This research was motivated by the implementation of extracurricular activities in the Palang Merah Remaja at SMPN 18 Padang, this was marked by the high attendance, enthusiasm of learning, and the activeness of the students in the activity. Allegedly one of the factors was caused by the role playing learning model applied by the coach's brother. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of role playing models which are seen from the readiness of students, role selection, role play, and evaluation of the activities of the Palangf Mewrah Remaja in SMPN 18 Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were students who participated in extracurricular youth red cross. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, with data collection tools questionnaire (questionnaire) and data analysis techniques used percentage formula. The results of the study found that the readiness of students, role selection, role play, and evaluation of extracurricular activities in the youth red cross were categorized as good. So it can be concluded that the use of role playing models proved to lead to the successful implementation of extracurricular activities in the Palang Merah Remaja. Based on the results and conclusions of the researchers it is suggested that in the implementation of PMR activities, the coaches will continue to use this role playing model by continuing to make various modifications so that it will run well.

This research was motivated by low of participation student in follow pramuka activity in SMPN 12 Padang. This is caused because the less of interest student about pramuka activty in SMPN 12 Padang, purpose of research the are: (1) to describe of interest student about pramuka activity, (2) to describe of participation studend in followed pramuka activity, (3) to describe of corelation between interest student about pramuka activity with participation student followed pramuka activity in SMPN 12 Padang. This type the research of corelation set of quantitative. Population are 45 student. The research sampel is 75 % of population that are 34 student, the used tekhnik is stratified random sampling. The tekhnik of gathering data in quesioner. Tekhnik analysis data use persentase and product moment. The results showed that: (1) interest student of activty paramuka in SMPN 12 Padang is less categorized, (2) participation student in followed avtivity pramuka is less categorized. (3) be found of signifikan corelation between interest student about pramuka activity with participation student followed pramuka activity in SMPN 12 Padang.Keywords: Interest, Pramuka Activity, Participation

This research was motivated by the high enthusiasm of the people in participating in the PKK program skills training program in Sungai Pasak Village. This is allegedly due to the intrinsic motivation of the citizens when participating in skills training. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were citizens who participated in activities PKK skills a 25 people. The sample in the study amounted to 20 people. The results showed that the intrinsic motivation of citizens in participating in educational activities and skills of the family welfare empowerment program in Sungai Pasak Village, District of East Pariaman, was seen from the level of physiological needs, social needs, the need for appreciation, self-actualization needs, high category. Suggestions to PKK institutions to continue hold community programs that fit their needs.Keywords: Skill Education Program, Citizens, Intrinsic Motivation

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya angka anak yang putus sekolah di Jorong Pasar Sialang Gaung Dharmasraya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan anak dalam kegiatan ekonomi keluarga dengan anak putus sekolah. Jenis Penelitian ini kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposif yaitu sebanyak 40 orang anak putus sekolah dan 20 orang anak tidak putus sekolah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus Chi-Squre..Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) keterlibatan anak dalam kegiatan ekonomi keluarga sangat tinggi, (2) tinggi angka anak putus sekolah terlihat pada tingkat pendidikan SD dan SMP, dan (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keterlibatan anak dalam kegiatan ekonomi keluarga dengan angka anak putus sekolah di Jorong Pasar Sialang Gaung.

This research is motivated by the good attitude of an adolescent from a single-parent family in Kenagarian Pauh Kambar, Nan Sabaris Sub-district, Padang Pariaman District. The purpose of this study is to describe moral education in terms of (1) moral reasoning, (2) moral behavior, and (3) moral personality. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 55 people. The sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 32 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questions. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. The results showed that moral education according to adolescents from single-parent families is very good, it is seen from (1) moral reasoning, (2) moral behavior, and (3) moral personality. Suggestions for the moral education of these three aspects can be further enhanced by teens from single-parent families.Keywords: Moral Education, Teens Attitude, Single Parent Family

This research is motivated by the ability of early child in good toilet training activity. The purpose of this research is to describe about (1) describe the management of the learning environment (2) describe the learning media (3) describe the learning method. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative, population in research amount to 30 people. Samples were taken as much as 65%. The number of samples is 20 people. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. From the research result that (1) management of learning environment (class) on toilet training implementation in good category, (2) instructional media used by teacher in toilet training implementation in good category, (3) learning method used in toilet training implementation in category good. Suggestions from this research so that the management of learning environment, learning media and learning methods on the implementation of toilet training can be improved by the school.Keywords: Implementation, Toilet Training

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between promotion and decision making learners in following the tutoring in BBC Limbanang Kecamatan Suliki Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study is the citizens learn BBC learning guidance. Sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool questionnaire. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. From the results of the study showed that: promotion done by the guidance of learning in BBC less good so that decision to follow guidance study in BBC considered less good also by learners.

This research was motivated by the success of teenage education in Jorong Sungai Cubadak Kecamatan Akabiluru Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This research also purpose to describe parenting care about teenage education with: (1) Fullfilled for the requirement (2) Giving advice and motivation (3) Supervise process of education (4) Process guidance. This research use descriptive quantitative approach. For supporting this approach, researcher take a quesioner and involve with 50 % from 47 teenage partisipants . Data will be submit and analyse with percentage. Based on this research, show some indication that: (1) parenting care about teenage education showed by participating to fullfill for the requirement was high (2) Parenting care about teenage education showed by participating to give a motivation was high (3) Parenting care about teenage education showed by partisipating to supervise process of education was high (4) Parenting care about teenage education showed by participating in guidance process of education was high. This research is motivated by the activity of the randai trainees in Korong Kasai, who are generally teenagers who are in Korong Kasai, this is presumably because the trainer uses a suitable strategy. Apart from that, there are also some uniqueness in the randai training in Korong Kasai, which is a place or stage for randai training that is designed as attractive as possible so that participants are enthusiastic in randai training, there are taught ulu ambek which are martial arts for randai participants, and required deta use training takes place. This study aims to describe how the randai training strategy used by the smart trainer in Korong Kasai Nagari Tapakis, Padang Pariaman Regency. Components of training strategies, namely the material used and taught, the media used, and evaluations used. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The author's findings, namely training material in the form of smart movements that do not have the name of the movement and coupled with martial arts known as ulu ambek, use practical methods and auditive media (relying on sound abilities), and evaluation is done by the coach instructing participants to repeat re-randai after the randai training is complete.Keywords: Training Strategy, Randai, Ulu ambek

This research was background by the success of PKBM As-Salam inimplementing learning activities of sewing course, this can be seen fromthe alumni who have opened their own businesses The aims of thisresearch to describe the Sewing Lessons in PKBM As-Salam at Districtof Tanah Datar Salimpaung, seen from the aspect of learning objectives,learning materials, learning methods, learning resources and learningevaluation. This research includes a quantitative descriptive research.The research use census method. Based on the results of research anddiscussion above, the learning implementation sewing activities runningsmoothly. The results of data processing shown that the implementationof learning in all aspects of sewing course covers the objectives,materials, methods, resources and evaluation of learning categorizedeither. It is suggested from the results of this study to the learningresources in order to further enhance the quality and quantity in theimplementation of learning.
