Abstract

AbstractThere are several security aspects of the data that must be maintained, such as: authentication, integrity, non repudiation, authority, confidentialty, privacy and access control. One of the vulnerable parts of data security is when sending data to the destination. At the time of delivery, tapping of data can occur, so that people who are not entitled to get that information can find out. Therefore, an information needs to be secured so that only people who have access rights can know or get that information. And to maintain the confidentiality of the information, one of the ways is to insert the data into other objects, so that other people do not realize if the object contains important data or information. This hiding method is also known as steganography, and cryptography is added to strengthen the security of the data, that is a science and art to maintain the confidentiality of the message by encoding it in a form that is incomprehensible. The method used in steganography is Least Significant Bit (LSB), the algorithm used in cryptography is the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), and the software development method used is prototype. The results of this study are all aspects of data security can be achieved, including when passing through the process of sending data through media such as the internet.Keyword: Steganography, Criptography, Prototype.AbstrakAda beberapa aspek keamanan data yang harus dijaga, seperti: otentikasi, integritas, non repudiation, otoritas, kerahasiaan, privasi, dan kontrol akses. Salah satu bagian yang rentan dari keamanan data adalah ketika mengirim data ke tujuan. Pada saat pengiriman, penyadapan data dapat terjadi, sehingga orang yang tidak berhak mendapatkan informasi tersebut dapat mengetahuinya. Oleh karena itu, suatu informasi perlu diamankan sehingga hanya orang yang memiliki hak akses yang dapat mengetahui atau mendapatkan informasi tersebut. Dan untuk menjaga kerahasiaan informasi, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memasukkan data ke objek lain, sehingga orang lain tidak menyadari jika objek tersebut berisi data atau informasi penting. Metode persembunyian ini juga dikenal sebagai steganografi, dan kriptografi ditambahkan untuk memperkuat keamanan data, yaitu ilmu dan seni untuk menjaga kerahasiaan pesan dengan menyandikannya dalam bentuk yang tidak dapat dipahami. Metode yang digunakan dalam steganografi adalah Least Significant Bit (LSB), algoritma yang digunakan dalam kriptografi adalah Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), dan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah prototipe. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semua aspek keamanan data dapat dicapai, termasuk ketika melewati proses pengiriman data melalui media seperti internet.Kata kunci: Steganografi, kriptografi, Prototipe

Abstract

Facial recognition research is usually done with a rectangular frame model. previously it is not known whether this model is the best model among other models in face recognition. This research conducted a comparison of face recognition accuracy with elliptical frame model, triangle, rectangle, and pentagon. RGB image is used for facial segmentation, and skin color is used as a feature. using 320 x 240 pixel image, face position is front view, shooting distance about 200 cm, and use one color for background. The method of recognition used is Template Matching. Test results on 40 test images is the highest recognition accuracy level is a rectangular frame that is 97%, and the lowest accuracy is the triangle frame that is equal to 68%.Keywords : Face recognition, Frame, Segmentation, Template Matching

Abstract

AbstractThe implementation of IT governance in BUMN is a must. This is because BUMN use IT as an innovative service upgrade, both internal and external services. In the IT Governance there are several problems, such as the use of IT sometimes not in line with expectations, where an increasingly large IT investment was not followed by the increasing support for achieving the goals and strategies of companies / institutions. COBIT 5 is a renewed version that brings together cutting-edge thinking in engineering and IT governance. COBIT 5 is developed based on COBIT 4.1 by integrating Val IT and Risk IT from ISACA, ITIL, and relevant standards from ISO. Seven enablers of COBIT 5 standards are used as criteria in applying IT governance models in this study. PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Area South Sumatra (PLN KITSBS) is one of the BUMN located in Southern Sumatra. PLN KITSBS is one of the generating units of PT PLN (Persero) which seeks the generation and supply of electricity in sufficient quantity and quality. PLN KITSBS has a capable power capacity of 2765 MW. PLN KITSBS has 10 (ten) generating sectors with work areas spread in South Sumatera, Bengkulu, Jambi, West Sumatera and Bandar Lampung. The research method used in this research is qualitative method, by doing case study approach. The result of this research is a draft of conceptual model of IT governance at PLN Pembangkitan Sumatera Selatan.Keywords : Conceptual model,IT governance,COBIT 5, PLN Abstrak Penerapan tata kelola TI di BUMN merupakan sebuah hal yang menjadi keharusan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan BUMN menggunakan TI sebagai inovasi pengingkatan layanan, baik layanan internal maupun eksternal. Dalam Tata Kelola TI terdapat beberapa masalah, diantaranya penggunaan TI kadang tidak sesuai dengan harapan, dimana investasi TI yang semakin besar ternyata tidak diikuti dengan dukungan yang semakin besar pula terhadap pencapaian tujuan dan strategi perusahaan/institusi. COBIT 5 adalah sebuah versi pembaharuan yang menyatukan cara berpikir yang mutakhir di dalam teknik dan tata kelola TI.COBIT 5 dikembangkan berdasarkan COBIT 4.1 dengan mengintegrasikan Val IT dan Risk IT dari ISACA, ITIL, dan standar yang relevan dari ISO. Seven enabler standar COBIT 5 digunakan sebagai kriteria dalam penerapan model tata kelola TI pada penelitian ini. PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Area Sumatera Bagian Selatan (PLN KITSBS) merupakan salah satu BUMN yang berada di Sumatera Bagian Selatan. PLN KITSBS adalah salah satu unit pembangkitan PT PLN (Persero) yang mengusahakan pembangkitan dan penyediaan tenaga listrik dalam jumlah dan mutu yang memadai. PLN KITSBS ini mempunyai kapasitas daya mampu sebesar 2765 MW. PLN KITSBS memiliki 10 (sepuluh) sektor pembangkitan dengan wilayah kerja yang tersebar di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Bengkulu, Jambi, Sumatera Barat dan Bandar Lampung. Metode peneltian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan melakukan pendekatan studi kasus. Abstract

