Abstract

CV Tiara Persada is a company engaged in motor vehicle repair services, especially private cars or city cars, CV Tiara Persada also collaborates with several vehicle insurance companies to carry out vehicle repairs based on the insurance company's recommendations. The problem that often occurs at CV Tiara Persada in the process of repairing vehicles from insurance companies is that there is often a difference in payment between submitting a damage claim and working on damage because you have to submit multiple times and have to wait for an email approval from the insurance. With these problems, we need a web-based system that functions to carry out transactions and communication so that the payment process is not an obstacle. This system was built using the extreme programming method by carrying out several stages including Planning, Design, Coding, Testing and Software Increment. The purpose of building this system is to facilitate the process of managing insurance data, company spare parts data, repair data, insurance survey data, invoice reports and insurance customer reports. Then in this application there are 5 users, namely insurance, leadership, chief mechanic, cashier and customer service.Keywords: Vehicle Insurance, extreme programming (XP), Information Systems, Web Based.

Abstract

PT New Power Global Energy (NPGE) is a company engaged in freight forwarding services. In its businessprocess, New Power Global Energy is not utilizing technology. To manage all information on shipping goods, an information delivery system is needed so that information is easily understood and traced. The system that is built is The Extreme Programming method is a model that is included in the agile approach introduced by Kent Back. According to his explanation, the definition of XP is as follows: "Extreme Programming (XP) is a fast, efficient, low-risk, flexible, predictable, scientific, and fun software development method because system performance assessmentsare needed in a fast time while there are still system needs that are still needed. changes, this model tends to use an Object-Oriented approach. The stages that must be passed include: Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. Extreme Programming's target is a small to medium-sized team, no need to use a large team expected to help the admin and director in managing information on shipping goods starting from sending, receiving and making reports. This application is designed using the it using the Extreme Programming Methods because the assessment systemperformance is needed in a fast time while there are system requirements that are still changing, and for the system, we use an supporting application which is laravel framework, programming language using JavaScript and PHP and MySQL as an database. The result of design is an system that can process admin performance data quickly, provide performance information MySQL for the database. with management of shipping data features, managing goods delivery status, goods receipt feature, item barcode feature, tracking feature. Abstract

This study aims to examine several variables supporting the implementation of e-Commerce websites as digital platforms in supporting the business activities of SMEs. Several previous studies have found several variables/factors that support the implementation of e-Commerce with each perspective raised, so that in this study the variables/factors raised are the extraction of all factors from various perspectives and are expected to accommodate different points of view and previous research. Factor extraction is carried out using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method using the SPSS 22 Version tool to identify variables/factors from various and various needs, several factors that have components will be extracted and viewed in one category so as to minimize ambiguity factors as e-Commerce Enablers. In this study, data were collected through interviews and online dissemination to Clothing Line Business Actors and staff using digital platform users as many as 75 respondents and obtained some supporting data related to the use of digital platforms in the application of e-Commerce in daily business. Based on the extraction results obtained 5 main drivers that become e-Commerce Enabler based on several models of e-Commerce implementation based on Technological Frames of References (TFR) and Knowledge Management, namely: Organizational Trigger (OT), Environmental Trigger (ET), Individual Intention (II) , Knowledge Aspect and Capability (KAC), and Technology Infrastructure (IT) with each factor with components extracted so as to minimize ambiguity and still accommodate various needs and perspectives.Keywords : Specification Design, Information System, Integrated Document, Rational Unified Process, MASS Cargo

Abstract

Online Learning or what is often referred to as e-learning, a learning method that is carried out through electronic media networks. E-learning has become an alternative material for problems in the field of education, both as an additional learning medium or a complement to the learning process, the learning process carried out in the scope of several places such as campuses, schools or additional tutoring usually still uses the old method, where teaching materials are delivered through face-to-face, both verbally and non-verbally, the use of technology in the world of education, be it campuses, schools or other tutors, should be used as a whole, e-learning technology is present as a means of supporting education at this time where e-learning present to bring a new color in changing the education system. Collaborative learning does not prioritize a system of competition between students. Students who have the ability to help more underprivileged students, and vice versa, students who feel less capable ask for help from capable students, so that an atmosphere of mutual learning is created. This study aims to analyze the readiness of implementation and strategy and focuses on the application of e-learning at Raden Fatah State Islamic University, Palembang. By using the readiness model, the researcher found e-learning at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang. that the application of e-learning at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang is ready, based on the research results the availability of human resources can support the existing system, the university also provides several computers to be used while studying, and lecturers have basic skills in operating computers to use e -learning so this can make it easier for lecturers to provide material to students.Keywords : E-learning, readiness, collaborative elearning.

Abstract

The need for the availability of information is currently very high, especially in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, all organizational activities are carried out online. Human dependence on the role of information technology is increasing and this has consequences for long distance communication between devices, which requires users to be authenticated for access rights granted by the system. The problem that arises is the security of data travel during the authentication process, where there is the possibility of leaking account information. This is because communication is done on a public network while accessing resources that require privacy. Therefore we need a network connection that is safe and efficient. Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a network communication technology that allows you to connect to public networks safely and quickly. The VPN used in the solution to this problem is Wireguard. Wireguard is a VPN protocol built with advanced cryptography and makes it extremely fast and secure. The method used by the author in developing this system is PPDIOO which consists of, Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize. And also some supporting tools for the development of the system Unified Modeling Language. By using Wireguard VPN, the expected result is the security of the data sent to be more secure and can connect two remote networks privately using the public internet.Keywords : VPN, Wireguard, Mikrotik

