Abstract

Toko Prapti is a small privately owned company that sells basic necessities,. So far, the prapti shop produces sales data every day, but the results obtained show that the prapti shop has not maximized the data so that it becomes a data accumulation. Therefore, the researcher conducted a study on product sales data by utilizing and applying data mining using the nave Bayes classifier algorithm to determine the interest in purchasing goods at the prapti shop. data. In this study, the author uses the waterfall system development method. The author implements this research using a web programming language, namely PHP, using the CodeIgniter framework with MySQl database. The system built with the nave Bayes algorithm includes product sales data, nave calculations of each attribute and reporting. This system produces 4 attributes that greatly affect the results of the classification. The attributes used in this research are the attributes are quarter 1, quarter 2, quarter 3 and quarter 4. Prediction results obtained using the nave Bayes algorithm produce information that can be used by stores to identify the best-selling products purchased by consumers so that it can help prapti shops to find and determine the target market more accurately. Sources of data taken from the previous 1 year with system accuracy using a confusion matrix resulted in 83.3% accuracy, 84.2% precision and 88.9% recall.    Keywords : Data mining, Nave bayes Classifier, Code Igniter, Confusion Matrix

Abstract

CV. Multi Banyu Satwa is a distributor of livestock medicines and vitamins where the company sells its products to shops that sell animal needs, especially livestock. In marketing its products, this company uses a canvasing sales system where the salesperson sells for several days by directly bringing the product and will return when the goods brought have started to run out. So that there can be a risk of losing the product if the salesperson is not honest, besides that the company owner does not know the presence of the sales directly. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to build a sales canvasser tracking information system with the integration of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) cards. The method used in building this information system uses waterfall and needs analysis using PIECES, while the system modeling design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). This information system is web-based and there are 3 access rights, namely owner, admin, salesman. Based on the test results from testing the sales canvasser tracking information system with the integration of this RFID card using the black-box method, it can be seen that this information system can run well. Meanwhile, from the results of user testing using a questionnaire, the results showed a percentage score of 55% Agree and 45% Strongly Agree.Keywords : Information System, Tracking, Sales, RFID

Abstract

The subjectiveness of the performance assessment can not be avoided. The criteria determined for the performance assessment with human cognition is the subjectiveness phenomenon.  This condition is being a challenge for the researcher to develop the performance assessment technique objectively.  This method is a new approach to determine the performance assessment indicator with involving the employee to result in the realistic assessment.  This model utilized the respondent opinion as a decision-maker to determine the relevance criteria and sub-criteria in the target achievement.  The lecturer performance assessment is designed by utilizing the Decision-maker respondent opinion model (DMROM) algorithm. It is applicable to the criteria which contain the subjectiveness on the unlimited level.  The data is arranged in the encoded item table to make it easy for the process of the calculation and sub-criteria which reach the support minimum limit. The algorithm is utilized the simple formula which could count the weight of each criterion and sub-criteria to the last level. The weight value on each sub-criteria will be accumulated as a sign of doing activities. The final result of this model is the list of the lecturer performance assessment who fulfilled the target or not as an input for the leader to take the decision.Keywords:  Opini responden, Decision maker respondent opinion model, performance appraisal  Subjektivitas pada penilaian kinerja tidak dapat dihindarkan. Penetapan kriteria untuk penilaian kinerja dengan kognisi manusia merupakan fenomena subjektif. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi peneliti untuk mengembangkan teknik penilaian kinerja secara objektif. Cara ini merupakan pendekatan baru untuk menentukan indikator penilaian kinerja dengan melilbatkan karyawan (responden) agar menghasilkan penilaian yang lebih realistis. Model ini menggunakan opini responden sebagai pengambil keputusan untuk menentukan kriteria dan subkriteria yang relevan dalam pencapaian target. Penilaian kinerja dosen dibangun dengan menggunakan algoritma Decision maker respondent opinion model (DMROM). Algoritma DMROM mampu diterapkan pada kriteria yang memiliki subkriteria pada level tak terbatas. Data disusun dalam Encoded item table untuk memudahkan proses perhitungan dan seleksi subkriteria yang mencapai batas minimum support. Algoritma ini juga menggunakan rumus sederhana yang dapat menghitung bobot pada masing-masing kriteria dan subkriteria di level ke-n. Nilai bobot pada masing-masing subkriteria akan diakumulasikan sebagai tanda melaksanakan kegiatan. Hasil akhir model ini adalah daftar penilaian kinerja dosen yang memenuhi target atau tidak sebagai masukan  bagi pimpinan  untuk mengambil keputusan.  Kata Kunci :  Opini responden, Decision maker respondent opinion model, Penilaian kinerja

