This research is motivated by success Karang Taruna Batuang Sarumpun in carrying out training activities. This can be seen from the high interest of learning citizens to attend training activities, the availability of adequate learning places, varied learning methods. The purpose of this study is to describe the activities of implementing the experimental method the activities of knitting skills training in Karang Taruna Batuang Sarumpun based on preparatory activities, implementation activities, and closing activities. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Population in this study all participants who participated in knitting training activities in Karang Taruna Batuang Sarumpun of 20 people. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling, where the sample was taken as much as 90% of the total population of 18 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that is based on a Likert scale. While data analysis uses the percentage formula. The results of the study found that (1) the implementation of preparatory activities in the practice of knitting skills training is included in both categories; (2) implementation activities in the practice of knitting skills training are included in both categories; (3) implementation of closing activities on the practice of knitting skills included in both categories. Suggestions from this research are expected to the institution KarangTaruna Batuang Sarumpun to always try to improve facilities both physically and non- physically as an effort to improve and develop the quality of the institution for the future.Keywords: Learning Methods, Karang Taruna, Knitting Training, Experimental Method

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge of high school drop-out youth about Paket C in PKBMTitian Amanah. The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) socialization conducted by PKBM TitianAmanah, (2) knowledge of high school drop out teenagers about Paket C, and (3) relationship between socialization with knowledge of high school drop-out youth about Paket C. Population in this research 40 people and a sample of 30 people. With stratified random sampling sampling technique. Data collectiontechniques is a questionnaire and data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique usingpercentage calculation and product moment correlation formula. The results of the study found that (1)the socialization conducted was not well implemented, (2) the knowledge of high school drop-out teens onPaket C is still unknown, and (3) there is a significant relationship between socialization with high schooldropout knowledge about Paket C in PKBM Titian Amanah.

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the success of the Raudhatul Islam TPA Nagari Toboh Gadang Timur institution in Padang Pariaman Regency. This is evidenced by the large number of students and the many achievements obtained by Raudhatul Islam TPA students. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of this TPA is because the teaching style of instructors varies in learning activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 180 students of Raudhatul Islam Landfill. Samples are taken with the intention or purpose of as many as 45 people. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the variation of educator teaching style was seen from the aspect of sound variation, concentration of students' attention, changes in the position of educators and made contact with students when learning activities were categorized as good.Keywords: Variation, Teaching Style, Educator

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya minat dan tingkat kehadiran warga belajar dalam mengikuti pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar majelis taklim. Dimana pada saat pelaksanaan majelis taklim warga belajar hadir dalam proses kegiatan belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan (1) tujuan belajar (2) materi belajar (3) metode belajar dan (4) sumber belajar.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif. Populasi dari pe-nelitian ini adalah warga belajar di Majelis Taklim Surau Balerong Monggong berjumlah 56 orang dimana sampel diambil berdasarkan tingkatusia sebanyak 50%, adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 29 orang.Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah stratified Random Sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah angket dengan analisis data perhitungan persentase.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan tujuan belajar, materi belajar, metode belajar dan sumber be-lajar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian menunujukkan bahwa tujuan belajar tergolong baik, materi belajar tergolong baik, metode belajar tergolong sangat baik dan sumber belajar tergolong baik.

This research is conductem by the high participation of the community to visit the TBM Sumber Ilmu. TBM Sumber Ilmu activities under control of Payakumbuh SKB, consists of selection of location, socialization, availability of facilities and infrastructure, placement time, implementation of management and condition of the book collections. This research is designed as descriptive quantitative research. The research subjects are the visitors of TBM Sumber Ilmu. The results of this research are expressed most of the visitors stated that all the aspect-selection of the location, socialization, availability of facilities and infrastructure, placement time, implementation of management and the condition of the books collection are very good.