This article contains results of design management information system broiler farms that have been done by researchers. The design of management information system is done based on the data flow and entity contained in the broiler farm that serves as the object of research. The design of management information system begins with the concept of database and data flow diagram. Database concept is used to know the database structure used by broiler farm management information system as a whole. While the data flow diagram used to describe all the processes involved in broiler farm management. Abstract

Multimedia applications develops very rapidly, particularly in the smartphone sector. The use of smartphone now is not only used as a medium of communication course. Smartphone later used as a means of entertainment, one of which is to play games. The game has become one of appendages application in a smartphone, one of them based on android smartphone. Mobile games is a game that is designed and played by mobile devices, as PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), smartphone, tablet PC (Personal Computer), and portable media player. Their mobile advantage play games is portability, the players can play games wherever they want for they have mobile devices which are able to run mobile games. As one traditional games, pull mine has become a sport that are very popular in indonesia. As other traditional game, game pull mine is very known by almost all Indonesians and often contested besides on the commemoration of indonesia independence in august, this game is often performed on anniversary of the city so district or even in celebration of the large religion. Android has become an operating system mobile favorite users because ease still and many features that can be used to apply the game will be made. Metode the development of this game adopt methodology multimedia development or MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). But to achieve this is needed an application programming that could support the game, will use Adobe Flash CS6. Testing the system with black box and testing beta. The results of the tryouts system shows that application program that have been made considered able to categorized either as alternative media entertainment

Abstract

PT. Telkomsel merupakan penyelenggara jasa layanan seluler terbesar di Indonesia dengan menguasai sekitar75  juta  jumlah  pelanggan.  Dengan  jumlah  pelanggan  yang  besar  PT.  Telkomsel  membutuhkan  kapasitasperangkat produksi yang sepadan dengan jumlah pelanggan. Dalam melakukan pencatatan aset  PT. Telkomsel memiliki banyak kelemahan sistem pencatatan seiring dengan tingkat penyebaran aset yang begitu luas maka potensi  terhadap  kehilangan  aset  perangkat  produksi  bagi  PT.  Telkomsel  di Network  Operation  regional Sumbagsel akan sangat mudah terjadi. Permasalahan penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada perancangan aplikasi berbasis web dengan mengacu kepada teori-teori tentang aplikasi berbasis web. Metodologi pada Aplikasi Manajemen Aset Perangkat Produksi berbasis Web PT. Telkomsel ini menerapkan metodologi Waterfall yang mengusulkan sebuah pendekatan kepada perkembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematik dan berurutan (sequential). Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat menyediakan data lebih cepat dengan tingkat akurasi  data  dan  keamanan  akses  data  lebih  tinggi dalam  pencatatan  aset  perangkat  produksi.  Aplikasi manajemen aset perangkat produksi berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan dalam operasi bisnis PT. Telkomsel sehingga dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

The success of university could be measured by how much the alumni is working in the exact field of study. This could be analyzed using quistionare where the alumni filed the quistionare in the alumni website. However the data collected is not measurized how the alumni are accepted in the working place. This paper would disscuss how to implement information system of tracer study in the facultiy of computer science of the University of Indo Global Mandiri. The information system methodology would be the FAST framework as well as the ERD and DFD design mechanism, the research found out that the fast framework methodology is sufficient to develop the tracer study information system. Furthermore the information system of tracer study will present the result of tracer study by the alumni using graphical analysis for example pie chart. Abstract

