Abstract

One of the factors that attracts investors is dividend policy. A good profit-sharing system reflects the strength of the business and a solid management system, allowing investment to come in. However, in its implementation, dividend policy is strongly influenced by the ownership structure and internal conditions of the company. Therefore, this study aims to analyze which factors have a high probability of dividend policy decisions in companies that are members of LQ-45. Fundamentally, this research is included in the quantitative category with regression analysis techniques. A total of 45 companies were selected selectively using judgment techniques. The findings from the analysis confirm that the profitability factor regressively has the best and most positive relationship. That is, dividend policy is very dependent on how much profit is earned. Meanwhile, the EVA and Cash Turnover factors proved quantitatively not to be a strong consideration factor in making and making dividend policy decisions. Likewise with managerial ownership, that companies incorporated in LQ-45 shares tend to be professional in determining dividend policy, so that the managerial structure aspect does not affect dividend policy. However, simultaneously all factors have a positive possibility in influencing dividend policy. This means that the existence of cash turnover, EPS, management ownership structure and EVA together contributes to the determination of dividend policy, but is not based on a partial perspective. Keywords: Management Ownership Structure, EPS, Cash Turnover, EVA, Dividend Policy

This study aims to determine work, family and college conflicts and explore various strategies to overcome conflicts used by Pamulang University students in carrying out multiple roles. Qualitative research methods were used for this research. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. Respondents who became the subject of this study were determined through three criteria. The collected data were analyzed and concluded. Research results Work, family and college conflicts experienced by Pamulang University students are caused by pressure in lectures such as, lecture materials, coursework, lecture time, time to do college assignments, tuition fees, missing lecture information, forgetting to do college assignments, problems knowledge. While the pressure at work such as, a lot of work volume, complex work that requires extra brain performance, short time to complete work, infrastructure that is considered lacking, the presence of a leader who does not fit, co-workers who are less comfortable, canteen menus that are considered inadequate. expensive. In addition, the dual roles that are carried out simultaneously also cause their own pressure, for example the pressure to complete work and college assignments at the same time. Various strategies taken by students in carrying out multiple roles in order to minimize conflict and even to resolve conflicts and can lead students to achieve the desired goals. The strategy adopted is adjusted to the type of conflict that exists. Every conflict, pressure requires resolution separately or not the same between one pressure with another pressure. Keywords : Work Life Balance, Multiple Roles

Abstract

Work motivation is a psychological factor for performance, achievement, and work productivity. That is, morale is a variable that determines the quality of work implementation, the extent to which employees have a high desire and a feeling of optimism in achieving the goals that have been set. This study aims to reveal the possibility of work motivation in terms of culture and management control aspects. The research method uses causal association, with a total of 120 respondents. The analysis technique uses a linear regression statistical approach. The results showed that work culture can explain work motivation with a regression estimate of 0.701 and management control has a role of 0.718. This finding, in comparison, states that employees have a tendency to be very enthusiastic if the company implements a good control function. This can happen because control affects employees' feelings of discomfort at work, so that the opportunities for laziness and or lack of responsibility are reduced. In addition, the implementation of management control gives birth to the assumption that employees feel cared for, so they are enthusiastic about carrying out their duties. Keywords: Work Culture, Management Control, Work Motivation

Abstract

Technological advances in the 4.0 era have made digitalization technology develop more rapidly where information can be obtained more quickly and this of course has an impact on the efficiency of data use in the company. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of data use based on data digitization and archive security at PT Angkasa Pura II, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is causal associative with multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study uses digitized data, data security and frequency of data usage. The results of this study are data digitization (X1) shows a significant effect on the efficiency of data use (Y). Archive security (X2) shows a significant effect on the efficiency of data use (Y). Furthermore, data digitization and archive security simultaneously have a significant effect on the efficiency of data use. Statistically, the coefficient of determination with an R-square value of 0.489 indicates that the contribution of data digitization and archive security to the efficiency of data use is 48.9% and the remaining 51.1% can be explained from other variables. It can be concluded that with the development of digitalization technology, it is easier for people to use data. The development of digitalization technology, both directly and indirectly, has affected the company's performance which is becoming more efficient in the use of its data so that it has an impact on faster information obtained that can support the decision-making process in a company. Keywords: Digitization, Archive Security, Data Use Efficiency

Abstract

The rapid population growth in urban cities has mushroomed the housing business, including in the city of South Tangerang. As a buffer city for the capital city, South Tangerang is an option for urban communities to live/settle. This is an opportunity for housing businesses to be able to take advantage of this opportunity by offering profitable housing for consumers, such as strategic locations (close proximity and access to adequate mobility). In line with this explanation, the purpose of this study is to determine consumer buying interest based on housing location considerations. The object of this research is the Vinus 88 Residences housing which was built by PT Multi Sarana Satria. The research subjects are consumers who have bought a house, totaling 100 respondents. This research was conducted primarily by distributing questionnaires. Because the research uses a quantitative approach, the data collected will be processed using statistical regression techniques through the SPSS application. The results of the study show that the location factor is a priority factor for urban communities. This is motivated by considerations of work location or distance from home to workplace. Therefore, housing with a strategic location, which is close and has adequate vehicle access, will be more desirable to buy. Keywords: Housing, Urban City, Buying Interest, Strategic Location

Abstract

One of the realistic steps taken by the Director General of Taxes is to provide tax services that make it easier for people to pay taxes. This principle is based on a thought about building awareness through an emotional approach. That the people as citizens need to be served well by the state, especially in terms of fulfilling their obligations. The state must be present as a facilitator who provides a sense of comfort and fun. This study aims to see the effect of electronic-based tax service innovation, especially in terms of reporting in an effort to increase taxpayer participation. Respondents in this study were private taxpayers who were in the tax office area of Central Jakarta, totaling 100 people. The data collection technique was carried out by giving primary questionnaires. In general, this study uses a positivism/quantitative approach with linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a strong relationship between tax revenue and taxpayer participation with electronic tax reporting factors. This confirms that innovation in tax services is a technical factor that influences awareness of paying taxes. Keywords:        Electronic-Based Tax Innovation, E-SPT, Taxpayers, Awareness of Paying Taxes
