Abstract

Coconut is one of the leading agricultural commodities in Seruyan Regency. In household coconut farming, coconut farmers are always faced with risks, especially production and product price risks. The existence of production risks and product prices will affect the economic behavior of coconut farmer households. The aims of this research are: to analyze production risk and product price risk in farming activities, to predict coconut production if there is a risk due to reduction in coconut trees. Farmer households that were sampled in the study totaled 200 households spread across the East Seruyan Hilir District, Seruyan Regency. Results in the study It is known that the average age of coconut plants owned by farmers is 28.79 years, with the oldest coconut being 46 years old. This indicates that the coconut plants in the study area are still classified as productive (<100 years). Based on the distribution, the age of the farmers' coconut plants is dominated by those aged 16-25 years with a percentage of 41.00 percent. While farmers who have coconut plants with age more than 45 years by 1 percent. So that the price of one coconut tree due to the risk of reducing coconut trees, the price of one tree is obtained as follows. Meanwhile, based on Table 12 it is known that the average price of coconuts that is often received (normal price) by coconut farming households is IDR 1,497/item. Meanwhile, the highest average price of coconut ever received by a coconut farmer household was Rp. 1,984/item and the lowest price ever received by an average coconut farmer household was Rp. 1,034. So that compensation for logging coconut trees is Rp. 10,628,700.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Jet Technology Express (J&T Express) Ciledug Tangerang Drop Center Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling where the entire population was used as a sample, in this study there were 55 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive influence between work stress and employee performance partially. Where is the simple linear regression equation Y = 16.243 + 0.678 X1 means that it has a positive effect, the reliability test r = 0.948 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 48.9% and the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors, the t test is tcount 7.115 > ttable 2.00665 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the physical work environment and employee performance partially. Where is the simple linear regression equation Y = 31.298 + 0.328 X2 means that it has a positive effect, the reliability test r = 0.881 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 20.6% and the remaining 80.4% is influenced by other factors, the t test is tcount 3.706 > ttable 2.00665 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the variables of work stress and the physical work environment on employee performance simultaneously, where the multiple regression equation Y = 15.932 + 0.805X1 +0.125X2 means a positive effect, the reliability test r = 0.956 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination of 50.1% and the remaining 49.9% which is influenced by other factors, the f test of fcount 26.134 > ftable 3.172 means that it can be concluded that the variables of work stress and physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Work Stress, Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk 2012-2021. This type of quantitative research, quantitative research is research that does not focus too much on the depth of the data, the important thing is to be able to record as much data as possible from a large population, even though the research population is large but can easily be analyzed either through statistical or computer formulas so that solving research problems it is dominated by statistics. In this study the authors chose the research location at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia (JPFA) Tbk, the company has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia (JPFA) is an agri-food company. Its core activities include the manufacture of animal feed, chicken farming, poultry processing and aquaculture. The company started commercial operations in January 1971. The research method used is quantitative and uses statistical analysis and financial ratios. This research was carried out in stages starting from preliminary studies, preparing proposals, collecting and collecting data, to processing data. Abstract

This study describes how the development of consumer behavior research on social media, the types of research and objects on buying interest and buying decisions on social media, and the determining factors that determine this. All of them are summarized through a systematic literature review of 73 journals that are used as references. In collecting journals, the researcher used the PICO approach to formulate research questions and the use of protocols in the process of inclusion and exclusion of research journals. It was found that the quantitative research approach still dominates research with that theme, the object of research on beauty and fashion, websites and e-commerce, food and beverages, and services, which are the most widely discussed themes in reference journals, while the determinant factors that determine consumer buying interest in the media are, among others, attention, interaction, and communication of members of social media, as well as ease of access. Abstract

PT. XYZ, which is tasked with assisting companies in carrying out information activities, including specific information systems, general information, multimedia and opinion counters within the company, has a very important role in publicizing and disseminating various company activities and leadership policies throughout Indonesia. With limited employees who are superior, qualified, professional and competent in providing better public services, it is necessary to increase the quality and quantity of employees in carrying out their duties. One of the factors that influence the performance of PT. XYZ in this study is digitization. The purpose of digitization is to make it easier for employees to convey, provide, compile and explain information received by PT. XYZ to be processed and used as information suitable for consumption by the public. In carrying out its work, information systems require good data center support. This data center is big data for all levels of Company information, where all information can be accessed through the data center. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of digitization and data center on the performance of PT. XYZ employees. The sample used in this study were PT. XYZ employees totaling 99 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, where not every respondent has the same opportunity to be sampled. The results in this study based on SPSS processing obtained the calculated t value for the digitization variable of 3.395 and the data center was 7.238, while the t table obtained was 1.661. This means that if t count > t table and the significance value is <0.05. So that it can be interpreted that there is an influence between digitalization and data center partially on performance. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value for the digitization and data center variables simultaneously is 54.697 while the f table obtained from the f table search is 3.091. So the results state that there is an influence between digitalization and the data center simultaneously on the performance of PT. XYZ employees. While the value of r2 = 0.533 which means that 53.3% of the performance variables can be explained by digitalization and the data center while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model studied.Keywords: Digitization, Data Center, Performance, Employees, Management

Abstract

This study explains the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Quantitative research methods with cross-sectional techniques were used to reach 140 employees of PT Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan. The data analysis method uses the SEM method with the AMOS 21 program. This study provides findings indicating that Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment has an influence on Employee Performance. However, there is no effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. In addition, this research shows the importance of Organizational Culture in an organization to encourage employees to improve performance and achieve the targets desired by the company.