Image processing has been commonly used in automatic object identification. These are some methods that can be used for automatic object identification, such as LVQ, K-NN, SVM, and Neural Network. This research specifically bring out the topic about the level accuracy comparison in identification of pear variety using grayscale, HSV, and L*a*b* images in aim to get the best image type for pear image identification using neural network. The feature are gray level co-occurrence matrix feature (energy, entropy, homogeneity, and contrast) from canny edge detection’s image and also color feature. Based on image examination result, grayscale reached its best accuracy for 90% on MSE 1e-10 with 10 hidden layer neurons, HSV reached its best accuracy for 100% on MSE 1e-5 with 20 hidden layer neurons, L*a*b* reached its best accuracy for 100% on MSE 1e-5 with 15 hidden layer neurons. HSV and L*a*b* give the better accuracy for pear variety image identification than grayscale.Keyword:Image Processing, Pear, Neural Network, Identification, Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix, Canny, Color.

Information now become an absolute necessity for an organization or company to win a competition Along with the development of information needs, especially for restaurant owners to make decisions and to find out problems that occur in the restaurant, then developed an information system called decision support system. With decision support system information can be displayed in the form of a brief and displays the data in accordance with the needs so as to facilitate a restaurant owner in making decisions effectively, Problems that appear on Mubarok Resto that is not a system to help restaurant owners in making decisions on problems that occur in restaurants covers of internal and external factors of the restaurant.To overcome these problems is by applying SWOT analysis as a tool to analyze internal and external conditions in the development of decision support systems that specifically manage data information internal and external problems that occur in Mubarok Resto, the expected results of this research is to make a SWOT analysis application that can facilitate restaurant owners in making effective restaurant decisions.Keywords : Decision support system, SWOT, Management, Web applications.

Abstract

AbstractThe end result is the hope of the process that has been carried out, the strategy is a very basic tool to achieve the desired expectations. To realize the training and education institutions that have a commitment in achieving the vision and mission is a good end hope from the educators especially the expectations of each of the parents of the students by upholding discipline, which has not fully implemented and implemented the IS / IT, so information what is needed cannot be managed properly. For this reason, an ICT-based system is needed which is expected to be able to produce accurate and timely information. The purpose of this paper is to identify data and information needs in policy formulation and develop strategic information system plans. The basic concept used is the methodology proposed by John Ward and Peppard. The steps are carried out by analyzing the internal and external business environment of the Institute, internal and external IS / IT analysis of the institution, followed by the process of identifying the strategy, and designing future portfolios. The method of analysis was carried out using several analytical methods, among others, SWOT, Critical Success Factors, Value Chain, PEST, and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid.The results of the research are the strategic planning blue print. The information produced will be integrated information for administrative needs and public services. Strategic objectives of IS / IT are excellent services that are reliable to be achieved with optimal implementation with ICT support. Preparation of IS / IT strategic planning according to the IS / IT portfolio produced so that it can have a positive impact on future strategic planning to obtain optimal results and based on contributions to the objectives to be achieved.. Untuk mewujutkan Lembaga pelatihan dan pendidikan yang memiliki komitmen dalam mewujutkan visi dan misi merupakan suatu harapan akhir baik dari Para tenaga pendidik terlebih lagi harapan dari masing masing orang tua para peserta didik dengan  menegakkan disiplin, yang  belum sepenuhnya menjalankan dan menerapkan  SI/TI, sehingga informasi yang dibutuhkan belum dapat dikelola secara tepat. Untuk itu sangat diperlukan suatu sistem berbasis TIK yang diharapkan akan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang akurat dan tepat waktu. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan data dan informasi dalam perumusan kebijakan dan mengembangkan rencana srategis sistem informasi. Konsep dasar yang digunakan adalah metodologi yang dikemukakan oleh John Ward dan Peppard. Tahapan yang dilakukan dengan melakukan analisa lingkungan bisnis internal dan eksternal Lembaga, analisa SI/TI internal dan eksternal lembaga, dilanjutkan dengan proses identifikasi strategi, dan melakukan rancangan portofolio masa yang akan datang. Metode analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan beberapa metode analisis antara lain, SWOT, Critical Success Factor, Value Chain, PEST, dan Mc Farlan Strategic Grid.Hasil penelitian merupakan blue print perencanaan strategis. Informasi yang dihasilkan akan menjadi informasi yang terintegrasi untuk kebutuhan administratif dan pelayanan publik. Tujuan strategis SI/TI  merupakan pelayanan prima yang handal untuk dapat dicapai dengan penerapan yang optimal dengan dukungan TIK.