Abstract

Many institutions and companies such as educational institutions and private sector or government find obstacles with file storage problems.  Current development requires institutions or companies to archive all events in the form of videos, documents, or images. What often happens is that many institutions still use conventional method of storage even though computer has been used. Besides they also do not have authorization about who could access the documents. Digital documents could be stored and accessed easily if the media of the document storage service is centralized. Companies or institutions usually share or send file documents in the workplace via email which highly depends on the file size limit and capacity and bandwidth resource, making it less effective for files with large amounts and files reaching gigabytes. One solution to cope with the problems is by designing and building centralized document sharing system using SAMBA protocol with Primary Domain Controller (PDC) and operating system using Linux Debian 9.4.  File sharing system could only be accessed locally by applying profile for each user and password in the form of network drive so that file storage and access is more secure and faster since file document do not pass through the internet network. Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) is currently developing rapidly. This can be seen from the utilization and use of ICT can not be separated from all activities of the organization or company. With the use of ICT, the Government through the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration invites local governments to jointly build Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). The establishment of BUMDES as one of the social institutions that favors the interests of the community through its contribution to services. This study aims to develop BUMDES digital services to improve services to the community. This research was conducted in the province of South Sumatra, precisely in the district. East OKU which consists of 20 sub-districts, 305 definitive villages, 7 sub-districts, and 20 preparatory villages. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), have two business units and one priority business unit. The types of businesses that exist in BUMDes can be clustered into several parts, namely: agriculture and farming engaged in (plantation and agriculture), banking is engaged in (savings and loans/capital), brokering is engaged in services (intermediaries), Holding is engaged in ( village potential), livestock and fishing is engaged in (livestock and fishery), renting is engaged in (rent/loan), serving is engaged in (services), trading is engaged in (trade). This research method uses qualitative, by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Abstract

Residents are all people who are domiciled in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia for 1 year or more or those who are domiciled for less than 1 year (2020 Population Census concept). Based on the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, especially articles 33 and 34, the state is responsible for protecting the entire Indonesian nation and promoting general welfare in the context of realizing social justice for all Indonesian people. To facilitate interpretation, changes in welfare levels were assessed according to ten (10) criteria for poverty, with the variables set by the Social Service and the Central Statistics Agency.Poverty is a condition of limited ability to meet the needs of a decent life such as limitations in income, skills, health conditions, mastery of economic assets, or access to information. Measurement with a monetary approach can be done using expenditure data as an approach to household income. Then this expenditure data is compared with a limit of the rupiah exchange rate needed to meet the minimum living needs. This limit is often referred to as the poverty line. There are various indicators in determining the poor population, namely based on the status of the house, occupation, number of dependents, fuel for cooking, water sources, and electricity. Determining the poor has problems because they have to sort the data values of each data sheet in the form of paper,The decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Analytical Heirarchy Process (AHP) method takes a case study in Sembawa sub-district. Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by blood glucose (blood sugar) levels exceeding normal, i.e. blood sugar levels being equal to or more than 200 mg/dl, and fasting blood sugar levels being above or equal to 126 mg/dl. The increase in the number of people with diabetes is due to delays in detection. Utilization of machine learning in helping to establish a fast and accurate diagnosis is one of the efforts made in the health sector. One of the important steps to produce high classification accuracy is through the selection of relevant features. The problem in feature selection is dimensionality reduction, where initially all attributes are required to obtain maximum accuracy while not all features are used in the classification process. This study uses the Binary wheal Optimization Algorithm (BWOA) as a feature selection method to increase accuracy in the classification of diabetes mellitus. The use of metaheuristic algorithms is an alternative to increase computational efficiency and avoid local minimums. The BWOA algorithm reduces the 8 attributes in the dataset to the 3 best attributes that are able to represent the original dataset. The results showed that from the six classification methods tested, namely: K-NN, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, Logistics Regression, Decision Tree, Neural Network. then the three logistic regression methods, naive Bayes and neural network are in good classification criteria based on Area Under Curve (AUC) while the calculation of the accuracy value shows an average of above 70%.  Keywords : Feature Selection, Classification, Diabetes Mellitus, Accuracy, Area Under Curve (AUC)

