Abstract

This research in the background by the availability of good in JorongKubang.This study aims to describe the cultivation of moral values ​​in children by teenagers in the family in JorongKubangKenagarianMagekKecamatanKamangMagekKabupatenAgam. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all teenagers at Jorongkubang totaling 26 people, A survey of data collection with the use of data collection tools and quisioner. While the techniques of data analysis using the percentage formula.From the results of the study found that the cultivation of moral values ​​in children in aspects: (1) through habituation, (2) by example, (3) through advice, (4) through attention and (5) through rulemaking. From the above findings it can be concluded that the cultivation of moral values ​​in children by adolescents has been running well this is evident from the results of the percentage of each variable is declared good. General suggestion that the cultivation of moral values ​​can be enhanced and become a major concern by the parents in the family

Abstract

This research is motivated by the success of citizens learning in training at UPTD Payakumbuh BLK. This is suspected because the instructor uses a good learning strategy in learning activities. This study aims to see an overview of learning strategies seen from the aspects of organizing learning, delivery of learning content and classroom management. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were learning residents who were attending the practical office training at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh totaling 32 people. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Samples were taken as many as 26 samples. The technique and tool of data collecting used a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) the learning strategy in the aspect of organizing learning material was said to be very good, (2) the learning strategy in the aspect of delivering learning content was said to be good, and (3) the learning strategy in the aspect of classroom management was said to be very good.Keywords: Learning Strategies, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research is motivated by the activity of learning package B Indonesian language subjects get high score. This is thought to have something to do with the participatory learning strategy used by tutors. This study aims  to  describe  participatory  learning  strategies  by  tutors  in  B  package  program  of  Indonesian  subjects which include: (1) planning of learning activities, (2) implementation of learning activities, (3) evaluation of learning  activities.  This  type  of  research  is  descriptive  quantitative.  This  study  did  not  conduct  sampling, therefore the entire population was made a respondent. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires,  while  data  collection  tools  use questionnaires.  Data  analysis  techniques  using  the  formula  percentage. Suggestions  for  this  research,  so  that  participative  learning  strategies  can  be  improved  again  by  tutors  in learning Indonesian and other learning.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the success of the Baburrahmah Tahfidzul Qur'an, because there was a significant increase in the number of santri within the six months since the establishment of the Baburrahmah Qur'an Tahfidzul Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the tahfidz program in terms of coordination between the implementers, program administration, and the application of the tahfidz program rules. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were students in Pondok Tahfidzul Baburrahmah Qur'an, totaling one hundred and fifty people and the sample in this study amounted to thirty-five people. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using structured interview techniques and data analysis techniques were obtained using a percentage formula. The results of the study show that: the Baburrahmah Pondok Tahfidzul Qur'an program is categorized very well.Keywords: Program Implementation, Tahfidzul Qur'an

Abstract

AbstrakInsentif nonmateril merupakan bentuk umpan balik yang diberikan kepada guru diluar gaji pokok atas jasa yang diberikannya yang berfungsi untuk memotivasibawahan dan menjadi pendorong dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Insentif nonmaterilmeliputi penempatan, pemberian kompensasi, pendidikan atau pelatihan, mutasi danpromosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemberian insentifnonmateril, untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi kerja guru dan untuk melihat hubunganantara pemberian insentif nonmateril dengan motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis korelasional dengan subjek penelitian 39orang guru yang mengajar di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an dan Taman Qiraa’atulQur’an yang ada di Kelurahan Air Pacah Kecamatam Koto Tangah Kota Padang.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa antara pemberian insentif nonmateril denganmotivasi kerja guru memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of family care with the development of the character of early childhood in ther RW. V Kelurahan Indarung Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Padang City. The objectives of the study describe this include: (1) family care, (2) character development, and (3) the relationship of family care with the development of the character of children at RW. V Kelurahan Indarung Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Padang City. This study included quantitative research with correlational types. Population in this study were parents of early childhood totaling 30 people, samples were taken by 25 people from a population of 30 people with a sampling technique that was random sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questionnaires or statement lists. The results of the study show that: (1) the relationship of family care to early childhood is in the very low category, (2) the relationship between the development of the character of early childhood is in the low category, and (3) there is a relationship between family care and the development of the character of the children.Keywords: Family Care, Character Development, Early Childhood

Abstract

Lifelong education is very basic stuff to be applied because of our educationtoday face a variety of challenges and problems, including; formal educationare not able to answer the demands of the people to keep and continue tolearn. Population increases very rapidly and at the same time increasingpeople's desire to get an education, which is the cumulative demand and theavailability of adequate educational methods. The development of modernscience requires the basics of a solid education and mastery abilityconstantly, and thus require a longer education in accordance with theconcept of lifelong education. The family as the first and primary containeris expected to provide answers to the needs of lifelong education. Forms ofeducation provided amid the family or as a support for further educationwhich would be obtained by a child, indicating that the family had beenpreparing as early container lifelong education.

Abstract

This research to describe the educators at Rumah Nenek, describing learners at Rumah Nenek, the subject matter, parenting methods, and evaluations at the daycare of Rumah Nenek. The research using a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The subject was Rumah Nenek, an informant collected by the snowball sampling. The collection of the data through observation and interview. The data was analyzed 3 steps (1) data reduction (2) data display (3) conclusion and verification. description and expose presented by perspective epic and emic. based on the results it was concluded that educator in daycare of Rumah Nenek is grandma and the children, learner in the daycare of Rumah Nenek is all foster children in the leave their parent, the subject matter in the daycare of Rumah Nenek is learning while playing, parenting method is communication, discipline, focusing on the child goods deeds, independent and giving judgment or reward. The evaluation form of one of the parties for example the grandma X for the foster children and parents praise and criticism and action.Keywords: Child Care, Rumah Nenek, Parenting

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high participation of participants in participating in BKB activities, as seen from the number of participants who attend each month. This is allegedly due to good cadre service in providing each service to BKB participants. The purpose of this research is first to describe cadre work discipline in BKB program, secondly to describe cadre communication in BKB program, third to describe service facilities in BKB program in Kolok Mudik Village Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 87 BKB participants. The sample was taken 50% of the population totaling 44 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that cadre service was very good according to BKB participants, this was seen from three aspects, including work discipline, communication, facilities. It is recommended to all those involved in the activities of the BKB Permata Bunda in Kolok Mudik Village, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City, to maintain the quality that has been carried out well. Abstract

This research is motivated by the high participation of citizens of learning in following the learning of sewing. This is due to the Instructor's personality competence in teaching. The purpose of research to see the Competence Personality Instructor training tailoring in the Social Institution Bina Remaja Harapan Padang Panjang. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach. Population 40 people while the sample amounted to 30 people, namely 69% of the population, sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire. The result of the Instructor personality competence picture is seen from; (1) acting in accordance with the norm, (2) being honest, noble and exemplary, (3) steady person, (4) having a high work ethic with very good classification of percentage can be categorized. Conclusion Instructors have a high personality competence from aspects of norms, personal noble character and be role model, personal steady, and has a work ethic. Suggestion of this research for Instructor to increase personality competence as an educator and professional trainer.Keywords: Personality Competency, Instructors, Learning Sewing
