Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh  rendahnya kemampuan kognitif anak. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh kurang menariknya media yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk peningkatkan kemampuan  kognitif anak melalui permainan ludo geometri di PAUD Habibul Ummi II.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian anak PAUD Habibul Ummi II. Pada kelompok usia 5-6 tahun yang berjumlah 12 orang pada semester I tahun ajaran 2012-2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus yaitu masing-masing siklus 3 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Maka  dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui permainan ludo geometri dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini 5-6 tahun dalam aspek mengenal bentuk geometri, mengenal bilangan, dan mengelompokkan warna.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a lack of parental participation in parenting activities in PAUD Sinar Gunung, Padang City. This lack of parental participation is thought to lack understanding about parenting. This study aims to (1) describe the understanding of parents, (2) describe the participation of parents and (3) see the relationship between understanding and parenting participation in parenting programs.This type of research uses correlational quantitative methods. The population in this study were 25 parents who interacted directly with educators and registered their children in the PAUD Sinar Gunung institution. Samples were taken as much as 60%. The number of samples is 15 people. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and test questions in the form of questionnaires, while data collection tools in the form of a list of statements and questions. The data analysis technique of this study uses percentage and rank orders.The results of the study can be seen that (1) parents 'understanding of parenting programs is still low, (2) parental participation in parenting activities is still low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between parents' understanding of parenting programs and their participation in activities parenting.Keywords: Parents Understanding, Participation, Parenting Program

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low exemplary parents in early childhood education with moral intelligence in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi.. The purpose of this study in order to illustrate exemplary parents, describe exemplary moral intelligence of children and parents in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi Cendana Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang. By using the descriptive research methodology. The population in this study is local parents B1 and B2 which totaled 50 people. The samples in this study were randomly drawn as many as 30 people. echnique data collecting data using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive techniques with percentage calculations. The results showed that the exemplary parents still low, the moral intelligence of children are still low and there is a significant relationship between parents' example with moral intelligence of children in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi Cendana Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of still maintaining the implementation of religious culture, one of which is called the Mauluik Korong Toboh Tangah tradition, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is thought to be due to the role of the younger generation in order to preserve Mauluik culture in aspects of developing, maintaining, and adjusting so that the mauluik culture still survives. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were young people aged 16-30 years and domiciled in Korong Toboh Tangah, Padang Pariaman Regency with a total of 40 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, which took 75% of the population to 30 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the data collection tool is a list of statements. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results showed that the role of the younger generation in the preservation of Mauluik culture in Korong Toboh Tangah, Padang Pariaman Regency, aspects of developing are good, maintaining good, and adjusting are also good. This is proven by the majority of youth giving answers always. Based on the results of the study it is recommended to youth to be able to increase motivation to be more active in instilling cultural values that exist.Keywords: Young Generation, Preservation, Mauluik

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high self-confidence of early child in PAUD Adzkia III Village Korong Gadang, District Kuranji, Padang City. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was 29 teachers. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique obtained 22 people sample from 75% population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool using a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula. The result of the research shows that 1) the picture of self-confidence planting through the independent aspect given by the teacher to the child looks very good, 2) the picture of confidence planting through positive thinking aspect given by the teacher to the child looks very good, and 3) the picture the cultivation of trust through the brave aspect of expressing the opinion given by the teacher to the child looks very good. Suggestions in this study is expected to the teacher in order to maintain and increase confidence planting in school so that the child's confidence continues to increase.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high attendance of the Paket B equality program and the success of the Paket B education program in PKBM Legusa. This research also purpose to describe the tutor's professional competence in the management aspects of the classroom environment, the use of learning methods, the use of instructional media, and the implementation of learning evaluation. This research use descriptive quantitative approach. For supporting this approach, researcher take 50% of the population is 34 people with a sampling technique that is stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the professional competence of tutors in classroom environmental management aspects was very good, the aspects of using the learning method were very good, the aspects of using the learning media were very good, and the evaluation aspects were very good. Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah cara guru dalam mengenalan membaca kepada anak usia dini melalui pembelajaran sentra (BCCT), dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya guru melalui pemilihan sentra pembelajaran, penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran, pemilihan materi atau bahan ajar untuk pengenalan membaca. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah guru TK Islam Al-Azhar yang berjumlah 21 orang, dan terdaftar sebagai guru TK di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bukittinggi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pemilihan pendekatan pembelajaran sentra, penggunaan media yang tepat , kreatif dan inovatif, serta pemilihan materi atau bahan ajar yang sesuai ternyata merupakan upaya guru dalam pengenalan membaca kepada anak usia dini di TK Islam A-Azhar.

Abstract

This research was backgrounded by motivation height and believe in following Program benefit for students of functional literacy that leader by PKBM Pradana, in fact clearly in doing program, beginning from graduated functional literacy. The purposed of this research to know: a) to describe of planning program benefit for students of functional literacy, b) to describe of organization program benefit for students of functional literacy, c) to describe of method program benefit for students of functional literacy, d) to describe of leader program benefit for students of functional literacy, e) to describe of evaluation program benefit for students of functional literacy. The design of this research was descriptive quantitative, with subject of the research was the students in program benefit of functional literacy that leader by PKBM Pradana. The result of the research was the students of functional literacy with perception that the program of functional literacy doing was better.

Abstract

This research is guided by the high interest of citizens in terms of attending dikia learning activity. This point is proven by the high extent of citizen's presence to study in every meeting. Furthermore, the residents also study a responsive toward the delivered theory by the tutor so as it generates a few questions in terms of the theory. This research intends to see the implementation of dikia learning activity as an adult activity on Jorong Bangko South Solok. An example method of this is stratified random sampling. The data collection technique utilizes a percentage formula. The result of the research shows that (1) the goal of implementation of dikia learning can be achieved effectively, (2) sources of learning on the performance of dikia learning activity have been fulfilled appropriately, (3) learning method on the implementation of dikia learning activity is conducted properly, (4) tool of learning on the implementation of dikia learning activity is suitable with theory’s dikia art, (5) assessment of learning on the implementation of dikia learning has been conducted properly.Keywords: Learning Dikia, Adult Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bagusnya pelatihan public speaking di Unit Kegiatan Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Kampus Universitas Negeri Padang (UKKPPK UNP). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan manfaat pelatihan public speaking yang meliputi, 1) menumbuhkan cara komunikasi, 2) menambah sikap kepemimpinan, 3) meningkatkan percaya diri. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 64 orang yang terdiri dari anggota UKKPK angkatan XXII. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode random sampling.  Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang anggota  yang mengikuti pelatihan public speaking. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan alat pengumpul data menggunakan pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manfaat pelatihan public speaking menurut anggota pelatihan tergolong sangat baik,dan baik. Saran agar metode dalam pelatihan public speaking terus ditingkatkan lagi oleh instruktur pelatihan.
