Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of productive endowment on community welfare in Matang Panyang. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who were selected using the Purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used was a simple linear regression method with the help of EVIEWS. Based on the test of the correlation coefficient of 0.837835, it showed that productive endowment had a strong relationship to improve community welfare. Based on the coefficient determination test, it showed that productive endowment had an effect of 70.19% on community welfare. From the results of the study, it revealed that productive endowment (X) significantly influenced the welfare community (Y). Based on the t-value of 8.120918 and the t-table value of 2.04841 with a significant level of 0.0000, it concluded that these tests accepted Ha and rejected Ho.

Abstract

Brand image is one of the essential things that must be considered for maintaining the existence of a product. A positive brand image is expected to provide trust and satisfaction’s consumer for the product. It will undoubtedly have an impact on increasing the number of product uses by the customer. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image on product sales volume. The sampling technique in this study was random cluster sampling. Meanwhile, the analysis method used is Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results of the research that have been done show that there is an effect of brand image on sales volume. It can be a material consideration for the company to continue building a brand image to optimize product sales volume.

Abstract

This study wanted to produce a model for developing marketing strategy based on Information Technology (IT) is a form of marketing strategy development model by taking into account and utilize Information Technology. The purpose of this study was to better efficiency at enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs through the use of Information Technology. Micro, Small and Medium cultivated IT base is expected will be increased competitiveness. Objective: 1) undescrebed  conditions of SMEs that have used information technology. 2) completion of a development model of IT-based marketing strategies that can be applied practically. 3) application  models empirically, and 4) unprovable  floating model application of IT-based marketing strategy. To achieve these objectives do action research approach, is research activities continued with implementation. Therefore, the model-based marketing strategy information technology into solutions for marketing problems of SMEs and increasing competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the position and function of DPS in contract making, supervision of contract implementation, and the effectiveness of contract supervision at Bank BRI Syariah Binjai Branch. In this research, the researcher conducted research using qualitative methods. Research that uses a qualitative approach aims to explore or build a proportion or explain the meaning behind reality. Researchers are based on reality or events that take place in the field. Qualitative research methods can be interpreted as research that produces descriptive data, regarding spoken and written words, and observable behavior of the people being studied. Qualitative research is also research that produces descriptions in the form of words or verbally from the phenomenon under study or from people who are competent in their fields. The results of this study are that the position and function of the DPS in drafting the BRI Syariah Bank contract is appropriate. In general, what is being done is to supervise all forms of activities related to existing contracts in the bank. This supervision also takes the form of standardizing and ratifying contract standards that apply nationally in the sense that it applies to all BRI Syariah branches, as well as assisting parties in disseminating information to BRI Syariah branches in the regions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Impact of Qardun Hasan Financing on the Well-Being of Traders in the Lambaro Banda Aceh market. The data used in this study are primary data using sequential time data. The number of samples in this study were 34 members of the Banda Aceh Baitul Misyakat Sharia Cooperative whose receipts were traders in the Lambaro Banda Aceh market using accidental sampling techniques. Data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The method of data analysis in this study used a paired t test method. The results of this study found that there was an impact on the welfare of traders as measured by religious activity, income, savings and alms. The four indicators showed an impact on the welfare of traders, this was concluded after looking at the conditions and data of traders before and after receiving Qardun Hasan's financing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of macroeconomic, CAR, and NPF variables against ROA at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri in Indonesia. The data used in this study was Time Series data from 2008-2019. The sample in this study uses the saturated or census sampling method, where the entire population is sampled.The research method used in this study is a multiple regression with the smallest quadratic equation. The results showed that simultaneously inflation, GDP, price of gold, CAR and NPF had significant effect on ROA. In partial GDP, and NPF have negative and significant effect on ROA, while inflation, gold prices, and CAR have no significant effect on ROA. The fifth ability of the variable explains ROA by 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in the study. These results are expected to be beneficial to sharia banking, especially PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Syariah in order to better improve the future performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan anggaran biaya terhadap pemasaran berbasis output Perusahaan Dropship di wilayah Surakarta. Mengetahui secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, anggaran biaya dan pemasaran berbasis output terhadap kinerja bisnis Perusahaan Dropship di wilayah Surakarta. Dalam penelitan ini yang menjadi populasi adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Dropship di wilayah Surakarta yang tergabung pada komunitas toko online sejumlah 40 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemasaran berbasis output. Anggaran biaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemasaran berbasis output. Media sosial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Anggaran biaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pemasaran berbasis output berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dari analisis jalur diketahui jalur langsung anggaran biaya berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, merupakan jalur yang dominan atau efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor basis, pertumbuhan wilayah, subsektor ekonomi dominan dan klasifikasi potensi perekonomian sektor ekonomi kreatif Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2014-2016. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis location quotient (LQ), model rasio pertumbuhan (MRP), overlay dan tipologi klassen. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan kepemimpinan karismatik terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan pada pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Bireuen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yaitu menyebarkan daftar pertanyaan kepada 98 responden di pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Bireuen. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui berita online, artikel dan sumber berita lainnya yang berkaitan dengan data yang dibutuhkan. Selain itu, peneliti juga melakukan observasi (observasi). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode struktural berdasarkan varians yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan kepemimpinan karismatik berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Bireuen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik riba dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa di Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Bireuen sebagai kontribusi dalam pelaksanaan syariat Islam di Aceh pada kegiatan ekonomi yang berbasis Pemerintahan Desa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk tujuan studi eksplorasi dan deskriptif. Menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik wawancara terstuktur dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dengan teknik trianggulasi guna meyakinkan validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana desa di Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Bireuen telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah, namun hanya pada sistem peminjaman yang diperlukan pemahaman lebih lanjut sehingga tidak terjerumus kedalam riba yang dilarang dalam Islam. Adapun pengelolaan dana desa dijalankan berdasarkan teknik trianggulasi.
