Abstract

The basic idea of linking various social welfare development services is to distribute charity equally across the nation in accordance with human rights standards. Based on human rights, quality services have become a necessity. Social services are very important because human rights requirements and good quality services are needs that cannot be denied. Therefore, social services need to be planned systematically and meet the standardization of service quality in line with the philosophy and professional needs of the state. In the future, in the conditions and situations of the development of social problems and community demands, social workers are needed to lead social welfare development programs and policies, based on justice for all and protection of human rights. So, the writing of this article aims to change the way people think and promote the existence of social workers as a profession in the eyes of the public, not only as a non-profit activity, but as a profession with knowledge, skills and values in practice.

Abstract

This writing aims to discuss the application of a sociological approach in non-formal education. Sociology is a science that studies human relations with humans. The sociological approach in non-formal education is to look at relationships and apply sociological principles in implementing learning in non-formal education. Abstract

The background to this research is the low learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang. This is thought to be due to the poor application of problem based learning methods so that the learning outcomes of course participants are low. The objectives of the research are: 1) To find out the description of the application of the Problem Based Learning method to the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang, 2) To find out the description of the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKPSmart College Padang, 3) To find out the relationship between the application of the method Problem Based Learning on the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang.This type of research is correlational, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 30 people and a sample of 21 people whose sample was determined using the Simple Random Sampling method. Then a questionnaire is used to collect data. As well as data analysis techniques using percentage and rank order formulas.The results of the research show that: 1) The description of the application of the Problem Based Learning method among computer course participants at Smart College Padang is categorized as low; 2) A description of the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang is categorized as low. 3) A description of the significant relationship between the application of the problem based learning method and the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang.The research suggestions are: 1) It is hoped that instructors can innovate regarding learning methods so that they can become good and appropriate learning methods for course participants to learn. 2) It is hoped that course participants will be able to learn and adapt learning methods so that they can maximize learning outcomes. 3) It is hoped that future researchers will innovate and research new variables to add variables and complete them.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of skills of the Nagari Durian Gadang community, the high unemployment rate of the Durian Gadang community, and the lack of public knowledge about culinary procedures. Therefore, training was held in the culinary field to increase interest in entrepreneurship in the community and to reduce unemployment in Nagari Durian Gadang. This study aims to: (1) explain the description of interest in entrepreneurship based on the aspect of choosing activities based on one's own desires and the wishes of others, (2) explain the description of interest in entrepreneurship based on aspects of feelings of interest in entrepreneurship. , (3) explaining the description of interest in entrepreneurship based on aspects of the feeling of pleasure in entrepreneurship, and (4) explaining the description of interest in entrepreneurship based on the aspect of determining the choice of activities from one's own desires and the will of others, (5) explaining the description of interest in entrepreneurship based on the aspect of taking risks.This type of research is a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive analysis. The population in this study were 40 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, a sample of 20 people. Data collection technique is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentages to see a picture of entrepreneurial interest.The results of the conclusions of this study indicate that (1) the interest in entrepreneurship in culinary training graduates at Nagari Durian Gadang based on the sub-variable makes the choice of activity categorized as good, (2) the interest in entrepreneurship in culinary training graduates in Nagari Durian Gadang based on the sub-variable feels interested in entrepreneurship categorized as good, (3) interest in entrepreneurship in culinary training graduates at Nagari Durian Gadang based on the sub-variable feels good about entrepreneurship is categorized as good, (4) interest in entrepreneurship in culinary training graduates at Nagari Durian Gadang based on the sub-variable desire to do entrepreneurship is categorized as good. (5) the interest in entrepreneurship in culinary training graduates at Nagari Durian Gadang based on the risk-taking sub-variable is categorized as good.Keywords: Interest in Entrepreneurship, Culinary Training.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the uniqueness of efforts to form the character of early childhood through Taekwondo which is useful and can increase the potential and shape the character of children for the better. character building for early childhood through taekwondo at Dojang SMAN 1 Bonjol. This study aims to reveal the method of character building for early childhood through learning martial arts taekwondo at Dojang SMAN 1 Bonjol. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were trainers/sabeum, PAUD parents, and the person in charge of group taekwondoin. The technique used in data collection is by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was obtained by using triangulation of sources and theories. The results of the study reveal that efforts to form the character of early childhood through taekwondo aim to make taekwondoin have character, confidence, responsibility, discipline, and courage in taekwondo, and with tiered learning that is used can make children's characters become more disciplined and responsible, by a taekwondoin-level learning system with a higher level is in charge of each group and the trainer/sabeum monitors and provides direction if there are children who are not serious in training.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss liberalism in the development of non-formal education. Liberalism is a part that can develop non-formal education. Indeed individualism, rsionalism, freedom and responsibility are the ideals championed by liberalism, although in real practice the ideal values referred to by liberalism have not been fully realized. Non-formal education is education whose implementation is outside the formal channels that have flexibility in its implementation, therefore liberalism is an understanding that emphasizes freedom but still within the limits of reasonable freedom that is still bound by rules. In the implementation of non-formal education, liberalism is very good to apply where citizens can freely determine what they need without being bound by the system or rules. Abstract

