Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of product innovation and market orientation on sales performance and impact to the productinnovation in the Home Industry Keripik in Bireuen District. The result of research should be use full in practical nor theoretical, that substance on marketing development management, the specific is entrepreneur ‘home industry Keripik Bireuendistrict to increase product innovation, market orientation and sales performance. The methods of research use Quantitative Research, with the nature descriptive research and verivicative. Data collecting through questioner with field study technique, the sampling census. The field data collecting is carry on 2021. The statistic analysis technique to test the hypothesis use analysis and sobel test. Basedon analysis result influence directly effect and not directly effect find that market orientation on product innovation have a positive influent and significant on sales performance in the Home product industry Keripik Bireuen District. Based on result mediation effect test results concluded that variable of innovation mediate on effect market orientation partial to sale performance Home industry Keripik Bireuen District. The mediate test result indicate all mediation.

Abstract

Online loans are digital financial service innovations that are very touching to people in need, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. September 2020 data shows online loans have disbursed Rp. 417.6 billion to the people of Aceh. So that research on the impact of pinjol during the pandemic for the people of Aceh is important. This study uses a qualitative research type by using a literature study type of research. The results of this study indicate that online loans have a good impact in helping the difficulty of funds for the people of Aceh. However, this study also found that online loans have negative impacts that must be watched out for, including: the rise of illegal online loans, high interest rates and acts of terror and defamation that stalk users of this service

Abstract

Di zaman modern sekarang ini generasi muda merupakankomponen yang sangat berpengaruh untuk zaman ini. Karna generasi mudayang akan melanjutkan kelangsungan hidup kedepaanya. Pemahaman-pemahaman yang harus di ketahui oleh generasi muda kita sekarang terkaitdengan akademik, sosial budaya, ekonomi dan agamis. Islam telahmerangkum semuanya, dalam islam sudah diajarkan yang namanya ekonomiislam. Prinsip dasar dari ekonomi islam ini adalah semua kegiatan ekonomiitu berlandaskan Al-qur’an dan hadist dimana didalamnya melarang praktikriba. Riba merupakan bentuk tambahan dalam pembayaran sebagai tuntutanyang harus dipenuhi saat akan terjadi transaksi hutang-piutang ataupunpinjam-meminjam dan jual beli. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untukmelihat seberapa jauh pemahaman generasi muda terhadap bahaya riba dansudah sejauh apa generasi muda berkontribusi dalam aktivitas ekonomi yangbebas riba. Kami melakukan survey pada generasi di kota medan, denganmenggunakan metode kualitatif, kita dapat mengetahui bahwa generasi mudadi kota medan sudah mengetahui bahwa riba itu haram tetapi tetep sajadalam beberapa aktivitas mereka masih menggunakannya praktik riba ini.Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan seluruh generasi muda agar meninggalkan riba dan ikut membangun ekonomi Syariah yang bebas riba.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze cryptocurrencies based on the characteristics of money, legal perspective, economic perspective and sharia perspective. In this study, the methodology used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results show that in this case cryptocurrency can be accepted as money (from the perspective of money characteristics), cryptocurrency does not meet the criteria as a currency (currency perspective), cryptocurrency does not fully fulfill the function of currency (economic perspective), cryptocurrency is not a legal currency in Indonesia. (legal perspective) and the existence of two scholars' opinions (accept and prohibit) regarding cryptocurrency (sharia perspective)

Abstract

This study aims to categorize the performance measurement system and management commitment of Bengkulu regional apparatus, and obtain empirical evidence of the relationship between the performance measurement system and management commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to elements of leadership and staff involved in the planning, implementation and/or supervision process at the Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Bengkulu. The results show that the SKPD performance measurement system is categorized in the worst case with management commitment in the category of getting started but limited performance. Empirically, the performance measurement system has a relationship with management commitment.

Abstract

Human resources are the main element of an organization. To meet the need for good performance improvement in an organization, one of the ways that can be taken is by conducting training and human resource development. Pragmatically, training and development programs have a positive influence on both individuals and organizations. Training needs analysis is an activity that needs to be carried out systematically to find any gaps between the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a person needed by the organization that can be improved through training. This behavioral needs analysis will later assist the organization in using resources effectively and prevent unnecessary training activities.

Abstract

In Islamic economics, the monetary sector and the real sector must be able to go side by side. Even the monetary sector must follow developments for the real sector. The goal of Islamic economics is the creation of economic justice through equitable distribution of income, one of which is seen from the growth of the real sector, which is a representation of the level of productivity and welfare of the community. This is directly related to the business world. Therefore, when the level of community productivity increases, it will aggregately affect economic growth. On the other hand, one of the monetary instruments in Islamic economics is Islamic banking. This means that the increasing performance of Islamic banking must be in line with the increase of the real sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of increasing Islamic banking performance to economic growth through a literature study related to a qualitative approach, where the collected literature is analyzed by content analysis and the data is triangulated to make a conclusion. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic monetary instruments in the Islamic banking case contribute to economic growth through an increase from the real sector

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze how effective the Islamic monetary policy system is in maintaining or improving the performance of the real sector. And how Islamic monetary economic policy is able to maintain stability between the real sector and the monetary sector compared to the implementation of conventional monetary economic policy. The research design uses library research design (library study design). namely a research by studying, researching and reviewing relevant library materials. The data collection method used in this study is documentation, namely the method of data collection by reviewing various books (literature) that are relevant to the subject matter to be studied. With data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques, (Content Analysis) is research that is in-depth discussion of the contents of a written or printed information in the mass media. Which in the analysis it was found that Islamic monetary policy is effective in improving the performance of the real sector.

Abstract

Various studies that have been carried out in the City of Juang Bireuen to see how far mobile phone consumers have switched to other brands, the findings or results of this study show a very significant impact on the switching of mobile phone brands, so that mobile phone manufacturers are charged with the desires that are of interest to consumers. The results carried out in the City of Juang Bireuen with respondents who had changed to another cellphone brand at least 1 time with 100 respondents the sample population showed that all averages were influenced by advertisements, price changes, and dissatisfaction in a cellphone brand, causing brand switching. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on the transfer of mobile phone brands. Likewise, price changes have a positive and significant effect on the transfer of mobile phone brands. Both with dissatisfaction have a positive effect on switching brands of mobile phones. Price changes strengthen the relationship between advertising and brand switching with interaction, meaning that price changes are purely an interaction variable. Likewise, price changes strengthen the relationship between dissatisfaction with brand switching and interaction. Based on the results of this study, there are several recommendations for consumers and mobile phone manufacturers, with increasing consumer interest in changing cellphone brands, it is an important task for manufacturers to be able to satisfy consumer desires

Abstract

This reasearch purpose to examine the Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility both simultaneously and partially to Firm Value on Indonesian Banks in the period of 2011-2015. The methode of analysis used in this reasearch is path analysis for hypotesting test and SPSS for classic assumption test. The type used in this reasearch is study are causality, using purposive sampling method and unbalanced panel data. The object of this reasearch consists of 11 banks with 38 observational data. The results show that (1) Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility simultaneously no influence to firm value; (2) Good Corporate Governance has no influence to firm value; (3) Corporate Social Responsibility has no influence to firm value.
