Abstract

Pancasila was established as the ideology of the Indonesian nation to become a guideline for the life of its citizens. Pancasila teaches to live full of tolerance, but not all citizens carry out the Pancasila values. There is an anti-Pancasila movement that can lead to the formation of a radicalism and terrorism in this country. The doctrine intends to turn this country into an Islamic State which has resulted in this nation becoming an intolerant, fanatical, and exclusive. Radicalism does not stand by itself, but behind that there is an element of profit or political and ideological binding which is like fundalism or challenges the basic structure that makes religion the principle of life. In various sources of radicalism is not caused by one factor, but can be caused by many factors such as the number of poverty rates, the rapidly developing global level, and the spread of an understanding of wahhabism originating from Saudi Arabia. Conservative wahhabism into this nation has given rise to an exclusive group that likes to slander other people who are not in their group who consider it an infidel, an enemy and may be fought. Radicalism itself is the starting point for the creation of terrorism. Terrorism is the use of cruelty which is targeted at civilians to cause fear which is usually an attempt to achieve a political goal. Terrorism is misleading, although it has a different basis for political goals but they have a common goal of being willing to harm or even kill civilians.

Abstract

Ketika kehadiran burung predator turut diikutsertakan, model berubah cukup drastis.

Abstract

Pancasila has been established as the basis of the state on June 1, 1945, growing as the ideology of the nation since the beginning of Indonesian independence as well as the unifying foundation of the nation. It contains divine values, humanity, unity and democracy that build social welfare. Right now we are starting to enter the millennial era where the generation of Y (aged 18-36 years) as a productive age is a milestone in determining the future of the Indonesian nation and how the whole Pancasila will be practiced as the basis of the nation. The whole world has been filled with rapid developments ranging from communication to industry. Globalization is both an advantage and a challenge for us, millennial generation. In this instant world era, we are faced with the challenge of how to synchronize the Pancasila culture and the strength of globalization that enters Indonesia, as we know some outside ideologies and cultures can be said to be out of line with ideology and culture in Indonesia itself. Opening up to change is not wrong, but it is needed for domestic development, but surely not all of these cultures can be practiced in life in Indonesia. We also have to filter out, choose the good to use / preserve, and the bad to be abandoned. In order for the millennial generation to still have the Pancasila foundation, then an understanding of the ideology of the Pancasila is needed, this can be obtained through formal, informal, and everyday life education. Developing attitudes that reflect the values of the Pancasila, such as being more critical in receiving information and disseminating it, moreover at this time the ITE Law is increasingly being emphasized to quell false news spread in online media. So in addition to technological advancements and the strong currents of globalization, as millennial generations that will determine the future of the nation, we must be able to balance the ideology of the Pancasila with the changing times where everything starts from ourselves and spread to the people around us. Let's be a millennial generation that has the character of an Indonesian Nation with the ideology of Pancasila.

Public awareness is also needed because children with disabilities also need to get support from the surrounding environment in order to avoid social problems for themselves caused by being isolated from society or the environment. Because this will have an impact on their own future. For people with intellectual disabilities, it will be very difficult to develop their potential if they do not get adequate and equal education. Abstract

This article was created to provide a discussion that the legalization of the prostitution business cannot be legalized for the collective benefit of the community from a normative and economic perspective. The choice of the topic of this article is motivated by the author's personal awareness of normative issues in society. In addition, the researcher also tries to prove the consequences of this legalization on the discourse on gender equality and how the main problem of disparity between male-female competencies will not be resolved in this regard. Not only do we need to change the norms in society for this legalization to work, but also how fundamental changes to Indonesian law, such as the Marriage Law, are also needed and certainly require a lot of resources. Interesting discourse circulating in social circles regarding legalizing prostitution that prostitution is an immoral activity, or my body my choice, and claims that legalizing will create a better working environment for prostitutes are some of the elements of this article. Do not forget a study of the validity/absoluteness of a person's right to freedom to choose anything for himself.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the legal protection for children as perpetrators of violent crimes against children is, then how are the obstacles to legal protection for children as perpetrators of violent crimes against fellow children. The method used in this study is a juridical, empirical method, and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collected is based on an analysis of events that actually happened. The data is obtained from trusted journals, books and articles. The results of the study indicate that legal protection for children as perpetrators of criminal acts of violence against fellow children is essentially an effort made by parents, government and society to fulfill and guarantee all children's rights that have been guaranteed in the Convention on the Rights of the Child and Law Number 35 2014 concerning Child Protection. Legal protection for children as perpetrators of violence against fellow children is not implemented because the government has not carried out its obligations in fulfilling children's rights so that there are still violations of the law against children. In implementing legal protection for children as perpetrators of violent crimes against fellow children, parents should be fully responsible for the behavior of children and the government should set policies that are in line with the wishes of the community, so that there is a common perception between parents, government and society in fulfilling children's rights.
