Abstract

Abstract Computer vision is an image processing by a computer to obtain information from image captured through the camera generally used in real-time application. This paper reports on the results of research conducted on computer vision system designed to be able to recognize the image number (0-9) and mathematical operators (addition (+) and subtraction (-)) in a card number figures. Computer vision system designed in this study consists of a camera on the android phone that used to captured images on the card number and the computer that has artificial neural network perceptron algorithm in identifiying images. Both components of the computer vision system are connected wirelessly through the TCP/IP Protocol. At the training stage of Perceptron ANN, 10 samples for each number and mathematical operators are used. Computer vision system built in this study also have several image processing techniques such as greyscalling, thresholding, cropping and resizing. This techniques is used to filter the information from the images captured by camera in order to get the adequate and smaller image to be processed by ANN Perceptron. Stages of testing performed three times. First testing is given picture numbers 0-3, second testing is given picture number 4-7 and third testing is given number 8-9, addition symbol and subtraction symbol. Based on testing result, system built are able to recognize 10 from 12 image rendered with a success rate of 83.33%.Keywords : Computer vision, perceptron, card number Abstrak Computer vision merupakan proses pengolahan citra oleh computer untuk mendapatkan informasi dari citra yang ditangkap melalui kamera yang umumnya digunakan pada aplikasi waktu nyata. Tulisan ini melaporkan tentang hasil penelitian yang dilakukan tentang sistem computer vision yang dirancang untuk dapat mengenali gambar angka (0-9) dan operator matematika(penjumlahan (+) dan pengurangan (-)) pada permainan kartu angka. Sistem computer vision yang dirancang pada penelitian ini terdiri dari kamera pada ponsel android yang digunakan untuk menangkap gambar pada kartu angka dan komputer yang memiliki algoritama Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Perceptron dalam melakukan identifikasi gambar. Kedua komponen sistem computer vision tersebut dihubungkan memlaui jaringan wireless melalui protocol TCP/IP. Pada tahapan pelatihan JST perceptron, digunakan 10 sample citra untuk masing – masing angka dan operator matematika yang akan dikenali oleh sistem. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan tahapan pemrosesan citra sebelum diolah oleh JST Perceptron baik dalam tahapan pelatihan maupun pada saat sistem dijalankan. Tahapan pengolahan citra yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah greyscalling, thresholding, cropping dan resizing. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menyaring informasi pada citra yang ditangkap oleh kamera agar didapatkan citra yang berukuran kecil dengan  informasi yang lengkap untuk diproses oleh JST Perceptron. Pada saat sistem diuji coba, diberikan 4 deret kartu angka di depan kamera. Pada pengujian pertama diberikan gambar angka 0-3, pengujian kedua diberikan gambar angka 4-7 dan pada pengujian ketiga diberikan angka 8-9 serta gambar operator penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, sistem computer vision yang dirancang mampu mengenali 10dari 12 gambar yang diberikan dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 83.33%.Kata Kunci : computer vision, perceptron, kartu angka

Abstract

Electricity meter is a tool used to measure the electricity power consumption. Electricity meter has the numeral part known as electricity meter number which load the electricity power consumption.Usually, the recording is done once a month, by recording the number on the electric meter into the book, and then the recording officer take pictures the power meter. Electricity meter number can be analized through an image using the knowledge of pattern recognition in image processing. In analyzing picture of electicity meter number, we used Histogram Of Oriented Gradients (HOG) as the feature extraction and Supply Vector Machine (SVM) as the classification method. The result using 100 train-set and 30 test-set for each combination of category shows that the best resolution is 10 MP and 14 MP and the picture capturing distance is at 30 cm byand 10 cm by 73,33%  accuracy for each image and 86,67% for each number and confusion matrix shows that presentation of all number is 75,48%. Key words:Number Recognition, Histogram Of Oriented Gradients (HOG) , Support Vector Machine (SVM)

Abstract

The information is very needed in the times. Where with the development of information technology in various develop a computerized system for generating an appropriate decision in achieving its objectives. Problems that will be discussed is how to design susatu information systems for data processing auction process more effective and efficient. The method can solve the above problems is a method of analysis of the approach to the object and approach the data flow, the analysis that is in use is to create a data flow diagram (DAD), flowcharts, data dictionary, Entity Relationship Data (ERD), the chart is structured, normalization, specification process. Abstract

Palembang region consists of 16 districts, an area that is separated by a large river that divides into two regionsand Ulu Ilir, Palembang, besides most of the region is also an area of swamps. Environmental conditions is very large influence on the spread of dengue fever. The problem faced is the difficulty of mapping the spread of dengue fever that has slowed the anticipation and prevention of dengue fever cases. Needed a pattern that maps the spread of dengue fever by location (region), time, and season. To prevent Extraordinary Events (KLB) and monitor the spread of dengue fever in the region of Palembang in this study carried out to map the spread of dengue fever in the region of Palembang by using the nearest neighbor method.

