Abstract

This research is motivated by the success of citizens learning in training to open their own businesses, such as receiving wages for orders from suppliers and neighbors. This study aims to see (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in training (2) the extrinsic motivation of the learning population in the training. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with the circulation of 20 people studying. The sample from this study is the total population of 20 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires) and data collection tools are a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in attending the training was high, (2) the extrinsic motivation of extrinsic learning residents in training was high.Keywords: Motivation, Training

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan menurunnya kehadiran warga belajar program paket C setara SMA di Muara Sakai kecamatan Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.  Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui hambatan warga belajar dalam proses pembelajaran program paket C setara SMA di Muara Sakai Kecamatan Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan: a) gambaran warga belajar di lihat dari segi  minat dalam  pembelajaran b) gambaran warga belajar  dilihat dari segi ketersediaan waktu dalam pembelajaran c) gambaran warga belajar di lihat dari segi kesibukan pekerjaan.  Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga  belajar  dalam pembelajaran paket C  yang berjumlah 30 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan angket. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan dengan rumus persentase. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan  bahwa  warga belajar mengalami hambatan belajar pada program kesetaraan paket C di tinjau dari aspek: a) minat warga belajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran memiliki hambatan pada tingkat sedang, b) ketersediaan waktu menjadi hambatan bagi warga belajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, pada tingkat sedang, c) kesibukan bekerja bagi warga belajar  menjadi hambatan warga belajar untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, hambatan ini tergolong dalam kategori sedang. Dari kesimpulan yang telah dikemukakan di atas, maka di sarankan Tutor sebaiknya merancang pembelajaran yang menarik minat warga belajar dan dapat memotivasi warga belajar agar lebih rajin mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Learning methods used by the narasumber training early childhood educators which is affecting the continuity of training participants in the learning process and learning methods are the ways of doing things or presenting, explaining, giving examples, and providing the training to participants of that training to achieve the identified objectives/ goals. Learning methods used by the narasumber training early childhood educators are communicative method, discussion method, demonstration method, and method of work trips. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, the subject of the research is the training participants early childhood educators in SKB Lima Puluh Kota. The result of this research shows that the narasumber has implemented communicative method, discussion method, demonstration method, work trips method of learning according to most of the training participants.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the success of Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Padang as a place that creates competent workforce through the implementation of On Job Training. The purpose of this study is to see an implementation of On job Training in Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Padang. Thisresearch is quantitative descriptive reseaech. The population of this studyare 16 participants and the writer use census method to get the data. Thetools that being use in this research is a questionnaire sheets contains a list of statements.The data is analyze by using percentage formulas. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of On Job Training in terms of the stages of preparation, work practices, monitoring and evaluation are running well. The writer suggestions to this research are expected that participants can be involved in On Job Training preparation to support their implementation at working practices and also expected to provide assistance to participants in order to improve their competence in a real work and also it is hoped participants and organizers will do an evaluation to achieve On Job Training goals.Keywords: Training, Balai Latihan Kerja, On Job Training

Abstract

This research is motivated by the success of institutions in developing the quality of tutoring institutions for early childhood (AUD). This study aims to describe the performance of educators which include (1) planning learning, (2) implementing learning, (3) assessing learning outcomes, (4) guiding and training students, (5) carrying out additional tasks. This study includes quantitative descriptive research, which describes the data as it is. The population consisted of fifty-four people and a sample of thirty-eight people was determined based on the sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling technique. Data collection tools using questionnaires and data analysis using percentage formulas. The results showed that, the performance of Bimba AIUEO educators in Padang was relatively high. This can be seen in the aspects of (1) planning learning, (2) implementing learning, (3) assessing learning outcomes, (4) guiding and training students, (5) carrying out additional tasks. Suggestions that all aspects of the educator's performance can be used by other educators.Keywords: Performance of Educators, Course and Training Institutions (LKP)

