Spesifikasi kajian ditujukan untuk pengalaman, pengembangan, dan menjelaskan tentang sejarah, filosofi, prinsip-prinsip, kebijakan, desain, dan teknologi yang digunakan dan dikembangkan dalam layanan pendidikan di luar sistem persekolahan.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya jumlah anak yang berasal dari luar Kelurahan Balai Jariang yang sekolah di PAUD Permata Bunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan motivasi orang tua luar kelurahan Balai Jariang memasukkan anaknya ke PAUD Permata Bunda (SPNF-SKB) Kota Payakumbuh yang dilihat dari segi : (1) pengelolaan, (2) pembiayaan pendidikan, (3) sarana dan prasarana, (4) lingkungan sekolah.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu menggambarkan data sebagaimana adanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dan sampel berjumlah 24 orang ditetapkan berdasarkan teknik penarikan sampel yaitu teknik cluster random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1) motivasi orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke PAUD Permata Bunda dilihat dari segi pengelolaan dikategorikan cukup tinggi, (2) motivasi orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke PAUD Permata Bunda dilihat dari segi pembiayaan pendidikan dikategorikan cukup tinggi, (3) motivasi orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke PAUD Permata Bunda dilihat dari segi lingkungan dikategorikan cukup tinggi. (4) motivasi orang tua memasukkan anaknya ke PAUD Permata Bunda dilihat dari segi sarana dan prasarana dikategorikan cukup tinggi.

This research is motivated by the success of parents in the Taman Pendidikan Alquran (TPA) Jorong Bonjo, this is seen from the provision of learning facilities by parents at home. The purpose of this study is to describe the provision of learning facilities by parents at home in terms of study space, learning atmosphere, and learning aids. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is the child's parents. The sampling technique in this research is cluster random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool questionnaire. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage. From the results of the study showed that: the availability of study space by parents in the learning process of children at home, realization of a comfortable learning by parents in the process of learning at home, the availability of learning aids by parents in the process of learning children at home.Keywords: Study Room, Learning Atmosphere, Learning Aids

The research was distributed by low motivation citizens learn in following the process of learning, this is allegedly due to lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors on equality program Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City. This type of research using quantitative methods korelasional. The population in this research study program is a citizen equality Package B in the town of Padang Panjang SPNF SKB of 20 people. The number of samples is as many as 15 people. The technique of sampling using stratified random sampling. This research data analysis techniques using percentage and rank order. On the results of the research can be seen that (1) the lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors, (2) lack of motivation in learning citizens follow the learning process, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the skill of giving reinforcement by tutors with the motivation of learning in the citizens equality Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City.Keywords: Reinforcement, Motivation of Learning

Based on the problem in teaching Bahasa Indonesia at school, the researcher considers that the research entitled “The Improvement of Drama Writing Skill of Grade VIII students at SMPN 18 Malang by The Use of School Environment” is good to be applied. Writing drama is the form of writing which is beneficial for students. By writing drama, students can (1) express themselves (2) improve vocabulary well and in vary, (3) identify objects, events and certain situations. The problem of the research is how grade VIII students’ drama writing skill at SMPN 18 Malang is by the use of school environment. The purpose of the research is to describe how grade VIII students’ drama writing skill at SMPN 18 Malang is by the use of school environment. The research uses Classroom Action Research. It is hold at SMPN 18 Malang. It is situated at Jalan Soekarno Hatta A-394 Malang. It is began with the preliminary study on March 2018. As the research target is all students of grade VIII so that the research subject is the students of grade VIII of SMPN 18 Malang in the second semester in 2017-2018. The numbers of research subject is 32 students. The data analysis can be applied during the research or before the research by based on the process and result of students learning. The results of the research are {1} The improvement of drama writing process in class VIII of SMPN 18 Malang by using school environment is enthusiastic, focused and active in following learning process starting from the beginning until the last. (2) the improvement of achievement in drama writing study starting from the first reflection until the application of cycle 1 and cycle 2. The failure is degraded from the first reflection achieving 25 students to 14 students in cycle 1 and it passes in cycle 2 or 100% passes. Having the lowest score of 65 in the pre-cycle, it improves into 70 in cycle 1 and improves into 80 in cycle 2. The classical average is increasing from 75 to 79 in cycle 1 and increasing to 85 in cycle 2. Accordingly, the improvement of drama writing skill by the use of school environment can be proved. In summary, the improvement of drama writing skill in grade III at SMPN 18 Malang can be developed by the use of school environment. As a suggestion for Bahasa Indonesia teachers, they should (a) place the students as a center of learning activity (2) give direction and motivation for students to write drama scripts.Keywords: Improvement, Drama Writing Skill, The Use Of School Environment