The training in developing information and communication technology-based teaching materials for elementary school teachers in Padang Pariaman Regency is based on an analysis of the needs of teachers regarding the development of information and communication technology-based teaching materials and the level of teacher mastery over the development of teaching materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of training needs for the development of information technology-based teaching materials. This type of research is quantitative using a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were 350 classroom teachers in Padang Pariaman Regency. Samples were taken as many as 30 people randomly. The research instrument was a questionnaire that was processed using a percentage technique. The results showed that the level of importance of the development of teaching materials was classified as high at 66%. Furthermore, 80% of teachers stated that they really need teaching material development materials, 35% really needed to have the ability to select material sources and as many as 28% of teachers really needed the ability to make teaching materials. Based on the results of the study it can be suggested 1) teachers are given the opportunity to develop teaching materials, 2) the school needs to provide training in the development of teaching materials for teachers. must be factual and concise.Keywords: Needs Analysis, Training, Teaching Materials, Based on Information Technology

The background of this research is the motivated by good learning achievement of children, the researchers suspect this is caused by good parenting. The purpose of this study is to reveal the picture of parenting parenting in terms of (1) monitoring, (2) closeness, and (3) support, towardSMA N 1 Sutera in Kampung Sungai Sirah Kenagarian Surantih Kecamatan Sutera Pesisir Selatan Regency. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population is 35 people with 20 samples. Sampling technique stratified random sampling. Techniques of data collection are questionnaires and techniques of data analysis using the percentage calculations. Based on the result of the research, it is found that (1) the picture of parent monitoring on the behavior of SMA N 1 Sutera Children in Kampung Sungai Sirah is said to be good, (2) the image of parents closeness to SMA N 1 Sutera Children in Kampung Sungai Sirah is said to be good, (3) the support of parents to SMA N 1 Sutera in Kampung Sungai Sirah is said to be good. Suggestion for parenting of SMA N 1 Sutera Children in Kampung Sungai Sirah is further improved.

This research is motivated by the number of teenagers in South Bungus Village shows behavior that is less good, which is suspected because of the way early married parents that has not seen the emotional stability in educational communication and behave in front of teenagers. This study aims to reveal the educational communication early married parents with teenagers, well behavior in early married parents, and the relationship between educational communication with teenagers well behavior in early married parents. This study used correlational research with population of all teenagers of early married parents in South Bungus Padang City by using Area Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, data collection tool questionnaire with percentage data analysis using Product Moment formula to see the relationship of both variables. The results showed that educational communication of early married parents applied to teenagers is categorized low that can be seen from the highest score found in the scores rarely, the behavior of adolescent propriety in early married parents categorized low seen from the highest score is on the score rarely, and there is a significant relationship between educational communication with teenagers well behavior in early married parents in South Bungus Padang City. Suggestions for this research is to parents who marry early to be better communicate at the time of educating children so that they can behave well and politely later.Keywords: Educational Communication, Teenagers well Behavior

This research is motivated by the high level of creativity of instructors in choosing suitable learning methods, and using interesting and non-boring learning media, so that students can be motivated to take part in learning such as: high attendance rates, high level of student involvement in the process learning, the high level of activeness of students in learning is seen from the activeness of students in asking questions and statements. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research, the population in this study were computer training students totaling 30 people, based on the number of population used in this study are 22 people using Cluster random sampling technique, and data analysis techniques used in this study are percentages. Based on the results of this study the researcher found: (1) the high level of creativity of instructors in choosing learning methods can improve learning motivation according to the students, it can be seen from the ability of the instructor in choosing suitable and varied methods during the learning process (2) the high level of creativity of instructors in using the media learning can improve students' learning motivation, judging from the ability of instructors to use interesting learning media. Art’s Creativity of children in early childhood Aisyiyah Lansano still relatively low, it can be seen from the initial conditions, there are still many children who have not been able to make a simple drawing, creating simple images and simple image redesign. The method used is less precise teacher, not according to the needs and development of children and the media that teachers use less attractive to be one cause of this condition. This research aims to improve child art creativity in making a simple drawing, creating simple images and simple image redesign activities in early childhood scored Aisyiyah Lansano Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is a classroom action research, which is the subject of this research is early childhood education students Aisyiyah Lansano totaling 20 people. The data in this study were obtained through observation, then the data is processed and analyzed with techniques percentage. The study was conducted during two cycles, the results obtained show that through printing with natural ingredients to increase creativity of art in early childhood children Aisyiyah Lansano. Before the researt, art skills of child are still low, but after going through the learning cycle I and II, seen an increase in child art creativity, therefore it is recommended to teachers to be more creative use of media and the schools are expected to set up infrastructure to stimulate the development of children through print activities with other natural materials