Abstract

This application of an expert system for identification of oil palm plant diseases aims to make it easier for employees of the Oil Palm Research Center of Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin Business Unit to identify oil palm plant diseases based on the symptoms seen then this application provides solutions and appropriate control methods for plant diseases. the oil palm. The data used in this study are data on 10 diseases that exist in oil palm plants and 47 symptoms that appear. The method used in this expert system for identification of oil palm plant diseases uses the Forward Chaining method and the depth-first search tracking technique so that the tracking process will be tested from the first symptom to the last to get a conclusion in the form of the name of the disease along with its causes and how to control it. in this expert system, namely functional testing and expert system testing. Functional testing uses the Black Box method with the Equivalence Patitioning (EP) technique. System testing is carried out by system users, namely. Based on the results of testing with the Black Box method, the developed system functions as expected. Furthermore, expert testing is a test that compares the results of the system diagnosis with the results of expert diagnoses. Expertise test results also show good results. Furthermore, external testing, this test is by giving questionnaires to 35 respondents to get an assessment of the system. Abstract

Museums are a place for the community to recognize and understand existing cultural and historical values. However, inadequate and inadequate facilites affect public interest in visiting museums, including the Semaka Kekhatuan Museum in Pekon Sanggih Unggak, Bandar Negeri Semuong. District, Tanggamus Regency. Therefore, this study aims to make a video documentation of the collection of historical objects in the Semaka Kekhatuan Museum and develop a web-based system for developing a video documentation system for the collection oh historical objects at the Semaka Kekhatuan Museum, Pekon Sanggih Unggak, Bandar Negeri Semuong District, Tanggamus Regency. This study uses a type of research and development method (Research and Development). This study uses the ADDIE model which includes five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data in this development research were collected using to data collection methods, namely the interview method and the questionnaire method. The data generated are in the form of questionnaires resulting from interviews, questionnaires resulting from needs analysis, questionnaires on the results of material and design expert tests, and questionnaires on the results of attractiveness and convenience tests. This can be seen on a website that contains a video documenting the collection of historical object of the Semaka Kekhatuan Museum in the form of the Kekhatuan Semaka Museum, Pekon Sanggih Unggak, Bandar Negeri Semuong District. Abstract

PT. Oasis Waters International Palembang conducts regular staff performance reviews, the findings of which are utilized to make recommendations for employee contract extension. The Human Resource Department has assigned a numerical value to 25 qualities (HRD). The process of giving a label or class to a number of examples when the value of each characteristic is known as classification. The Naïve Bayes technique is a basic classification approach that makes use of probability estimates. Based on the observations, it was discovered that one of the 25 criteria was deemed the most relevant in determining the recommendation for an employee contract renewal. As a result, in this study, a comparison of the pre-processing Principal Component Analysis (PCA) approach and the Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS) method on the categorization of employee contract extensions at PT Oasis Waters International Palembang will be performed. According to the data, the CFS approach has a positive influence on classification performance, while PCA does not. This is demonstrated by a 30% increase in accuracy when utilizing the CFS approach. Meanwhile, both strategies have a positive influence on the model's dependability. This is demonstrated by a reduction in Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) when using the CFS approach from 0.6325 to 0.1845, whereas using the PCA method results in 0.5123.Keywords : Naïve Bayes, Principal Component Analysis, Correlation-based Feature Selection, Confusion Matrix, Root Mean Square Error

Abstract

Public and Private Schools must always develop to improve the quality of education with professional service to school residents. Information Technology will produce a well-computerized system to support human resources with performance in management tasks. The Student Parent Book information system is the most important thing in education in order to fulfill the need for information for students so that the process of making reports and recording administrative data at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar can be even better. With the existing system, it will provide menu features that exist in the unit category component or an information and will be obtained as a guide for students, SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar currently uses, manages and stores student data in the Parent Book. Not yet computerized in data processing. Students, there will be a risk that it will be difficult to find information on student data identity and the creation of a student data report that has been recorded in the student main book. The information system at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar which will build a new system will be very useful, this information system will be designed as a web-based system that is more easily accessible, in order to provide benefits for the school, especially the School Administration Staff so that they can use the information system in accordance with future needs. All the menu features available in this system are to facilitate the process of recording and reporting the student master book, so that it can be accelerated in searching for student data at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar in using the existing student master book process that is available to run well and smoothly.Keywords : System, Master Book, Web Based, PHP and MySQL

Abstract

The world of digital investment is currently growing rapidly and is starting to get a lot of attention from the people of Indonesia, even though it was down during the Covid-19 pandemic, the world of digital investment still has its own charm. The emergence of several digital investment application platforms such as Bibit is a solution to introduce the investment world to the general public that investing is easy and can be started with small capital. In line with the investment startup goal of Bibit.id, which has a target to invite the public to invest, a mobile-based Bibit application was launched with a simple user interface and easily understood by the general public. This study aims to analyze the usability of the Seedling application using the heuristic evaluation approach as a measuring tool for functionality with 10 (ten) test indicators from Nielsen and the system usability scale (SUS) approach method to test usability from the end user side. The test questionnaire was given to 30 users and 3 evaluators. From this study, the overall test results found no serious functionality problems in the seed application as evidenced by the average severity rating of 1.4 which was rounded on a scale of 1, namely cosmetics problem, which means that there is no need to fix problems in seed application. From testing using SUS based on end users, the results obtained from the interpretation of the SUS score of 83.75 with an application acceptance rate in the "Acceptable" category, which means that the seed application is acceptable.Keywords : User interface, usability, SUS, Heuristic Evaluation