This study was done at TPQ Al-Azhar using the SWOT framework. The goal is to describe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of management. The approach is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from the management, student’s parent and documentation of data. The result of study show that the strength lies in the good management, the weakness are there is no long-term planning as well as extracurricular not followed by the majority of students. The opportunities are government support in the form of local regulations and the desire of public for TPQ that have a certain quality. The threats is the emergence of competitor institutions. Implementation of progressive management absolute run. The suggestion are to make long-term plans, provide security personnel, school car and perform socialization to the community and establish partnerships with other agencies or institutions that allow to contribute.

This research is motivated by the number of teenagers who get good learning outcomes at SLTP Kanagarian Kinali level, Kinali District, West Pasaman District. The purpose of this study is to describe the parent's way of forming the child's learning habits in terms of the following aspects: 1) arranging the learning schedule together with the child, 2) accompanying and assisting the child in learning, 3) giving praise to the child and 4) assisting the child in eliminating anxiety and saturation in learning. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study all teenagers amounted to 109 people. Samples taken 25% using stratified rondom sampling technique, jad i amounted to 27 people. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. Technique of data analysis using technique percentage. The result of this research show that parent in forming child's learning habit is included into good category. Based on the results of research, it is suggested to parents to be able to further improve again how to form a child's learning habits.

This research is motivated by the many children of oil palm farmers who continue the efforts of their parents to cultivate oil palm, this is allegedly because of the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers. This study aims to describe children's responses to the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers which consists of three types of ways to educate children: (a) exemplary, (b) habituation, (c) advice, (d) attention, and (e) punishment. This research includes quantative descriptive research. The population in this study were children of oil palm farmers totaling 120 people with a sample of 60 people using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires or questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that children's responses to the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers in Nagari Lunang Selatan, Lunang Subdistrict, South Coastal District which included (a) exemplary aspects were categorized very well, (b) habituation aspects were categorized very well, (c) advice aspects categorized very well, (d) aspects of attention are categorized very well, and (e) aspects of punishment are categorized very well. ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan sains flora anak yang diduga kurangnya metode bervariasi yang digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sains flora anak dengan pembelajaran sains yang cenderung membosankan sehingga anak tidak bersemangat di dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan sains flora anak dalam mengamati unsur atau komponen tumbuh-tumbuhan dapat melalui pembelajaran sains berbasis alam. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan lembaran observasi,data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis data adalah rumus persentase. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dilakukan di PAUD Nurul Yakin Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, dengan anak yang berjumlah 17 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus. Siklus I peningkatan kemampuan sains dalam (1) mengamati Unsusr-unsur tumbuhan (2) mengidentifikasi Jenis tumbuh-tmbuhan (3) mengidentifikasi tempat tumbuh tumbuh-tumbuhan, sudah meningkat tetapi belum optimal, Setelah siklus II maka sudah optimal. Disarankan pada guru PAUD untuk dapat melakukan pembelajaran berbasis alam untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sains anak usia dini.

This research is motivated by the success of the Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB) Taruko I Korong Gadang Village, Kuranji Sub-District, Padang City, as seen from the high percentage of the presence of mothers or families participating in these activities and achievements achieved by BKB. Researchers suspect that the cause of the BKB's success was due to the guidance of family welfare carried out. The purpose of this study was to describe the material, media/APE, and attitudes of workers/cadres and participants in the guidance of family welfare. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 49 families of BKB. The sampling technique is clusster random sampling of 30 people. Questionnaire technique in collecting data with a tool list of statements. Techniques for analyzing data with percentages. The results showed that family welfare guidance through BKB services, namely: (1) material in BKB family welfare guidance was good, (2) educational media/games were categorized very well, and (3) attitudes of educators/cadres and participants were classified as very good.Keywords: Guidance, Family Welfare, BKB

This research is conducted based on the decrease of students' participation in learning elektronic workshop. Passion is one of factors that influences the students to participate in workshop. This research is aimed to describe the passion of students to participate in workshop. This research was correlational research. Research subject was 20 students that followed the electronic workshop in PSAABR Budi Utama Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between students' passion and activeness to participate in electronic workshop. It is suggented that the students should follow the activities based on their passion. The Instructor should attempt to omprove the students’ interest. The organizer should facilitate the appropriate workshop based on the students’ needs, interests, and talents.
