronics engineering majors consisting of electronics engineering study programs, electronic engineering education programs and informatics and computer engineering education courses . Various assumptions emerged with student admissions from both the regular and independent lane. To answer these assumptions, a study was conducted aimed at looking at a comparison of learning outcomes between regular entry students and regular independent entry pathways through a cumulative grade point average (GPA) which was carried out through hypothesis testing and research prerequisites for data sources obtained from descriptive data on students of educational study programs informatics and computer engineering so that it is known between semester credit (X) with the Grade Point Average (GPA) of significance value 0.409 for regular students and a significance value of 0.258 for independent regular students. It was concluded that there was a Positive and Significant Relationship between Regular students and Independent Selection students Informatics and Computer Engineering Education in 2014-2017 and there were no significant differences in learning outcomes in the January-June 2017 semester, in the form of GPA.Keywords: Student, learning outcomes, comparison, population and sample, hypothesis testing.

Abstract

The problem in this final project is bidding tender project at the Department of Public Work of South solok works manually. The manually process like registering company and all participants who have registered will be collected in a room so it would make any difficult for participants who are outside the area. The development of information technology has a lot of influence in various fields. One of the information technology is growing rapidly is a web-based information systems. The utilization of this web-based information technology within an organization can be implemented on the Victory Decision Support System Project Tender, the incoming data will be stored in a database and the database as data processing. Tender decision support system project is using Analytical Hierarchy Proces method is to determine the criteria that will be used to calculate the weights. The criteria used in this system is the administrative, technical and price. Abstract

SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman merupakan sebuah institusi pendidikan yang dalam proses pelaksanaan pengelolaan pendidikan mengacu kepada Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman belum memiliki arsitektur teknologi, sehingga proses pendataan teknologi informasi dan proses bisnis tidak efisien terhadap biaya, tenaga maupun waktu. Agar terciptanya aktivitas organisasi yang  efektif dan efisien, maka dibutuhkan suatu blueprint perencanaan arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi  dan arsitektur teknologi. Tujuan perencanaan ini adalah untuk membuat perencanaan teknologi informasi sebagai pendukung pemenuhan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan adalah TOGAF Achitecture Development Method. Hasil dari perencanaan arsitektur enterprise ini adalah berupa blueprint arsitektur teknologi yang akan diusulkan di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman.

Abstract

Design and manufacture of this thesis aims to apply microcontroller-based technology for drying clothes automatically without relying on erratic weather conditions. The closet dryer uses a drying method forced convection, by utilizing the flow of hot fluid to reduce moisture in damp clothing. The closet dryer uses a microcontroller ATMEGA8535 as a controller of heater, fan, and UV lamps based temperature and humidity readings by sensors SHT11. The closet clothes dryer is working until the end of the moisture conditions were legible on the sensor SHT11 is <19% RH. The results of sensor readings and status of clothing  displayed on the LCD 16x2. After the clothes was dried  then  closet dryer will informing status of clothes through a voice module ISD1820. From the results of tests and experiments, closet dryer can dry clothes with a maximum capacity of 3 kg within a period of 1 hour to 3 hours, with the value of the first moisture drying  legible and on the sensor SHT11 is  70-80% RH and 17-19% RH in the end. Keywords: Type of clothing,Microcontroller ATMEGA8535,heater, fan, UV lamp, sensor SHT11, LCD16x2, ISD1820.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of student learning outcomes by applying learning using simulation media based on simulation using Cisco packet tracer with learning using power point as a learning medium in class XI network infrastructure administration subjects Computer and Network Engineering 3 Vocational School 3 Pariaman. This study uses pre-experimental design. The instruments used are objective questions for evaluating cognitive data and practicum data sheets on skills data assessment. Furthermore, analyzing the normality testing, homogeneity and hypothesis testing. Cognitive assessment obtained  results of the average of value the experimental class 83 and the control class obtained results 79. While the skills assessment results obtained 93.5 in the experimental class and the control class scored 79. The influence of the percentage produced 4.6% on cognitive values and 15.6% assessed skills. Hypothesis calculation obtained 2,76 results> 1,69 in the experimental class and 8,19> 1,69 in the control class where the data was declared normal. It was concluded that the use of Cisco packet tracer network simulation media had an influence on student learning out comes. So, Cisco packet tracer network media simulation is more efficient to use than media that uses power point.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Network Media Simulation, Cisco Packet Tracer

Abstract

This researchwas conducted to find out how much motivation contribution entered the world of work and industrial work practice experience (PRAKERIN) on the results of the Expertise Competency Test (UKK) from Electronics Engineering Students in 2019 at SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra. The population of this research is as many as 58 students of class XII majoring in electronics engineering (audio video engineering expertise program and mechatronic engineering program) SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra 2018/2019 academic year. Sampling in this research was carried out by simple random sampling technique, so as to get as many as 37 students as the sample. The questionnaire shared and filled out by these students is a method used by the writer to collect data. Multiple regression analysis is the main analysis technique used in this research. From this research, it was found that (1) Motivation to enter the workforce and industry work experience experience together contributed 30.14% to the results of the expertise competency test, (2) Motivation to enter the workforce contributed 15.05% to expertise competency test results, (3) Industrial work practice experience contributes 14.67% to the results of expertise competency test. Abstract

Information Systems serve as a tool for managing palayanan in the organization to be more accurate, effective and efficient. In MAN 1 Padang TU Head is still difficult to manage employee data because there is no database management that can store, process, and maintain the integrity of personnel data. To improve the service in MAN 1 Padang is in need Civil Service Information System-based web that is able to manage personnel services, from employee data input process, employee leave process, employee mutation process and employee retirement process are mutually integrated as a whole.          This design is implemented with PHP programming language with MySQL database and CodeIgniter framework. In the system design involved Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Context Diagrams, flowmap, Normalization and Entitiy Relationship Diagram. This system involves 3 users ie Employee, Admin, and Principal. The three levels of registered users have a private account to enter into the system ie username and password for the admin and principal while the employee enters by using NIP and Password with MD5 encryption.          This personnel information system produces web-based applications that can help Administrative Officers in improving the effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of personnel management activities as well as displaying actual information in the form of employee data reports, employee pension information, history of employee mutation and employee leave history. Keywords: Human Resources Information System, PHP, MySQL database,                    CodeIgniter framework.

Abstract

This research based on the problem of low report study to DLE subject from some student of class XE at SMKN 5 Padang, wich 41,67% student got result of study below Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). The standard of KKM to DLE subject is 75 with scale from 0-100. The purpose of this research is to show the contribution of student discipline of study and school environment toward study report of DLE subject from students of class XE at SMKN 5 Padang. This research is a correlational research which is descriptive. The population of this research is 96 student and sample consist of 49 students class XE at SMKN 5 Padang on 2012/2013. The technique of sampling was using simple random sampling. The data of student report taken from teacher of DLE subject at SMKN 5 Padang while data of student discipline of study and school environment collected through questionnaire by using likert scale. Analysis of data is using statistic method with the help of Microsoft Exell 2007 software. The result of data analysis shows: (1) student discipline of study give contribution as 26,89% to student report of SMKN 5 Padang on 2012/2013. (2) School environment give contribution as 24,32 to student report of SMKN 5 Padang on 2012/2013. (3) Discipline of study and school environment simultancously give contribution as 36,03% to student report of SMKN 5 Padang on 2012/2013.