Abstract

Development of Information Technology is currently supporting dissemination of information quickly so that it can be accessed by mobile from anywhere and at anytime, STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang As one - the only college-based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) should also follow these developments, one system is information systems employees (SIMPEG), where the system will contain detailed information such as number of employees, history rank, history position, length of service and the other - the other, so that could be a reference material led to consider a promotion, a raise or other parts that need data employees. The system is web-based for easy access from anywhere and anytime through any device that has a browser and an internet connection and is created using CodeIgniter and Bootstrap framework, and reports can be converted into the form of a spreadsheet. Abstract

AbstractWatermarking videos are useful to determine authentication rights to a video. The step of watermarking is by inserting binary images on an MPEG1 format video using discrete wavelet transformations, and extracting watermark videos. Analysis of video watermark quality can be known by calculatong PSNR. Video watermark quality analysis is done after carrying out the watermarking and extraction process to find out the difference the original video quality and the video watermark and the insertion image used. The results of video watermark quality analysis showed that 100% video watermarks did not change from the original video and binary imagery was better than the color image in the insert image.Keyword : video watermarking, authentication, binary imagery, insert image, discrete wavelet transformation, PSNR.AbstrakWatermarking video berguna untuk menentukan hak otentikasi terhadap suatu video. Tahapan watermarking adalah penyisipan citra biner terhadap suatu video berformat MPEG1 menggunakan transformasi wavelet diskrit, dan melakukan ekstraksi terhadap video watermark. Analisis kualitas video watermark dapat diketahui dengan perhitungan PSNR. Analisis kualitas video watermark dilakukan setelah melakukan proses watermarking dan ekstraksi untuk mengetahui apakah perbedaan  kualitas video asli dengan video watermark dan citra sisipan yang digunakan. Hasil analisis kualitas video watermark menunjukkan bahwa 100% video watermark tidak mengalami perubahan dari video asli dan citra biner lebih baik daripada citra berwarna pada citra sisipan.Kata kunci : watermarkingi video, otentikasi, citra biner, citra sisipan, transformasi wavelet diskrit, PSNR.

Abstract

One computer-based technology to support agriculture and plantation area planning is a Geographic Information System (GIS) where the system is able to create a model which gives an overview, description and estimate of a factual conditions. Geographical potential of a region is very important for the development of the region, there are several potential areas, namely agriculture, and plantation, This potential will grow annually in accordance with the development on the local area, with the development of this region will generate the competitiveness of each respective region / areas in order to support the realization of development. Potential agricultural areas and plantation Muara Enim district will develop well managed properly, so it will contribute to regional economic revenue increases. With the development of technology at this time will be able to help the service system in variety of products. As in ordering online care girls no longer need to come to the place of the apparel manufacturing distributor simply by opening the website provided by the distributor.This method is the Web Engineering Model, web engineering adapts the software in terms of basic concepts that emphasize technical and management activities. Abstract

Abstract Determination of the top performers in the Environment University of Indo Global Mandiri is determined based on an assessment of performance. The performance assessment is carried out consisting of knowledge of the work, creativity, planning, implementation instructions, execution of the job descriptions, work quality, cooperation and attitudes toward other employees, initiative, reliability, presence, attitude work, perseverance, and honesty. C45 algorithm is an algorithm that is used to form the decision tree. With the decision tree is generated from the algorithm C45 can build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze the selection of outstanding employee, in which each of the criteria employees compared to one another so as to provide output intensity value priorities and produce a system that provides an assessment of each employee so that will get the most feasible given the employee reward or appreciation. Keywords : C45 Algorithms, Decision Trees, Outputs, Rewards Abstrak Penentuan karyawan berprestasi di Lingkungan Universitas Indo Global Mandiri ditentukan berdasarkan penilaian kinerja. Penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan terdiri dari pengetahuan tentang pekerjaan, kreativitas, perencanaan, pelaksanaan instruksi, pelaksanaan deskripsi tugas, kualitas kerja, kerjasama dan sikap terhadap karyawan lain, inisiatif, kehandalan, kehadiran, sikap pekerjaan, keuletan, dan kejujuran. Algoritma C45 merupakan algoritma yang  digunakan untuk membentuk pohon keputusan. Dengan pohon keputusan yang dihasilkan dari Algoritma C45 dapat membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang mempunyai kemampuan menganalisa pemilihan karyawan berprestasi, dimana masing-masing kriteria karyawan dibandingkan satu dengan yang lainnya sehingga memberikan output nilai intensitas prioritas dan menghasilkan suatu sistem yang memberikan penilaian terhadap setiap karyawan sehingga akan mendapatkan  karyawan yang paling layak diberi reward atau penghargaan.Kata kunci: Algoritma C45, Pohon Keputusan, Outputs, Rewards

Abstract

The development of telecommunications technology in the era of globalization happens very rapidly to help people to communication and one of the communication technology is using telephone device. However, the absence of security in securing data/information of delivery Short Message Service (SMS) that is confidential causes the message easily stolen by unauthorized parties. SMS sent via the BTS will be accepted Message Service Center (SMSC) been causing a crack misuse of the information. One way to secure the data from the data communication process is by cryptography. This research using descriptive statistical research methods. This research was conducted by analyzing the security by implementing the RC6 algorithm in cryptography and compression applications based on android SMS. The RC6 algorithm is an symmetric cryptographic algorithm that use the same key in encryption and decryption of SMS message. The encryption process that changes the number bits of data affects the number of SMSs that need to be sent, so text compression is required. The Huffman algorithm is a lossless data compression algorithm in which data compression does not eliminate one byte and is stored as originally. So the result of decompress is same with original ciphertext. Testing is done using Blackbox Method.This research was conducted to solve the security problem of sending SMS with cryptography and send data can be compressed to save SMS cost.Keywords : Cryptography, Encryption, Decryption, SMS, Mobile, RC6, Huffman,android