Abstract

Covid-19 has become a global epidemic and has spread to many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic is one source of uncertainty that causes financial data to fluctuate and cause data to be volatile. This outbreak had an impact on financial data, not only on the Rupiah exchange rate but also on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). The uncertainty of the JCI makes it difficult for investors, data managers, and business people to predict data for the future. JCI is one indicator of the capital market (stock exchange). The uncertainty of the JCI data causes the need for predictions, so that investors, data managers, and business people can make the right decisions so that they can reduce risk and optimize profits when investing. One of the factors causing the JCI's decline was sentiment caused by investor panic over the rapid spread of COVID-19 in various cities in Indonesia. This research uses Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) in making predictions and continues with optimization of BPNN using ensemble techniques. Historical data from the JCI used were obtained from yahoo.finance. The ensemble technique used consists of two approaches, namely combining different architectures and initial weights with the same data and combining different architectures and weights. The results of network performance using ensemble technique optimization show good performance and can outperform the individual network performance of BPNN. Keywords: prediction, JCI, Optimization, BPNN, volatile

Abstract

Transportation is one of the facilities in an area to improve accessibility or the relationship of an area because accessibility is often associated with the area. The Central Bureau of Statistics explained that the increase in motorized vehicles in 2015 - 2019 was a significant increase of 6.13%. Under the high demand for mobility, there may be barriers that impede this mobility. The problem with the vehicle used is due to engine damage. To overcome this problem, one solution is to call a tow truck. A tow truck is a vehicle that is used to tow a vehicle that has a traffic accident that is unable to move on its own. In the use of tow trucks, there are still problems experienced by customers and tow truck drivers, namely it is difficult to find the position of the customer's whereabouts with information or addresses that are not necessarily accurate for tow truck drivers and the lack of information about the nearest tow truck for customers. By using the Scrum method, this tow truck search application is designed to be able to place orders by displaying maps to find out the pick-up point, destination point, and tow truck location and can display the availability of tow trucks around the customer. Testing on this application is carried out using Black Box to obtain a percentage of eligibility results of 99.16% and System Usability Scale (SUS) gets an average value of 76.6 these results in SUS getting a grade B percentile rank score. Keywords : Tow Car, Scrum, Android, SUS, Black Box

Abstract

With the COVID-19 outbreak and many conveniences in building mobile-based service applications. The Information System application can monitor children's health during the actual covid 19 pandemic online which can provide preventive and treatment measures during this pandemic period that we can do independently at home. By synergizing the e-counselling program for mobile-based child health services at the Kenten Palembang Health Center. Through a mobile-based e-counselling information system, it becomes a forum for information for mothers with toddlers who need health counseling services for children's diseases in the vicinity. The forward chaining method used in collecting data and information from the management and doctors of the Kenten Health Center with knowledge of the disease process by means of interviews, it was found that the facts most experienced by the surrounding community were the first types of facts, complaints, symptoms and suggestions for handling the two research rules by The third disease is how to implement E-Counseling for mobile-based Child Health Services. With the characteristics of the disease, symptoms, treatment, prevention. While the potential for online-based software development uses the waterfall method with technical use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. MySql server application, Web server is used to support database creation.