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja atau produktivitas seseorang dalam bekerja, salah satunya adalah mendapatkan jabatan yang lebih tinggi. Namun, ada beberapa hal yang menjadi pertimbangan perusahaan dalam memberikan promosi, antara lain karyawan yang terlatih, berpengalaman, dan berkompeten. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji kemampuan variabel pengembangan karir sebagai faktor yang memperkuat peningkatan kinerja dengan melihat variabel pelatihan, pengalaman dan keterampilan kerja. Untuk menindaklanjuti tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode ilmiah berbasis kuantitatif untuk mengungkapkan hasil penelitian. Sumber data penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan Fouher Popular Internasional yang berjumlah 130 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana. Data penelitian diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dapat memperkuat kinerja secara positif. Artinya, pengembangan karir dapat menjadi faktor yang mendorong seorang karyawan untuk bekerja lebih baik dan berorientasi pada kinerja atau produktif. Namun faktor pengembangan karir akan tercapai jika karyawan tersebut telah memenuhi harapan perusahaan, yaitu terlatih untuk bekerja secara profesional, memiliki pengalaman yang luas, dan mampu bekerja dengan keterampilan yang tinggi.

Abstract

The organization is a place for several people or groups of people who carry out activities in achieving goals. In achieving its goals, the organization consists of organizations that have profit and non-profit goals. The development of both profit and non-profit organizations requires a leader with leadership skills. This study analyzes Servant Leadership in non-profit organizations. The method used is qualitative with a case study in a non-profit organization in the South Tangerang area. The study involved four informants with focus group discussions. Each informant gave a statement on the questions posed. The results of this focus group discussion obtained 5 categories of servant leadership in non-profit organizations. The five categories of servant leadership are (1) delegation, (2) integrity, (3) motivation, (4) human resource development, and (5) open communication.Keywords: Servant Leadership, Leadership, Non-Profit Organization

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2003 tentang Keuangan Negara yang menekankan pada basis kinerja dalam penganggaran menjadi landasan penting bagi orientasi baru ini di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2004 tentang Keuangan Negara membuka koridor baru bagi penerapan basis kinerja ini di lingkungan instansi pemerintah. Dimana dalam pasal 68 dan pasal 69 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2004 disebutkan bahwa instansi pemerintah yang tugas pokok dan fungsinya memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, termasuk pelayanan pemerintahan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah daerah dapat menerapkan pola pengelolaan keuangan yang fleksibel dengan menonjolkan produktivitas, efisiensi dan efektivitas. . Salah satunya adalah laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LAKIP), laporan ini juga dimaksudkan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi dalam upaya pencapaian visi, misi, tujuan dan program terkait transparansi dan akuntabilitas kepada pihak internal. dan masyarakat, namun selama ini masyarakat dan masyarakat belum melakukannya. Akademisi PEMKO TANGERANG SELATAN yang merupakan bagian dari pihak yang berkepentingan (stakeholders) belum mendapatkan informasi tentang pengelolaan dana tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan wawancara yang dilakukan di unit kehumasan (Humas), diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Sejak tahun 2007, pengelolaan keuangan negara menggunakan Sistem Akuntansi Aplikasi (SAI) yang terbagi menjadi 2 unit yang tidak terpisahkan, yaitu Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan (SAI). ) dan Sistem Akuntansi Barang Milik Negara (SABMN) yang saat ini berganti nama menjadi Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Akuntansi Banrang Milik Negara (SIMAKBMN). Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan oleh suatu instansi pada dasarnya mengacu pada sistem akuntansi instansi (SAI). Sistem Akuntansi Instansi (SAI) merupakan salah satu subsistem dari Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan Pusat (SAPP), sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Keuangan no. 171/PMK.05/2007 tentang Sistem Akuntansi dan Pelaporan Keuangan Pemerintah Pusat, SAI adalah rangkaian prosedur manual dan terkomputerisasi mulai dari pengumpulan data, pencatatan, pengikhtisaran sampai dengan pelaporan posisi keuangan dan kegiatan keuangan pada Kementerian Negara/Lembaga. 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, asas-asas umum pemerintahan yang baik dijadikan asas dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah, sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pasal 20 ayat (1) UU No.32 Tahun 2004.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh potongan harga, in-store display dan store atmosphere terhadap pembelian impulsif di kalangan konsumen Indomaret. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FISIP UPN Veteran Jawa Timur yang pernah berkunjung dan melakukan transaksi atau pembelian di gerai Indomaret. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 100 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua instrumen dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji f dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel price discount, in-store display dan store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen Indomaret. Secara parsial Diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif di kalangan konsumen Indomaret. Secara parsial, In-Store Display berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif pada konsumen Indomaret.