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low participation of participants in posyandu activities, the authors suspect this was due to a lack of cadre performance in carrying out and running all the hybrid five posyandu. The objectives of this study were (1) to describe the performance of cadres in posyandu activities (2) to describe the participation of participants in posyandu activities (3) to see the relationship between cadre performance in posyandu activities and participation of participants. This research includes correlational research. The population of this study is mothers have children who are included in the age group of toddlers in the posyandu, amounting to 35 people. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, while the data collection tool used is a quensioner. The research variable is the performance of cadres (variavel X) and participant participation (variable Y), then the data is processed using a percentage formula to see the picture and product moment formula to see the relationship between the two variables. The results of the research show that (1) cadre performance in posyandu activities is poor (2) participant participation in health service posyandu activities is low (3) there is a relationship between cadre performance and participation in posyandu activities in the pukesmas Nagari Sungai Tunu Utara. Suggestions for researching are: to posyandu cadres to improve cadre performance in carrying out posyandu activities.Keywords: Cadre Performance, Participant Participation, Posyandu Activities

Abstract

AbstrakFenomena yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini, masih banyak orang tua tidakpeduli terhadap PAUD. Dibuktikan dari 160 anak di RW 07 Kelurahan Seberang Padangterdaftar pada tahap umur usia dini tetapi yang menjalani pendidikan di PAUDKhairunnissa hanya 30 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubunganpersepsi dengan sikap orangtua dalam pendidikan anak usia dini di PAUD KhairunnisaSeberang Padang Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang.Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orangtua anak usia dini yangberjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket dengan Skala Likert.Teknik analisis data menggunakan Program SPSS Versi 17. Penelitian mengungkapkanbahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dengan sikap orang tua dalampendidikan anak usia dini dengan r hitung > r tabel. Saran dalam penelitian inikeberadaan PAUD di sosialisasikan kepada masyarakat terutama pada orang tua yanganaknya belum mengenyam pendidikan usia dini.Diharapkan bagi pendidik PAUD untuklebih meningkatkan mutu dalam belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The current state of affairs in early childhood is the dominant type of aggressive emotion. Negative emotions (aggressive) can arise when the child is in school, so the teacher demands a role in managing the child's emotions. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the teacher's role in managing negative (aggressive) emotions in early childhood. The design of writing this article is a literature study. The teacher's role in managing negative emotions in children is to provide warmth to children, create comfort in school, reduce the level of frustration or pressure, use storytelling methods, role play, and sociodramas that use puppets in learning, give direction to aggressive children by speaking softly - slowly use positive sentences, and provide rewards for changing aggressive behavior.Keywords: Teacher's Role, Negative Emotions

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya terjadi pernikahan dini di Kenegarian Rabijonggor, hal ini terkait dengan rendahnya latar belakang pendidikan remaja yang melaksanakan pernikahan dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua remaja yang melaksanakan pernikahan dini, selama tahun 2012 di Kenagarian Rabijonggor yang berjumlah 97 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan area random sampling, yaitu sampel diambil 50%. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan chi kuadrat. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) remaja yang melaksanakan pernikahan muda di Kenagarian rabjonggor rata-berlatar belakang sangat rendah, (2) ramaja yang melaksanakan pernikahan dini di Kenagarian rabijonggor rata-rata berusia sangat muda, (3) terdapat hubungan yang siknifikan antara latar belakang pendidikan dengan usia pernikahan dini. Diharapkan kepada tokoh masyarakat, depertemen agama, lembaga kemasyarakatan, KUA, dan dinas pendidikan memberikan pemahaman tentang pernikahan dan pernikahan dini. Dan disarankan kepada peneliti lanjutan untuk dapat meneliti dampak negatif pernikahan usia dini

Abstract

This research is background many problems of early childhood deviant behavior in Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district. This is alleged lack of social control of parent to behavior of early child in Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district. This study aims to look at the picture of parental social control and behavior of deviant early childhood in Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district. This research was quantitative correlation type with using propotional random sampling. The data collection technique was a questionnaire and the data collection toll in the form of sheet statement. Data analysis tecniques using the formula persentages and product moment. The Reserch found that (1) the social control of parents in Jorong Koto Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district still low, (2) deviant behavior of children early age is encourage in Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district relatively high, (3) there is a significant relationship between the social control of parents with early childhood deviant behavior Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district.Keywords: Parental Social Control, Deviant Behaviour, Early Childhood