This study was motivated by the poor academic performance of Group C trainees at PKBM Farila Ilmi Padang City. This is attributed to the tutor's interpersonal communication. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the interpersonal communication of tutors, (2) to describe the learning outcomes of the learning community, and (3) to examine the relationship between the communication among the tutors. individual tutors and learning outcomes from the learning community. . Meet. This study included a quantitative correlation study. The population studied was Ms. Farila Ilmi, resident of PKBM Package C. Technical data were collected using a questionnaire designed in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using percentage formula and product time correlation formula. As a result, (1) the tutor's interpersonal communication is still ineffective, (2) the student achievement at PKBM Farila Ilmi is low, and (3) there is a significant difference between the communication between students. individual tutors and student learning outcomes. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of religious knowledge among the Andilan community in Pasaman Regency, allegedly caused by several factors, one of which is the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim" (religious study gatherings) at Pusaka Mosque in Andilan, Pasaman Regency. This study aims to understand the description of the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim," assess the level of religious knowledge among the community, and determine the relationship between the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim" and the level of religious knowledge among the community in Andilan, Pasaman Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study uses a sample of 80%, or 32 members of the "majelis," out of a total population of 42 members, selected through random sampling technique. Data collection tools include questionnaires and closed tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim" in Andilan, Pasaman Regency, is classified as low; (2) the level of religious knowledge among the community participating in "majelis taklim" in Andilan, Pasaman Regency, is categorized as low; and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim" and the level of religious knowledge among the community in Andilan, Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of residents studying package C for sociology subjects at PKBM Surya Amanah, Pasaman Regency, this is related to the application of the tutor's andragogy principle in learning activities. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. The population of this research is all residents studying package C PKBM Surya Amanah, totaling 96 people. While the samples taken were 50% of the population, namely 49 residents studied with stratified random sampling technique. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires and interviews to obtain initial data. With the data analysis technique using descriptive and correlational (product moment) and using the help of IBM SPSS (Statistical package and service solution) version 24. The results showed that: (1) the application of the principle of andragogy tutor package C in PKBM Surya Amanah was categorized quite low. (2) the motivation to learn package C at PKBM Surya Amanah is categorized as low. and (3) there is a significant relationship between the application of andragogy principles with learning motivation in package C at PKBM Surya Amanah, Pasaman Regency.Keywords: Application of Andragogy Principles, Learning Motivation

Abstract

The background of this research is the high perception of participants at LKP Yuko Tesa Mirai Padang because it is a special Japanese-language education and training center that provides opportunities for people who wish to have the opportunity to work abroad, especially Japan. This study aims to (1) describe the perceptions of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants towards the teaching staff, (2) describe the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants' perceptions of the facilities, (3) describe the perceptions of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants towards learning media, (4) describe the participants' perceptions Japanese Intern Training Center Batusangkar on learning materials. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were 28 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling of 20 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage technique to see the perceptions of the students of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center. The results of the conclusions of this study indicate that the perceptions of students from the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center based on all indicators are categorized as good, this is evidenced by the high percentage in the always category.
