Spesifikasi kajian ditujukan untuk pengalaman, pengembangan, dan menjelaskan tentang sejarah, filosofi, prinsip-prinsip, kebijakan, desain, dan teknologi yang digunakan dan dikembangkan dalam layanan pendidikan di luar sistem persekolahan.

This research is motivated by the high interest of residents studying in the TPA Surau Nurul Iman in Taratak Kenagarian Sungai Abu, Solok Regency, which shows the high level of attendance, activity and discipline of the learning citizens. Researchers suspect that the cause of the high participation of citizens is due to new innovations. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning activities in the TPA Surau Nurul Iman in Taratak Kenagarian Sungai Abu, Solok Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 55 people studying at the TPA Surau Nurul Iman. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling, samples were taken at each level/study group as many as 38 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data collection tools using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that the implementation of learning activities was seen from sub-variables such as giving material, methods, sources, atmosphere and evaluation categorized as good. This is evidenced by the majority of the learning citizens stating "strongly agree" from each statement given.Keywords: Material, Methods, Learning Resources, Learning and Evaluation, Learning Atmosphere

Abstrak Artikel ini ditulis untuk menggambarkan peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal bilangan melalui media domino segitiga yang meliputi: (1) peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam menyebutkan urutan bilangan, (2) peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal konsep bilangan, (3) peningkatan kemampuan anak mengenal lambang bilangan.Sumber data penelitian ini adalah anak PAUD Kenanga I Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan kelompok A sebanyak lima belas orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang tinggi terhadapkemampuan anak dalam menyebutkan urutan bilangan,mengenal konsep bilangan, mengenal lambang bilangan setelah menggunakan media domino segitiga

This study started from the low motivation of parents to enter their children into PAUD Institute. The hypothesis of this study that there is a relationship between the level of economic with the motivation of parents to enter their children into PAUD Institute. The purpose of this study is to describe the correlation between parents' economic and motivation of parents to send their children to PAUD Institute. The results of the research is that almost all respondents have low parents' economic level, there is a significant relationship between the parents’ economic level with the motivation of parents to enter their children into PAUD.

This research was written based on the succcess programe of LKP Sanggar Tari Permata Hati in increasing its existence. It can be seen from it’s free training, training based on the trainees needs, trusted by society, increase in number of trainee and the close relation between the trainers and the trainees. The purpose of this research is to show the education service quality of LKP Sanggar Tari Permata Hati according to it’s responsiveness and empathy dimensions. This research is a descritptive quantitaive research. There are 50 people of population and 25 people of sample which is gotten by using cluster random sampling technique. The researcher uses questioner as the instrument and percentage formulation for the analysis. This research shows that (1) the education service quality based on responsiveness dimension has applied well, (2) the education service quality based on empathy dimension has applied well. Based on this research, the researcher suggests the admistrators of institute to develope the education service quality for the institution advancement.Keywords: Service Quality, LKP, Course, Education Service

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberhasilan program keterampilan produktif pengolahan jahe di SKB Kota Padang Panjang. Penulis menduga hal ini disebabkan oleh pengelolaan yang baik pada usaha produktif pengolahan jahe. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan gambaran pengelolaan usaha produktif pengolahan jahe yang ditinjau dari aspek perencaaan, pelaksanaan, dan pemasaran produk olahan jahe. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga belajar program pengolahan jahe yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket dan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa usaha produktif pengolahan jahe sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan persentase jawaban responden dari aspek yang diteliti: baik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, maupun dalam pemasaran produk olahan jahe.

Background of this research is motivated by the success of a gold thread embroidery program in PKBM Ar-Raudah Naras 1 Kota Pariaman. This was evidenced by the increasing number of learning citizens from year to year, the high enthusiasm of the learning community and the high enthusiasm of the residents to learn to embroider gold thread training activities. This research is a descriptive study, with a population of learning population totaling 32 people, the sample was taken 72% of the population, namely 22 people with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling. Techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the implementation of the practice method in the initial activity was very good category, the application of the practice method in the core activities was very good category, and the application of the practice method in the category evaluation activity was very good. It is suggested to Instructors to improve the application of practice methods on initial activities, core activities and evaluation activities, and for other researchers to be able to examine other factors that have not been examined in this study relating to the application of practice methods.Keywords: Practice Method, Embroider Training

The writing of this article aims to describe the application of an interactive approach by tutors in the Binuang Sakti in package C Group SKB Region I of Padang on aspects: (1) formulation of objectives, (2) the presentation of the material, (3) methods, and (4) evaluation of learning. Type of research is descriptive quantitative study involving 30 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to each respondent according to their content of each other's opinions. Once the data is analyzed by the authors view using the percentage formula. The study findings suggest that interactive approaches undertaken in Group C tutor package Binuang Sakti in SKB Region I of Padang has been good. This is evidenced by the percentage of respondents who chose either the ability of tutors to apply an interactive approach is very high. It can be concluded almost all respondents said that tutors have been able to apply an interactive approach in formulation objectives, the presentation of the material, methods has used, and evaluation of learning are good.

This study is based on the effectiveness of learning outcomes pf high learning citizens, motivation and high learning activeness. This condition is suspected because of the excellent professional competence of the instructor. The purpose of the study is to see the competence of the instructor in 1) planning the lesson, 2) carrying out the learning, 3) evaluating the learning, 4) developing the learning of the English course. The population is forty-six people and the sample is forty-six people determined based on sampling technique that is the sensus method. Data collection techniques used questionnaire data collection tool-using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use percentage calculations. The results showed that the professional competence of the instructor was very good seen from 1) planning the learning, 2) implementing the learning 3) evaluating the learning, 4) developing the learning. Conclusion instructors have excellent professional competence. The professional competence of this instructor will influence the improvement of the learning outcomes of the learners.Keywords: Competence, Professional Instructor

The research motivated by the low of study result of santri, which is suspected because of the low of parent support received by santri at MDA Nurul Haq Nagari Cubadak Kecamatan Dua Koto Kabupaten Pasaman. This study aims to (1) describe the support of parents, (2) describe the students' learning outcomes, and (3) to see the relationship of parent support with students learning outcomes. The type from research is quantitative correlational. Population in as many as 40 people santri. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Samples taken as much as 50% ie 20 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, while data analysis uses the percentage formula and Saperman Rho. The results of the study found that (1) Parental support is categorized as low. (2) Students' learning outcomes in categorized are still low. (3) There is a significant relationship between parental support and student learning outcomes at. Suggested (1) To parents, to further improve the provision of support to children (2) To the students are expected to be more active in learning so that the results obtained high learning (3) To the next researcher, in order to see other factors that have not been studied in research this.
