In principle, this research focuses on the study of product quality which has implications for loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening. The scientific method used in describing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions is based on quantitative. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression statistics, which in its operation uses data from the distribution of questionnaires. Sampling was done at simple random to 97 consumers of PT. Kobe Main Cuisine. The results of the study explain that the quality of a product affects consumers' emotions, which then results in feelings of pleasure or satisfaction, from these positive feelings, an experience is built that directs consumers to always make repeated purchases. Abstract

Awareness of paying taxes is the result of many factors, ranging from knowledge about taxes to the benefits of taxes received. Therefore, the government needs to make more efforts to win the hearts of the people so that awareness of paying taxes increases. Several things that need to be done are about how to motivate through friendly and pleasant tax services, to imposing sanctions on taxpayers who are clearly absent. The purpose of this research is to look at some of the internal and external factors that may influence the awareness of paying taxes. This study applies quantitative techniques with numerical data as a basis for drawing conclusions. The research data were processed using moderating-based regression statistical techniques. The research sample is 100 respondents, who are taxpayers in the South Jakarta area. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling by distributing questionnaires. The results of the study state that awareness of paying taxes is a condition in which taxpayers are aware of their role in contributing to national development through taxes. Therefore, emotional factors such as providing motivation and tax services are one of the stimuli that strengthen awareness of paying taxes. Likewise with sanctions, sometimes some people feel reluctant to pay taxes, so imposing sanctions is an effective thing to do.Keywords:   Taxpayers, Tax Awareness, Desire to Pay Taxes, Services and Sanctions, National Development, Financial Conditions

Abstract

There will always be obstacles at work, and the most common one is work stress. The cause of work stress can occur from small things, such as misperceptions, miscommunication, misbehavior, and so on. However, there are other positive factors that also improve performance, one of which is work rules. Work rules become guidelines in disciplining measurable work behavior, so that work results are in accordance with standards. Based on this background, this study aims to analyze negative and positive factors at work, which have implications for performance. The research is built on a quantitative basis, so the basis for disclosing phenomena is the numbers tested by the regression statistical method. The research subjects were private bank employees in the urban city, South Tangerang. Data is collected primary/directly by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The number of samples used was 60 people with census techniques. The results of the study show that there is a significant difference in the effect of discipline and work stress on performance. As it turns out, negative factors such as stress have a stronger power on decreased performance, compared to positive factors such as discipline. So, it is understandable, that suppressing negative factors such as stress, workload, conflict and so on will further maximize the work potential of employees. Then the company increases other positive work factors. Keywords: Positive-Negative Work Factors, Rules, Stress, Performance, Work Achievement

This study aims to describe and analyze performance improvement based on discipline aspects. The research principle used is quantitative with associative methods. The analysis technique of the research results uses linear regression statistics with the stages of testing including; validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The object of the research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Sawangan, Depok, and the sample of the research was 50 teachers. Research data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the study explain, if the performance will increase significantly, if the teacher's discipline behavior increases.
